The atmosphere was pleasant and the menu had solid options. Our meal started with their complimentary bread & oil. Some of the dishes I tried: the bang bang shrimp, Parmesan crusted rainbow trout, and calamari. The creamy sauce in the shrimp was delicious. The trout was good, but I'd try something with a bit more spice next time. We came as a big group for a birthday celebration (just FYI, they don't do a complimentary birthday treat). Bonefish is always tride and true! No matter what location, I know I am going to get a great meal. And who can beat daily freshly cut fish, daily fresh sauces, etc???! I had the fontina chop with 2 sides. I had not tried this dish since they changed it to bone in, and wow! The bone really makes the chop extra flavorful and moist. I love the whole roasted garlic cloves that top this dish and add a zing to the marsala sauce and fontina cheese. Yum! We also got the 1/2 lb burger and bang bang shrimp. Also did the coconut rum cake (the whipped cream was thoughtfully put separate but did not survive as a togo bagged with hot food). I've been to bonefish many times over the years and today we had a server who had only worked there for a few days so it wasn't the best of service, but I can't fault her when stuff did come out. It was not delivered on time bringing my Caesar salad, which I was asked if I want before my meal actually after I had already received my meal As for the quality of the food, the bread was good and on point, but the bang bang shrimp were very greasy and overcooked, and the seafood dip tasted old and like it has been under the heat lamp for a while The imperial cod was overcooked and not very flaky at all, and Hard the shrimp linguine was decent the shrimp skewers as you can see in the picture were way overcooked, and the trout was on point read more

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. We waited an hour and a half for our food. No meaningful updates. No urgency. Just excuse after excuse. When the meal finally arrived, it was so poorly prepared that we had to send it back. At that point, the damage was already done. Long wait times are one thing--long waits followed by food that isn't even passable is another. There was no real apology, no attempt to recover the experience, and no acknowledgment of how unacceptable the situation was. For the prices charged, this level of service and execution is indefensible. It was $106. Disappointing, frustrating, and absolutely not worth the time. Won't be back. read more

We went there yesterday for Mother's Day. The dining room was lovely. The servers and staff were awesome. Friendly, very attentive and knowledgeable about the food. The food however was not as good as it was last time I was there. They really relied on the garlic being the star of most of the dishes we ordered. I like garlic, but it was way over powering. The bacon Mac n cheese had good flavor and not much garlic thank goodness, but there definitely wasnt enough cheese sauce. Like they used half a ladle of cheese for a full bowl of pasta. Very very dry. The dessert we had was the blueberry creme bruele. Again, taste wise it was good. The custard was baby food consistency though, runny and mush. The sugar on top was not caramelized or crunchy at all. Not what I expected. I've never had blueberry creme bruele though so not sure if this is the norm or not. My son and dil had the strawberry caramel cheese cake. I wish I would of ordered that. It was perfect in every way. The bang bang shrimp, the fillet, Chilean sea bass were all very good, all though a tad extra on the garlic. All in all I am hoping it was just this location that loves garlic this much, because I would love to go back. read more

We just ate at the restaurant and our customarily great experience was just bellow average if that We ordered a fillet mignon as one of the 4 orders but got the wrong steak( it was remade but took time and we had to take it home as its delayed ( The manager discounted the item) . My wife's salad with salmon was soggy wilted and the salmon over cooked! My wife ate it but just because she was hungry. My corn soup felt salty not sure why My brother also ordered and agreed it was salty we have had the soup tons of time but today it was not as usual Today was my brother's birthday and we told the server but another table next to us got two birthday slices to celebrate but he never delivered ours for some reason I assume he just forgot The service other wise was superb; friendly professional fast !!! This place is a bit of a hit and miss for me. I have been three times in the last two months celebrating various moments. All the times I have gone the restaurant was not busy. Only a few customers. The front door host were very kind and friendly every time. The inside has a nice calming vibe with no loud music so you can hear your companion. The first time I went the service was amazing. We had the nicest server that was polite, professional and kind hearted. I wished I remember her name but she was wonderful. The second experience was not that good. The server, Matt, didn't know which tables was his, took him a long while to greet us and offer us water. But there were maybe 3 other tables occupied in the whole place. He was sloppy with food spilling the oil in the bread, barely checked on us and took forever to flag down when we need the check. The 3rd server, Geralt, was friendly, professional, knowledge and a fast talker. The only issue was a hiccup with the bill at the end. We were charged for an upgrade on steak from Sirloin to Fillet. But we didn't receive or ask for fillet. It was a minor hiccup on their end that they quickly remedied but it felt awkward and weird at the end. The food had its moments as well. The first time all around was the best. When ever you come to the restaurant they give you warm bread and an oil dipping sauce that is delicious as long as your server hasn't made a mess of it. We also order an appetizer of the Beef and Ginger Potstickers. They were wonderful but very salty. They sit on a bath of soy sauce. Then we had the Bang, Bang Fish Tacos that are served with crispy fries. I have not been able to get them out of my head. Perfect tacos with a creamy spicy sauce. By far the best I have had. On the second time, I was celebrating my birthday and ordered the fish and chips. I love fish and chips and have had them many place. But these were terrible. The fish was oily and greasy and left a lot of residue in the bottom. Also they had a weird breading that seemed almost carbonated. I will never eat these again. It was awful. On the third time, I took my mother out for her birthday. We each ordered an entre and then split them to try everything. My mom had the Sirloin with the crab cake and upgraded her side to asparagus. The steak was perfectly cooked and easy to pull apart but was not seasoned so it was bland. The crab cake was okay but the remoulade was really spicy. The asparagus was over cooked and mushy. I order the Cod Imperil and upgraded my side to the Kung Poa Brussel sprouts. The Cod Imperil was decadent. It was topped with a blend of seafood and cheese. Well worth it and something I would repeat. The Kung Poa Brussel sprouts were by far my favorite. I have never had anything like that. They had just enough sauce and were cooked to perfection. I was sad when the bowl was empty. I will visit this place again. It has its ups and downs. But not too bad overall. read more

