Cesar responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He came out and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair. (I did get another estimate from a different company as well.) We had to reschedule our appointment for the trimming of 3 trees and removal of 3 others trees due to the rain, but he and his crew of 2 men showed up on time on the rescheduled date. Cesar asked if we had talked to our neighbor about the tree trimming since 3 of the trees hung over my wall into their yard. I had forgotten to, so he went over himself to talk to my neighbors. Cesar and his crew completed the work quickly and neatly, throwing a large tarp over my pool to catch the leaf debris. I requested that he take more off of one of the trees in my front yard, and he did so gladly. He did a great job trimming my hugely overgrown lemon tree and even fertilized it for me. I am thrilled with the quick response and the care that went into trimming a behemoth of a magnolia tree. They also included haul away of the limbs. I had previously contacted 4 other 5-star tree trimming specialists, even spoke with them all but was never contacted back and no one ever came out for a consultation. We knew he was going to butcher our tree and collect his check. I wanted an arborist who knew what they're doing, someone with an ISA certification. Caesar fit the bill. I had a positive experience with Cesar and his crew. I called out 3 different companies for estimates, and Favor's was reasonable, so I went with him. He and his crew worked diligently and made sure I was happy with the work. I had a big job as I had 8 trees and a tall giant wall/hedge that needed to be trimmed. Cesar worked with me to schedule the work on a specific day of the week that I needed the work to be done. Cesar asked questions when he worked, to make sure the tree was trimmed to my expectations. If I had any issues with the way the trees were trimmed, I talked with Csear and it was addressed immediately with his crew. While working, if Cesar noticed anything additional in my yard that needed to be addressed, that was outside of the scope of his work, he pointed it out to me, so that I was aware. This is the extra customer service that I was not expecting, but greatly appreciated, and I believe something that makes Cesar stand out from his competitors. Cesar helped me take care of a couple of these extra issues at NO extra charge (he cut a small tree that was leaning against the fence line, and also trimming an extra limb from a neighbor's tree that was breaking our shared fence). He also noticed I had a broken valve for my sprinkler system. I asked him for a quote and he came back at a later date to fix it. This broken valve had my water irrigation constantly leaking, and had Cesar not pointed it out, I wouldn't have known. When the work was finished, Cesar walked through the property to make sure I was happy with the work.
