Fantastic takeout experience start to finish. I called in my order because I am old school like that:) The employee was so friendly and efficient. Tried the Parmesan crusted chicken for the first time and it was delicious! Highly recommend it for a takeout option. Will definitely order again.

Supposed to med well ribeye steak.

Visited on 3/28/26 with my mom. Tyler was my server. I ordered the 12oz ribeye med well and specified "please do not bring a well done steak " it took forever for our food to come. Tyler didn't bring the food but kept serving people around us. When the food came a diff guy put it down and walked off quickly. Cutting my steak to check was like cutting wood. When Tyler finally came back I told him the steak was over well done he was shocked Then he explained that when he looked in the kitchen someone had left the steak under the lights which probably overcooked the steak. I didn't want another steak and asked for the check with mom's food. Tyler brought the bill with the ribeye still charging me. When I brought this to his attention his response was "owe you expected me to remove that"? This was a response for a steak that was never tasted only cut to see if med well. Very rude and poor service.

Our waiter was handsome and awesome. It was very busy so I can over look the complimentary bread loaf being stale but everything else was delicious

The parking lot at this LongHorn is not great, pretty cramped when you arrive, thinking there is a major wait based on the cars parked. However, we were seated quickly, and the service was terrific once we arrived at the booth. Drinks, bread, and the order were done effectively and efficiently. My salad was accurate without the croutons and contained the right amount of salad dressing. The steak was medium well and the baked potato was loaded, as requested. The server came by frequently to check to see how we were doing. Dessert was the strawberry shortcake, an excellent choice. The check was accurate, and I tipped this young lady well for excellent service.

Good food. But unfortunately was had a terrible experience with management and the searing arrangement that left a bad taste in most of our mouths. Probably won't come back here. But Steve, our server and Taija, our first server, were great!

Everything was wonderful! Miranda was a great waitress. The food was delicious. The hostess saw we had mobility issues and seated us closer. It was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back!

The service we received... We waited about 25 minutes to be seated on this Tuesday afternoon following Christmas. It's my third time going there. They had a sanitation rating of 96.0, but our booth, drink ware and cutlery were clean. Our server was excellent! Friendly, attentive and fast. We'd looked at the menu while we waited so we knew what we wanted and put our order in right away. Once we were seated we were fed and out the door in an hour. Here is the food breakdown. I tried the parmesan crusted chicken, it was really nice, and it reheated surprisingly well. I ordered the French onion soup. It literally tasted like Lipton French Onion soup, doctored up and served with cheese. French Onion broth is hard to mess up. They managed it through. My husband ordered the T-Bone steak and loved the way it was seasoned, but felt it was [very] undercooked. He asked for medium well, but it was all pink inside with a good searing outside. He flat out refuses to ever send anything back. It benefited from some additional cooking the next today. The hot lava cake was very short on the lava. It was dessert dry, saved by the creamy vanilla ice cream they serve with it, but we didn't finish that. Dessert was disappointing. They made an okay Arnold Palmer, but big kudos on the warm fresh bread and creamy butter. Now moving on to my final thoughts. This is a decent casual dining spot. Fair prices for reasonable American fare, and good sized portions. You won't leave hungry, and your leftovers will taste great the next day. They have earned four stars and my continued support.

We came here for lunch on our way back from the mountains. We were seated right away and they had a lunch menu. Server was attentive and helpful. Restaurant was very clean and the manager stopped by to check in on us. Bread came out warm. Bourbon glazed salmon was cooked to perfection and flavorful. Prices are reasonable.

Waiting for our table. Busy tonight. Christmas Eve

I got the special which was a coffee rubbed NY strip, served with asparagus and loaded mashed potato's. All around a great dish. My wife got the pecan chicken breast which is always excellent. I'll definitely give them another visit.

The ribeye cap was the highlight, super tender, and the eye had a great sear and a lot of flavor. Overall a really solid steak, especially if you like a slightly sweeter profile. Got the cream corn risotto on the side. It was really good but very rich, definitely something you can only have a few bites of before it starts to feel heavy. My wife ordered the pecan crusted chicken. The portion was huge, but it stayed really juicy and had a nice crunch on the outside. Easy to split or take leftovers home. Cocktails were great too. The Negroni was well balanced and the blackberry smash was super easy to drink. They had a fried shrimp special (ninja shrimp or something?) and that ended up being one of the best parts of the meal. Crispy, sweet and sour, and a great starter. Solid spot if you're in Mooresville and want a steakhouse that's a little more interesting than the usual options.

We pulled into the parking lot and Jonathan came to the car and took our order on his iPad! Now, mind you, I'm not a big meat eater or a fan of TRH, but this was the first time that I really enjoyed my food! We both ordered the Fort Worth ribeye steak dinners. I had the 12oz with fries and mushrooms, and my gf had the 14oz with a salad and baked potato! Both orders ca.e with their rolls and the honey butter! We sat there and waited for our order to be prepared! About 10 to 20 minutes later, our order was delivered to our car! The runner asked us to check the order to make sure it was correct! It looked and smelled amazing! OMG, it was the best boneless ribeye steak I've ever had! We both agreed that we have been missing out by ordering the bone-in! From now on, we are boneless all day! Thank you Jonathan for your Outstanding Customer Service and getting out order right! #texasroadhouse #frworthribeyesteak #bonelessribeye

My family and I wanted to drop in for a quick lunch while out and about in the area. Though there was a line to get in, we did not wait long before the doors were opened. We were seated and received bread while waiting to order. Our waiter was timely and made sure drink refills were available before having to ask. Our rolls came out a bit hard and she had no issue bringing out a fresh batch. Once orders were in, we enjoyed some of their flavored lemonade options. Not too sweet and the perfect tang for me! I ordered sirloin with a side salad and loaded baked potato. The sides were both tasty. Due to my sirloin appearing mushy and tasting altogether weird, I cannot say I enjoyed the full dining experience. With two bites in, I knew I would not be enjoying this steak. The potato was filled with sour cream, butter, and cheese & topped with bacon. I really wanted a steak, so it is unfortunate that my order was not great. However, the manager did remove the item from my ticket. Every one else enjoyed their meals and had no major complaints. Not sure I'd be back anytime soon though.

The tables in the back by the kitchen are the way to go if you're looking for something more intimate. I like to get a dirty martini and my wife get champagne.
