I'm giving this place a five because I really enjoyed the food and the ambiance was great! I ordered the Ceviche Sampler and it was really good. The service was more like a 3 starts, our Sever was MIA for most of our meal. We will definitely be back soon! read more

Ate here yesterday with my husband for lunch. The waitress was very sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. I was excited to taste something a little different so I ordered the Grilled Salmon Chowder. Sadly it was cold, lightly seasoned, and very oily. I had to give it back to the waitress to warm up. My husband had the Cod Sandwich from the Lunch menu. He said it had more bread than fish and did not eat it all which never happens unless he doesn't like something. The Ambience was PERFECT! On a scale from 1 to 10 we gave it a 5! They really could use more flavors/seasoning in their food. read more

My very good friend visited from LA, we are tired of waiting for Snooze for an hour and half. We decided to give the next door a try and it turned out to be a great surprise! Pacific Catch is a very nice restaurant with a variety options of food and drinks! I really loved the environment and interior design of this place. Also they have a nice bar area for those who just want to grab a drink with some appetizers. I took a photo of our food. They are not only nicely presented, but also very healthy! My friend and I both enjoy our first try very much and for sure we will come back again soon! The staff are so friendly and efficient! I would definitely encourage to give it a try! You might be surprised! read more

Really good food and very nice environment seating at the semi outdoor area. Service was good too.

This place is delicious! Beautiful ambiance with a really beautiful and modern interior. The menu is diverse and we can't wait to come back again and try different things. We had the pupu platter and the ceviche/poke trio. The portions are insanely generous and everything was incredible. Plus, the service is awesome! Everyone is so friendly. My wife and I are definitely come back for more date nights! PS Robert is the best! read more

We went here for Happy Hour and it wasn't very good. Items on the menu were not available (this was at 5pm). And the food was ok...the service was also ok...and the ambiance was nice, but didn't make up for what it lacked. Sorry, not going again. read more

Food is great here and service was amazing last night. Cailee was an awesome server and Katie the manger helped me out so much with vegan options. It would be really helpful for the customers and the restaurant as whole to have things marked on the menu for vegans so that they can join others who aren't vegan and want to go here. I was very fortunate for Cailee and Katie's help and accommodations and plan to visit again! read more

Favorite restaurant!! Went here for lunch on a Tuesday with 2 other friends. We all loved the food! Everything was so fresh and perfectly cooked. Phil, the bartender also made us a few drinks and all the drinks were so good and well balanced! Definitely recommend their drinks! Thank you Pacific Catch team for taking care of us ! read more

I stopped by for dinner with a friend from out of town and as soon as I stepped in I felt a really cool California breezy vibe. We sat at the bar and our service was decent, but what I was really blown away by were all the flavors in what we ordered. I cannot recommend enough the seared yellowtail with their chimichurri sauce. I could honestly eat anything with their version of this sauce it's so good. We also had a new item they were trying out called the Fish Wings, and before you say fish don't have wings, let me introduce you to a deep fried delicacy of yellowtail collar slathered in a chili lime garlic sauce that still somehow allows the outside to remain crisp but tender and flaky inside. I loved everything we ordered, it felt fresh and tasted incredible. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again! read more

Yummy food overall. Expensive, but it's good. Cute atmosphere & decor. I had a great experience with my server; can't speak for the rest The fish n chips unfortunately was a let down; but lots of good items to pick from. read more

Came by for a birthday lunch and was served by Phill. Everything from the service, to the food, to the drinks were exceptional! We ate on the beautiful patio and it was so relaxing. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you Phill! read more

Our neighbor, Jenifer, recently hired as a hostess at the restaurant. For some time, my wife and I would pass Pacific Catch thinking about stopping in to grab a bite. We finally decided to have lunch there and check it out. Without knowing it, we were happy to see that Jennifer was working that day. She greeted us with warmth and appreciation. She took the time to explain the passionate focus of the restaurant's 'Sustainable' sourced seafood, eco-friendly commitment. She was the consummate host. We watched her constantly on the move. When not greeting customers, she was checking on tables and customers, while supporting the serving staff. The atmosphere was open and airy with a Hawaiian tropical theme. We were surprised to see a full bar that looked inviting. Our server, Brendel, was second to none. She knew the menu well. She quickly told us about various unique dishes and the value of signing up for their rewards program, including a free appetizer at the time of signing up. She was perfectly attentive, with a smile that never dropped. She checked on us often and kept a watchful eye on our water consumption. She paid careful attention to details that we shared. She even took the dessert we ordered off the bill as my wife's birthday is next week. The food prices were surprisingly affordable, and the portions were huge. We took advantage of the "free" appetizer, Sticky Ribs. They were so large and meaty, all five of them. The food presentation of our entrees looked great and tasted even better. We ordered the Mexican Grill Chili Lime Shrimp (highly recommended) and the Wagyu Burger. We will absolutely be back! read more

