My family ate at this Texas Roadhouse on Mother's Day after walking out of Carrabbas. Our hostess and server were both happy and smiling. The hostess told me "Happy Mother's Day" which made it even sweeter. Jana, our server, took great care of us. She was prompt, fast, attentive, and best of all, HAPPY. We will return to this location more often. Thank you for making my Mother's Day a wonderful dining experience. Thank you, Jana, you rock! VPP read more

Our 50th anniversary was ruined here last week. Wife and I chose this restaurant to celebrate by sharing a BBQ Chicken and Ribs combo. Her chicken was delivered dry as a bone with no juicy meat. She should have sent it back but didn't. My side of ribs was delayed because the kitchen put bbq sauce on them and I requested a dry rub. 15 minutes later, the I was served the driest ribs I've ever tried to eat. I tried one bone and couldn't get the fork into the meat. It was over cooked and dry as leather. What is sad: The server noticed it was dry but served it anyway. Poor choice of restaurant to celebrate 50 years of marriage. Tip: If you are celebrating anything, try another steakhouse. There are plenty of others in Concord that will cook the food properly. read more

Very busy on a Thursday night but we were immediately seated. Our server Kaitlyn was great, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and provided great followup. We had ribs, baked potato, Caesar salad and the 20 oz Bone-in Ribeye. Ribs were a 4 and Ribeye, cooked to a perfect medium rare a solid 5. read more

First time dining at this location though I've been to others. I arrived around 11:45 am and was surprised to see a line already forming at the entrance. My family and I wanted to drop in for a quick lunch while out and about in the area. Though there was a line to get in, we did not wait long before the doors were opened. We were seated and received bread while waiting to order. Our waiter was timely and made sure drink refills were available before having to ask. Our rolls came out a bit hard and she had no issue bringing out a fresh batch. Once orders were in, we enjoyed some of their flavored lemonade options. Not too sweet and the perfect tang for me! I ordered sirloin with a side salad and loaded baked potato. The sides were both tasty. Due to my sirloin appearing mushy and tasting altogether weird, I cannot say I enjoyed the full dining experience. With two bites in, I knew I would not be enjoying this steak. The potato was filled with sour cream, butter, and cheese & topped with bacon. I really wanted a steak, so it is unfortunate that my order was not great. However, the manager did remove the item from my ticket. Every one else enjoyed their meals and had no major complaints. Not sure I'd be back anytime soon though. read more

We have been here a few times since moving to the area. Love seating at the bar and getting quick friendly service. It's always a good chill time at the roadhouse. Got there before the crowd in a Friday night. Prefect way to end the busy work week. I usually order the sirloin with sweet potato and a salad. And I usually pair this with a cold beer. My husband get some tall Miller lites. He ordered a bacon burger but for this last visit the burger didn't hit, if you are looking for a good burger head to the 3 monkeys read more

We ordered 20oz bone in ribeye. It was mostly grizzle. Out of 20 oz's maybe 3 oz was actually edible. The salad was wilted and the rolls were cold. Ask for butter and sour cream with cheese and bacon on the baked potato. There was no butter on this baked potato. The service was ok but not anything notable. We survived by eating the peanuts. You don't want to ever go here or I even imagine all Texas Roadhouses are pretty much the same. We will not be back. We eat all over the country and this was the worse meal we have ever experienced. read more

Just seen a post online that hurts my heart. Apparently the servers, cooks, & management have been spitting in black customers food and being very unsanitary. I hate that this company has been closet RACIST because I really was enjoying the food whenever me and my company went. Mind boggling to think that the food I ingested might have been contaminated with saliva and other nasty components. Very sad and unfortunate and I pray others catch on and run this business out!!! Will never go to another location and I will be passing the word read more

We ordered the family takeout meal of chicken, critters, double fries and salad. It also comes with a generous portion of roles which my family loves. This time around we went ahead and ordered the additional honey butter because they cannot get enough of it. It was super easy to order online And was reasonable for pick up time despite being a busy Saturday night. This is such an amazing value for your money and the quantity of food that you get. It was able to feed my husband and three children with some leftover. We will definitely order again. read more

