Solid spot for Korean food in Austin. I came to try the Korean fried chicken on a Sunday. The chicken was perfectly crispy, and the tong ddak sauce was very flavorful. We also got the dolsot bibimbap and the black sesame pumpkin swirl bread. I loved the bread. The sesame added a nice nutty flavor, and it wasn't too sweet. There was a honey butter on the side which added more sweetness if you wanted. I thought the bibimbap was just ok. We added pork belly to ours, and the meat was kinda dry. Service was very attentive and I loved the decor around the restaurant. Overall, it was a good brunch meal.
I met a friend for dinner after a YELP event at Oseyo restaurant, which offered a refreshing and elevated dining experience. The menu provided a thoughtful balance of bold flavors and approachable options, making it easy for us to find something we enjoyed. To be honest, when I looked at the menu it looked like it was printed in a foreign language. None of the highlighted menu items looked familiar, however, reading the components of the menu items made it easier to make selections. The dishes arrived well-paced, which helped maintain the flow of our conversation. OMG...Oseyo is a visual masterpiece with a Zen-like presence...rock garden, palm tree, dessert plants and aesthetically pleasing outside overhang. Inside the restaurant, the Zen state continued with warm colors and décor. The food stood out for its freshness and attention to detail. Flavors were well layered and distinct, giving the meal a memorable quality. Portion sizes were generous for a dinner. We ordered a fried chicken and chicken skewers as appetizers. The fried chicken an absolutely intoxicating plum sauce. You really felt like licking your fingers. For entrees, we ordered sweet potato noodles with steak and a hot pot with chicken. The hot pot was truly the stand out. The atmosphere was modern and comfortable, lending itself well to feeling relaxed. Overall, Oseyo delivered a high-quality dining experience that felt intentional and well executed food and pleasant dining environment.
Came in on a weeknight and was seated right away. A few parking spots in front and some side parking as well. The inside is really pretty and clean. I had never eaten at a Korean restaurant and our server was helpful in helping us decide what to order. For an appetizer we tried the jjin mandu and these were the best things we ate all night. Definitely a must order! We wanted to try a few different things so we ordered the dolsot bibimbap with tofu, kimchi jjigae, and the bulgogi. The bulgogi was definitely my favorite of the three and had the most flavor. I loved eating it in lettuce wraps with all the toppings they provide. The kimchi jjigae was also good with a nice almost sour broth but we were gravitating more towards the other two dishes. The dolsot bibimbap was my second favorite. It was a great rice bowl with lots of veggies, just wish it had a little more flavor. They provide a sauce to add to it which helped but it was still lacking in my opinion. Since it comes out in a hot bowl, the rice at the bottom starts to get crispy after a little bit and that was yummy too! For dessert, the date cake was amazing! I wish they served it warm but it was still so good. Overall, the entrees were lacking in flavor to me but loved the appetizers and desserts. They also have a great happy hour so would love to come back and try that!
Great spot for brunch - only regret is not trying this place out sooner. Something for everyone. - outdoor seating is lovely, not fully shaded though - seats by the windows for couples is the move - service was super kind and helpful with suggestions - they have mocktails too, try their limeade! - food was 10/10 everything we ordered! Generous portions The fried chicken was super delicious, the ramen was perfect and the fried rice in a hot bowl was really good, some folks may find the "crisped" part of the rice chewy. I loved it though.
THE BIG: Located in East Austin, this Korean restaurant has the vibes to set the mood. Indoor seating primarily with an outdoor waiting area. Street parking available. THE BLACK AND WHITE: I came here for lunch with some co workers when we were co-working across the street at the Malin. The lunch rush was pretty light and we were seated pretty quickly. Food-wise we shared the spicy wontons, the pork belly, and we each go the bibimbap dolsot. Dolsot just means crackling pot which makes the rice at the bottle super crunchy and flavorful. Everything was just alright in my opinion and the meats were very dry. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Just ok korean food and for the damage done of the food served, it was around $65. Relatively pricey for the quality of food you get.
We came here on a Thursday night for a girl's happy hour for drinks and bites. We all got the $10 mango margarita and a few bites - mini mandu, crunchy korean fried chicken bites, rice cakes - all a few dollars off for happy hour, and very tasty. The mandu had a wonderful kick - nice if you like spicy! The menu is on the expensive site (think around $15-20 for a small plate, and $30 for an entree) but the interior is pretty fancy probably justifies the inflated prices. The staff are polite and attentive.
it's mid for the high prices. we were both still hungry after splitting everything too. the workers were very kind and the ambiance is dim for date nights!
Rating: 4/5 [dine in] Oseyo is a nice-looking restaurant, but the prices are on the higher end. We came for dinner on a Thursday night during happy hour. While the space itself was enjoyable, the service felt a bit slow. It took a while for our drinks to come out, and we had to check in on them. On the plus side, the food came out at a good pace. We had previously tried Oseyo via takeout and did not enjoy it, but dining in was a night-and-day difference. The food was noticeably better this time. Mango Margarita ($10 HH | $16): Wow, this was actually really good. I really enjoyed this drink and found it well balanced and refreshing. I was a bit skeptical since it was the only cocktail on the happy hour menu, but it did not disappoint. That said, we were initially charged the regular price instead of the happy hour price. We tried calling the restaurant around 9:25 PM to address this, but the call went straight to voicemail with a message stating the restaurant was closed, even though the website lists a 10:00 PM closing time. I emailed them that night, and they refunded the difference the next day, which I appreciated and felt was handled quickly. Pal O' Mine ($17): This mezcal-based drink was not bad overall, but the salt rim was way too heavy and overly salty. Tong Ddak ($15): Sweet and tangy Korean fried chicken that was very saucy while still staying crispy. I thought it was better the first time I had it, but my husband liked it more this visit. This time, the sauce was so tasty that we ended up dipping everything in it. The house pickles on the side were also really good. Bossam ($16): Thick slices of pork belly that were soft from the fat yet crispy from being fried. This is best eaten right away, as it starts to get hard if it sits too long. It was great as a wrap with ssamjang and lettuce. Kalbi ($42): This entrée came with rice, leafy greens for wrapping, ssamjang, and banchan. The banchan portions (cucumber, radish, and kimchi) were very small, though they tasted good, and we had to ask for extra lettuce wraps. There was also some meat left on the bone that we had to cut off ourselves. The meat was slightly overcooked, and the meat on the bone was burnt and chewy. It was not terrible, but I have had better elsewhere and do not think it is worth the price.
This was my second visit and it did not disappoint! The sweet & sour pork ribs, Dwaeji Kalbi, were so delicious. My waitress was attentive amidst a busy Sunday dinner crowd. It can get quite busy even for a Sunday, make a reservation!
I mean I'm just speechless! Oseyo is so consistently delicious. We had a table of 8 and seriously tried everything. It was ALL so good!! Can't even pick a favorite because it was all incredible. The waitress was super helpful with recommendations & coursing out dishes. It was all day happy hour on Thursday and was a great vibe. Can't recommend this place enough - everyone needs to experience this place at least once!
Overall this was just an okay place 3.7 to be more accurate. The seating was pretty nice. We came by for the chuseok special menu since it sounded interesting. The whole restaurant had nice seating plus outdoor space. it Was not that busy for a Saturday dinner shift. We made reservations just incase. There is not a lot of parking and once you get it it's hard to get out since it's on a Main Street. One of the items we got was the pork and shrimp dumplings. Presentation was nice but that was it. I expected the dumplings to be minced and stuffed but invest it was a butterflied shrimp with ground pork. Because it was made that way the shrimp was overcooked and chewy. Kind of understandable because you can't fully boil the pork without overcooking the shrimp. The dumpling itself tasted unseasoned and the only thing making it bearable was the sauce that came with it. Big thumbs down on this dumpling. The bed rib soup was more pleasant to eat. It came with veggies and a tomato base like broth plus rice. The special menu may not have came with the side dishes and we had to ask for it. Which all three side dishes came out pretty good. The dark tea tiramisu was also pretty good. Not too sweet. There was not anything else in the menu that really stuck out to me making me less inclined to return since there are a lot of other Korean places that do better for less.
Wanted to try Oseyo for a long time, as hubby and kiddo love KFC, but was bit hesitant, as they kinda have sort of mixed reviews, finally today went without reservation, got seated almost immediately. ambience is nice, simple yet elegant with a Korean touch. And our server Rose was awesome, she checks off all the check mark as a fabulous server, she was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We ordered KFC bucket spicy, mango margarita, Sapporo, sesame ice cream, barley honey ice cream, milk-tea-tiramisu and swirly pop. Mango Margarita: it didn't look nor tasted any mango in it, for a sec I thought they made me different margarita, but it was mango(our server confirmed it)it was good like a regular margarita, but there was absolutely no mango flavor in it. KFC: chicken was crispy but skin was burnt and it dint taste like anything a brined chicken tastes like, it was bland inside, it was okay. Sides were okay(Korean potato salad and coleslaw), waffle fries were good but toooo greasy. Sapporo: hubby liked it. Swirly pop: kiddo got it, it had gochugaru, he dint notice it, and he dint like it. Sesame ice cream: I liked it, but hubby loved it. Barley and honey ice cream: both me and kiddo loved it. Milk-tea-tiramisu: I tasted milk tea but dint taste any Rum in it, if you like milk tea you will like this. Overall: food and margaritas: 3star, Dessert: swirly pop: you like it, if you like that spicy kick in your popsicle. Other desserts: 4start Serving: 5star Ambiance: 4.5star. So I say give it a try!!
Beautiful space and presentation with friendly service. Sadly, the food wasn't anything special. Markedly, the main dish was not served with banchan. This is a great place to go if you're new to Korean food and want something that looks great. But if you know Korean food and this is not your first time, you will be disappointed. The Dolsot bibimbap did not come with banchan. It was a different remix of veggies and lacked the usual myriad veggie options that are standard to the dish. The fried chicken lacked the extra crunchiness that is the hallmark of Korean chicken. We didn't care for the Ddukbokki at all.