Our waitress Alissa was great. That said, this restaurant is an absolute bust. High prices, low grade food and a small bottle of sake was literally $29 dollars! Astonishingly disappointing. No wonder it is empty. Good luck to them, we will never return. read more

I hate to do this but they always mess up my Door Dash order. Tonight I ordered the papas bravas appetizer only to be disappointed that it came in a tiny cup, when I actually ordered this appetizer for lunch for my husband and it came in a large plate. The cup they served me the appetizer is the size that they give you the side of black beans with the fish tacos. I can't believe I paid $14 for like four tiny pieces of potatoes. To top it off, you can't even get ahold of anyone via telephone. Please do better. read more

Was very excited to visit this restaurant. Unfortunately , the food was just okay. A bit expensive for just okay food. The service and ambiance were good. read more

Very disappointed with the service we received yesterday. The server seemed annoyed and would interrupt my conversation with my date. She even pointed out how rude he was and asked me if she was reading more into this. But I agreed. She was working on her dinner and he asked her if she wanted a To go box. But she declined and said she's still working on it. I expected better service from this establishment and happier servers. Food was good but not enough to offset the bad service. Very disappointing, you can do better pacific catch. read more

I wish could give them 5 stars, but the last 3 times we've been there the service has been really slow. The manager has taken care of us every time this occurs and always apologizes. At first we attributed it to being newly opened...but it seems to just be a reoccurring issue. The food is delicious, especially the bowls! Hopefully service will improve read more

This was my first time eating lunch at Pacific Catch in Tustin. Beautiful tropical decor in bar area and dining area. Great service and great food for a reasonable price. I like the ambiance. It's a great date spot.

came here on a whim. My dad had just had eye surgery and had to wait four hours to recover, so mom and my husband decided to go here for the first time definitely didn't disappoint. Here are my suggestions.: It must try is a Chilean sea bass collarbone soap, and so yummy. There was some type of citrus sauce underneath, and it made the dish. Miso mushroom soup was a lovely light broth with a lot of umami. They're Chilean Seabass meal was so good. I meant I have the appetite of a bird, but I inhaled the whole meal. Got a steak and mushroom meal. I feel bad that I don't remember the name but little artichokes were so crisp and yummy and the steak was nice and medium rare, the mushrooms, thick and juicy and a nice type of extra protein. The server and service was amazing. The restroom, nice and clean, and the restaurant well kept, and I love that the restaurant was nice and bright . If you're ever in the area, you really should give this place a try. read more

Fish is very fresh and tasty, especially love the miso cod fish. The small street food dishes are also tasty. Like the spicy scallop tacos.

You know how you keep on driving past a restaurant and you finally check it out? Well today I had a lovely experience and great food at this restaurant. My husband had the salmon with the green curry sauce, and sides of kimchi rice, no egg and broccolini. I love that these dishes can be made with items you want,Eg chimichurri sauce, Hawaiian salt and pepper or green curry sauce. I had the Korean steak and ribs because I found out that the chef has experience with this cuisine. Yum Yum. Both presentations were great with enough wonderful good food. Dominic our server was gracious enough to spend time with us as this was our first visit. There are too few restaurants that serve good seafood, and still accommodate those of us who want meat in a tasty recipe. More importantly, the portions were commensurate with the menu price, which is a rarity today. If you are a foodie, you will really enjoy this restaurant. Where are my comments of help? read more

One of our families favorite restaurants! We love the food & our incredible service from Cailee!! She truly makes each experience the best!!

Food: 2 stars Service: 4 stars Ambiance: 5 stars I really want to love this place. It's inviting, in a great location, has a fresh island vibe without in-your-face cliche tropical decor. Even the restaurant name sounds delectable. So I want to love this place, but my 2 recent experiences here left a bit to be desired. My first time here was with a large group (13 ppl), under a reservation for Mothers Day. We came on Saturday evening. I understand that Mothers Day is a busy weekend, and that Saturdays are busy regardless, and that we were a large party. But the amount of waiting (to be seated as well as during meal service) with little acknowledgement was too much. There was little to no mention of the wait ("Thanks for your patience" or "sorry about the wait, we're understaffed" or "we'll comp the drinks because of the wait," etc.). We would've been totally understanding under the circumstances, and sometimes just mentioning the wait is enough to actually make up for it. On top of that, the food was just ok ... a bit unseasoned and appearing a little "thrown together in a rush." All the seafood items that we ordered didn't live up to expectation, especially with a restaurant name like "Pacific Catch." Amazing food might've made up for all the waiting, but that wasn't the case. We didn't even attempt dessert, opting instead to go elsewhere for sweet treats. Two of us returned a couple of weeks later to give this place a second try. We came for a weekday lunch during a non-holiday, without a large group to serve, and with hopes for a much different experience. The service definitely fulfilled that wish ... wait times were typical for a lunch crowd and all servers were so friendly and attentive. The ambiance was still great, as described above. The food, however, was still just ok. Decently presented this time, but just not that flavorful and some elements not that fresh. Tried dessert this time; again, some elements tasted store-bought. We never tried the alcoholic drinks here. Maybe the bar is spectacular, I don't know. I think just some tweaks with the menu/recipes could really improve the overall experience here. The service & ambiance are already good; a better meal would elevate this place to "great." read more

