We had 6 people (and 6 big suitcases) heading to our cruise, so we booked a Suburban, it was super roomy and comfortable for everyone. The driver was right on time, very friendly, and kept great communication before pickup. They even included a quick grocery stop on the way, which was such a nice bonus before heading to the port. Everything felt smooth, easy, and trustworthy from start to finish. We chose them for the return and walked off our bags, one of the first off the ship. Finding our driver was easy and smooth. This place is a scam!! DO NOT USE! I booked a shuttle for June 2026. Had to pay $77.80 deposit by credit card (no problem). Then was told that Black Car Shuttle who they contract with required the full amount to be paid. I was ok with that. However, I was then told by Black Car my credit card was denied and they were cancelling my reservation. It was the same card used for the deposit which went through. I called my CC company and they said it wasn't charged and they have no record of denying the charge. I called Black Car back and they said, too bad, it's been cancelled and we do not refund the deposit. I got a rude response from them saying I should be more careful and read the small print. When I called this Black Car Shuttle, some random guy answered with "Ya?". should have realized then it was a scam company. read more

We booked a shuttle through this service for a cruise we recently went on. The pick up service at the airport was great, on time, and professional. The driver reached out to us early and assured us he would be there when our plane landed which he was. The issue came after our cruise and our driver to take us from the port back to the airport no showed. There is no contact information I could find for Orlando shuttle service and realized they sub out the transportation. Our group of 8 ended up having to spend an additional 200+ dollars to Uber to the airport with the assurance it would be refund refunded, it was not. We paid for the shuttle service in advance and in full and did not get the service we were guaranteed. I would never use this service again. read more

We booked a shuttle for 5 adults and 1 child, round trip from Sanford Airport to our Disney resort roundtrip. The total charges were supposed to be $320 including gratuities. No where in the pricing did it mention an additional $64 for Orlando Shuttle Service. This brought the total to $384. We immediately wanted to cancel but this "agency" does not have a phone number or email for contacting them. My next step is to contact the BBB. I have used this company in the past and had no issues. On a recent trip to Orlando however, we were severely disappointed. On this trip, we were NOT met at the escalator by baggage claim. Instead, I received a text telling me where to meet the driver. Luckily, we did not need help with luggage. On the way to baggage claim, I was called and told to call back when our luggage was collected. When I arrived at the parking spot I was directed to, it was empty. I tried calling back and there was no answer. I tried replying to the text. After a significant delay, I received a phone call from the person who texted me and was lectured on phone etiquette. This is when I discovered that I had been communicating with two different individuals. After dragging our luggage around the airport for half an hour we finally found the driver. I contacted the company and I have not received a response so apparently they are not interested in correcting the issue. I will also contact the BBB concerning the lack of SERVICE the Orland shuttle service provided. read more

If i could give no stars, believe me I would. We had a shuttle scheduled for 7am knowing our flight left at 10:15am. Traveling with 4 young children and 4 adults we make sure to leave ourselves plenty of time. The driver text at MIDNIGHT the night before to confirm our carseats. Luckily one of us was awake and we were able to respond. Fast forward to 7:30am (30 mins after reservation) the driver text saying he was just waking up. At 7:40, received another text saying he was about there. They showed up with the wrong car seats. Got ahold of the owner to bring the right car seat. The one the OWNER dropped off was expired in 2017 and had clearly been in an accident. The other car seat had just expired March 12, 2025. So both were expired. We took all of our stuff out of the van and found alternate transportation and almost missed our flight. read more