Ordered meal online. Parking lot was full. Parking spots available for Pick-up orders. I saw the pick up window but an Employee was in the parking lot doing curbside so I did not have to go inside, great! Employee was friendly, communicated clearly, and timely returning with order. They made sure that you checked your order before leaving. Everything was correct in my order. Food was fresh. Took about 10 minutes for pickup. Food was packed well for traveling back home. I would visit this location again. read more

When we first walked in, the hosts were very nice and welcoming, so we started off with a good impression. Unfortunately, that feeling completely changed once we were seated. Our server seemed extremely uninterested from the beginning. She spoke so quietly that it was difficult to hear her, and the communication throughout the meal was poor. The biggest issue was the lack of table service. Not once did she pre-bus our table or remove a dirty plate. Our appetizer plates stayed on the table from the moment we received our appetizers until the moment we left. Not one plate was cleared. The food was just okay and, unfortunately, cold. I ordered a medium-well steak, and there was no reason for it to arrive that cold. The broccoli was also extremely hard and seemed like it wasn't properly steamed or cooked. I'd give the food a 4/10. Another thing I noticed was our server rolling silverware while she still had tables and guests to take care of. Personally, I found that very unprofessional. I completely understand that silverware needs to be rolled, but when you have guests waiting, dirty plates sitting on their table, and tables that aren't being attended to, your priority should be taking care of the guests first. There should be a proper time and designated area to handle side work without neglecting your tables, and well sanitation wise you just should not be rolling while still in contact with food, cross contamination could be a possibility in the silverware. The management also didn't seem very professional or organized. There were people who appeared to be managers walking around with headsets, but the overall atmosphere felt unorganized, and I didn't see much effort being made to ensure guests were being taken care of. Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. The hosts were welcoming, but after that, almost everything went downhill. Food: 4/10 Service: 1/10 Overall experience: 2/10 I don't think I'll be returning to this location. read more

I love Texas Roadhouse. From their hot rolls to their delicious entrees, I have always enjoyed my meals there. The Concord location seems to be busy every time we go there and the parking lot was not built to support the amount of diners this restaurant can hold. Today my husband and I shared a chicken critter salad while our 6 year old had the critter kids meal. Our server was excellent and our food was cooked perfectly. The country music added to the overall experience for me. read more

Texas Roadhouse is a busy restaurant! Located near Concord Mills it's a great place to have a nice dinner. I was impressed how efficient they were getting customers seated timely. We didn't have to wait to get a table of 4. We had a great server,Tara, so our experience was all positive. They have many options to choose from. Whether it's a steak you are craving or some seafood, you will find it on the menu. I had the ribeye. The flavor was very good. They cooked it the way I asked. Paired with a sweet potato - I was set. It was a bit noisy inside. The volume of the music was, in my opinion too loud. But you take the good with the bad. You check out using a small device that sits at the end of the table. So efficient. I hope you enjoy this Texas Roadhouse as much as we did. read more

I never have super high expectations for a chain. This was about my expectation... the food was okay. I got the filet because my hubs said it's hard to mess up that cut. The steak was ok, but the rice was very thank you Claire salty and meh, and the mushrooms left much to be desired. The veggies were not far from raw. That's what I get for trying to be healthier. The hubs got country fried steak. He liked his and it was very tender. It was also fairly salty. We also ordered two kids meals. The kids cheeseburgers are laughable. But the kids loved the mac & cheese. read more

I feel compelled to write a review, for the first time in forever I had a decent(as in okay-good) meal at Texas Roadhouse. Most of the stuff you find in here can be disgusting disguised as edible food, but today I had the smokehouse burger and it was actually pretty good. I have a hard time giving this place a 4 stars because most of the food here aside from the burger I had today can be overcooked, chewy, and m smothered with sauce that's diluting to the quality of the food. Service was great actually. read more

