Met some friends for happy hour. It ends at 5:30 so the time is not great if you work. I had to go find our server to get a drink. The drinks were ok and the wine a good price for happy hour ($6). Not a lot of drinks on the happy hour menu so most ordered drinks at regular price. The fave was the puffer fish cocktail. Adorable cup. The food was mid. The mochiko chicken bites were chewy dark meat with a spicy dipping sauce. No one was a fan. Everyone did enjoy the GOAT. A delicious goat cheese dipping sauce with strawberry hot honey and cauliflower bread.

The food was delicious!!! I had the teriyaki bowl wife had the paella. Both dishes were great, I would order the teriyaki 100X over. Plenty of parking and service was outstanding!!

Absolutely phenomenal service! The food was a little pricey for what you get, but it was good. I highly recommend the G.O.A.T. appetizer. The restaurant got a bit loud as it filled up; by the end of our meal, it was a bit hard to hear one another. I will definitely be coming back.

My first time here was great! I went out for a girls night out. I started with a Tefi mocktail, and while it is quite spendy for NA, it was fresh and tasty, just small serving size. I also opted for the Lucky Tiger and was SO impressed. It was delicious. I got the bread basket for $5 and the bread was kind of stiff/stale but could just be the types they put in. I saw in photos there were 3 types, but I only received 2 types. I also added an order of fries, and they did not live up to the hype, but the handful I had were good, I just wouldn't order then additionally again. The steak was fabulous, cooked well and I liked the fresh veggie sides and rice. Overall, it was a pricey meal for one at $50 but I was treating myself. I'm glad I tried what I tried, I would return and opt out of the drink and sides. Otherwise, the service was good and they kept our waters full and were attentive.

We had a work meeting here recently on a Wednesday evening and had reserved the small party room near the entrance for it. Unfortunately it was a very cold day with winter weather warning, so the restaurant was very empty, but we did get great service. I got the Pacific Mai Thai and it was excellent. All the flavors you'd want from a tiki drink were definitely present and the foam on top was a nice little texture change. I got to try the Brussels, cauliflower app, the GOAT, and the lahvosh and all of them were so good! I probably preferred the lahvosh and GOAT over the Brussels just because it wasn't quite as crispy as I like my Brussels, but overall can't complain about the apps at all! I was disappointed with the lack of vegetarian options. When asked, they told me they could make the stew and the salads vegetarian, or they could double the portion of the Mac and cheese, which is vegetarian. I opted for the Mac and cheese and it was not the right decision. The dish lacked flavor, which was surprising given how good the apps were! The Mac and cheese was clearly an after thought. Unfortunately the dessert options weren't much to write home about either. Our group sampled the Nanaimo bars and the malasadas. I tried the malasada and, while tasty, tasted like an ordinary sugar donut. I would come back here, but personally just for drinks and the apps, and the service.

Fun ambiance! This place has a cute ocean vibe with food to match. They have more than the traditional seafood restaurant. They have a nice selection of classics, as well as tasty uncommon items like bibimbap and wailea stew. The dishes were rich, flavorful, and filling. The drinks were tasty as well, and sort of island themed. I would like to come back and try more options. The host was very friendly and funny, and the server was nice and accommodating.

Had the seafood curry/stew dish with a half salad. Really tasty and portions were just right. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals as well: the Korean bbq dish, cold noods, wings, and the steak. Can't remember all the names of the dishes, but they were all tasty! The restaurant has outdoor patio seating where we were seated, so this place is good for bigger groups. Our server was fantastic and friendly. Would come back here for sure!

Pacific Eating House is a casual, coastal style seafood eatery that has high quality offerings for being located in the middle of the country a thousand miles from the nearest coast. We visited with our Supper Club group, and they were able to seat us easily at one long table. The ambiance was light and airy, with surfy/ocean style decor around the interior. Our server was knowledgeable about the food and drink menus, which was nice. They had the Kona "Big Wave" beer that I hadn't seen in a while so I definitely grabbed that. Such a chill and refreshing beer - definitely makes you feel like you're on a beach somewhere. I had the Twisted Sister, which was a perfectly cooked salmon that came with an avocado aioli on top, as well as a little side of super tasty peanut miso dressing. Yum! Out of sheer curiosity, my husband got a cheeseburger (at a seafood restaurant), but he said it was surprisingly well made for not being their speciality cuisine. My friend got the Cod and Chips, and was so nice to share a bite with me. The filets were so tender and tasty. I will definitely be ordering that to have a full plate of it next time! The rest of our group got the Bibimbap, Halibut, and Mahi Mahi, and there were no complaints at all, just oohs and ahhs and silent eating noises LOL While this isn't the cheapest place in Omaha by any means, it definitely delivers for the price in terms of the food quality, ambiance, and service!

