We started using Dan's Tree service in 2019. At the time we had five 30+ foot queen palms and to massive canary island date palms with 8 to 10-inch spikes and weigh in a 5-to-10 each easy. Below that is our bespoke garden of succulents. Adrian and his crew do a beautiful job trimming while keeping our garden safe. And they always leave the yard clean. read more

Dan's Tree Service - Canary Island date palm and 40+ foot queen palm. The date palms are beasts to trim. - Tree Services Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

My neighbors have a row of ficus trees that branches into my backyard. They're tall and full. My gardener tried to hold back the growth until they got too tall/full for his equipment. So I hired Adrian/team to cut them back to the wall. They were fast, efficient, thorough. Left my yard super clean. Highly recommend Dan's Tree Service. read more

communication while getting quotes was fantastic with dan's. today the crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. the neighbors trees were terribly overgrown and making a mess in the yard and pool. the three man crew took care of the job - complete with cleanup- in less than an hour. they took away the branches, cleaned the deck and even got the net to scoop the leaves out of the pool. adrian sent me a zelle invoice for easy quick payment. i will only call dan's in the future. if the neighbor on the other side doesn't trim their tree i'll be calling them soon!! read more

Reasonable and competitive pricing and great tree cutting skills. The cut a huge ficus, grinder the root and left the place clean

Highly recommend, Adrian and his team! They were responsive and did a great job with tree removal of a palm tree, citrus tree and some bushes. They were on time and worked quickly. Also, did a great job with clean up of the area. Their price was the best and I am very satisfied with the job they did. read more

Highly Recommended!!! Ihave used Dan's Tree Service for many years. When Dan passed away, (a long time ago) he gave his business to his head man, Adrian. Adrian and his crew are excellent, prompt, and reasonable. They each have their part of the job to do and they do it well! Today I had a big pepper tree trimmed, as well as multiple very tall bushy trees along both backyard side walls with neighbors. Besides trimming they topped and got them cut back from the house. They always consider what should stay so it will still look attractive, rather than a bare looking buzz cut. Outstanding workers and very professional in every aspect. Highly Recommended!!! I always know I can count on Adrian and his crew! read more

Dan's team did an amazing job! They work very hard, they were very professional, and they clean up their mess afterwards. I had a few quote from other companies and their price was the best. I needed all my trees & palms front and back to be gone. It took them only 2.5 days to remove all trees and roots. Thank You for all your hard work. read more

Adrian and team did a great job trimming my 5 trees in my backyard and pricing was competitive. Great value. My trees were getting very close to our power lines and started to intrude into my neighbors' yards. They spent about 2 hours, trimmed about 3-4 feet from the top, trimmed all around and cleaned everything up - very professional, and they had all the appropriate equipment (incl. branch/wood chipper loaded on the back of their truck!). Highly recommend. Note, my pictures are from a low angle! read more

Had a bad experience with Tony's BC Tree Service which very much overbid Dan's Tree Service and left me in the dark by not communicating back! Adrian! Of Dan's Tree Service appeared and trimmed our Elm at a VERY FAIR PRICE! I've learned that many of these tree trimming companies base price on neighborhood, not job. Richer neighborhood, higher price. Be aware! Adrian of Dan's Tree Service will give you a fair price! read more

Adrian and his team are amazing. Showed up on time and removed a 20'h x15'wide cactus...and 30' tall giant bird of Paradise. They used precautions to protect my 1908 house's windows. Went above and beyond by cleaning up the bedding area after removing roots from plants I had trimmed. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend this business! read more

I have been using Dan's Tree Service for over 2 years. Because of difficult neighbors I have to trim my trees every 4 to 6 months. I have tried other tree sevices and it was stressful. Dan's Tree Service has done an excellent job on my trees, the height and thickness of the trees to help them fill out(bc of the neighbors). They were very patient with my back and forth about how much to trim. If I wasn't happy with my own decision they fixed it for me( I tipped heavily as it was my error) They make tree trimming a completely stress free, easy service. Once you use them you will always use them, they are that good and that easy! read more

We highly recommend Dan's Tree Service. They arrived on time, quickly got to work trimming scrubs, trees, and bushes. They did an especially great job trimming and lacing our melaleucas, opening them up perfectly. Dan's crew were experienced and professional. Rebecca from Long Beach is giving this review: " We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dan's Tree Service! Adrian and his team were OUTSTANDING! We had them trim down the tops of our cypress trees in our backyard, and they did a PHENOMENAL job. They were punctual, courteous, did a great job of cleaning after they were done, and most of all were kind and accommodating to our requests. We have had our cypress trees trimmed many times during the course of living in our place, and I must say this team were the BEST! We will DEFINITELY use them again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. This team also trimmed my mom's trees a little while ago and she to was very satisfied. Thank you Adrian and fellow team members....Rebecca" read more

Adrian and two assistants showed up early to remove a 20 foot tall White Bird of Paradise palm tree and trim and clean up another palm tree in my backyard in HB. They did a very professional job and cleaned up after themselves. Adrian had come a month earlier and given me a free competitive written estimate to do the work. The final bill matched the estimate with no add on costs. I would hire them again. Sincerely, Bruce read more

I hired Adrian and his crew for a large clean-up of our overgrown property a couple weeks ago. They pruned multiple trees including pittosporum, magnolia, strawberry tree and podocarpus. I have called twice and left my name and number for them to call back and come out to give an estimate. They never called me back. I have waited for over a week since my last message. It doesn't seem that they want the work or they are no longer in business. I will not call again. read more

Excellent! We have palm trees that have grown beyond what we are able to care for and Dan's crew did a great job with the trimming. Professional, no non-sense service. Important to us, they took great care in keeping our numerous plumeria trees and pineapple plants safe during the trim. The guys cleaned EVERYTHING....even had a blower for our patio area. Very pleased with their service and will most definitely hire them in the future as well as recommend them to my neighbors. read more

Dans crew literally turned my so- so back yard into an oasis. They showed up on time, left no trace behind. Even my nieghbors commented on the friendly and polite crew. Best of all the price was so incredibly reasonable I was able to purchase an extra piece of patio furniture to complete my now perfect yard. Dans is absolutely a no nonsense get the job done on time service. The crew respects the owner and the owner makes you and your satisfaction his main priority. I will recommend this company with 100% certainty they will be thrilled with the results. I feel fortunate to have stumbled across them and and planning on them working their magic on my front yard in the near future. Clearly I cannot say enough good things about Dan's tree service. Very Unprofessional!!! He was hired to trim my trees, and also my neighbors. Dan missed his first appointment because his truck broke down. Then he showed up over an hour earlier on the second attempt and knocked on my door. I quickly got dressed and was at the door within 60 seconds, but when I opened the door he was driving away. I immediately called him 4 times, and he never answered the phone. He finally called me back 7 hours later and said sorry I am to busy to come trim your trees today, how about I come back in 3 days. We agreed that he would return 3 days later and I let my neighbor know at Dan's request. That was the last time we ever heard form him. He did not show to trim the trees, nor did he return any of the 10 calls my neighbor and I placed to him. We never heard from him again. This guy is very unprofessional and with the large number of tree service's in the Orange County area, there is no need to put up with the kind of business Dan runs. Be warned, stay away from Dan's tree service read more
