Always consistent and good. We have been coming to Changs for years and always been more than satisfied. On this trip we had the Korean BBQ Chicken, Beef a la Szechuan and Chicken Fried Rice. Great combo of spicy and sweet with lots of vegis. Definitely recommend the combo. read more

Made a call ahead reservation and was told there was a thirty minute wait. Put our names in and got to the restaurant 30 minutes later to check in. We were told "just a couple minutes, you're next". After 15 additional minutes, my wife went back to check as we were supposedly next. She was then told, "ten more minutes, just waiting for your table to be cleared and set". After another 15 minutes, I went up to check. The same host/hostess that had told us we were next and ten more minutes, then proceeded to tell me it would be an additional 30 minutes and could not guarantee we would be sat then either. After questioning, I was told there were 4 parties ahead of us( originally next) and that she was sorry. We wasted an hour waiting, and decided it was best to take our business elsewhere. I've seen numerous responses from P.F. Chang's to go and fill out there contact submission form, so that is where I headed first. Apparently, just like their front end staff, they don't care. It is now been two weeks, and have yet to hear back from them! read more

The calamari and tofu pad Thai was great. Service started out transactional but ended as nicely personalized. Good experience read more

The waitress was super friendly. The food was good, a little on the cold side The flavors were unique The portion sizes are medium/average to small compared to the price. read more

Worst service ever! Hostess would not seat us (party of 2) when there were at least 5 tables open. Waitress was somewhat nice but could tell she did not want to be serving us. The only thing that made it a two star was the food came out as expected. Will never return to this location based on poor service quality. Don't waste your hard earned money here. read more

Not a fan! Expensive and small portions! Combinations would be nice. My wife has an allergy and she can only eat off there Gluten Free menu. That is why the wife loves them. rice and chicken is cheap to make and they charge $14 a small plate. $4 for 2 egg rolls is a joke and that's happy hour price. I guess it will a ladies place from now on. I only went because I received a gift card. I knew of these issues 10 years ago. It's not better! read more

My last visit to P.F. Chang's was my best so far. This restaurant just gets better every time I visit (I initially rated it two stars). Normally this is not the type of food that I enjoy as the sauces they use don't really mesh with my taste buds, but I am pleasantly surprised more and more by the food when I go here. I have now come around to enjoy the lettuce wraps and the crab wontons are pretty awesome too! I also really liked the seabass that I ordered as my main entree on one of my more recent visits. P.F. Chang's is making an unlikely fan out of me! read more

I don't recommend this restaurant if you have food allergies. They are not allergy friendly. My mom is allergic to black pepper, onions, yeast, broccoli. We were told they preseason all of their meat before it gets to the restaurant. Which is stupid there are people who are allergic to spices. So all my mom had to eat was edamame. read more

First time there today for lunch. Food was excellent. The service was great. My only complaint is that the music playing was way too loud. At times I could not hear the person talking who I was with. Please make an adjustment people are there to eat a good meal and enjoy the experience. read more

Last night we ate at the Chandler PF Chang location. Food was excellent service was absolutely terrible. Very crabby slow acted like she did not want to be at work very disappointed!!!!!! I understand if you have a bad day but don't take it out on the patrons bad for business read more

Eh. Just Eh ( shoulder shrugg). Didn't do it for me. Had sweet and sour pork, pink under cooked pork in cakey soggy over battered in a dull cloudy sauce. My husband loves the Changs spicy chicken. Always has. Guess it's a matter of taste. Maybe it would be easier to swallow if it wasn't so overpriced. You can get the same even better at less expensive places. I don't mind paying those prices for good food. They changed the place up. It looks nice and less gaudy , now work on the food. read more

restaurant has always been my favorite! but this last visit was a disappointment. we ordered duck spring rolls. nothing noteworthy for $14. my favorite Mongolian beef was dry and like eating beef jerky. chicken lettuce wraps were more of the rice noodle crunch than chicken and also lacking sauce. my favorite stir fry eggplant used to be spicy stir fry eggplant. but this was the best entree of tf the day. our waitress was no where to be found. I had to ask other staff members for extra sauces. to go boxes. and the bill. I want my favorite Chinese restaurant back. read more

