Every visit to this Outback has been fantastic, and our recent Father's Day dinner did not disappoint! The quality of the food, service, and overall experience is always top-notch at this location. The layout is spacious, and even when we've been quoted a wait time, we're always seated significantly faster than expected. The new chimichurri filet was an excellent choice, and the bone-in ribeye with cowboy butter was absolutely amazing. Of course, you can't go wrong with the Bloomin' Onion, but the blue cheese chopped salad is worth the visit alone! The cocktails are delicious and reasonably priced, and I love that they have fun N/A options like the Sharky Temple to make the experience special for the kiddos. While I'm not usually a huge fan of chain restaurants, this location honestly breaks the mold. read more

This was our choice to eat here as it had been a while since we ate at Outback in any location. We were so looking forward to the blooming onion. Huge let down to say the least. The grease/oil it was fried in evidently needed to be change. It seemed too dark/overcooked look and had an old grease taste. Not to mention the breading was falling off each pull. I attempted to overlook this but my husband wasn't having it. The server was pleasant and even noticed we didn't eat the appetizer but moved on to the entree. My husband loved his steak and ribs, compliments to the chef. I ordered the pasta dish! Huge mistake! Bland, Bland, Bland, no seasoning anywhere in this dish! The chicken visually had seasoning on the top but was also bland throughout. My mistake! Finally I opted for a chicken sandwich that was to be seasoned with the blooming onions seasoning. The only thing that helped me get by was the sauce from the blooming onion that we didn't use previously. Fast forward, later that night I paid for everything that I tried to eat at this establishment and paid dearly I must say. I am on the other side of it and will NOT try this location or any other Outback restaurant location no time soon, if ever! The positive note, the staff here all seemed very friendly and inviting. I have had a great experience at this location and I have had an ok experience as well. Outback has recently changed their menu and I am sad. It is not for the better trust me. The coconut shrimp entree I used to brag about has drastically changed. The original entree was 16 shrimp and now it is 8 for the same price! Yes half the shrimp. They will tell you the shrimp are bigger and they are a bit bigger but they are not 8 shrimp bigger!! Can you say shrink flation! Stopped in as a 2 on Momday night about 7pm. Restaurant was semi full with customers and staff. Got seated right away and Tish took great care of us. Both had side salads, sirloin medium rare and medium, loaded baked with grilled vegetables and some libations. Everything was delicious and cooked to order. Some friends invited me to dinner and I accepted. We had a nice conversation with dinner, but the dinner was was just OK in my opinion. I ordered the Center cut sirloin medium, but more like medium well and also tough for me to cut as I'm semi disabled in one arm, but I like to be able to do things myself . The green beans were way overcooked with lots of seasoning on them, and a sweet potato had more skin than it didn't meat inside of it! The steak should've been a star of the show, but they put so much seasoning on it. You couldn't even really taste the beef! If I'm asked out to go there again I will go, but I will ask them not to put any seasoning or anything next time! Also, one of the loads of bread that came out was hard as a rock definitely been left in the oven too long as it was burnt on top! The ambience was nice, but it was definitely cold in there. Firstly, the staff here are super nice. We were greeted and seated the minute we walked in the door, which was impressive for a Saturday evening! This Outback is located right in front of Concord Mills, so I expected it to be packed on a Saturday evening from the mall traffic. Iykyk When seated, we were greeted by our waiter, who took our drink and appetizer orders. We got our drinks and appetizers right away, along with some bread and butter. We got the blooming onion battered shrimp, which were good, a tad bit on the salty side, but fried to perfection and such a larger serving, we had plenty left over. I had asked our waiter to put in an order for my cocktail, which was a Pina Koala . Outback has $7 cocktails every day, which is what brought me here! 10/10 - This cocktail was strong!! I was pleasantly surprised at how yummy this cocktail was. It had a nice tropical flavor and packed a punch. It was served in a martini glass which was small, wish the serving was bigger. Loved it! I ordered the half rack of ribs with a loaded baked potato and veggies. I was not crazy about the sloppy presentation, I mean, they put the wet naps on the plate. That's gross! The ribs were a bit dry and a tad bit salty, while the baked potato and veggies were bland.... I would not order the ribs here again. I'll stick to what they're known for, which is the steak! My waiter was nice, but I had to constantly ask him to bring items that I requested multiple times. Not only that, I had to wait what seemed like forever for him to finally bring them after being reminded. It wasn't that busy, and all the wait staff seemed to be helping each other out, so I'm not really sure why that was. I also ordered the Koala punch cocktail, which was just okay. Great SERVICE! Friends and I decided to stop by for lunch around 2 pm. We were immediately sat and attended, too. Our server, Jasmine, was nothing short of amazing. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We never had to wait long to receive drinks, appetizers, and food. We ordered the cheese steak dip, which was very delicious and flavorful. It had plenty of pieces of steak, which was great since we were all sharing. We ordered the chicken bloomin meal with Cesar salad and fries and burgers with fries. Everything was super delicious. It all tasted like it was freshly made. The fries were very crispy and soft at the same time, which were delicious. Overall, we had a great time, and the ambiance was phenomenal. What a disappointing evening ! I went to this Outback Steakhouse location (Concord Mills) on a Monday expecting to eat well and I was quickly reminded of why this steakhouse chain has fallen off. I was very disappointed when I ordered the chimichurri steak with a couple of sides expecting it to look somewhat close to what is pictured on the menu and instead I was given what look like items just thrown on a plate. My steak came out well done after being ordered medium well which I immediately noticed as the plate was placed in front of me. My server, Gus should have noticed it also for he took the order and agreed with me upon me pointing it out, however, I'm sure if I didn't say anything, he would have left the food on the table without say anything if I didn't. As a result of me saying something, my plate was sent back to the kitchen which I hate to do, but I wasn't gonna let this one slide. My food was brought back to the table by who I assumed was the manager, I'm not sure, because this person never identified themselves. It took me a minute to exam the steak because at first there didn't appear to be much of a change. When I originally ordered and the food was brought out to me the first time, I asked the server how come the food looked the way it did, and he replied, "We just pick a steak and cut it up into pieces and then put it on a plate". WRONG ANSWER ! By this time I was so frustrated and hungry, I just ate the food anyway which was very salty and not worth the price it was priced at. The server barely came to the table and when I commented about anything to him the two times that he did come to the table, he gave me such a weird look as if he was annoyed by my disapproval of the service and food combined. With all that said and done, I will not be returning to this establishment or any Outback after this experience for both the food and service was very under par. read more