Dined there March 16; at check out, I discovered that the handheld credit card device was calculating an incorrect tip amount, more that the percentage that I had selected. Specifically, I selected the 18% tip, which should have calculated to be approximately $19.60; but the actual tip amount came out to be nearly $22. I asked the waitress about the discrepancy....she suggested we cancel and retry, which we did. Same thing, the actual tip being calculated was greater that the percentage I was selecting. I just happened to catch this, but how many other customers simply do not check the math and pay an increased amount. This is inappropriate, intentional and fraudulent. read more

My husband and I visited your restaurant for lunch around 1:30 PM today. We ordered appetizers, lunch, and each chose one of your spiritless drink options. We are both sober--nearly four years now--so we were very intentional in selecting those drinks. Unfortunately, when I took a sip of mine, I immediately recognized it contained alcohol. When I asked our waitress, she confirmed that my drink did in fact have alcohol, while my husband's did not. I explained that neither of us drinks, but the only response I received was an apology and an offer to replace it. Sadly, the replacement drink never arrived, and I was instead handed a to-go cup as we were leaving. This experience was extremely upsetting and disappointing. Serving alcohol in a spiritless drink--especially without confirming or disclosing it--is a serious mistake. read more

I had been to Bonefish once before a few years ago but at that time I didn't order seafood I had a burger ( I know duh ). This time I had it in my mind to order seafood. We started off with bang bang shrimp as an appetizer. The bang bang shrimp was delicious with their very tasty sauce and a little heat. For my meal I ordered Baja fish tacos with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The garlic mashed potatoes had barely a hint of garlic flavor but were creamy and tasty but I would not order that side on any future visit. The Baja tacos were 3 tacos filled with very generous portions of Alaskan cod. The tacos were delicious with a taste combination of both sweet and spicy. The 3 tacos would be enough for a meal by itself for someone with a normal appetite. I will be back to enjoy the Baja tacos again. The restaurant was clean and pleasant there were Covid precautions being performed such as masks, hand sanitizers, social distancing and paper table covers replaced after each patron. The service was just so, our server never once asked if we needed refills on the water. The restaurant was not busy at all but we barely saw the waiter between ordering. I will never eat here again. I started by ordering the white sangria. I don't recall the description saying it is topped with cinnamon but it was unnecessary. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer which was fine. Then I got my entree and this is when things went downhill. I ordered the Atlantic Salmon. It came out COMPLETELY raw. How did they fix it? So glad you asked. They microwaved it until it was (mostly) no longer raw. $30 for microwaved salmon - awesome. My husband ordered the macadamia nut brownie for dessert and it was also microwaved. I could hear our waitress talking to the manager about my entree. No attempt was made to address it with me, but they had a good laugh. We sat near the kitchen and I was shocked at how often microwaves were being used. Feel free to spend $40-$50 a person for what equates to a TV dinner. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Went here with some girlfriends for our holiday celebration. I was disappointed that they had changed the recipe for their Mussels Josephine. I know it had been a while since I visited and I was saddened about not being able to have what I had been craving. I settled for the filet topped with shrimp and scallops. It was delicious. Just don't be shocked when it's served on a plate too large for the portions. Our server was good except she forgot my coffee that I had ordered to go with our shared dessert. We also grabbed some of their Bang Bang Shrimp. Really good stuff. Here's a cool tip. Take some of the bread and eat it with the shrimp. Super tasty. I got the Caesar Salad with grilled shrimp. It was great. It's a big portion and it really filled me up. Shrimp was really well cooked, dressing was great, it was one of the better Caesar salads I've ever had. Buddy had the fish and chips. Let me start by saying that I don't like fish or seafood. So why did I go? My husband loves seafood! I knew I would order a non seafood item so I ordered the potstickers with a side of asparagus. I love potstickers but these were downright awful. I could only eat 2 of them because they were mush, just straight up mush. The asparagus was mushy also. It was clearly frozen and not fresh which I don't hold against a chain restaurant but you just have to serve better food. My husband ordered a steak medium rare and crab cake. The steak was definitely medium well. What was good about the dining experience? The service was great, the white sangria was delicious, the bread was soft and tasty and hubby said the crab cake was really good! Ultimately the server took the cost of the potstickers off which was appreciated but I don't have a desire to go back. I would skip this place for sure. read more

Enjoyed lunch at Bonefish with relatives that came in for the weekend. Overall we had a great experience. Our server was very attentive to our needs and made some great suggestions when asked. For appetizers he recommended we add the calamari and king pao Brussels sprouts. Both were great additions the sprouts were a great surprise every loved them. We got a second order to accompany lunch. A must try. The entrees all looked great and my guests liked them. I had the sea bass and it was delicious. I can't wait to go back and order it again.