Oseyo is a really solid Korean restaurant! They have plenty of vegan options including the vegan bibimbap that I got, or some japchae or mandu. I would say the food doesn't taste super authentically Korean, it's a little more Americanized with the dishes being a little more salty and not enough rice. The restaurant itself is super well decorated and aesthetic, but it's on the pricier end. Just the vegan dolsat bibimbap itself came out to be around $20 with tax and tip, so I would probably only come here for special occasions! read more
Great job on the food and the atmosphere, definitely the New East Sixth Vibe. Always on the lookout for good Korean eats and this place is definitely worth the visit and return in the future. I read so much about it on Eater Austin and Culture Map that I have to give it a try. Just a note, I accidentally put two people into OpenTable and there was no available time until late. Luckily I was meaning to put three people for reservation and a lot more time show up for availability. We had the community table and that was perfectly fine as you need space for the food and coming early for dinner mean you got the table the majority of the time. The must order item is the Kalbi dish. The dish was so good and although it looks very simple, it was very flavorful and soft. I don't think I had a better Kalbi here in Austin. The next thing I recommended would be the Tong Dak (spicy sweet korean chicken - appetizer) but do yourself a favor and order two order - see picture. The portion is very small however the taste is surprisingly a good spicy and sweet. I didn't really care to rave about korean chicken but the marinating on this plate is really balance. The pickle also is very good. Enjoy! We order the veggie dumpling but its alright, the skin of the dumpling was a little off (thick and not as soft) - could be better. The bibimbap was like any other place so nothing to talk about - good enough. Since this was our first time, we want to start off slow but now we know that its pretty good, we can't wait to come back and try the other side of the menu. Made a reservation (recommended) via Open Table for 7:30pm, got there early (7pm) and we were pleasantly surprised to be seated promptly. We were first timers, so we were given the advice to pick two starters and em entree, all to share. For two people, we went with: -Tong Dak, which is their Korean-style Fried Chicken ($10), excellent and perfectly crispy. Came with three pieces and a side of pickled veggies. -Jjin Mandu, steamed dumplings ($10). I typically have a high spice tolerance, but I personally feel that customers should be warned that this is fairly spicy, mostly coming from the sauce. The spiciness was overwhelming and almost took over the taste of the dumplings. Likely won't order these again. -Kalbi short rib ($32) from the wood grill section. Loved the banchan it came with, including seaweed salad, spinach, pickled veggies, and kimchi. Also served with lettuce and a good portion of rice. Sauces include sesame oil with salt/pepper and gochujang. Everything was amazing. -Jasmine Oolong tea ($6), tasty and complimented our dinner well. Decent quantity too. -Mango & Gochujang sorbet ($4). This was okay, gochujang flavor was a little too prominent in the dessert. Overall, this is a great place to go for a family-style meal with shareable dishes. The staff were super friendly. Parking is slightly limited, but there is a lot in the front of the restaurant which is more than many provide. Will certainly return to try more menu items! read more
Oseyo is a great place right off of Cesar Chavez. They have a beautiful decorated interior with a lovely large outdoor seating area. BUT BE WARNED! The bugs outside are pretty horrible, they make it hard to enjoy your meal. We were swatting at flies the whole night. All of the appetizers and the bibimbap was delicious!! The wings are also quite good, not overly spicy. This is a great place to share food and so smaller plates. The noodles were very rich, and a little bit too saucy. The cocktails are fun, especially in the summer! read more