Another first time choice today. Sea Bass n Shrimp for myself. B has requested Fish n Chips. Cold in here today. Nice and private seating. My portion of sea bass was very small. Nice shrimp portion. But our waiter did actually bring me some more of sea bass. Both were good. I have not had sea bass except, guessing once prior. Lots of batter on cod of fish n chips. But all real good. So 5 Stars for efforts, but doubt if we return. No issues. We just don't do seafood much.

I stumbled into this eatery on my way to another establishment next to it. They have their menu posted on the window, we took a look and decide to give it a try. First impression of the inside was good, it looked clean, organized and it had plenty of seating both inside and outside. We came on a Sunday so it was a pretty quiet day. They have happy hour options on this day all day. We started with the bread basket which was good, the herb butter was delicious. I also had a cup of the clam chowder which was ok, it came with a cracker like bread, maybe a slice of sourdough would have been better, I didn't mind since we had the bread basket already. I also had the fish and chips, those were on point! The service was friendly and prompt. Will definitely consider coming back . They also had a wide selection of wines , beer and cocktails.

Wow! We came on a whim. Asked an employee about the best thing. He held conviction about his answer (always a good thing) and we immediately ordered his 2 recommendations. We both loved what we got. (Those green beans!!)

It's been a while since I was at the Pacific Eating House. The first time I was here I had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the food which was excellent. This time I really appreciated the fact that they took my reservation and even accommodated a request to be seated in a quiet area so I could catch up with some old friends. Parking is free and convenient. The restaurant itself is pleasantly decorated and exceptionally clean. I was pleasantly greeted, and immediately seated with my party. Our server was very nice and was patient when we explained that we needed time to catch up a bit and continue to check on us will taking care of the rest of the dining room. He replaced a glass of Prosecco that seemed a little off without hesitation accommodated a request to take orders and expedite food for one of the party that needed to get to an early afternoon meeting. The foods that we ordered were fairly simple and included two different kinds of soup, a lavash, a salad, and some tacos. Unfortunately, the food seem to be a bit of a problem. The soups were cold, and the clam chowder that had been delicious upon my first visit was so thick that you could stand a spoon in it and over-seasoned with the celery /dill flavor that was not the same flavor from my last visit. The tomato soup again was exceptionally over-seasoned and too spicy. The lavash was over cooked and dry. The desserts were nice, but there was an inconsistency to the overall meal that was disappointing. I would probably give Pacific Eating House another try, but I would have to see a better quality of food to bring me back there again in the future.

Everett's is a solid ten! At least that's what I would give them if I could. We had heard about…read morethem and were very excited to try. I'm sure everything on the menu is good, but we came here for wings and boy did they deliver. The house brined wings are Fantastic. We did the extra hot bubba, which is their extra hot sauce fried then grilled In garlic Parmesan, which was so juicy and flavorful and kicked the heat to a perfect amount where it was flavorful but not overbearing. We also did the cactus ranch, which is the medium hot sauce tossed with cactus ranch seasoning, also tried it grilled. Another solid selection that provided a nice amount of heat and flavor. Both were so amazing I can't even say which one I liked more or which one was hotter. The wings are huge, juicy, and came out well-sauced. I filled up after five of mine (my husband tackled them all) and took the rest home. I don't know how to say best wings in Omaha, since I don't live there and haven't tried enough places, but these were some of the best wings we have EVER had, period. And we get wings almost everywhere we go. Also---the hand-cut (you heard me) fries aren't to be passed up on. We tried with the garlic aoili, so good, and a huge basket for $6. Our server was great. They are always busy, so give them some grace. We came during late lunch, got lucky and got seated right away, and it was still a revolving door of people, tables don't sit empty for long. They don't take reservations, and I understand why. They have limited space and when full, you sign up on the Board, there is a bar next door you can also receive a buzzer and go have a few drinks while you wait. This place is definitely worth the wait and we will repeatedly be back when we make it up to Omaha.

