Fresh cuisine but pricey. The chimichurri salad was delicious. The spicy tuna roll was a flop for two as it has a wasabi mayo which wasn't expected. Plenty of seating, beautiful decor. Ample parking read more

Pacific Catch has such a fun atmosphere. Their decorations and vibes make you feel like you are on a tropical island. The poke here is the closest thing I've had to Hawai'i poke - I love the Serrano Ahi Poke with their wonton chips, which is what I come here for. In my opinion, there's nothing else on the menu that is "to die for", but overall, everything is pretty tasty and consistent! They also have fun and tasty crafted drinks here! We sat at the bar and service was friendly and attentive. That always makes the experience better :) Great spot! read more

What a fantastic seafood restaurant! We came in for lunch, the restaurant was very open and bright with a nice patio area. It was too cold to sit outside so we went for a booth inside. The menu was so good with a lot of seafood selections. We decided on calamari, trio ceviche & poke, Korean BBQ and California roll. The seafood was so fresh and tasty. Hubby loved the BBQ meats. The real crab California rolls are my favorites! Colada mocktail was so refreshing except too much ice for my liking. The food portions were huge so we couldn't possibly finish everything. Service was friendly and attentive the entire time. Prices were more than fair! We enjoyed our seafood lunch so much and would definitely come back sometime! read more

Pacific Catch is always my go to! Their food is always fresh and I am surprisingly delighted with their new menu. The staples that I love are still there, like the fried calamari, Thai Brussels, and the fish and chips with sweet potato fries. But my husband's Ahi Poke Serrano salad and taco platters looked delicious too! It was a little bit gloomy today, but the manager were great to turn on the fire pit so it was actually quite cozy! She was funny and our server was pleasant too! Will be back soon to try the other new items on the menu! read more

This review encompasses the expertly curated and fresh happy hour menu offered from 3-6pm daily. The pitcher for $42 for about 5 servings was the biggest draw for me and my barre instructor/friend from Wilish Fit. We just asked for new salt and Tajin-lined glasses and voila, new drinks. We also got the poke and ceviche trio and the ratio of lime and spices to meat was on point. We also got the $6.50 each seared shrimp and cod tacos. Wow, the flavors from the cabbage and radish were so fresh and the tortilla could barely contain the plumpness of the seafood meat! A ton of parking! Just bring a sweater even in SoCal weather because the breeze can be brrr! I left with my top bun blown sideways. read more

Such a great experience here at Pacific Catch. I went to meet a friend. It was a Thursday so it wasn't busy. My friend made reservations and we were seated right away. I ordered a Guava-Rita and it was deelicious!! We both ordered the Surf and Turf as my friends recommendation. It was a bit pricey at $40+ but it was very good. The steak with chimichurri sauce was very tender and flavorful, the shrimp was cooked perfectly and such a great match to the miso lemon butter sauce! The broccolini was perfectly cooked with still some crunch and charred taste to it! The whole plate was amazing! We also ordered 2 desserts. The lava cake and the fried cheesecake roll with dulce de leche ice cream and both were amazing! The service was great from the hostess to the bartender, to the servers!!! I am definetly coming back and bringing friends and family. read more

My husband and I love this place! I got the miso black cod and it was pricy, but hands down the best fish I've ever eaten. It was incredibly flavorful and soft. The sides were also delicious. My husband loved his food too! The service was a little slow on this particular night, but we've been here many other times and never had an issue! read more

Pleasantly surprised by this place! Restaurant is very nice inside, nice big bar, and a dog friendly patio. Super convenient location for meeting up with friends from various parts of OC. I had one of their bowls. It was so good. Base was quinoa and brown rice, topped with kimchi, pickles, salmon, avocado, spring greens. Delish! Friends had bowls and fish tacos. My husband and I had to drive to Tustin which is about an hour drive. We decided to look on Yelp to find some where to eat. Pacific catch popped up and did we find a banger! We have been back 3 times in less than a month. Miso cod is all I have to say. Served with furikaki rice and green beans. You will absolutely fall in love. So you know how they say it's never as good as the first time? Wrong!!! Each time it has been cooked to perfection! Love this place! read more