I've been doing a series of Zoomed dinner parties with a couple of dear Yelp friends, and Oseyo provided Friday night's menu. We 1) agree on the time we'll convene on Zoom - with dinner served - 2) decide on the restaurant we are going to review. Sometimes we encounter each other at pickup like distanced and masked bandits with our takeout treasures; sometimes we don't. ~ Oseyo ~ I didn't get to strut and plop down in what looks like a handsome dining room accented with clusters of baskets, exquisite lighting and wood. I was unable to sip their Korean take on a mezcal (whoa!) cocktail or share a giggle with the bartender over the naming of their Oki Toki whiskey offering. I did get to order online effortlessly, drive up to multiple dedicated curbside parking spots, call a dedicated line to notify them that I had arrived, and wait less than seven seconds for a masked woman to place my takeout bag on a bench for me to pick up. Altogether a touchless and pleasant experience. Each of these dishes was impeccably packed in attractive planet-friendly boxes. The presentation was appealing. - Jjin Mandu - House-made steamed dumplings with pork, beef and kimchi. People... these are appetizers for a reason. Eat them first, before they get cold. And don't get distracted by the scrumptious Bulgogi, either! What are the qualities of a perfect dumpling? They must be moist, al dente, and delightfully agreeable and flavorful when bitten. Oseyo's dumplings were bursting with excellent flavor but I think they'd be best sent home in a bit of broth to keep them succulent and warm. - Tong Dak - Spicy-sweet Korean-style fried chicken. My experience with "chikin" is limited to sticky bone-in thighs, wings and drumsticks. Oseyo's version is boneless and surprisingly light. - Bulgogi - Wood-grilled marinated ribeye served with steamed rice, lettuce wraps, and dipping sauces. This was perfection. Just the right combination of lean and fatty thin beef scallops. I could get used to this dish. Lastly, I could have eaten in a lot of Austin's best and most expensive restaurants for what I paid Oseyo. read more

