If you don't like people then maybe find a job where you aren't face to face with customers. Austin certainly has changed. I've been here for over 25 years. I don't know if it's now an East Austin thing to be snooty and treat people rudely, but we went to Lou's Barton Springs last week with our dog and it was completely different experience. They were welcoming and the employees were all super friendly and nice. My daughter and I enjoyed our experience there and never again will we step into Paperboy East and be treated that way. I'd like better experiences for my kid that was born and raised in here Austin and don't want to subject her to places where we will be treated badly. BTW The right thing to have done is smile, say "good afternoon, I'm sorry but we are at full capacity. Thank you for coming I and please try us another time." It's really not hard.
