After moving to back to Texas after being stationed in Arizona for several years I contacted Ortho360 to schedule an appointment to have my retainers replaced after they had broken They scheduled me for a scan and were considerate to send me a text confirmation for my appointment, but unfortunately due to coming down with Covid and a work conflict I needed to reschedule several times and did so in response to their confirmation text messages. I was refused an reschedule appointment today because they claimed I rescheduled my appointments via response to their text appointment reminder/confirmation My daughter has received treatment for her braces using my insurance for over a year with no issue, but I am honestly perplexed how they will take my insurance and co-pays from me in the case of my daughters treatments and refuse me. I have never in my life be refused service. Shame on you Ortho360. read more

My 13 year old had her braces tightened and brackets added to her bottom front teeth. Something fell off and she was in pain. The good folks at Ortho 360 got us in right away. The fix was included. We waited 0 minutes and the whole appointment took less than 10 minutes. They gave us extra wax and sent us on our way. It was easy peasy lemon squeezy! A couple of months later, I've finally decided to move forward with jaw surgery. For me, that meant to be on braces for sometime and I'm so happy that I went with Ortho 360! Veronica assisted me today in the installment of my braces and overall it was a smooth, pain free, safe process. I'm 28 years old and have never had braces before -- I was a bit nervous! She was very transparent on what I were expect, and shared with me a link with a lot of information on how to have good oral hygiene. In my 20's I found myself able to afford to finally get braces! Walking into an orthodontist as an adult patient makes you feel old quick with a number of children and pre-teens you see haha. The staff at Orthro 360 does a wonderful job at making you feel welcome and normal for getting braces at any age! After getting my braces off they even gave me a small bottle of champagne! The great thing about Orthro 360 is you pay for everything - versus each little visit. Which made when I felt like a tooth wasn't quite shifting enough, I was able to just call and they'd fit me in. Versus normally I would hesitate and think do I really want to pay $XXX amount for something that may not be a problem when I'm seeing then again in 3 weeks? I really liked the fact that they were easily accessible and willing to help and fit you in outside of your scheduled appointments. My dentist referred me to Dr. Burgess for braces - she was very nice and welcoming! Dr. Burgess and Dr. Henry partner at the Avery Ranch location so I also got to work with Dr. Henry. He too was also very nice and welcome - and I'll add funny! The orthodontist assistants were also all very nice! The offices were always clean and staff very friendly. So far so good! I wanted to wait to rate them. We started treatment for my young daughter about 9 months ago. I'm so glad we did! The orthodontist here (we see Dr. Burgess) is very good, she's excellent with kids and most importantly we have noticed vast improvements to my daughter's smile. Orthodontics have given her more confidence. I was worried we couldn't afford it because apparently my dental insurance doesn't cover anything, but we are able to make interest free monthly payments. I gave Ortho 360 a brief shout out in my review of Dr. Quaroni (orthognathic oral surgeon extraordinaire) but this practice really deserves a review all their own, as they are the other half involved in the complicated equation of fixing my teeth. So yeah, I'm an adult with braces and this is not my first trip to the orthodontic rodeo. I was so bad during the adolescent/pre-teen era of orthodontia (did NOT wear the headgear/elastics or follow through on anything that caused mild discomfort because I was 13 and obnoxious, like most 13 year olds) that my open bite was never really fixed. To be honest, back then I never really thought I had a problem that needed fixing but my changed perspective, along with actually paying for the orthodontics myself, has helped make all the difference. It also helps that Ortho 360 is completely ahead of the technological curve when it comes to orthodontics in 2012-13, versus my experiences from 1990-93. Putting the braces on was super quick. They literally apply the glue and stick them all on at once. The bond the cement on the back bands with UV light. Science! So much has changed in 20 years, it makes me feel old. Upon my first consultation, I learned I was more of a complicated case that I first assumed. I rather simplistically assumed my problems could be fixed with Invisalign. Ha! No. There are three doctors in this practice and they all met to review my case and come to a consensus on treatment plans, of which three options were presented back to me. Only the surgical option would really fix the issues (open bite, recessed lower jaw, bite out of alignment), so that's what I went with and I have no regrets, despite the increased discomfort involved for a few weeks in March. I tend to get Dr. Dustin the most when I have my appointments at the Avery Ranch location, so he has easily become my favorite because he is so goddamned nice and has a sense of humor. I've seen the other two doctors less frequently but they are also great. Dr. Burgess is like this brilliant little pixie doctor, who hums along with the radio, while pulling apart and twisting everything back together againa. You really can't go wrong with any of them. All the assistants and techs working there seem happy and respected/appreciated by the doctors and are well versed in your treatment plan, even when its the first time you encounter them. Overall, a top notch practice. read more