Went here with a big group for a work-related lunch. I ordered the shrimp with candied walnuts. I've had this before at other P.F. Chang locations and this time it tasted particularly odd. Usually there's a mild sweetness to this dish, but this time it was only salty. To make sure, I had some coworkers try it and they agreed it didn't taste right. Our server also took some back to the cook. The manager offered to give me additional sauce, but I don't think that would have helped. I settled for stir-fried eggplant and even that was super salty. By the time my eggplant dish arrived, most of my co-workers were done with their meal. I do like P.F. Chang's, but I'm not sure if I'll be going back to the one in Mesa. It was rather embarrassing since I was the one who recommended P.F. Changs for the team lunch to begin with. read more

Service was very good. Or server was attentive to our needs and made sure everything came our on time. Food was reasonably priced and very good. The lobster shrimp rice had a little too much rice and barely any shrimp. It tasted awesome. My daughters food was spot on..... can't remember what she ordered though. Will definitely go back. read more

The food was really good but the service was phenomenal. Ethan is amazing and the manager worked nonstop with his employees. Just an overall wonderful experience! read more

First time at P.F. Chang's. The atmosphere was nice and the service was really good. Food was not. So we ordered spring rolls, sweet and sour, egg drop soup and the crab wontons.. we were not flattered. Kung Pao chicken wasn't any great either. My expectations were way higher than what we got. The food was not worth the ticket. read more

Went here last week. Very small portions and mediocre to say the best-- very overpriced for quality and amount of food!

great service and the food was amazing. 10/10 recommend. the environment was very welcoming and we were seated very quickly.

I don't do a lot of Yelp reviews, but gotta shout out here for Trent, the bartender at the Mesa [Super Spgs.] store. My wife and I eat at P.F. Chang's on a regular basis for good reason, it is delicious! So that being said we ate there on 3/20/21. Upon entering, the hostess told us they did not have a server for the patio (and we all know patio days are precious in AZ), so we decided to sit at the bar.....great move on our part, because we met Trent. While ordering drinks, we asked if we could order take out, then just eat on the patio since there was no server. Trent immediately told us not to worry about it, and said we could sit outside anyway and he would take care of us. He even went further and explained that he was busy with the bar and he may not be able to come out and check on you as often as normal, but wouldn't forget about us. We jumped at the offer, ordered inside then took our drinks outside. Within a few minutes our [outstanding] food started arriving via Trent and he even took another drink order, which came out in a timely fashion considering he was working the bar, two inside tables, and our table by himself. When he delivered the last of the food, we had a minute to talk with him and learned he had been with PF for a while and had worked his way up from busser, to server and now bartender.....well done!!!! After we were done, we asked Trent to get the manager which he did. Matt, the manager showed up within minutes and we informed him of the above and beyond service Trent had provided. Now this is where Matt shined. He listened to everything we said and was genuinely appreciative, not like some managers who are just there because you asked for him/her. SO to sum this up, we all know the food is great but this review is about service...something in my opinion has faltered, but not here. There is ton to be said about someone (Trent) who has worked their way up through the company and has a great attitude about it. read more

Chang's has gone downhill. Food quality is poor. Sweet and sour chicken had very little chicken. This used to be a "go to". It is now "stay away" read more

My review is because of the inconvenience and inefficiency of using Grubhub through this site. I ordered & paid through here, when I showed up to pick up my ordered they hadn't even received it. I'm sure Grubhub was paid a fee when it would've been faster for me to just order when I got there. Instead I had to spend 10-15 minutes on the phone with them since they had already charged my card. read more

the worst service i ever got here.it took 1 hour 45 mintues to bring two plates food out

Mesa Pf Changs Order Orange Chicken and Brown Rice. Said at least 6 times no ginger on it. Pick it up. The brown was so horribly spicy and the Orange Chicken was full of ginger. An did ask if you get Fonton cookies and the lady said of course you do. But of course we did not get that either. Call the manager of the restaurant and she said that their new recipe has ginger in it. Why does'nt the people taking the order no that. She as I expected it would happen cop out completely. Now I no why we stopped going to that restaurant for a long time. Our friends gave us a gift card for it or we would'nt have tried it again. What a wasted gift card and what a cop out from the manager which of course my husband told me before i call would happen. I just was hoping they would come thru. Should have known better. read more

