Stopped in for lunch and it was unexpectedly easy. Easy parking, easy attentive service, easy lunch menu to select from. Our waiter was on top of everything and our food came out fast. I had the eggplant from the lunch menu with brown rice and we had lettuce wraps to start. The restaurant was FILTHY. All the floors had food and trash everywhere, the kitchen was horrible, tables were never bused and had dirty dishes and food all over. If I was in charge of Chang's corporate I would fire the manager on duty tonight IMMEDIATELY. They said his name was Eddie but he was nowhere to be found. If you haven't been here since they were taken under new management they are worth a try again. It's been 18 months since we were here last, and the changes are quite noticeable. Starting with the wait staff, they are now in very nice culturally correct uniforms. Everyone. Kitchen folks too. The food prep has also undergone a change up with their popular appetizers getting a refresh appearance and presentation. Main courses I suspect also were reworked with a much better presentation. My Mongolian beef with green onions was marvelous and my wife's sweet and sour chicken was also great as the chicken bites were lightly breaded and not at all doughy. The appetizer of shrimp dumplings was a particularly great surprise as they came out on a super hot plate (think fajitas level searing) and we're nicely toasted because of it. Only downside which happens to good places is the noise level and crowds.. even at 4pm.... But we'll be going back. read more

Yesterday we were here and it was great. Food was delicious and service was good. Today we came back and I asked the hostess to sit us near the front of the restaurant so my 92 year old parents could be close to the bathroom. Mind you, the restaurant was empty in the front. The hostess said no and we are literally at the furthest point from the main entrance. This is already shaping up to be a bad visit. My brain keeps holding onto my image of P F Chang's from a decade ago -- classy Chinese dining. This particular outlet, though, continues its downhill spiral (though not that you could tell by the constant crowds waiting for a table). The food is okay, if tilted a lot more toward sweet and sour than spicy notes. The waitstaff was friendly and helpful, but overwhelmed and thus slow. The decor definitely needs some touch-up -- lots of missing black veneer -- and those black ceramic floors show every crumb and dropped crayon (of which there were many). I do not recommend this place if you have a lot of food allergies. Came here with my sister and she can eat something simple almost anywhere (salad, meat, etc.), but the only thing they were able to serve her was brown or white rice - with nothing on it. They couldn't even accommodate a salad or even just steamed broccoli to go with the rice. They entered her allergies into a system and then she had to order off that menu - only offering the rice. They used to be able to accommodate her allergies as they have lots of gluten free options and she could even eat their lettuce wraps, but now they can't accommodate anything. read more

We were at a shopping area after coming back from the mountains and picking up gear and looked around for food, so PF Changs was open mid day so we thought it would hit the spot. This area has a great views and once we went in through the doors, we noticed a wall of windows that looked at the mountains so we went to the back and had a great view. Got seated quick, and ordered a Sapporo while we decided. I always start with lettuce wraps but since the other guys didn't eat any, didn't realize it was me alone. It is is a meal, the famous lettuce wraps from their beginnings with all the spices and I love them!!! We all then ordered various asian bowls with either chicken or pork with plenty of veggies and just massive amounts of food- so this was surely our meal for the day. It wasn't crowded so service was spot on, loved the wood work and outdoor patio looking out to the mountains- still with snow end of May, loved it. Honestly not the best experience. We made a reservation and asked for a booth because it was my birthday. When we asked for an estimated wait time the hostess said she didn't know. She could have at least made an educated guess. When we were seated it was a half booth (one side was a booth and the other side was two chairs). We didn't say anything because it ended up being a 20 min wait (even though we had a reservation). It was very loud and we felt like we had to yell at watch other. The menus say the portion sizes are meant to be shared but when we received our entrees not all of them looked like they could be shared. The beef with broccoli is not big enough to share. Hardly big enough for one. I felt like the portion size would be acceptable for lunch if I got soup with it. I was not impressed. The flavor and temperature were average. The shrimp lo Mein was an average size. Big enough for one person but still acceptable to share! The Thai harvest curry with chicken was definitely big enough to share! It was hot (temperature and seasoned) and fulfilling! The fried rice with chicken was big enough to share too! Great flavor and amazing portion size! We got the chocolate lava cake for my birthday dessert! That was amazingly delicious! The waiter brought out 4 spoons to share! I have always enjoyed P.F. Chang's for its delicious consistency. Today's lunch was absolutely awful. The Hot/Sour soup was inedible. I ordered sesame chicken and got six soggy bits on top of a huge bowl of rice. This is a very hit or miss spot for food. Drinks are usually spot on. Definitely beware of the carry out. Those are the worst. Dine in is okay, especially since you can say something to get things fixed. The worst culprit has to be the manager who doesn't seem to do much except stare at the tv and chat up some waitresses. We were the at the Park Meadows location about a week ago for a birthday celebration. Our server was amazing. But the food was pretty bad. The Mongolian Beef was hard as rocks, the crispy honey shrimp was very mushy. The place wasn't very packed and I can see why. This place used to be great and packed nightly, now it has significantly gone downhill. The appetizers were the best part of the meal everything else wasn't even ok. I had never been to a P.F. Chang's and have always been curious so finally we went on a Friday night. Longish wait. Super loud inside so the ambience isn't the best. Definitely over priced and not really better quality food than nicer Chinese restaurants. Our waitress spoke to us in what felt a really artificial voice and attitude. I found it off putting but she was trying to give decent service so I tried to over look her syrupy speaking patterns. The table we sat at was super tightly arranged against the seat so that was really weird and unpleasant too. I do not ever find seats to be too snug so I don't think the problem was on my end. We ordered two cucumber lemonades, which were $4 and didn't come with refills. They did arrive in a short cocktail glass and was the smallest non-alcoholic beverage I have ever been served. Across the mall at Cheesecake Factory they sell cucumber lemonades for a little less, they come in a tall soft drink glass and sugar the rim and have free refills so..... I really resented this cocktail sized one for $4. It was miserly and turned me off. I still had an open mind about the food and our appetizers arrived pretty quickly. We tried chicken egg rolls and pork wontons. Both came with sauces that we really enjoyed. However the wontons were not sealed and were really hard to eat as a result. The interior was pretty low grade, but okay. The chicken egg rolls were quite delicious although I found the ground chicken inside to have a bit of an "old chicken" flavor and wasn't well seasoned. The veggies were nice and the wrapper was well fried so we liked the egg rolls a lot. I tried the crispy honey chicken which had a vinegary sweet flavor but was really bland over all. I had a few "weird" grisly bites but most were okay. I also tried the chili garlic greenbeans and we loved them. Quite spicy but not intolerable and well seasoned. It took a long while to be given our check and when the waitress transferred our leftovers into containers she stuck her thumb into our rice. Considering she has been handling money all night I wasn't that pleased but did not complain. For all I know they would have replaced the rice if I had. Over all, I'm glad I tried it but I can't imagine returning. I'd rather go to one of the Chinese restaurants that have similar food at lower costs and better flavor (like Sunflower Chinese in Littleton). If the seats were more comfortable, drinks were more reasonable and the volume of the restaurant a little more manageable, I might return to try other things, but over all they didn't win me over although nothing was just absolutely awful like some reviews indicate. read more

My husband and I had our first date at one of the locations, and my Bachelorette party was held at another.