Austin seems to have a strong presence of Asian fusion restaurants, and although quite new - Oseyo stands out in a positive way. As a precursor to my take on fusion, it's a tricky 'genre' because most people have an opinion about the individual groups. In this case, I LOVE traditional Korean food. For me, it's risky to fuse Korean food with other cuisine because there's always a strong reference point that leaves room for dissapointment. Oseyo manages to strike this balance rather well. We started off our meal with some cocktails (good, but not particularly noteworthy) and some Tong Dak (i.e. Korean Fried Chicken). The Kaarage was OK - a bit overly sweetened, and little to small portioned considering it costs basically 70 - 80% that of an entree. Fortunately, the entrees are where the meal really shines. We ordered the Hwedup Bap, (basically a seafood bibimbap) and the raw fish was fresh and well-balanced with the sweet and spicy sauce. The Kimchi Jjigae (THE korean broth staple) was where the fusion nature of Oseyo really hit the mark. The broth was rich and savory, but also heavy on the tomato. The experience of blending the sweetness of American food with the sour of the kimchi landed well and every banchan accompanied with the dish was amazing. Service was great, and the bartender spoke to us a bit about the owners (one of which is Korean) and he genuinely seemed pretty excited about the whole team. I think the appetizers still need some refining, but I could see Oseyo well on its way to being a local staple (especially at such reasonable entree prices)! read more
I came to Oseyo with a few girlfriends for an early dinner. It was off peak so we were able to snag a reservation last minute. There is a small parking lot and some street parking, so we were all able to find a spot easily - again off peak. We were seated outside momentarily in the patio area while our party arrived. I got tasty a non alcoholic cocktail that I don't think was on their menu. I loved the outside patio, such a great ambiance! We all got the bibimbap bowls. There wasn't a ton of protein in them and were mainly veggies and rice. I would love to come back to try more noodle dishes. This is def a smaller plates place versus a Koren BBQ spot but worth checking out especially for the ambiance. read more

