Highly Recommended!!! Ihave used Dan's Tree Service for many years. When Dan passed away, (a long time ago) he gave his business to his head man, Adrian. Adrian and his crew are excellent, prompt, and reasonable. They each have their part of the job to do and they do it well! Today I had a big pepper tree trimmed, as well as multiple very tall bushy trees along both backyard side walls with neighbors. Besides trimming they topped and got them cut back from the house. Adrian and team did a great job trimming my 5 trees in my backyard and pricing was competitive. Great value. My trees were getting very close to our power lines and started to intrude into my neighbors' yards. They spent about 2 hours, trimmed about 3-4 feet from the top, trimmed all around and cleaned everything up - very professional, and they had all the appropriate equipment (incl. branch/wood chipper loaded on the back of their truck!). I have been using Dan's Tree Service for over 2 years. Because of difficult neighbors I have to trim my trees every 4 to 6 months. I have tried other tree sevices and it was stressful. Dan's Tree Service has done an excellent job on my trees, the height and thickness of the trees to help them fill out(bc of the neighbors). They were very patient with my back and forth about how much to trim. If I wasn't happy with my own decision they fixed it for me( I tipped heavily as it was my error) They make tree trimming a completely stress free, easy service. Very Unprofessional!!! He was hired to trim my trees, and also my neighbors. Dan missed his first appointment because his truck broke down. Then he showed up over an hour earlier on the second attempt and knocked on my door. I quickly got dressed and was at the door within 60 seconds, but when I opened the door he was driving away. I immediately called him 4 times, and he never answered the phone. He finally called me back 7 hours later and said sorry I am to busy to come trim your trees today, how about I come back in 3 days. We agreed that he would return 3 days later and I let my neighbor know at Dan's request. That was the last time we ever heard form him. He did not show to trim the trees, nor did he return any of the 10 calls my neighbor and I placed to him. We never heard from him again. This guy is very unprofessional and with the large number of tree service's in the Orange County area, there is no need to put up with the kind of business Dan runs.
