We had the most wonderful experience here. The service was perfect, as our server, Cailee, was extremely attentive, kind, pleasant, and patient. In fact, I don't think I've had a better service experience when dining out; she definitely set the bar high and made the experience a 10/10. The food was absolutely delicious, too. I ordered wild caught salmon and my wife got the kanpachi and it exceeded our expectations. We definitely plan to return. read more

Matthew was a sweetheart! he made my sons birthday extra special! I am very happy with the service and will be coming again.

I really wanted to like this place. However, we will not be returning. Waiter forgot to note my husband's allergy to sesame and my husband's food was served to him with sesame seeds all over his dish. The waiter apologized, but then a woman, which we are only assuming to be the manager, although she did not introduce who she was, came up to our table and told my husband verbatim, " I don't know what to feed you. Almost all of our dishes have sesame or sesame oil". She seemed annoyed at us. But if that's the case, why would you ask about allergies? And does your head chef know that his unprofessional manager is speaking to his guests in that manner? Does the chef not have alternative oils to cook the food in? Needless to say, my husband was still polite and said if there's a little bit of oil on his steak, he should be ok. So she had his entree re-done. 40 mins later, his food came out. Although mine and our other 2 friends dishes turned cold because we were waiting for my husband to be served. While my husband's dish was being re-done, I couldn't help look around and notice the middle of the restaurant was almost completely empty. So why did it take so long for my husband to get his entree?? The waiter was nice and comped my husband's meal and also offered a complimentary dessert. But the supposed manager ruined our evening there. We will not be returning. The management of this restaurant makes Cheesecake Factory seem like Mastro's . I'm giving this place 2 stars because the ambiance was nice. The food was decent - we weren't amazed, but it was good enough. Addendum: Our friends wanted to add that one of their dishes had squash that was inedible and they almost chipped a tooth biting into it. Photo attached. read more

First time here and probably the last time. I ordered the Pupu platter togo at $27. Did not come with chips for my guacapoke but I got an orchid?!? And no sauces for coconut shrimp or shishitos. No utensils. No napkins. The musubi fell apart while eating it. The best thing on this plate was the coconut shrimp - everything else was just okay. Guacapoke lacked flavor. The ambiance the restaurant seemed nice and the workers were all nice but I wasn't impressed with this platter for the pricepoint and all that it wad missing. read more

Bri T. is awesome! She greeted me with a smile, was engaging in nice conversation and suggested the West Coast Salmon Bowl. The food was excellent tasting with a good mix of interesting flavors and a very large serving. Thanks for the great customer service! read more

I received an email that they were promoting new shell fish dishes... sold on the fact they had cioppino. Decided to go for dinner yesterday. Since it was a little drive from me, 40 min to be exact. I decided to make a reservation through their website. This place is usually busy on weekends for dinner, so I'd rather be safe than sorry and have to wait long for a table. Life hack, book a reservation while you're on your way lol Excited to order, only to find out they ran out of clams so they couldn't offer the soup. I was bummed but not really since I was craving their fish tacos. I ordered the poke guac, pretty good! Guac just needed a little salt and lemon, but obviously guac is to each their own on the taste. I also ordered the (3) taco plate. The shrimp taco and cod were great but the shrimp was BOMB! For my plate I chose black beans and the miso salad. I devoured the miso salad right away. My server Alyssa was great! She was so attentive and nice. I love the ambiance of the place and will definitely be back :) read more

Finally tried this place and it was very tasty! Staff were friendly and fortunately had no wait to sit for lunch on a weekday. Eyed the striped sea bass with mashed potatoes and broccolini. The asian chimichurri sauce was a bit powerful but balanced out with a bite of mashed potatoes. The broccolini was super tasty on its own, maybe it was cooked in butter haha. Definitely other items on the menu look worth trying so may have to come back but unfortunately, my last bite of broccolini (and my meal) resulted in chewing on a rubber band... It was black so sort of blended in and thought it was just part of the broccolini but I think it was the rubber band that probably kept a bundle of broccolini together. At that point I was pretty much done with my meal and literally left a bad taste in my mouth, that taste of rubber... but overall besides that it was a good meal and I'd recommend eating here. I did point it out to our waitress in a polite way and she said sorry. Nothing really besides that like let me go tell the kitchen staff or remind them to check for those things. read more

Mathew makes the best Martini!!! Awesome service and over the top food. They have an incredible happy hour. A must visit!!!

