I do wish they allow you to add the gratuity when you check out after ordering on the web site. I did not see that is doable. Nor do they take venmo to offer the gratuity. Marcus was AMAZING! What a pro. There was a traffic accident within the airport property which made pick up about 15 minutes later tan scheduled. Marcus let us know via text what was happening, verified our location and kept us up to date as to the status. It was very helpful. Marcus sent us a text when we let him know we were off the plane and about to head out to meet him. Marcus sent us a photo and gave very specific instructions as to where to meet him. Once we got picked up, Marcus was very friendly, making sure the climate was good for us in the vehicle, had water for us and made the travel really pleasant. This was the first time using a car service for transportation from the airport to WDW. I'm so glad I chose Panda. Millie was our driver, she was on time and the car was very clean. We booked Panda Car Service for a private van from Orlando Airport Hotels to Port Canaveral and then to Epcot. First of all the pricing was in line if not better than the competitors and the owner is a genuinely kind and reliable human. After calling to confirm the business received my quote request I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who confirmed all of my details. The driver on the day of both pickups was on time which made getting to and from port so easy! The van was spacious, clean and honestly so much better than trying to find a Lyft or Uber. The van fit 4 adults and 8 suite cases easily. I promise we will use them again anytime we travel in Orlando. You have customers for life! read more

He was so friendly and happy when he met us and started our trip off with so much excitement. He was so sweet to my kids and they LOVED his super nice and awesome van. He called me the morning of and wanted to make sure I was okay with a different person picking us up as he wasn't able to get to us in time, which we were. My new college student daughter was taking an early morning flight and I was extremely concerned that Uber wouldn't show or she would try to book them too late and miss her flight. Never being to Orlando airport she had no clue the size and amount of time it takes to maneuver through this airport. I looked on Yelp and found Panda had all 5 star reviews so I gave them a call. Within an hour Marcus himself called me back. We arranged for him to pick her up at 5am and as an added Plus he was extremely familiar with the UCF campus as he graduated from there himself. Can I just say that Marcus was a Godsend for my family of 4 while visiting Orlando!! As we grabbed our luggage from the baggage claim and headed to the curb to catch a taxi or Uber, we were warmly greeted by Marcus and his amazing smile (sorry people, I'm a hygienist). He told us he was with Panda Car Service and his client didn't show up. He asked where we were headed and he told us his rate is comparable to the Uber or taxi rate. We decided to take Marcus up on his offer and we are so happy we did because he was so friendly, informative, personable, and just seemed to be a great person! Marcus dropped us off at our hotel and helped us with our luggage. He thanked us and said to give him a call if we needed him again during our visit. I'm sure he didn't expect a call 2 minutes after he dropped us off. Come to find out, there are two hotels by the same name a mile apart and we were at the wrong one. Marcus didn't hesitate to turn around and take us to our correct hotel. We thanked him again and apologized that he picked up the Griswold's, lol! What an awesome experience! I have been using Uber for the past 4 months to commute between my home and the Orlando International Airport. Last Friday after landing I requested an Uber. Being that it was 12:49 am I attempted to call the assigned driver. About this time Marcus, with Panda Car Service passed me and offered a greeting. Marcus asked me if I needed ground transportion. I told him, no because I already have an Uber coming. The Uber driver did not answer and Iv called six more times as well as sent a text with no response. I had been waiting about 1/2 an hour when Marcus from Panda car passed again and asked if I was OK. I explained that the Uber App appeared to be locked up and I wasn't able to contact the driver or even cancel the request. Marsus asked where I was going, showed me his ID and offered ride service to me at a fee comparable to Uber. Marcus provided exemplary service in an immaculate, well equipped luxury vehicle. He was cheerful and friendly. I decided to try Panda Car Service for transportation to the airport today. They offer a service to schedule your ride on-line but I procrastinated. So I called Marcus around 10:00 pm on Sunday. Marcus scheduled my ride and sent a confirmation text within a few minutes. The next morning, (day of travel), I received a reminder text about an hour prior to my scheduled ride. Then about 1/2 hour before pickup I got a text i forming me that my driver was on the way. Marcus arrived about 5 minutes ahead of schedule. He greeted me cheerfully and helped with my baggage. He offered up pleasant, friendly conversation on the trip. Marcus explained how to book my transportation from the airport to my home and explained that he monitors the flights to make adjustments for any flight changes or delays. Ultimately, I can book with Panda Car Service and enjoy worry-free luxury car service. Big smile from me. I just happened to be in the right place, at the right time to link with the Panda Car Service squad. I was waiting for baggage with all others from my flight at MCO (Orlando Intl Airport), and I was looking around for signs of where to go to catch a shuttle or a cab to my hotel. Just by chance, a gentleman was standing with another passenger and he had on a "Ground Transportation" badge. I asked him about options to get to my hotel. He immediately calls on his device to advise he had another passenger that needed a pick up. I am simply thinking this is a regular taxi he's "reserved" for me (lol). I followed him and the lady with who he was originally waiting and he advised me Marcus would meet me at this spot (private car service pick up door) in a few minutes. Marcus called, advised his status, and he arrived within a few minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not just a "reserved" taxi, but a nice vehicle and someone with great professionalism and excellent customer service! I needed to stop along the path to the hotel to a store and Marcus advised me of options. The level of service from pick up through drop off was outstanding! Marcus and his team really have developed a great model, where the service level speaks volumes. Due to the quality of service, I asked to be scheduled for a pick up at the end of my visit in Orlando. Their team was in touch leading up to my date of departure to ensure I knew who would be my driver for that day and what car he would be driving. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Roop on my drive back to the airport. Again, another professional gentleman, who I enjoyed speaking with about the area. Mr. Roop called me to see what time I would prefer, and that was great because I was open to being picked up earlier than my scheduled time. He arrived on time and he sealed the deal for me for future referrals and my personal use of Panda Car Service every time I am in Orlando. He was so friendly and kept us up to date with texts before pickup. He even picked up an aluminum can (garbage) that was left on the floor at the hotel and disposed of it in the trash. 10/10 stars! I set up our ride service from the plane from Orlando airport to Shades of Green and 'arch's waited for us after a landing delay on the tarmac and a luggage carousel break down. We were so pleased and comfortable, we booked right away for our return flight. We just gave him our flight number and he was there and loaded our luggage and everything.