INCOMPREHENSIBLE! Wife & I were attempting to have a special evening with my daughter and her family. We checked in at the Superstition Springs PF Chang's at 5:15, Feb. 13, 2020, having a made a 5:30 reservation the previous day for our party of seven. The hostess said that they were just waiting for the previous party at our booth to finish up. No problem. WE STOOD A FEW FEET FROM THE HOSTESS FOR AND HOUR WAITING. As the time became 6:15 and we were still standing and waiting after I had asked the hostess around 6:00 if she had forgotten about us, and my mood had deteriorated and my feet were throbbing from standing with my back to the wall for FORTY-FIVE MINUTES PAST THE TIME OF OUR 5:30 RESERVATION, and it was becoming a horrid experience for my wife, my daughter, her husband and my three grandchildren as well as for myself, she said: "they are clearing your table now and the manager is going to comp an order of lettuce wraps because the inconvenience". We were finally seated around 6:20 on our 5:30 reservation. WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE IN MY SEVENTY-ONE YEARS AND THE WORST $150+ I HAVE EVER SPENT but hey the lettuce wraps were comped so... read more

It has been 3 weeks now but I went and picked up my delivery and was assured everything was in my order. Got home and the shrimp fried rice was missing. Just ordered pad Thai from here. I love pad Thai and I've had it from many different places. It was a bit on the pricey side for pad Thai so expectations were high. I was VERY disappointed. First of all, the chicken was breaded and fried. I've never seen breaded chicken nor fried chicken in pad Thai. Second, diced grilled onions and I mean grilled to where they were black. Not good and once again, something I've never seen in pad Thai. And finally the portion size. It was what I get from just about any pad Thai place for about 8 bucks at lunchtime. But this was dinner and was $16.50. Come on P.F. Chang's, you're better than this aren't you? read more

Had a takeout BD dinner tonight. I ordered on line and as usual it was delicious. They have curbside service. I have just one complaint. You park in the parking lot near a number call and let them know what number you are parked in. An employee brings out many takeout bags and places them on a bench, goes back inside to get more bags. Meanwhile the bags are sitting on the bench for at least 10 mins. before anyone starts taking them to the cars. By the time I drive home the food has cooled. read more

This location is clean and food is always great!!! The hostess working last night was probably not the best person to have as your first impression. We greeted her upon arrival, asked how her day was, said thank you maybe 3 times and she never acknowledged us even once. Grabbed menus, walked to our table, dropped them menus and walked off. Reaaally rude first impression. Aside from that, our server was great and the food is top notch!!! Maybe she was just having a really bad day. read more

I was given a gift card for Christmas, just got around using it today. I can tell you if I did not have the gift card, I would not choose to eat here. The food is not worth the price. I get that it's advertised as a family style restaurant so it's a bit pricey but I highly doubt you could feed a family with what we ordered. What we got was good but not great. For the price I was expecting more. For over $50 we got combo low mein, not anything spectacular but still good Ginger broccoli chicken and I was a bit disappointed, Im pregnant and was craving it and just didn't live up to what I was hoping for, that could very well just been me though. And this was over $16!! Honey Chicken. I didn't like this at all but my hubby did. One up side is all the employees I interacted with were very friendly. I spoke to the manager on duty when I ordered over the phone. She was friendly and helpful. The bartender who I picked up my food from was also friendly. So my overall opinion, mostly good food for a way too high price. Friendly employees. read more

I haven't been to PF Chang's in years. I got the combo fried rice and it was fresh and hot, the service was good as I got it to go but like another review said no silverware in the bag, when you get to go food you would think they would put silverware in. I actually asked if there was Silverware in the bag the gentleman stated no and he put a cheap plastic fork in the bag. I just don't think PF Chang's is for me anymore but I did have a good experience here the food is just not my style read more
