Captial Grille is a great place for lunch or dinner - i tried it yesterday afternoon for lunch with 6 other friends - the dinning room and bar is beautiful and the staff is great Our server was Abel and he read the table well and we all had a lot of fun. Only open for a week so there was some hiccups with being out of items or minor issues - Abel handled it in stride and took car of us - Mike came by the table to apologize and take care of us. All in all, the mistakes were minor and just part of the process of opening a high end restaurant. I have no doubt that everything will be smoothed out quickly Again - food was fantastic and service great - Don't miss the signature "Doli" - it is very good

New wonderful location for all the suburbanites! Gives the Vegas feel with complimentary valet parking and dark atmosphere. The hospitality is out of this world! Our server Josh was AMAZING! Had great recommendations and knew exactly when to put the order through or to take a beat while we enjoyed our time at the restaurant. The steaks are fabulous! Crusted Lamb chops were perfection. Coconut creme pie was to die for! I am not a sweats person but I could not get enough, I could haven eaten the whole thing myself! They also offer happy hour prices. This is a great place for date night, special celebration, or if you're craving a good steak!

The Capital Grille was extremely impressive. The restaurant itself looks absolutely amazing, but what really stands out is the staff. Their professionalism elevates the entire experience and makes for a truly elegant evening. We started the night with their "In Fashion" cocktail, made with Woodford Reserve, Grand Marnier, black walnut bitters, orange peel, and an Amarena cherry. It was a fantastic way to begin the meal. The calamari may be the best I've ever had--perfectly prepared by the kitchen. For the main course, the filet mignon and the sea bass were both cooked to perfection. To finish the evening, you must try the coconut cream pie. It comes with a house-made rum caramel sauce that is absolutely outstanding. Special shout-outs to Kaylee and Matt for their excellent service and for helping make the night memorable.

This new location in Park Meadows area has started with bang! The food and services were impeccable! We love New England clam chowder and it didn't disappoint. The glazed salmon and lamb chops melted in our mouths. Check out Carlos, he is an amazing server with warm demeanor! We'll be back soon.

Just opened in South part of Denver Metro. Nice and open dining area. Excellent staff always around to help and answer questions. Went for the Capitol Hours time late afternoon. Excellent calamari for appetizer. Get the NY Strip Sliced as part of the Lounge Menu, tender and perfectly cooked.

Upon entering the restaurant you feel the ambiance is welcoming. We went for dinner birthday celebration. The service, food, and staff were amazing! Only in their second week of service, we went there to celebrate my birthday, and it was exceptional!! When trying out new opening of a restaurant, you have to be open minded. Knowing that the Capital Grille has a reputation, they did not skip a beat. Camila and Mike, we're both very welcoming and kindly introduce themselves during our visit. Our server Kaylee was phenomenal. Juggling multiple tables. She was friendly, and attentive. A true gem! We will be back!! My top recommendations: Cocktail - The Doli Martini Appetizers - Prosciutto wrapped Mozzarella Dinner - Chef selection: sliced Filet Mignon Sides: scalloped potatoes

    Side dish: creamed spinach

We were immediately sat on the patio around 5:45 PM. We were greeted and given "welcome bubbles". What a nice touch. After about 5 minutes, we were finally given menus. Other people were sat around us, so we waited to ask for the happy hour menu. We ordered the chef's choice charcuterie, a cocktail, and a glass of wine. The drinks and board were yum, but not quite a wine bar as there were very limited option by the glass. Also, we had to ask for plates and silverware where this is a basic item. While deciding on dinner, we were approached a couple times by the 2 servers in the section. One was friendly, the other, not so much, rather indifferent and made us feel a little uncomfortable and not very welcome. This kind of set the tone for the rest of our night. We ordered the "family share" chateaubriand. We realize this is an expensive cut, but the portion is definitely not a sharing cut, around 4 oz. It is closer to a single entree. When it arrived, the plate was cold, like the meat was lukewarm and the cauliflower was ice cold. Again, we had to ask for silverware and plates for this "family style shareable" plate. We brought the cauliflower temperature up with the server and got new cauliflower after we were done with the rest of the meal. Also, I sat with an empty wine glass and no one stopped to ask if I needed another glass. When the servers did stop by, it was a short interaction and we never even had a chance to ask before they were already walking away. We saw so many people come in and out that they must be doing something right, but for us, our experience was mediocre. If our meal would have been the correct temperature (it was well prepared, just cold) and better execution on the service, we may have had a better experience.

