Takeout is very uncoordinated and Unorganized. When I called to place an order I was told a completely different price than when I arrived at the restaurant. Then the staff would not honor the price I was told based on their mistake. Food or headache not worth it! read more

This location is by far the best. They have heated igloos with reservation. Our waiter, John was amazing! The food was delicious and cooked correctly- which really makes me never eat at the one where I live again. Highly recommend visiting this P.F. Chang's location and ask for John! We were a group of 6 and had a reservation at 12:30pm. We waited at the door for 10 mins to our table ready: We took our parents since it was my mom's birthday tomorrow. My sister and brother in law were basically freaking out how the manager and the sever were behaving. My sister owns a Japanese restaurant and she is usually very generous when it comes with understanding the shortage of people and everything since Covid. It was the FIRST time I actually saw her leaving all the food on the table and togo bags and no tips. The server was not experienced which we understand but she was not trained well and no idea about menu. She had no idea what they have for drinks menu. And kept saying this is out that is out. And our drinks came after we finished all of our appetizers since we orders drinks way earlier than appetizers. We also order 6 entries. Their food was horrible, rice undercooked, water glasses were not cleaned properly, there was hair on our food which we returned and they took off from our check and took 30 mins to serve the new one so we asked them to make it togo. The sever charged us double of one of our order and took one off because there was hair. And we complained it to the manager and my sister was so mad when the manager taking the complaint with that attitude like saying, 'ok I will take that off from your check you cheap ass' We left all the food and togo bags on the table as it is and left no tips for the first time. We are not going there anymore. Totally not wroth it going there. If you are thinking of going there, please reconsider it. Maybe try them after few month in time. read more

Went and had lunch and the server did not pay much attention to my order, I asked for a glass of regular ice tea and when I got it he brought me two of them with very little ice and I had to ask for a straw .... Then he proceeded to walk away as I told him I was ready to order and then came back 5 minutes later as he was kinda pushy about it ! If I could give zero stars, I would. The meal we ordered was unequivocally the worst restaurant meal we've eaten in years. We ordered shrimp with lobster sauce. It was not authentic. The shrimp (no exaggeration) was the size of a nickel and overcooked. Chicken lettuce wraps -the only thing that was edible was the lettuce. The chicken was ground so fine it was indistinguishable with the excessive amount tasteless sauce that was heavily salted. We also ordered crap meat wontons. The rice paper was saturated with grease and once again, I'm not sure what the filling was as it had a granular consistency and didn't taste like crab. Finally, the spicy tuna roll was not fresh and we question if it was tuna as it looked like salmon; we're actually no sure what it was. We threw out the entire meal. read more

I never write Yelp reviews. However this rickety table they gave us in the back gave me the guts to do so. We were given a two person table that was kinda offset to begin with. My side was close to the people behind us. So my chair was getting kicked by every server or busser that walked by. After getting my chair kicked for the 6th time. I decided to move the table out of the way of my chair getting kicked. I went to push the table and to my surprise, it almost fell over. I looked and they had this table propped up with pegs to level the table. One of the pegs went flying across the restaurant. When the waitress came by we showed her what had happened and requested to be seated at another table. She replied "those tables are for bigger parties" and that she needed to just run to go get another peg for the table. (Every other booth there had parties of 2 seated at them) The hostess returned to the table and tried lifting the table to readjust the pegs for a good 30 seconds. She then left just to leave us with a rickety table for the remainder of the time. Made it really convenient having a shakey table when our food arrived. Imagine having a 3 by 4 table that tilts every time you pick up your spoon. My chair was then kicked another 4 times or so. The food was great. Just hope if it's 2 of you going they don't give you the dusty Chang table in the back. read more

