I came here on a Friday to pick up two burritos. I ordered a Carne Asada and a chicken burrito and the total came to under $20. The burritos are packed next to grilled vegetables which made the tortilla soggy (recommendation: separate the grilled vegetables from the burrito). The burritos was packed with ingredients but very bland. My husband said his chicken burrito was fine and would give it 3 out of 5 stars, too. They also offer 3 different sauces, too. Stopped by here for Taco Tuesday (there was no special unfortunately), but the prices for tacos are pretty decent compared to other places i've seen. $2 Tacos. A good variety of protein choices as well. Remember to bring cash because it's cash only! Service was quick and efficient. Now for the tacos itself, I got 2 asada and 2 al pastors. The asada was pretty typical in my opinion, nothing really too special, but pretty solid. The tortilla they use is quite thick, even if they use 2 tortillas. Although, I actually enjoyed the al pastor one better. It was more greasier, but it tasted more charred and had more flavor to it. Funny, came here because they were parked outside the bar I just left and had a hankering for tacos, and lo and behold, I've been to them in the past. Sure, 7 years ago, but I don't do too many taco taco trucks. Just like my last review, they are legit. It was the end of the night, and they were out of cabeza and lengya, but looking at my old review, asada and pollo were the good options anyway (no pork for me so I can't comment on the quality). First time trying out vampiros and it was amazing. I got the Al pastor and I highly recommend that meat for the vampiros. Glad I tried it out here near Disneyland. Very affordable food and left here full. The torta was good. The service was typical and the food would be called out so be ready. The place is a little older, but the food is amazing. Tacos Manuel is one of my other go to spot for tacos! For the price and quality it is worth visiting. Just know this business operates out of a semi food truck and not a store front. Cash and card is accepted. Love the tacos here. Asada, Al Pastor and the Tripa. Tasty and yummy. Definitely request for their grilled onions and jalapenos - if you like any or either. Love their salsas - but last couple times I went they were a bit strict on number of salsas they were giving out. There were 2x I had to pay extra for salsas. I guess it just depends who you get?! Taco prices pretty affordable. I haven't been here in the past few months and noticed there is an updated menu and prices have gone up a little. Go for option #1, so break down comes out to $2 a taco. Otherwise, just 1 taco is $3! Which earlier this year was at $2. Stumbled upon this spot due to good reviews but I was wrong. Ordered a lengua burrito and al pastor torta. My burrito had no rice in it and it had shredded lettuce and cheese. Also the tortilla is very doughy and thick, not the traditional Mexican style tortilla. It tastes like I'm eating at Del Taco. Extremely underwhelming and disappointed. Tacos Manuel is a food truck near the corner of 17th and Mabury in Santa Ana. The truck is parked along the street with street parking surrounding it. We ordered the asada tacos ($2 each), al pastor tacos ($2 each), and the asada quesadilla ($9). I liked the asada a lot and thought it had a lot more flavor than the al pastor. The quesadilla was good with good portions of meat and cheese. Our meal came with three salsas and I really liked the avocado salsa. It was my favorite and it was delicious! I wish I could've gotten more of those so I could smother everything with it. You can ask for grilled onions and jalapeños on request and the former was delicious with both the tacos and quesadilla. Unfortunately there was no place to sit or eat; there's a park within walking distance from the food truck or you can eat in your car. Note that they allow card but probably includes a fee which is why they recommend using cash. read more

Honestly, this taco shop is a hidden gem! They're parked right behind a small shopping center and isn't super flashy with bright signs or anything. The staff is always quick and efficient. Their prices are good too. $2 for tacos and $9 for burritos! They come with grilled onions and jalapeños, but make sure you ask for it! Their al pastor and carne asada cuts weren't dry and flavorful. Tacos also come with onion and cilantro on top. They also have a variety of salsas, green, red, and creamy avocado. The red one is spicy. They have some agua frescas as well. Asada burrito: It's one of the better asada burritos that I've had. It's a bit salty at time but the grilled onions help tone back the saltiness. Al pastor burrito: Salty meat with a sweet marinade. Taco truck! Yummmmmmm I randomly found this place on Yelp and wanted to try. 1) not a lot of spots to park 2) no place to sit 3) no fork nor spoons available either. Yes you read it correctly. So if all your meat and toppings falls off your tacos well you're either scooping it up with whatever piece of tortilla you have left or use your fingers! I tried the carne asada, al pastor and carnitas tacos. There was grilled onions on top as well. The meat was well flavored and the sauce was really good as well. Good on top of good, well folks you get one tasty taco!! I would definitely come back here again. I might pack a folk , baby wipes and BRING your own drink. Seriously, they don't sell drinks. Thankfully after coming to Knotts the first time now they became regulars at work and we absolutely love them. I grab tacos at least once a week and they are bomb every time! One of the things that stands out from this truck is their red salsa, for some reason it reminds me of my childhood, it has a distinct flavor that is very good. Still my favorite tacos after 7 years. I always stop by this taco truck if I'm in Orange County. I had the salsas wrong in my first review. The green salsa has habanero so that's their spiciest. The avocado salsa is their mild which is my favorite since I can't handle heat and the red salsa is medium heat. The tacos always come with the tastiest grilled onions and jalapenos and lemons, so if you don't like them, make sure to tell the cashier so they're not added. They accept cash and card and they started selling agua frescas recently. Today they had horchata, jamaica, and watermelon. They also sell canned sodas. You have to park on the street, but I can always find a spot not too far from the truck so parking isn't an issue. Take my advance and try them out and see how flavorful these tacos are! read more
