The place where I sat was very dark and not in a good way. I was immediately seated, but I waited a very long (about 15 minutes) before my order was taken and water was brought to my table. From being to seated to getting my food was 35 minutes, which did seem a little long for a basic burger--As I sat there waiting, the sounds of yelling was frequently heard coming from the kitchen. I don't know if the "Chef" knows this, but the sounds really echo in his dining room. It was very disturbing to hear him holler at his staff. Checking out the menu, I can see that the menu is strange. A few steaks, lots of burgers and a few greek items....GREEK food? Yes. Greek salad and a Greek Gyro sandwich..and I think another greek entree. Interesting. I assumed that the chef might have had some Greek heritage. Why else would someone add a few random greek dishes to an otherwise country/bar feel type of restaurant? Let's check this out! Mushroom swiss burger was pathetic--the burger patty correctly cooked to my liking, but that is the only thing nice I can say about it. The rest was extremely low quality. The bun was a burger king bun, the cheese was cold and not melted and the mushrooms were CANNED-- slimy, gross CANNED mushrooms. I cannot believe I paid $6.99 for a burger that was lower in quality than McDonalds. I finished my meal with dessert-- the waitress recommended the bread pudding..and the menu said it was homemade. I asked specifically if it had a "sauce". She said she checked with the "Chef" (I do question how anyone who prepared my incredibly pedestrian and low quality meal could be called a chef, but what do I know?) and told me it had a carmel sauce on top. Hoping to end on a high note, I took a chance. The square cut bread pudding I received did not have any sauce. I never detected carmel flavor..and it was served stone cold. Direct from the refridgerator. COLD. I dont remember ever having stone cold bread pudding. I sent it back and asked for it to be served warm. Less than two minutes later, I received it back. It was not warm, The center was still refridgerator temperature. I gave up a that point. I know this place is new...and I hope they can get it together before they chase everyone away. I will not be going back- My $16.99 meal was an extreme disappointment and I left feeling very unhappy.

If I could give a negative score I would do just that! Oh my goodness, where do I start? I'll start with the fact that name of the restaurant is OSG Cafe and owned by a man that previous to this restaurant was a "food truck cook. Thus the name OSG which means "old school grub" So if OLD GRUB is what you're looking for you got it. Greasy, disgusting, old grub! My husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner on Friday night January 12th. This place was TERRIBLE in every way, service, and the food! The waitress "Daniel" came by our table with nothing to write on. She took my husbands order and then I told her I wanted the Shrimp dinner The menu said that I had a choice of potatoes, vegetable or coleslaw. She did not give me a choice but told me I would have mashed potatoes and corn and walked away. I didn't want mashed potatoes but she never came back until she brought our food 45 minutes later. At that time I told her I didn't want mashed potatoes and that I wanted french fries at which she was highly annoyed and walked away I didn't know if I was going to get the fries or not. After 35 minutes she came with them and practically tossed them on the table. My stomach was upset and I did not eat my food. I did not want to deal with her again so I took the check up to the cash register. I watched as she basically sprinted up to the register. I did not engage her until she became rude. I just wanted to leave but this other woman came up and interrupted the conversation to put her 2 cents in. I told her I didn't need her in the conversation and she yelled at me that she was the owner. At this point a man that I can only describe as a disgusting man that had obviously been in prison at one time or another with his piercings, tattoo's and greasy hair (no hair net) and wife beater clothes and yelled at me that he was the owner too! I told him that we were never coming to this restaurant again and he started waving his hands in the air and yelling at me to get out. I will admit that I flipped him off and went to leave when I heard him and his wife, baby momma or whatever she was called, call my husband and I "white trash". I didn't care but my husband did. I walked out thinking that my husband was right behind me but he wasn't, he had stayed and wanted to know who called us "white trash". He came out after a few minutes and we left. If you would like to eat greasy disgusting "food truck food" then this is the place for you. If you just want to go and be called white trash then this is the place for you. I won't soon forget this experience but I can tell you we will NEVER EVER go to this place again read more

This place has a fun, eclectic atmosphere. The wait staff is very kin. I really enjoyed the classic American food. The meals are reasonably priced. To be fair, this review is specifically for their themed event--I've never had a standard sit-down…read moredinner here, so I can't speak to their regular menu or dining experience. The Goosebumps themed dinner was hands down the worst "event" I've ever spent $110 for myself and one of my kids. If the flyer hadn't said Goosebumps on it, I would have had no idea this was even a Goosebumps event. Start time was 5:00. There were maybe 50 of us waiting out front with zero guidance on where to wait or if we needed to check in. 5:10 rolls around and we are all still waiting outside. Not one staff member had talked to us the entire time. No one came out to say the event was running late. I went in and asked the bartender if we were supposed to continue to wait outside I got an unsure "I guess so". We were finally brought in and seated in the back room- closer to 5:30. We were handed envelopes of "puzzles" to complete so the kids could get a prize- a crossword and a word scramble. The person in charge of this announced that they used AI and did not bother to double check their "work"... because what we got was a nonsensical crossword puzzle and a word scramble. Literally unable to be solved, both because of the botched AI formatting and clues that could have been better written by a kindergartener. The kindergartener would have probably made fewer typos. I've attached a photo of said "puzzles". The "host" ended up giving the answer so the kids could come claim their dollar store gift bag with approximately 0.07 cents worth of dollar store prizes (one jolly rancher and two spider rings). Their interactive "events" were: 1. One bread basket filled with cooked spaghetti noodles, covered with a cloth napkin. The "host" walked around the room with this and instructed kids to reach in and feel the "guts". 2. Another basket filled with cut up wigs? or extensions? Or some kind of cheap hair being played off as "real werewolf fur". The food was awful. The main course was described as "steak tips" but what we got was a plate resembling dog food. I assume it was a poorly cooked flank steak, grossly seasoned and cut into small strips, alongside instant mashed potatoes with an overwhelming order of garlic, and brown broccoli mush. The entertainment- the "host" told a few stories that I don't think were even Goosebumps stories, but I honestly couldn't tell you because I couldn't hear anything due to the awful quality of the microphone. At one point it looked like they were going to play some kind of Goosebumps clip on their TV... but maybe technical difficulties got the best of that because it never happened. My son and I ended up leaving right after dessert was brought out- a Petri dish with jello and gummy worms. At his request we grabbed a pizza across the street at Little Caesars because even their pizza outdid the food served at the restaurant. There are more of these themed shows coming up, and I will strongly advise anyone I know to save their money. I hope there is much more thought, effort, and quality put into upcoming shows for the sake of these families dropping an excess amount of money on these tickets.