This place is a bit on the pricier side, probably because of their aesthetics. I recommend doing family style to try a bit of everything. -Banchan: Complimentary, unlimited Korean side dishes that come with your meal. Pretty standard side dishes at this restaurant that were pretty good. -Kimchi Bokkeumbap: There were a lot of ingredients in the rice and I mostly had no idea what I was eating. There seemed to be celery, zucchini, egg (in addition to the fried egg), and possibly cheese? The dish was a bit salty so it was good that we did family style because I wouldn't be able to eat the entire dish myself with the amount of salt. -Bulgolgi: This was probably my favorite thing! The meat was really flavorful by itself, but goes really well in the rice and lettuce wraps they provide. Overall, good portion sizes, nice aesthetics, and friendly and attentive staff! read more
Came here for brunch today and so annoyed I didn't take pictures of their courtyard or interior. What a beautiful ambiance they've created here with GREAT service. Perfect for a date / girls night out / take ur parents out / etc etc... As per usual, had already gone through reviews here and scoped out the menu so we already knew what we wanted: - Started with the steamed pork & beef dumplings - delicious! The sauce is definitely spicy but perfect amount of heat. - Then received our Pa Jeon which is the scallion and shrimp pancake. Guys, they don't joke with the shrimp - it's not some mashed up cut up shrimp but actual pieces of shrimp with this deliciously crispy edged pancake and yummy sauce. Chefs - if y'all can get more of that crispy exterior on the entire thing it would just take this over the top! - Moved on to our Tong Dak which was 3 pieces of juicy white meat chicken fried and tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce - also delicious and perfect when paired with the pickled veggies it comes with. - Lastly we had the Bulgogi Al Pastor Tacos (not pictured bc I forgot). These tacos were a little too oily for my liking and had a dynamite red sauce on the top. These weren't my absolute favorite but definitely not bad. I've been looking for a good authentic Korean place for so long! This place really hit the spot. Their dolsot Bibimbap with bulgogi was so tasty, but watch out for the super spicy tacos! I got their matcha basil drink which was ok, not my favorite drink (kind of bitter) and a little pricey for the quantity of drink you get ($13). Overall, the waiters are great and very attentive, and I would try to get a spot outside if weather permits because the patio is quite cute! read more

This is my second time here. The first time I went was when a group of my friends came into town from South Korea. We went when they first opened and they were still getting things together so the food was not the best and the service was slow. At that time the food was bland and overpriced for the quality received. I thought it was just because they were new and decided to give them another try. This evening, I went and got the jajangmyeon to try as this was one of my favorite dishes while living in Korea. The dish was so salty after two bites I had to throw my meal away. I ended up giving this two stars because the banchan was ok. It's rather unfortunate as I really wanted to like this place as it has a great ambiance. read more

You can't go wrong with Oseyo. Delicious Korean food, beautiful ambiance and great customer service! My brother always recommend with place when we're in town and I can see why. Whether it's to-go or dine in, our experience is always great. Recently, we ordered their bibimbap, japchae, kalbi, and bulgogi. Every single item we ordered were delicious! I get really picky with my japchae but theirs were perfect! The veggies were fresh, it came in piping hot and it had the right amount of sauce. The kalbi were perfectly charred, just like it like it! Our main entrees came in with banchan, house gochujang and sesame oil. The only downside is their parking. Even when they not completely busy, we always have a hard time finding a spot and have to park on the street around the block. They have a few spots right in front of their restaurant (some are reserved to curbside or to-go) and an additional parking to the lot right next to their building. read more

Oseyo definitely caught me by surprise. A friend came across this Korean inspired restaurant, frankly we were on edge about whether or not this would be a good try! Took a chance & came in for a midweek dinner. Firstly, I was truly impressed by how many options I had as a vegetarian! The apps were really good! We tried a variety of dishes including silken tofu, Gun Mandu, Ddukkbokki! All three were well curated! For mains we tried the dolsot bibimbap, japchae & beoseot! Each dish was different than the next which made it a wholesome experience. Our server was extremely helpful in helping us out with any questions we had about the menu, his recommendations were also very good! The place itself is very aesthetic & would definitely be a great date night spot! One very small area of improvement I can think of, I would urge the join to maybe up their spice level just a bit! I really loved this. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend reservations and also taking an Uber/Lyft due to parking. It really stresses me out finding parking and especially being on the east side The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The only thing that kinda put me off was that they were explaining what the meats were in English too..maybe they don't think a lot of people know Korean foods but I wasn't too fond of them explaining that kalibi were the short ribs. Maybe people order and don't know what things are. Unsure but either way the food had a delicious flavor and I can't wait to go back! read more