I'm wrapping up two years of treatment (braces) at Ortho 360 (Avery Ranch location). I saw each of the doctors over that period of time, and they were all great. Dr. Burgess even helped me avoid an unnecessary root canal that my general dentist was recommending. Dr. Henry is really good about explaining your course of treatment as it progresses. Everyone on their staff that I worked with was professional and personable, especially Ashley. I really liked the details, like text reminders. Their customer service was great. I highly recommend the entire team at Ortho 360. I saw Dr. Dustin for a separate issue a while back & told him I'd been having issues with my jaw for some time. I can honestly say he is the reason I'm finally on the road to having full, almost pain free mobility in my jaw. He cared enough to help me find an answer, which no other dentist or orthodontist had done for me in the past. After trying mouth guards & physical therapy on his recommendation to try and fix the problem naturally, an MRI told us surgery on my jaw was the only option. He pointed me in the direction of Dr. Steven Widner for surgery. I could not have been in better hands between the two offices. Through getting braces & having surgery, I've enjoyed every visit to Ortho 360 & could not give them a better recommendation. Each Dr. in the office is extremely knowledgable. I trust them fully & each person on their team makes me feel like family when I'm there. I called last week to make a new patient appointment. I have permanent retainers on both my upper and lower teeth, but the upper retainer came completely detached. I called Ortho360 to see if they could reattach it. I was assured that they could. I asked for pricing information, and they said they couldn't even give me a ballpark quote over the phone, but that they would tell me once I got there. They took my insurance information, promising to verify benefits. I went in for my appointment today, and I was called back without ever being given any sort of price quote. Once I got to the chair and the very nice hygienist took a look, I asked for the price. She went to the front desk to check and came back with a quote of $650! To simply reglue my retainer. I brought in the old one. Literally, all they had to do was reattach it. I asked if they had verified my insurance benefits, and she said they don't think my insurance would cover it. She explained that I'd have to pay upfront and then file to get reimbursed by my insurance. No way is it possible that reattaching a permanent retainer should cost $650! I paid $300 to have the upper and lowers, fitted, molded and attached. Total! I left the appointment, and while sitting in their parking lot, I found 3 orthodontists in the area willing to reattach my retainer (and even create a new one if needed) for prices ranging from $150-$300. It's absolutely insane to me that they couldn't tell me over the phone the price estimate, but the hygienist asked the front desk (not the orthodontist) for the price. Not only was this a waste of time, but I had to hire a babysitter for my daughter so I could come to the appointment. I ended up losing money and didn't even get my retainer reattached. Very disappointing. The only reason I didn't give them 1 star is that the hygienist was very nice! read more

I personally love how all the doctors share all treatments for patients. I don't have to wait or schedule around the staffs vacations in order to accomodate mine. Everyone has been professional and eager to hold my hand through the entire process. I would like to say how great the treatment was that my daughter received from the Dr.'s at Ortho 360. I felt that the appointments were always met on time, she was always treated with respect and encouraged to participate in her treatment. Never did the Dr.s talk over or around her. Which leads me to the next reason why I would recommend Ortho 360-the Dr.'s here truly care about the patient. We have been to several orthodontists- this is actually my 5th set of braces I have had to deal with as a parent. We went into this treatment for this particular child being told by different offices that it would be a long drawn out process with oral surgery involved. My daughter has recently completed her treatment at the Ortho 360 office at the Avery Ranch location. We live nearby, in West Round Rock. We started this process a few years ago when her teeth were literally layered. I used to joke that she was a shark because she had some teeth completely in front of others. They started with an expander, and then she went into braces. However, being the super mom that I am, I of course checked other orthodontists first. I don't think I can name names, but I'll just say that I went to one very close to Round Rock High, who recommended the same treatment, but was going to cost $2000 more, and we went to one behind Round Rock Hospital who had the same price as Ortho 360 but recommended that we would need to pull teeth and had a very cold, impersonal atmosphere. We went with Ortho 360 because it seemed to be the most economical as well as the most friendly. Now that we have completed the entire process, I cannot imagine having better results. I really wish I could attach a picture here to show off my daughter's new movie-star smile! They had estimated 18 months to 2 years of braces, and she was only in braces for 19 months. Throughout that time we had seen each of the Doctors at one time or another, and they are all just wonderful. They are young and cool and friendly to the kids. My daughter is super shy, but they won her over, and even she was comfortable going to her appointments. As a parent, that alone is priceless. If you're reading reviews because you're not sure who to go with, either take my word for it, since I've done the footwork, or at least shop around yourself. You'll be amazed at the differences and I think you'll find Ortho 360 is the best option too. Once you're there, I promise you'll be happy you went with them.