Order $140 worth of food on 1/23/2023 at 3:45pm for a birthday party and it was terrible. We arrived on time for curbside pick up and indicate our parking spot and received the text message response with "thank you we will bring your order out shortly". Waited for 15 mins with no response. Call the number on the sign, still no response. Had to go in to retrieve order. (Might want to redo the sign and say pick up instead of curbside). Fried calamari was soggy like they have been sitting for a while, sweet and sour chicken was soggy like it was yesterday's food, and crispy walnut shrimp was more like soggy walnut shrimp. We ended up throwing the food away and ordering from another restaurant. This establishment quality has reach rock bottom. Guess I paid $140 for the fortune cookies which was the only thing edible. I always thought highly of PF Chang's. The chain has stylish decor, subdued lighting, great service staff, and a giant distinctive Chinese horse statue outside. They also sell frozen entrees in the grocery store. Went for dinner with colleagues after a busy day. As a starter we ordered Vegetable Spring Rolls - Crispy rolls stuffed with julienned veggies, sweet chili dipping sauce. For entrees, 1. Thai Harvest Curry - Red curry, butternut squash, five-spice tofu, rustic vegetables, Asian mushrooms, topped with fresno peppers. 2. Mongolian Beef - Sweet soy glaze, flank steak, garlic, snipped green onion. 3. Buddha's Feast - Five-spice tofu, savory sauce, asparagus, shiitakes, broccoli, carrots. Dishes were served with both brown and white rice. We ordered family style so my colleagues could share delightful dishes. I'm a vegan, so Buddha's Feast was primarily for me. The veggie spring rolls were good. Well prepared, hot and delicious. I was advised the beef in the Mongolian Beef was tough and chewy and not enjoyed. The curry was vegan and great. Buddha's Feast dish was not well prepared at all. What they had done was to cut asparagus shoots and only put the very woody stalks in the dish and only a couple of flower ends. The stalks were very woody, hard to chew, and should never have been served. I was disappointed. Polling my colleagues, we give this PF Chang's 3 stars out of 5. read more

If you're a fan of waiting an extra 30+ minutes in the parking lot for takeout after your "ready" time - this is the place for you. However, if you have a hungry child that can't understand why their food is so late because the restaurant is still actively cooking rice for your meal, hard pass. I apologize to other patrons who might be able to hear a crying child from the parking lot, no clue how much longer we'll be here. But when you apparently have a designated pick up area, but don't really tell people or make it clear, and then don't even acknowledge the people who stand there, then what's the point? Not sure what's up with the 3-star reviews here. I've been many times over the years and always had both good service and good food. Since I have to avoid gluten for health reasons (not just a preference), I so appreciate their dedicated gluten free menu and their knowledge of cross contamination. They have a number of gluten free items as well and the food all had distinct flavors and enjoyed a little of each. Not good at all. We've frequented this place over the years, but service, pricing and food quality has taken an incredible dive. Took my family there tonight and it was a sub-par experience. Ordered the mandarin salad and this thing was WET. I can't eat a wet salad. Ordered fried rice and it tasted like cardboard. When they replaced the rice with white rice, the waiter with the man bun came over and plopped the rice on the table as if he was pissed, then walked away without saying a word. I think what really bothers me is that I work hard for my money to take my family out - spent nearly $100 for food/service that was worse than del taco. Ridiculous. read more

As much as I love Chinese food and PF Changs, your food has gotten very pricey. We used to order take out- dinner- for a family of 4 and with tip the bill came in around $65. We ate "lunch" there 5/17 for my daughter's high school graduation lunch and the bill for 7 people came to $226 without tip eating at a table. All we had were several appetizers, pop, a coffee and 7 lunches. I was honestly expecting a bill about $145. Really great food but wow it's really expensive. read more

My boyfriend and I have never been to this restaurant before (I know, we live under a rock) and we were very excited to try it! The food seemed to be cooked well and actually very tasty, we were satisfied with our meal and talked about definitely returning. Service was also very good until it was spoiled by our server abruptly telling us that he was frustrated with the table next to us and how "some people shouldn't have children". This came off as very unprofessional and inappropriate and I was completely caught off guard by the uninvited comment. However, overall it was an ok experience. Unfortunately later that evening and into the next day, we both felt incredibly sick to our stomachs and strongly suspected it was the food we ate here. We both got an entree and shared between the both of us so I'm not sure which dish possibly caused it. I was especially ill and was experience symptoms of possible food poisoning. I get it, this is never a restaurant's intention for customers to get sick, but I would definitely think twice before coming here, I know I will. read more

