Our reservation was at 715. We didn't get seated until 745pm. The crab rangoon was still cold in the middle. The glasses were still wet from the dishwasher and had lipstick marks. The fried rice was awful, nothing chinese about it and had zero seasoning (reminded me of smelly feet). One entree came out 15 minutes late apart from everyone else's. The chicken sesame was very soggy. The tables have too much stuff on them like random dusty wine glasses and a big lamp and menu advert. Leaving barely any room for the dishes. We have been holding out on trying this new location so they could get established and work out the kinks but it was a big let down tonight. My daughter nailed it when she said the quality has gone down and the prices up. Upon walking in, I was not what I expected. Smaller than I thought and not an inviting layout. It's cold and loud. Our server was there to do a job and that was pretty much it. She didn't seem excited or happy in the least to be there, but never rude. Just there. ‍. We ordered the crispy rice with tuna and the rice cake was so hard, it crumbled when we tried to bite it - it was way over cooked but the tuna was good. We thought about asking if we could just replace the rice cake but our server was no where to be found for quite a while and we all had taken a bite of one piece so we felt awkward asking so we just ate the toppings. We ordered Mongolian beef, honey chicken and kung pao chicken. The beef was over cooked and so tough, I secretly discarded a couple of pieces in a paper napkin because it was so bad. The honey chicken had a batter that overpowered everything and not in a good way. The kung pao was good but my husband did say not as good as it used to be. The restaurant itself is dimly lit and has cute decor at every table! I enjoyed the ambiance and how calm it was The food is decent. They had a good deal going on that an appetizer you share, a soup for each person, and each person gets an entree for $40. There were a lot of add on pricing. The food itself is mediocre. Love PF Chang's! A smaller but very busy and loud restaurant. Staff are great with keeping up with everyone's order. Unfortunately we were seated in the back by the kitchen entrance and all we heard the entire time was CORNER!; We got a kick out of one of the waitresses who was so loud at the entrance and exit of the kitchen. The place is very trendy and packed. We had to wait for 25 mins before getting a table. We were finally sat at a nice round table. The wait staff was good. We ordered many things to share but I only took a few because we were hungry. Everything was just ok. The only good entree was the chicken lettuce wrap. We were all a little disappointed with the food. The other two locations I've tried in the past were better. The first time I spent $85 and I received someone else's order. I called and spoke with the store manager. She told me that she can do a $50 gift card so today I gave them a second chance ordered some food to go came home to basically kids size portions, I called and the gentleman I spoke to basically told me if we were dining in that they take the time to give good size portions to dine in guest, so I basically told him that if a family was ordering some food to go they just basically throw it in a container and they don't really care because you're taking it home. We went excited for finally having this restaurant be open after years of construction. But though there were a handful of empty tables, our wait for 2 was 45 minutes. After 30, we decided to sit at the bar. Our bar server is what redeemed the review from one star to 2. He was managing so many customers and still made us feel like we were one of a few, not many. When we got our food, we took a bite into our dumplings and they were cold in the middle. Cold like they'd been made in the morning, refrigerated, then re-warmed. We sent the back. This was our second visit. Our first visit was soon after they first opened, and we had a rough experience with our server forgetting to put in our order, which ended in most of our food being comped. The food during that visit was at least very good. We attempted another visit and again-not sure what's going on here, but they can't blame it on newly opened growing pains. We arrived just after 5pm. Took 30 minutes to get drinks, which just sat at the bar waiting on delivery. We ordered appetizers and a kids meal to start, knowing it might be a bit for the main food to come out. The appetizer was out in a reasonable time, but the kids meal arrived after the main entrees, an hour and 15 minutes after we sat down. All of the food was bland and cold. Our neighboring table sent their food back. In no way was the meal worth the time or money. Better options elsewhere, especially if looking for a nice night out. read more