We started out with drinks and specifically asked for zero proof and were given alcoholic drinks. After telling the waiter, they switched it out for a completely different alcohol free drink than what we had ordered. The service could be better. The food was mediocre at best. We ordered the happy hour sticky ribs. The ribs tasted really bad like it was old. We then ordered the miso cod for our main dish. That plate was alright but you'd expect better quality food for that price. Portions are big though. For this price, you'd expect better food. It was very disappointing. The ambiance was super nice and clean. read more

Visited on a Sunday night at 6:30PM and got seated right away. The menu is quite robust, almost overwhelming! we ordered calamari and the trio mix and match to start and shared the Grilled Kanpachi Yellowtail Plate w/ Asian Chimichurri sauce, Shitake Black Rice, Mexican Cauliflower and Added Grilled Jumbo Shrimp. The calamari was underwhelming, pass. Loved that the trio mix and match of poke and ceviche had sliced radish, sliced cucumber and fresh romaine in addition to the fried wonton and tortilla chips. The spicy ahi was the best of the three, followed by the shrimp ceviche! Would skip on the fish ceviche, was a bit fishy. The Kanpachi Yellowtail, whew! What a plate full of flavor!! Grilled shrimp 11/10; so succulent and moist! Followed by the cauliflower, the sauce it was in was knockout. Fish was a little on the dry side, but the sauce was also amazing. Shiitake black rice was delicious, albeit a bit on the soft side for me! I like it more toothsome. read more

Been to this location a few times but not the best experience tonight. Came in with a party of 8 with kids. Seated quickly. Waitress (Alyssa? Alicia?) came shortly to ask about drinks and such. We placed some drinks and appetizers and in hindsight should have put in everything - since it took another 40ish mins before she came back. There were customers but it wasn't "packed" and it was just impossible to get her attention - borderline like she was intentionally ignoring us. When she came back, my wife and friends wife put in their orders and the kids, and she quickly just walked away without even getting our orders. We had to run up to the waitress stand/monitor to ask her to get the entire order in. Drinks were ok, appetizers were solid - coconut shrimp was crunchy, chip/dip sampler was good. 2 of us got the surf and turf - which I asked for medium rare. I told her specifically since she didn't ask how we wanted the steak part, which to me is pretty standard. I understand the turf part is skirt steak - but I've never seen surf and turf with grilled lobster tail (which was fine) and the skirt steak hacked up into pieces precut and basically burnt. Sides were fine. The others fish dishes and kids dishes were fine. Asked for ice cream for dessert for the kids and it was the oddest ice cream I've ever tasted. Flavor was fine - but it was completely gritty like it was mixed with sand. We say something about it to the waiter who brought it out who says we don't make it here and he walks away. It's bad enough that a bunch of 7-8 yr olds refuse to eat it. When our waitress finally comes around - she says she will comp it. I guess that was the best outcome? Takes forever to get the check, we ask for a box to pack the kids leftover to 3 separate people who all either forget or don't care. Eventually my wife gets up again to ask the waiter by the monitor so we can physically grab it there. While we're waiting there - a clearly inebriated customer walking to the restroom tells my 7yr old to get the f out the way and shut up - causing her to get scared and cry. I fight my urge to beat him senseless in the bathroom and decide to wait for him to come out. He comes out but walks outside and around to avoid us and goes back to his seat at the bar. We go to the bar and tell him never to talk to my child like that again and have a short yelling session there and I give him a simple warning. Not a single waiter, bartender, hostess say a single word or come over to check on us - and we left angry. Not the best weds night dinner with the kids read more