Do not use this company! I was originally quoted $385 for a ride the cruise ports. I booked the trip and was immediately charged $462 and got a notification it was for a 20% for the driver. Which is fine because I tip anyways. The next day I was charged an additional $385 with no explanation. I started to reach out by phone and email for two weeks to find out why I was charged an additional $385 with no response. After two weeks I started leaving emails and phone calls to cancel my reservation for another week. Again I received no response. Finally I sent an email stating I was going to file a chargeback with my credit card if i did not here back from them that day. Magically they started to respond and said they would refund my money. After 7 days they did a partial refund and kept telling me they would refund the rest. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card for the rest. Our driver was from Priceless Transportation. He was absolutely terrible. When we arrived in Orlando, the flight crew kept us on the plane for probably twenty minutes before they let us deplane. Then there were long lines at the bathroom. We waited again in a long line for my small children to get water. During that time, the driver called five different times to yell at us for taking too long, and threatening to leave us (!!) When we arrived at the baggage claim to meet him, he was visibly agitated and seriously acted like he wanted to murder us. He was scary. He refused to make any eye contact and did not introduce himself. We reluctantly got into the car because we'd already paid. We also didn't know whether cabs would go all the way out to winter park from Orlando, and we would have been stuck at the airport. Once in the car, he silently brooded and refused to speak. Then he kept turning on the heat instead of the AC when we asked him to make it cooler. This was July in Florida. He was visibly agitated and practically shaking with annoyance whenever we spoke. It was unclear to me whether he was turning on the heat on purpose to punish us for running late, or if he didn't know how to run the controls in his car. (And honestly, which option is worse?). We arrived at our hotel and felt so relieved to get away from his silent raging. We thought very seriously about canceling the return trip and trying to get our money back, but we decided to give this service another chance. This driver had broken English when he did speak, so we thought we should just chalk it up to the language barrier and some vast cultural differences. However, it was the same on the way back...except worse. We were supposed to be picked up at 6:00 am. We were fervently hoping for a different driver. But at 5:50, he started calling to yell at us for running late. He again threatened to leave us. He followed up with a text to say he would be leaving us behind. Then he came into the hotel and had the concierge call us from the front desk. Let me stress here that we were not running late. It was not yet 6:00 am. Do you know how difficult it is wrangle your small children and all of your luggage out of the hotel at 6:00 am, while your driver keeps calling and texting that he's going to leave? He turned a slightly stressful morning into very stressful morning. Once we were in the car it was the same deal...silent brooding, acting like he wanted to kill us. This time he very narrowly avoided rear-ending other cars three different times because he kept getting out his phone to text and drive. We asked him to please watch the road, but he continued to ignore us. We hit traffic due to an accident just outside the airport, and that seemed to make him absolutely lose his mind. The ranting under his breath and hitting the steering wheel felt frightening. He told us repeatedly that he does not have the time for this. By that he seemed to mean that he didn't have the time to be driving us. (Um, why take the job then?). Finally, he then told us that he was going to drop us off in a different part of the airport and he could walk to wherever we needed to be. We had a bunch of luggage with us, along with two small children. We were already running late due to the traffic. We were not familiar with this airport. We asked him to please take us to the correct place. He hesitated for several seconds before taking the correct turn, like he was going to refuse. If you're keeping score, at this point we've paid almost $400 for the service and we've had to beg this driver twice not to leave us behind, even though we weren't late either time. Now we're begging this driver to please drop us off in the correct location. Seriously, he was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Yes, we did make it there alive and with all of our luggage. However I can honestly say that he made the car transportation part of the travel into an absolute nightmare, and for literally no reason. It was by far the most stressful part of the entire vacation. There were moments when I thought he was about to seriously lose his sh*t. It was not pleasant, and we did not feel safe. We used this shuttle service for our holiday trip. First driver was great, but the driver for the other three shuttles was awful. He apparently owned the company and was incredibly offended when I did not want to get up early so he could avoid traffic. For a service business owner, he thought more about his own schedule than the fact that his customer didn't want to sit in an airport for two additional hours with three kids. He also complained that he was not charging us enough. I hesitated to use them again, and unfortunately I did for the trip I'm on now. My times were off and they let me know I would stick to the original times or else. I will more than likely be taking an Uber tomorrow because they expect me to sit at a cruise terminal for three hours (during lunch) with three kids. Bottom line - they don't care about inconveniencing their customer. All they care about is not driving in traffic. Will never put myself in this position again! I would rather pay more than deal with drivers that done want to drive while complaining. It's vacation. They have ZERO customer service they charge a fee and if you need any help with changes cancellation or modification good luck as the have no phone number or email. They give a phone number for a "third party" transport company that is doing the actual transportation. I have called and emailed the transport provider multiple times to cancel my upcoming reservation for this summer and have yet to have a confirmation from them that it is canceled. Even when some answers the phone they say they will get the Orlando shuttle service to send a cancellation confirmation "again" but can't give me a cancellation number or any kind of reference. DO NOT book your shuttle transportation with this company! I am a travel agent, and I regret that I did not read the Yelp reviews before booking with this company. I had a group of 12 in Orlando for Spring Break. I made three reservations with Orlando Shuttle Services. I knew Priceless Transportation was providing the service. Priceless Transportation subcontracted the service to another transportation company, and they did not give them all of the information from the confirmation. The airport's initial pickup went well, other than them not being there to greet us in the baggage claim area. Our driver, Mohamed, was pleasant, friendly. He picked us up in a Sprinter, which we thought was the vehicle we were reserving. He carried on a conversation with us. The next day, we had a confirmation to be picked up at 10 AM to take us to Animal Kingdom. Before the reservation was made, I called and asked if they could transport a scooter. I was told yes, they could. They would make it happen. Whatever I needed. The shuttle arrived at 9 AM instead of 10 AM. We had a different driver, NOT Mohammed, and he was not in a Sprinter. He could not lift the scooter to transport. He said he was not told about a scooter, and he had a bad back and couldn't lift the scooter. He wanted to dismantle the scooter, then put it back together. I called Priceless Transportation, and the man that answered the phone said he would call me back, but NEVER called. I called Mohammed. He said I had to call the company that we booked. Finally, one of the valet attendants at the hotel assisted my husband with loading the scooter. The driver starts to take us to Magic Kingdom. We had to tell him no. Our confirmation was for them to pick us up at 5:30 PM. He tells us to call him an hour before we are ready to go. Pick up from the park goes smoother. Mohammed picks us up in the Sprinter. The next day, our confirmation for pickup was at 10 AM. Again, he arrives early, at 9:30 AM, and not in a Sprinter, but he waits for us to finish breakfast. Pickup from the park was for 7:30 PM. That went well. However, they sent a van and a town car to pick us up, not the Sprinter. On our last day, the confirmation for pickup was at 8:30 AM. We receive a call from the driver at 7:17 AM, and he says he will be picking us up at 8 AM and not 8:30 AM because the airport would be too busy and he had other clients to pick up. My husband told him, no, to pick us up at 8:30 AM because we were not ready, and we were not going to be rushed like we have been the last two days. The driver said, fine, we are on our own; he was not coming. My husband called Mohammed. He sent two other drivers to pick us up at 8:30 AM to get us to the airport. Again, not in a Sprinter, but two vans. We made it to the airport and were able to catch our flight. This review may be more on Priceless Transportation than Orlando Shuttle Service. Although Mohammed was pleasant and friendly and tried his best to accommodate us, the service fell way short of my expectation. If I need shuttle service in Orlando again, I will not use Orlando Shuttle Service to book or Priceless Transportation. If you do not want to be rushed or stressed, you should not book with them either. read more