Matt the Bartender was great. the macadamia nut crusted barramundi sea bass Is delicious.

Awesome service and ambience. Delicious food. Fresh and big portions. Mathew was a great server.

Great experience at Pacific Catch! Sarah Elaine and Bri T. were awesome behind the bar--they were super friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. Sarah had great menu suggestions, and Bri made excellent drinks. They both made the night really enjoyable, and the atmosphere was very nice too! Can't wait to come back soon! read more

We thought we'd give this place a try as it is close to home. Calamari appetizer was good while it was hot, but the sushi I would not recommend. Poorly cut, tasted fresh though, you could tell it was not up to par. Not a return place in my book. Staff was good though, that's why it get 2 stars read more

Great staff and very clean on outside patio. Brought the dogs and they enjoyed one of the dog meals. They also have a decent Gluten Free menus. The salmon sandwich was delicious as was the Nojito. Alcohol less Mojito read more

Our experience was completely unacceptable. When we arrived at the restaurant, the outside temperature was 97°F. Despite the heat, doors, sliding walls, and windows in the entrance area, bar area, seating tables in the bar area were wide open and no AC . (Actually bar area from one side seams open all the time by construction design. We been there in the winter time and had to seat in the bar having coats on.) This situation affected about half of the restaurant--the bar and adjacent area-- and I estimate that the indoor temperature  was more than 100°F. All the guests we saw were sweating and appeared to be in discomfort. I walked into the further interior of the restaurant and can feel the existing AC there , and it was slightly cooler, around 82-85°F. This is where we had made our reservations online, choosing between a high-top table in the bar , a regular table, or a patio area. We arrived promptly at our reservation time of 6 PM but waited 10-15 minutes after giving our names. Eventually, they seated us at a high-top table in the bar, which we declined since it wasn't what we had reserved.  Next, they offered us a table on the patio, in the sun! We refused that option as well. When we asked about alternatives, we were told we would have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes to get a table in the cooler area . At that point, we had to leave. The way they were speaking with us was closer to rude than to be friendly read more

The food is great as usual, but I want to say Matthew in the bar is amazing. He does such a great job and makes our visit wonderful.

Salmon was undercooked and skirt steak was burnt but they didn't ask how my food was so didn't bother mentioning it. Service is surprisingly slow seeing that it wasn't that busy. I'm debating trying again hoping it's was just an off day. read more

First time here....stopped by on our way home from SD and we are sooo glad we did. My partner has the Korean BBQ and not only did he enjoy it very much, I did as well. I ordered the fresh catch entree w/ swordfish, it was definitely the best dish I have had in a really long time! Tons of flavor and definitely satisfied my tastebuds! As a shareable we ordered the guaca-poke, again very good. Our server was Matthew B - although he was working the bar as well as serving us, he was great and attentive. He had fantastic recommendations as well! This restaurant is very clean and has a beautiful ambiance. So glad we stopped by on our way home - it was definitely a win for us! Thanks Matthew!! read more

Great drinks and attentive service from Sarah Elaine and Bri T at the bar. We have become regulars because they are behind the bar!