Well, we read the reviews and tried anyway and sadly it was not the reviewers but the food. Been PF Changs fans for over 20 years. Spent many years going to Belmar and many others. Our last usual was Flat Irons. We could tell corporate made some changes the past few years but was still enjoyable. 1. This store is LOUD! The music has always been a cool vibe and the music this evening was loud, rock, over the noise of the restaurant and worthy of a headache. No vibe. No chill cool music. Annoying and added no ambiance. 2. The kitchen had no soup. Of any kind. We came in as a member for the Sunday special. $20 a person but with no soup what was the point? We didn't want a salad. Then it got confusing to the server. 3. We got our members Edamame and it was soggy. We make edamame ourselves. It's hard to mess that up. We were hungry so we ate it and after, we both shared how awful it was and laughed. Certainly that was a fluke? 4. Nope. The veggie lettuce wraps-- a favorite for decades--was bland and terrible. Miss the three sauces we used to get. Romaine lettuce does NOT work! Needed the head lettuce and the quarter we used to get. Ran out of romaine, didn't see the server for a bit so we ate. The bowl for the single bland sauce was so shallow the spoon that comes with it doesn't even fit in the bowl? Less than a tablespoon? Meh. 5. Then the sesame chicken which had an odd flavor and texture. No sesame seeds were wasted on this item. Looked like chicken. I took one bite and my stomach churned the other quit at three pieces and realized could not go on. Manager asked how it was and we asked her if she really wanted to know and she kindly listened. As restaurant people ourselves, regulars with PF Changs, my kid had their first server job at Changs in Belmar and they trained so well and the food was so good. We understand that Yelp and other reviews might be off, so we came to the one close to our new home. Blech. Loud. SO disappointing. I read the reviews again and there are many similar comments here that corporate could pay attention to. One is that this location is surrounded by a strong Asian food community. Delicious food surrounds this location. We miss the vibe and food of long time consistency of PF Changs. Decades. Corporate has ruined this one. PS: an hour later and both our tummy's are acting up. Pros: Staff: they were great and location is nice. Wanted patio but was a little too chilly. No heaters. Drinks: nice variety and well made. $8.99 drink menu is a hit. Cons: portions! Guys, what are we doing here?! Rice is cheap, it was barely sprinkled under my orange chicken, and I paid extra for fried rice... just to leave with no leftovers. I say this because I frequented the Belmar Changs for years and always left with a little something to eat later. We got happy hour pot stickers, steamed, and one was still cold. $8 for.... Wait for it..... 3 pot stickers! 3?! We all have a Costco membership and know how cheap these things are... 3 for $8 is borderline comical. The lady next to us ordered a slice of cake and it took up her entire plate... looked like it was enough cake for a 4-top table. What gives?! Noise: this place is very loud! We sat in a booth and could barely hear each other talk. You had to speak up or the conversation was not heard. Maybe some ceiling noise dampeners? We'll give it time to try it again. I'm sure the size portions are coming from corporate, but we hope this changes. Might just be a spot to only grab drinks in the future. read more

my first visit right after they opened last year I gave them 5 stars for dinner. last night I returned for dinner with 23 other guests and I gave them 1 star. Our reservations were at 5. They were out of Sake, and they served 2 bowls of egg drop soup and was then out of that. I ordered Kang pau chicken and it was terrible, like they accidentally put in a box of salt. The service was fine but the food has gone down hill in such a short period of time since it opened last year. This was my third visit and most likely my last. The Entree special portions have been cut in size. No longer a bowl of rice but it is served under the entree so they can use less main product on top. All in all so disappointed. read more

I had beef and Brocoli and the beef was so overdone it was almost burn/crispy and also tough to chew. I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this P.F. Chang's location. My group had a confirmed 7:15 PM reservation today (02/06/2026) , yet we were forced to wait over 60 minutes before being seated. The wait time was only half the problem. While we stood there, we watched multiple other parties arrive after us and be seated immediately. When we tried to address this with the front desk staff, Liv and Jocelyn, they were dismissively rude and offered no real explanation for the delay. As a Mexican group, it became impossible not to feel that we were being intentionally overlooked or discriminated against based on our appearance. Seeing others prioritized while we were ignored--despite having a scheduled reservation--felt targeted and unprofessional. This was easily some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you value being treated with basic respect and equality, I'd suggest dining elsewhere. Management seriously needs to look into the conduct of Liv and Jocelyn at the front stand. read more