The web site for both companies, said full refund if you cancel early enough. I cancelled on March 13th, as our plans had changed. I was told I would get a full refund in 90 days. After 90 days...NO REFUND. I tried many times to reach them, and to no avail. If I contact Orlando shuttle service, They say they can't help me. On July 6th, Orlando shuttle said that Priceless got their government bailout, and will refund me soon. Again...Nothing. it's frustrating, but I can't just ignore $340. read more

DO NOT USE Orlando Shuttle Service or BLACK CAR ORLANDO - ZERO STARS We live in California and took a cruise vacation in Florida. We decided to stay and relax a couple of days after the cruise before flying back home. Traveling with a 2-year old requires planning ahead and securing a service that offers a car seat. So, I did just that and booked Orlando Shuttle Service. I had to call the company the day before because I hadn't received any communication the day before our first ride. A driver reached out to confirm pickup after making contact. Upon the first pickup, the driver called and said his SUV was not permitted to drive into the port loading/pickup area and he wanted us to walk two blocks to his parked vehicle, with two adults, two kids, and six items of luggage and purses. The port pickup is literally designed to pull up and pick up cruisers. We told him no and that he would come and pick us up at the confirmed pickup area. When he arrived, he was unhappy that he had to come into the loading area, no smiles, no greetings. He shoves a car seat at me and says he doesn't know how to use it. He loads the luggage and we head out. He doesn't speak to us the entire ride. We arrived, I thanked him and told him we will see him in a couple of days and we check into our hotel. The day before our last ride/trip, from the Grove to MCO (11/18/19), I call the driver back to confirm pickup time. I explained that when I booked from California, I mapped the distance between the Grove and MCO and didn't know if I gave us enough time with a 4:30am pickup time. I asked the driver what time he thought we should leave to catch a 6:30am flight. He said 4am and confirmed the pickup time verbally over the phone. At 4am the next morning, when he doesn't arrive, my husband calls him. He says he is going with the pickup time on the reservation instead of arriving 30 minutes sooner. My husband said, "No, you are going to arrive now and pick us up." He said no and cancelled our reservation and then sent me a text confirming our cancellation. I texted him back that we didn't cancel, and he texted that we didn't thank him enough after the first ride. I want to make it very clear, we DID NOT cancel our trip. The driver cancelled our trip leaving us stranded with a flight to catch in two hours after confirming the night before. This experience was the worst part of our vacation. There were a lot of stressful tears that morning. I have never experienced this ever before. We called and texted several times for a refund, with no response. I've emailed and called Orlando Shuttle Service with no return call or email. The driver won't answer our texts or calls. DO NOT GIVE ORLANDO SHUTTLE SERVICE OR BLACK CAR ORLANDO YOUR BUSINESS. The reservation was farmed out to another company and the "direct" number was given. We arrived and no driver no car. We waited and called the "direct number" no answer. It's is now an hour past the pick up time and still no call back. Not so good when getting off the cruise ship. We loaded 9 in the first van (which was 20 min late). Luckily it had a luggage trailer. What a shock to see a MINI-VAN show up 10 minutes later for the 7 of us. I had to sit on a makeshift seat for the hour ride to our timeshare in Kissimmee. Not comfortable! Not what I paid for. The day we were supposed to leave, no shuttle was showing up. I called the company and they assured me they were coming. I asked them to provide me with an updated exact time as they were already late. After I had to call back again asking for an update, only then was I told the driver would not be able to make it! They left 10 of us without transportation and the need to make a last minute decision to take 3 Uber's during rush hour to the airport. They assured me they would reimburse the shuttle reservation cost as well as the Uber's. I asked that they email me stating that information ("I will, right away, ma'am" was his response). I never got an email. I didn't actually expect a reimbursement of the Uber's, but they have not responded to my emails or calls reimbursing me. I have not been reimbursed by them. This was my first time going through Orlando Shuttle Services who contracted with Fuego Executive Transport. I was very impressed with the services I received from both companies. Fuego Executive Transport really took care of my party of 9. They met us at the airport (earlier than contracted), waited patiently with us until we received our bags and took us to our hotel. They came back in the morning and drove us to Port Canaveral so we could board our 4 day Carnival cruise. Upon our arrival back from the cruise, they were there on time to take us to the airport. What was more personable was the fact that we had the same driver at all three pickups. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and stylish. I definitely recommend this company to anyone (especially with a large group) and request Fernando to be your driver. read more