Oh first of all, I'm gonna say that I love Texas roadhouse and I've ate at Texas roadhouse locations all over the United States due to my travel job. My first time here in Concord North Carolina we arrived about 615. It was very busy. About 30 minutes later, we sat down the waitress a young female did the best she could, but it was very busy. My coworker and I ordered. I ordered a 16 ounce sirloin with broccoli and a house salad 30 minutes later our food still was not served. Finally about 10 minutes later 40 minutes total our steaks arrived. My coworker got his meal, correct my steak was wrong while I was discussing this with the server our salads arrived so I ate my salad and my broccoli and they had to remake my steak. It arrived about 20 minutes later it was rare and I ordered it medium, but I was happy to eat the steak had some chewy parts and all in all our meal was marginal at best. read more

Service is exceptional: Brittney was a great server! She knew the menu well, friendly, professional, and anticipated our needs well. She made herself visible in case we needed her as well as checked on us verbally. The manager stopped to check on us as well (Denise I think). She listened to my feedback and accommodated my request for 'hot sauce' other than Tabasco with a fabulous attitude. The host and hostess (Victoria) were wonderful in accommodating my Mom needing to sit as close to the door as possible. Victoria also noticed when we were getting up to leave and brought my Mom her walker. I could see the front door from where we sat and she kept the sweetest smile on her face the whole time. Just the person you want to see coming into a restaurant. They have lunch deals for $10.99 months-Thurs extending to Friday until 4pm. Now for those of you who eat more plant based than red meat but are with someone who is totally wanting steak--there's grilled shrimp, fried catfish and multiple chicken entrees. I had the catfish and it was good. I got marshmallows on my baked sweet potato. I've never had that option at a chain restaurant. In fact. It's rare to find a baked sweet potato on the menu. Mom enjoyed her ribs and green beans, she said the Mac n cheese was just ok. Note: 99 cents extra to get Mac cheese as a side. You can review the menu and pay at your table but if you need a regular menu you can ask for a to go menu. Don't let the packed parking lot fool you, the dining area is huge! Overall good casual dining experience. Outstanding service will bring me back! read more

I bought my gf a gift card for her birthday, and a few days ago we used it! We didn't eat inside, nor did we call ahead or order online. We pulled into the parking lot and Jonathan came to the car and took our order on his iPad! Now, mind you, I'm not a big meat eater or a fan of TRH, but this was the first time that I really enjoyed my food! We both ordered the Fort Worth ribeye steak dinners. I had the 12oz with fries and mushrooms, and my gf had the 14oz with a salad and baked potato! Both orders ca.e with their rolls and the honey butter! We sat there and waited for our order to be prepared! About 10 to 20 minutes later, our order was delivered to our car! The runner asked us to check the order to make sure it was correct! It looked and smelled amazing! OMG, it was the best boneless ribeye steak I've ever had! We both agreed that we have been missing out by ordering the bone-in! From now on, we are boneless all day! Thank you Jonathan for your Outstanding Customer Service and getting out order right! #texasroadhouse #frworthribeyesteak #bonelessribeye read more

Stopped in on a Friday at 6pm as a four top. We really did not wait long even though the place was hopping. Full bar available, but we stuck with iced teas all around. Everything was cooked to order. Our waitress was attentive throughout even managed to gather the gang for a birthday song. Lots of memorabilia and tv's to look at if need be. Enjoy! read more

This is a very busy location. I visited on a Thursday evening and there were many families with children waiting to be seated. Of course, we also had to wait on a table. Once seated, service was prompt and our waiter continuously visited our table to check in. He also shared vast knowledge of the menu items. I had already eaten dinner (it was almost 9 PM when we were seated) and opted for dessert (brownie) and the standard Margarita. Both were delightful! Be warned - PARKING IS LIMITED and there is ALMOST ALWAYS A WAIT! Neighboring businesses did not have the same overflow (restaurants and hotels). There is ample parking elsewhere but beware of no parking/towing signs. You don't want that headache. Have someone arrive early to get your name on the list. Once called, they will direct you to queues as your table is being cleared. read more