I think the host should be more mindful of where they try to sit families with little kids. Waited an extra 20 minutes for a booth. Had a great waiter. Food was mid. Ordered a medium steak which came out well done. I think outback should have better options for kids meals. Price wasn't bad. Spent $45 without tip added for four meals. This is one of my favorite places to visit. I'm always guaranteed to have a good time and good food. I've never been disappointed.

Maybe we went on a bad night but so many things were disappointing. The restaurant was not even busy but everything took so long to come out & when it did my steak was overcooked. I asked for medium well but it was beyond well. A member in our party was brought out his food without the steak and the server & everyone came back to check on us and was surprised he didn't get his filet? So, they went to fix my steak and to bring out his, mine came out before his ; still well done but nothing like the first one. It was a good 25 minutes before he was brought out his after mine . We were all tired and so ready to go at that point. We did not expect to arrive at 6:45 to leave close to 9pm. I will say the manager did try to make things right & took care of a few things which I appreciate. Just not sure if I will not be back to this location. read more

I will like to start off by saying our server was amazing and so was the food! The only thing that threw me off was, when me and my friend were waiting the 16 year old girl at the host stand Ava was being very rude to the other hostess or servers that are bellow her or seem to just be starting. I don't think someone that young should be allowed to talk to other people in that matter? Even if she was older it's not good behavior to see! I felt bad because I know how it feels to have someone be rude just because you have "less experience". One girl was just taking bread and ava rudely told the girl "you're not supposed to do that, it's the servers job." And she said that with an attitude. My wife and I visited on a busy Saturday evening, we got on the wait list and ended up being seated much sooner than we were told, so that made us happy. Usually these places are pretty good. Not today. Wasnt that crowded but the waitress was unattentive. The appitizer was over cooked and was going to send it back but the Waitress didnt come by untill she brought the entrees. Ordered the steak medium but received a well done steak. Lking for the waitress again to no avail. Asked a different server if they could send our waitress by... guess he was too busy to ask her. Paid for the meal but as for a tip ..... nada. Id like to give her a tip .... And here it is .... Find another job if u cant handle serving people. Its a fast pace and u need to be attentive. I honestly believe that great service deserves just as much recognition and praise as bad service. My family and I walked into this restaurant 45 minutes before closing and when I say we had the absolute best experience...top tier!! Good service is so lost upon these days and this entire evening staff (from the host to the waitresses to the busser, to the bartender, to the management) was excellent and very accommodating! The food was freshly prepared. They offered remedies for whatever wasn't available or was mixed up. Just pure excellence across the board. I don't remember all of their names but every single staff member on duty the night of March 6, 2025 deserves to be praised!!