In addition, our server Laura was great -- friendly, efficient, came back to check on us, refilled water glasses, prompt with the food and with our bill. The atmosphere was just ok. Some eclectic posters adorned the walls. There were a couple of large tv screens tuned to a sports channel. Interior seemed a bit dark for a sunny mid-afternoon. But the food! My wife & I shared a BBQ Pulled Pork and Bacon Burger with a side of Branding Potatoes plus a Fry Basket option #3 (asian). Each item was totally delicious -- amazing blends of flavors! I cannot give enough praise. Some creative genius (maybe several of them) was involved in cooking up this kind of flavorful delight! Highly recommend!!

Most of our group had been to Cheddar's before, and we were all excited to try some new menu items. Overall, the food was a hit. The onion rings came out hot and fresh, the lemon pepper chicken was especially juicy, and the white fish ended up being another favorite at the table. That said, there were a few service missteps that took away from the experience. Two people in our group ordered the white fish blackened, but only one plate came out as requested--the other was pretty bland. When our server eventually checked in (a bit later than expected), we mentioned the mix-up. His response was pretty casual, something along the lines of there just being less spice, and he didn't offer to fix it or have it remade. We ended up just swapping a fillet between the two plates so each person had one blackened and one not. It worked, but it felt like something that should have been handled differently. There were also a few moments where drinks went empty for a while, and our server wasn't around much. At one point, a manager actually stepped in and refilled waters for the table, which we appreciated. Overall, the service felt very laid-back...but to the point where it came across like he didn't care. One bright spot worth mentioning: my salad came out before the meal with a lot more cheese on top than I expected. As I was picking some off onto a side plate, a manager happened to notice and stopped to ask if I'd prefer a new salad without cheese. I explained it wasn't a mistake, just more than I wanted, but I really appreciated the attention and the offer to make it right.

Suffice to say (before reading my long review) it was not on par with the L street location! The staff were definitely new and learning the menu, but that is to be expected any time a new place is freshly opened. Our server, Blake, was nice though and was learning fast. But with a few other servers, there was one thing that did not come about from being a server in a new restaurant. We were eating and could CLEARLY hear the staff around the corner talking loudly and cursing left and right. I am not a prude about language but it's just not something you see every day at a restaurant with families/kids dining. The size of the restaurant seems a little smaller than the L street location, too. That may be a psychosomatic thing when trying a different location of a place you know, but I definitely felt more cramped. The food is on par with the OG spot, so no complaints there. My usual is the bourbon glazed salmon with the cheesy broccoli on the side. So it was just as tasty as the other location, but I think I'll stick to the L street one mostly going forward.

I got the crisp martini and my husband got the old fashioned. Both were good but the old fashioned was a little too sweet. For our appetizer we got the shrimp carrot which was super buttery and cheesy. We also split the flat iron steak special. We ordered it medium rare and it was more of a medium well. It was on the salty side and the steak had the same texture as ham or like a school lunch meat....something about it reminded me of a jerky too. It was interesting and didnt taste bad but unlike any steak texture I've ever had. It cost $29 so wasn't expensive for a steak but I guess we should've gone next door to Mahogany Prime if we wanted good steak or even Texas Roadhouse up the way. Even though we were disappointed with the steak we still had a great time. Will def come back and try a salad or the chicken piccata. I ordered a margarita with…read moreno salt, but it was brought out with a salted rim, and I can see that salt dripped into the drink. I asked for it to be remade. What happened next was unacceptable. I watched the waitress take the drink back to the bar, where the bartender (with his hair parted in the middle) poured the margarita out of and over the salted rim, into a different glass instead of making a new one. That same drink was then brought back to me. This isn't just poor service, it's a serious health and safety concern for me. There is a reason I asked for no salt. Rather than admitting a mistake and correcting it properly, they chose to cut corners and hope I wouldn't notice. If I hadn't seen it happen, I would have unknowingly consumed something I specifically asked to avoid. There were other issues during the visit, but this alone is enough to ensure I won't be returning. Trust is critical when dining out, and unfortunately, this experience showed that it's lacking here.

The steaks had absolutely no seasoning and the mashed were like paste. We had to ask for salt and pepper. Why can't they just put it on the table? My prime rib was blood rare which I talked to the server about before I ordered and said I would like medium and he said they could. Oh and no horseradish sauce like it said on the menu. The saving grace was I had the French onion soup which was terrific. Like I said, knowing how crazy it is on Valentine's Day, we expected a wait. But after waiting quite a long time for our food, I think they could've made sure it was cooked and seasoned properly.