I arranged a multi-leg shuttle with them for two families (8 total people) arriving into the Orlando airport on different days to a hotel near Disneyworld, traveling from Orlando to Port Canaveral for a Disney cruise, and then from Port Canaveral to a hotel near the Orlando airport. The drivers were friendly, the vans used were clean and safe, and the transports were completed without a hitch. My only concern is that a 20% driver gratuity was added on top of the reasonable price, and that itself was ok. It's just that I mentioned this to each of the drivers and they claimed not to know anything about it. As a result, being that they were nice, we tipped them again. I provided this feedback to the orlandohotelshuttles.com people but didn't hear anything in return. If I were to use this business again I would not allow the %20 upfront gratuity but would pay the drivers directly. read more

We booked transportation through Orlando Hotel Shuttles for service on July 25th and July 28th between MCO and the Gaylord Resort. They are a "clearing house" for private car companies. The transportation company we chose was Ultimate Town Car. We were very happy with the service provided. Both drivers were very safe and prompt. They both made us feel very welcome and valued. The price we paid was reasonable for the service, and was actually less than what a cab would have cost. We will use Ultimate Town Car Orlando for all future trips to the area. read more

Booked round trip transportation for myself and 5 granddaughters--ages 9,10,11,12,13 I called ahead. They were there on time. Shuttle was a large van pulling a small trailer for baggage. However the van smelled like dirty laundry. My girls were covering their noses I'm not kidding. On the return trip, we were outside the cruise ship. I called to see where the driver was. In the parking garage So all 6 of us drug our luggage across the roads to the parking garage Then through the garage to a parking lot. Seriously??? Other limos and vans and cars were pulling up front. Why couldn't our driver??? Driving to Sanford airport, the driver was on his phone multiple times. Not sure of Florida law, but watch the road!!! I had used Orlando Shuttle Service in March and was returning to Port Canaveral from the airport again and decided to try them again. The driver happened to be the same and was right on time to pick us up at the airport, however when we returned from our cruise, that is where the service became so awful, that I felt compelled to write this review. Our pick up time was set for between 10 and 10:30 but was told to call once we had our luggage. I called at 10:30 when we had our luggage in hand and then was told to call again once we were outside. I called again at 10:35. I was told to proceed to zone D and the driver would be there shortly. There were 11 of us including my 75 year old parents. I called again over the course of the next 1.5 hours and the owner of the company continued to tell me they would be there shortly, he would call me right back (no call)..then it just started going to the answering machine...We sat out in the heat for 2 hours. Come to find out the owner knew when I called at 10:30 that he would not be there shortly..but chose to tell me and my family to go wait outside in the heat as opposed to being honest and telling us it would be 2 hours due to a problem and allow me the opportunity to find other transportation and keep my elderly parents cool...I would strongly suggest no one use this service. read more
