I searched for someone last May to service my pool,since my last pool company no longer covered my area I needed someone to open up and maintain my pool, after 3 or 4 quotes (from other companies) that I thought were outrageous Optimum contacted me with a reasonable price and I decided to give them a shot with the thinking if there no good I'll put up with them and find someone else for the following season. We couldn't have asked for a better experience,they where prompt,very helpful, professional cleaners and maintainers. There price was very fair and they held up to what they said they would do, my pool never looked better, there where 2 weekends when i asked them to come out on short notice because I was having a party, they never let me down. I needed to have my pool liner replaced this year. I wanted to support a small business in our area and have someone that was local. After reading the reviews about Optimum, I decided to go with them and I am so glad i did! Naciem and his crew are great. The guys he has working with him are all very courteous, friendly and professional. After the liner was put in, Naciem came by and made sure all was done properly and to our liking. I couldn't have been happier with Optimum's service. I have a hot tub that needed a number of parts replaced. The work was done and the cleanup was excellent. When it turned out a leak occurred (from a connection underneath not having been tightened up sufficiently; which I didn't know at that time) and I'd already paid my bill I feared it would take forever to get a return visit, determine what happened and get it fixed. When they returned in short order, admitted it was their fault and repaired the problem immediately I was very surprised and even more impressed. A great company. read more