The service is a bit slow and its a more seat yourself and then they come to you with menus. So don't awkwardly stand there forever. The ambiance is super bright, and pretty mellow and quiet. My husband and I can never decide what to get so we opted for Chefs Tasting menu. Its $35 per person and everyone at the table has to participate. The soup was okay. It had a nice spicy kick. The kale chatt was interesting and crispy. Honestly I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. Urban Cauliflower had a great flavor, kinda mushy though, but still balancer out. The tandoori chicken was tender and honestly wish it was bigger. The shrimp coconut curry was my least favorite. Just not a good combo for me. Lentils were hearty and had a cumin flavor. Goat and Lamb curry were very similar I could barely pull it apart. The butter chicken was our favorite. Garlic Nann you could eat on its own, Onion Nann always great but needed a dipper. Overall I liked it, but it was pricey for something I didnt love. Great start but onto the next :)

The beer came in an ice cold glass, something you rarely see anymore. The lunch sampler was $15 and came with a great selection of food. The coconut shrimp curry was flavorful & the shrimp were high quality. The only note is that I wish it was slightly less runny. Everything we had was packed with flavor and phenomenal. I would highly recommend bringing cash for this place for an additional discount. Service was fast, the place was clean, and everyone we talked to was kind. Definitely a place you should come eat at instead of going to the food court.

There's thankfully parking in front and around the back in lots. One of the highlights is their charcuterie boards - we ordered one last time and it was packed full of goodies: meats, cheeses, cornichons, olives, nuts, fruit, etc. Really well thought out. We did consider coming back here recently for our friend's birthday but apparently if you try to make a reservation for over 6 people you have to PAY per person - that's a little ludicrous. I understand a party of 50 and charging some fee, but to charge for a small party is a way to not get party business. I would likely come back here as it is a nice central location and has a nice patio though.

The high top tables in the bar area were not cleared of the dirty dishes/plates etc. as the restaurant appeared to be understaffed at the time of our arrival. Hence, a young lady who greeted us upfront took us to the bar which we had issues with. We enjoyed looking at the menu for both food and drinks. Each side had selections of various kinds. Since we didn't need to eat, we turned our attention to the drink side where we noticed wine flights. Both red and white had had 4 different flights. And each flight comes with 3 varietals of wines. We both are more of red wine people. My daughter went with the Argentinian one; I went with the European Vacation. After comparing the two, our votes went to the European one. This definitely supersedes the South American wines in overall quality and tastes. Out of the 3 in the European one, the Spanish wine (Marques de Grinon, 'Caliza' 2020 vintage) stood out the most to us. After we had finished our flights my daughter ordered a full 6oz glass of it to fully immerse herself in the wonderful Espanol wine. The bartender, Jake, was peppy and pleasant to us. We felt bad though. He was busting his bottom to serve everyone in the bar area. Besides that young lady in the floor who occasionally came and went there was nobody else. Not sure if they were simply short staffed or they are always that way where they need to hire more staff, I hope the issue gets resolved soon. Hats off to Jake; no matter what, he was pleasant to everyone not forgetting to walk each one through the menu and promptly delivering their drinks once made.

She decided to try the rigatoni, while I had the rosemary chicken. Both dishes were fine, if not particularly overwhelming or impressive. She thought she'd go back to the pizza if we returned again. The bread that comes with the dinners (and is available as an appetizer) resembles more of an Indian naan than an Italian bread. But at least the flavor was good. Like the food, service was fine for the most part. A little slow at the start, but around when we needed it. Food came out fast at least. Overall, I'll say everything here was fine. Not blown away by really any of it, but also nothing earth shattering that would keep us from coming back if we were in the area and hungry. That said, with lots of Italian/pizza places in the area, we probably wouldn't make a special trip to drive here.