Tuesdays at Pacific Catch are THE BEST!! Sit at the bar and hang with Matthew, the coolest bartender I've ever met! You get half priced bottles of wine and really really amazing food. The lobster roll If you ever need to find me on Tuesdays, just go to Pacific Catch and there I'll be!!! read more

came in to redeem my gift card for take-out but Bri (one of the bartenders) went out of her way to leave her bar area to warmly greet us at the door. she asked us if it was our first time dining in and we said yes, she made a recommendation to try the steak & ribs entree. absolutely loved the recommendation and loved the hospitality provided even for simple take out order. she also mentioned to come back and take advantage of their 50% off wine bottle promo. 10000/10 recommend. def will be back!!! read more

I'm a fan of seafood and beer and this place has both! There's a nice variety of food on the menu including non seafood items like the pork belly sliders and Korean sticky ribs. There's always a nice variety of beers on tap as well as full bar. Matt is great. He's always there with food suggestions! read more

We walked in a little before happy hour but they seated and gave us the happy hour menu to choose from. From the manager, to the host, to our waiter Phil, the entire experience was amazing. Since it was our first time there, we had a ton of questions and Phil was patient and personable. His recommendations were spot on and delicious! His suggestion on how to layer the Poke Trio for the perfect bite resulted in a delicious mouthful! The place is new, clean and the people are super friendly. They have a nice intimate side patio that would be perfect for private events! Pacific Catch is now part of our rotation for sure! read more

Went to Pacific Catch with a large group- made a reservation for 21 on the patio. As we got closer to the event, we needed to add more people and the host was super accommodating and took care of us. Our server, Matthew, was fantastic! There was a mix of adults and kids in the group, and he made sure the kids were happy and fed, and asked to see if we wanted their food first or all together. Our group was pretty chaotic (but fun), with a toddler running around during service, and Matthew worked around it and had a great attitude the whole time. The food was great, drinks were great, all around awesome place to host a large group and Matthew is the best! read more

For nonexistent customer service. Have wanted to try them out, called to reserve a table. Telephone bot says use opentable to reserve. So I go on open table but it can't book 11 people. Call the number again, try to talk to a human 3x, no one picks up. Left a voicemail, no one returns call. Just lost my business. And BTW despite mgmt assuring me after this review that they would reach out. NADA read more

I wanted to try just about everything on this menu! I ended up with the West Coast Grilled salmon bowl (small is plenty big enough). The salmon was perfect. I like that they clearly value cauliflower here. That's not always a given. The pickled cucumber added a nice zing. The avocado was very fresh. The grains were a teeny bit mushy but it did not detract from my enjoyment. I'd love to come back and try the tacos and the fries and many of the apps. I'm guessing this is a chain- and I Normally steer away from chains- but I'd definitely return. Friendly, efficient staff. Reasonable prices. The drink menu looked great. Love that they have mocktails. read more

Horrible service... not even crowded. Can't even take our order... still waiting..... Jesus thus place is horrible

This restaurant was a great choice for dinner. I brought my coworkers here for a dinner and everyone loved their experience here. At first I wanted a surf and turf dish and didn't find that on the menu. What I did get substituted it perfectly! I got the KBBQ steak and ribs, the chowder as an appetizer and the salmon lover sushi roll to share. Among the other plates around the table there was other sushi rolls, some poke, and a fish and chips plate ordered. Everything was eaten or taken home. Portions were more than great. My favorite was the steak from the Korean BBQ plate(medium-rare). Service could have been a bit better. I came last to join my party after they had been seated. No one was around to take our orders until they were called. The server did check on us after however, so no grand issue. This wasn't our first pick to go out for dinner but we were all happy leaving after dinner was over. Great restaurant in the area to choose from! read more

The California roll and sampler during happy hour were surprisingly filling. The miso black cod was tender and soft. The rice and green beans were pretty oily though. And the cod was a bit pricey at $33 for a pretty small and thin piece of fish. The ambience inside was nice and modern. The servers were friendly and offered us a free sampler if we came back again for happy hour. read more

Went here for dinner with my mom. Been before a couple times before and it held up the wonderful service and ambiance! Thank you to Alyssa, Sarah, and Ben for making this visit great! Mom got the Hawaiian Teriyaki Grilled Chicken Bowl and I got the Salmon Chowder. Hands down some of the best food I've had in a while. Given it was our first time there, recommendations are always something we're looking for and our server, Phil, delivered. He recommended one of their bowls as well as the taco platter and a few appetizers. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly as well so our overall experience was great! Will definitely be back to try more things that were recommended to us by Phil! read more