Ended dining here because I was waiting out on traffic and so happy I did. Pacific Catch wasn't what expected at all (takeout). Staff was friendly and quick. I told hostess it was my first time and she told me to sign up to get a free appetizer. Oh gosh! The free appetizer was delish but also huge! Tacos were fresh and tasty. Ughhh. Was here a year ago while in town for business and wanted to give it another try. Today our waitress was nice and greeted my daughter, I and my Frenchie with all smiles. We sat on the patio which is a nice casual atmosphere; however, what wasn't pleasant: Had to ask for silverware, go inside to ask to order, had to go inside and find someone to pay the check. Posting an updated review due to a recent experience. Was in the mood for some good seafood, so came here on a Sunday evening around 7:30pm. They didn't seem super packed and we were seated right away outside on the patio. Saw staff check on the tables next to us but they would walk past our table. Waited about 15 minutes for water and for someoje to take our order. It was a bit chilly, and the tables next to us had their heat lamps turned on, so we asked to get ours turned on as well, which they said they would. Our calamari came out after another 15 minutes, still no heat so we asked again (a different person), and they said they would have the heat turned on. The calamari was good as usual, not super crispy, but tasted fresh. We waited another 20ish minutes for our food, and still no heat, so we asked a 3rd time (different person again) and they said they would get it turned on. Overall a pretty good meal; I had the salmon burger with fries and slaw. The fries were a little soggy but the sandwich was pretty good and very filling. In the end, our heat lamp never got turned on despite asking 3 different people 3 times and it was a cold night. We also finished our bottle of water before entrees arrived, and did not get offered any refills. I usually really enjoy the food here, so I was a bit disappointed in their service. But maybe it was an off night. read more

update: i came here for the winter menu and it didn't disappoint! the eggplant (as a side on the striped sea bass fresh catch) was a favorite. the sea bass dish was great - perfectly paired with the chimichurri. the mexican grill shrimp bowl was also fantastic, huge portion size. the clam miso udon was good but definitely don't expect traditional authentic japanese udon. it tastes americanized but that is what i expected. comes with lots of clams and mushrooms which pairs well with the light miso broth. service is good but the food came out a bit slow, which is expected for a busy weekend night. the ambiance is casual but still lovely for a date night or nice dinner especially at night. pacific catch is a super solid seafood place that i would highly recommend. read more

We were looking for a local seafood restaurant to dine at on NYE. We found Pacific Catch through the Yelp app and made a reservation through OpenTable. I didn't know much about this place, but I know that we've eaten at this location before but when it was a different establishment. With that being said, I was excited to see what Pacific Catch had to offer. This restaurant is located in the District Shopping Center in Tustin. Exit Jamboree off of the 5 freeway. It's at the southeast corner of the shopping center, off of El Camino Real. The parking lot is quite large as multiple businesses share this location. When you walk into Pacific Catch, you'll appreciate the decor and setup. The dining room is very bright and spacious. The bar area is separated from the dining area. It's a bit small but it provides an intimate setting where you can enjoy drinks with friends. The dining room reminds me of an open patio. It's super causal and quite inviting! The menu has a nice selection of seafood dishes as well as a couple of burger options. Sushi seemed to be the most popular selection on the menu. However, I opted for the miso glazed cod and my husband chose the crispy Baja tacos. The miso glazed cod came with black rice, but I switched it out with white rice. I had never tried crispy sesame green beans before, so I was definitely up for trying something new! The miso sauce was super sweet and went well with the cod. The green beans were crisp with a nice sauce on top that was slightly sweet and a little bit salty. It was great! Service was amazing! Our server was very attentive and stopped by to check on us multiple times. Every time that I turned around, she was always there. It was like she had some type of intuition as to when I was most likely going to ask a question. Speaking of service, I thought that it was interesting when I was handed a small mobile device set up for restaurant reviews. I opened the case and it was ready for customers to review their food and the quality of service. I thought that it was great as it would provide instant feedback to the restaurant. Our experience was great, so I left a positive review. Pacific Catch is a restaurant that is perfect for small groups, a quick drink with friends, or a special dinner with loved ones. It's clean, spacious, and visually appealing. The food is great too! I would definitely come back to try a couple of items on the menu that caught my eye! read more