Let me start by saying the experience was 5 star! We made a reservation online prior which was perfect because we were running behind but the system is setup once the table is ready it will send a text, the reservation was set for 745 and was ready at 8! Outside seating is available but didn't know that prior. It was not as pricey as it seems, I recommend ordering as you go the entrees are shareable for atleast up to 3 people. The portion size was huge for the price... I ordered the Chang's Spicy Chicken, if you like sweet and spicy this was... spice level a 6. We also had the low mein again shareable! The crab wontons were okay, they used imitation crab meat so it was different and I would give it 4/10. If your a drinker get the Coconut Mojito.... DELICIOUS! Have been coming to PF Chang's for 20 years...but not any more. Used to count on great MaiTai's...no longer available. (Waiter says it was "axed by corporate.") Used to count on great service...sorry, full staff not available on Memorial day, so had to crowd into one (noisy) part of the dining area. Used to count on delicious hot'n'sour soup with accompanying sauces. Sauces no longer offered. Mongolian Beef? Dry (no sauce), hard to chew, lacking original flavor. Wife's sesame chicken? No flavor any more (no sauces). Certainly no longer worth $72 for a lunch of below average quality. PF Chang's is on the rocks and I am very sad...another classic "favorite" down the tubes. read more

This evening we decided to come to this location for a quiet Holiday meal. Boy, we were so glad we did! We were seated promptly greeted and seated at a booth. Let the feast begin! Tonight my other half decided to go with his gut and try the Surf and Turf. Turned out to be a fantastic idea! I enjoyed a pot of Hot Tea served in a wonderful metal pot. It was peach and ginger and so fragrant and soothing. I love the patio area! Tonight of course it was snowing but the view was pleasing and drinks and conversation made it feel kinda like being at a lodge. Food was served quickly and oh my! My choice was the spring rolls and Buddah's Delight,my favorite. Next time I will try the Lo Mein. I can tell you we usually have a bit of conversation but tonight my guy was busy thoroughly enjoying his dish. It's been a number of years since he's had Surf and Turf and he loved the beef and the seafood. His side of the table was quiet, which means he was pleased. This dish has Filet Mignon that is sliced and according to my other half it was cooked to perfection. His favorite was the lobster then the beef. This time we ordered dessert, Great Wall of Chocolate. Its huge! It's no wonder our food server told us Good Luck, LOL. We brought most of it home. I went to pf chnags last night for a date night with my wife... save your money and go to pei wei honestly, the. Server was nice the atmosphere was nice but for what I ordered I was severely over charged ... 25$ for Mongolian beef which came dry and bit chewy. I needed to order a side of Mongolian sauce because it had very little flavor without. As for my side I had order the fried rice which is a up charge , but the fried rice for some reason tasted like chemicals and was not very good , if it wasn't for the sake I probably would not have giving any stars. The warm sake HITS, 2/5 stars for me . But again save your money and hit pei wei they're owned by PF Chang's and their fried rice and Mongolian beef are better surprisingly read more

PF Changs offers quality Chinese food. It is constantly busy so reservations are definitely recommended. I ordered take out and the online system was easy to use. The only thing I had to call about was how to use a gift card as that is not possible with the ordering system (applied at restaurant). At the restaurant Caileigh was friendly and helpful and let me know my order would be ready in a few minutes (I arrived early so it was made by the time I specified online) The spicy soup is my favorite with chicken, tomatoes, cilantro and pin rice noodles (which I never see in other dishes but are delicious) The to go containers were high quality and can be recycled/reused (with the exception of the rice containers that are like most Chinese restaurants) The spicy eggplant definitely has some kick and the pieces were a little bigger than bite size but easy enough to cut with a fork. read more

Have not been to P.F. Chang's for almost two years. Typically patron the location in Colorado Springs and when visiting Las Vegas, the location in Las Vegas, Blvd. The location in Lone Tree could use some good dusting/cleaning. The bar chandelier is covered in dusts and so are the bar shelves - you can see the thickness of the dusts. The employees are nice enough so I blame management for the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. What gets measured gets done. read more