For our last meal in Austin we were all a little BBQed out so we decided to end it on a Korean note. We were told that most of the dishes were meant to be eaten family style but we were each feeling a dolsot bibimbap for ourselves. The difference between this and the regular bibimbap is that it comes in a hot stone bowl. I usually go for the hot option because I'm able to spread the rice out and crisp it up a bit which is really nice. This bowl wasn't quite hot enough to do that. I went halfsies on the kalbi with my boyfriend. It came out with lettuce for wraps and sauce as well. The kalbi was excellent. It was thick and very flavorful. It was good with the lettuce but I kind of preferred it without so I could get more of that meaty flavor. Our table shared an order of the japchae which we were surprised to find out was warm. It was tasty with a ton of different veggies inside. The restaurant itself is very nice from the entrance where they have a small enclosed rock garden, a chandelier of hanging copper pots, and the various masks they have on the walls. There's also a strip of parking right in front of the restaurant and now they have a bigger parking lot that has been paved to the right of it. read more

As a fellow Korean, I can honestly say this is a terrible example of Korean food. This food is tremendously over priced and they cannot even make the staple kimchi stew (kimchi Jjigae). It tasted like a buttery tomato based soup. They charged me $9 for a small double shot worth of soju. When I ordered soju, I expected the whole bottle, not a drinking glass which looked almost empty (picture is included). Their menu is very limited and they were out of Hite beer and they didn't have Galbi. I will definitely discourage all my friends not to go here because it is an awful example of amazing Korean food! read more

OH MY GOD. Some of the best Asian food in Austin. I came here for my birthday with my family and we ordered a bunch of different things and seriously loved every item. The Korean fried chicken is to die for!! Everyone was also so nice and offered lots of suggestions. Drinks are pretty pricey but also very delicious. I hate to say this given the decent service and decent vibe of the resturant, but the food has underwelmed me terribly. I am feeling incredibly generous giving it 2 stars given my dining experience. I have ordered 3 items: kalbi, kalbi soup and stone pot bibimbap. Oh man, they had really disappointed me. The Kalbi and the side dishes are edible, but nothing spectacular. The kalbi tang and bibimbap, on the other hand, are terrible. Kalbi tang is way too salty, oily and somehow sour. I am glad that I walked out without a stomachache. The bibimbap is... Overcooked by the time it's served to the table. It's either that the stone pot was too hot or that there wasn't enough oil at the surface of the pot. Most importantly, the meal costed me 80 bucks! Let me start off by saying the service was excellent! The staff was also very friendly and helpful both at the bar as well as the greeters. For starters, we tried the Jjin Mandu which consisted of House made steamed dumplings with pork, beef and kimchi. The sliced peppers were a little spicy but the taste was excellent. For my main dish, I tried the Ddak Gui dish which consisted of wood fired sesame-marinated chicken thighs with carrots and onions including the lettuce wraps. It was very tasty and fresh. My wife had the Traditional Bibimbap which consisted of the Korean mixed rice with assorted seasonal veggies. She choose the bulgogi (marinated ribeye) for her choice of protein and had the fried egg and gochujung sauce. She did not want to share much so I concluded it was delicious! Popular Korean restaurant with a nice selection of the typical popular Korean dishes. I was impressed by their bar and the cocktails. The Kimchi Jigae was delicious, with the right amount of spiciness. I was less impressed with the fried dumplings that were over cooked. The bibimbap was as it should be and makes for nice comfort food. read more

I would come back again! The environment is great inside the restaurant and out, we ate outside and loved it. A little noisy with Cesar Chavez right there, but the playlist made up for it. The staff was very nice and I appreciated their respect for the menu's nod to Korean culture. I don't have a picture of it, but the grilled section is the best part! All of it is delicious and I think it's hard to go wrong on this menu. read more

How is parking?
They have dedicated spots right in front and there is use of a small lot next door. We had no trouble on a Saturday night and neither did our friends that we met.
It says there is outdoor seating. Is there a dog friendly patio? Thanks!
I stopped by one day before they opened and the friendly staff came out to chat--they confirmed that the patio IS dog friendly :)