I was really excited to try this place, especially since there hasn't been one near me in years. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We were told the wait would be about 40 minutes and that we'd receive a text when our table was ready. After waiting 50 minutes with no update, my boyfriend went to check in. The staff member spoke with another employee and told him something had gone wrong in their system and it would now be another 30 minutes--without any explanation or apology. A few minutes later, I received a text saying we were "in line" and would be notified again when our table was ready. When I asked what that meant, the employee simply repeated that we would be seated shortly. When I clarified by asking if it would be another 30 minutes like she told my boyfriend, she pulled out her earpiece and snapped, "I just said I'll seat you shortly." The attitude and lack of communication were unnecessary and unprofessional. At that point, we chose to leave. After waiting over an hour, receiving no apology, and being met with rudeness, it simply wasn't worth it. To top it off, we later received a text saying our table was ready--but they would only hold it for two minutes before giving it away. Overall, the service needs serious improvement. We've ordered from here twice now and I've unfortunately been disappointed both times. I've tried the sesame chicken and honey chicken and both of them had very little flavor. The fried rice tasted oily and burnt both times as well. My husband enjoys the kung pao chicken. A family member had the shrimp lo mein and it also had little flavor. I tried to order online 3 times, had my cart ready to go each time and as soon as I went to complete the order, it sent me to an error page and I had to start completely over, it pushed back the pickup time by 30 mins too, which was very frustrating. I then called and ordered over the phone. For the price of items, the hassle to order, and the lackluster flavor I don't think we'll be ordering again. read more

The anticipation for this restaurant to open was high. Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the Westminster location of PF Chang's. We ordered take-out on Halloween night, and the entrees were delicious, but the portions were inconsistent. I hoped dining in would change my perspective. I am supporter since they open in the 90s. Here are my observations from my lunch on 11/13/25 with a friend: The pleasant parts: Our server, Christina, was very friendly, though a bit slow and still learning, which was okay. The Mongolian beef and sesame chicken were good, aside from the rice issue. The pomegranate lemonade was not overly sweet and tasted great. The Dragon Margarita was excellent. The unpleasant parts: * We arrived at 11:30 am, and the place was already packed. The cramped seating really put us off. * The noise level was unbearable; it's not a place for conversation unless you want to shout. * Communication between the kitchen and dining staff is important. We wanted to try the Miso Lobster dumplings, which were on the seasonal menu, but they never came, and the server informed us after 25 minutes that they were unavailable. * Let's talk about the lunch portions (don't look at the pictures in the menu!). I barely saw any rice on my plate, maybe half a cup. My friend and I both thought it looked like a child's serving. * The vegetable spring rolls were tasteless, with overcooked vegetables. It was one of the worst spring rolls I've had in years. I expected much better from PF Chang's. Overall, this place is overrated and overpriced for the fusion Chinese food it serves and fix the portion size issue. While the location is convenient, I would rather drive to the Flatiron location for better ambiance, proper portion sizes, and a quieter space. I will likely return with friends only because of the convenient distance. read more

We had a reservation for 6 people placed on the PF Chang's website. They even texted to confirm, which we did. Waited over an hour and was not seated. Management has no idea how to manage tables and reservations. The food is average at best, and too many other good Thai and Asian food options in Westminster. Just not worth the wait...why make a reservation if the restaurant doesn't have a clue how to manage...they were not trying to find a solution....never going back. read more

My wife and I went and decided to eat here since we haven't in years and had a decent experience in the past. Boy were we wrong. We ordered the wontons for an appetizer and they tasted like it was soaking in fish. we could not even finish. Ordered orange chicken and not sure what the hell we were given but was not orange chicken. We ordered brown rice but the waiter brought white. He was slower than molasses and brought the check even before he brought dessert. We waited 15 minutes for our slice of butter cake which was the only decent item of the night which probably was not even made on site. If you want Chinese food don't go here.
