I really liked this system. I don't believe we had an assigned waitress, rather there was always a waitress around and willing to help. We had excellent service. I had the cheesesteak which was just OK. I was not a fan of how thickly sliced the peppers were and the meat seemed a little tough. However, my uncle's fish was absolutely excellent and the fries were good too. My husband got the monkey burger and he was very happy. My tater tots were very, very tasty. The beer we ordered was really good as well and the price could absolutely not be beat. I'm not sure if they were on special but five dollars a pint for those beers is unheard of, at least in Durham. I did not expect to find it so cheap in Charlotte. We had a wonderful experience here and would absolutely return!