Pacific Catch is our favorite fish and seafood restaurant bar none. A classy and upscale venue with ocean fare you won't find better anywhere. Located a short block off the freeway in Tustin Marketplace with ample parking. As we arrived shortly after their 11AM opening, there was plenty of seating available either inside the spacious and open dining room or outside under the covered patio. It wasn't long before more diners began arriving and the room began to fill up. That's usually a sign you are in a good restaurant. Our friendly waiter immediately greeted us and offered entre suggestions which we appreciated. I ordered the Mixed Catch and my dining partner requested the Salmon Fresh Catch. We enjoyed the pleasant surroundings while awaiting our food and it didn't take long before it arrived table side. My Mixed Catch consisted of two perfectly done pieces of lightly battered Cod, several grilled Coconut Shrimp and a generous amount of lightly battered Calamari. My meal came with your choice of several sides along with Coleslaw and a trio of tasty dipping sauces. I chose Sweet Potato Fries for the side and received a generous portion, excellently prepared. My partner's Salmon Fresh Catch had a good-sized piece of grilled pink Salmon, perfectly done, along with generous portions of grilled Brussels Sprouts and Green Beans. Our kind waiter made several table side visits to ensure our satisfaction during our stay. An enjoyable meal and dining experience that will provide encouragement for a repeat visit to Pacific Catch before long. read more

Stopped in for Happy hour today and it was bustling. Almost no seats at the bar itself, which just goes to show everything is going well so far. Had the pleasure of being served by Sianna and she is an absolute sweetheart! Took great care of us even though we only had a few drinks. read more

We took my brother and sister-inlaw here for my brother's birthday. We had been wanting to try it because it's really close and we love seafood. There were 8 of us, and we did make a reservation that same morning, for 5pm on Sunday. It was not crowded at all when we were seated. We had an adorable server named Darian. He was very good, service was perfect, his personality was fun and he was very knowledgeable about the menu and knew the food and had great recommendations!! The ambiance is fun, bright, and cheerful, big improvement over Bonefish!! Three of us ordered the Mixed Catch, which was fried fish, coconut shrimp & fried calamari. There were 3 delicious sauces. It came with 2 side choices. I had Thai slaw & Chili lime fries, both very tasty. I also ordered a side of their Thai Brussel sprouts which were SO good!! My hubby & I shared them. He had Fish tacos, one- grilled yellowtail, one- fried Shrimp. It came with black beans, and he had a miso green salad, too. My sister-in- law had the West Coast bowl (I think that's what it's called). It had a brown rice/quinoa mix with marinated cucumbers & roasted cauliflower and a beautiful salmon filet with a yummy sauce. She also ordered a side of Kimchi rice, which we all tried, and it was phenomenal! It was topped with a fried egg. My nephew loved his Poke bowl, and my sister says hers was the very best. She had the catch of the day. It was Black Cod with some kind of sweet sauce, Brussel sprouts and kimchi rice. She absolutely LOVED it!! She's the pickiest of all of us foodies! They brought a complimentary dessert of his choice out for my brother. It was his birthday we were celebrating. He chose the cheesecake filled dulce de Leche spring roll with Gelato & Caramel sauce. My hubby and I shared one of those, too. So yummy!! My sister had the cinnamon donuts with passion fruit sauce and whipped cream, great! My niece had a Jalapeno pineapple margarita (forgot to mention at the beginning of review) that she said was her favorite drink ever!! I don't have one negative thing to say. It was a perfect experience and the prices were fair and the service was the very best!! Thank you Darian H.!! GREAT JOB!! We can't wait to go back and bring my daughters!! Thank you so much, for a wonderful evening, Pacific Catch!! read more

First time here and Food, drinks , and service were all amazing !! Definitely will come here again.

My sister recommended Pacific Catch and my family all had a great time. They had a nice outdoor patio near the fire that could accommodate our party of 7. There were really good deals for the happy hour, especially the specialty margaritas. The Jale-piña margarita was extra spicy and delicious. They infuse the tequila with jalapeño and have a jalapeño salt on the rim. We got to try the guava margarita and got it with half the agave! Brendel and Phil took care of us all night and made sure we had everything we needed. It did start to get packed around 6pm. Overall great food and service! We'll definitely come back and recommend this location to our friends. Thank you! read more
