We used Panda for two transfers while in Orlando. Both were flawless. Marcus and his team are top notch.

Great. Great. Great. They text you to let you know when the driver is on their way, when they arrive and if you need to reach them. Super service and very impressive. Missy was my driver. I do wish they allow you to add the gratuity when you check out after ordering on the web site. I did not see that is doable. Nor do they take venmo to offer the gratuity. Anyway, I have them for a return to the airport too. Magnífico! read more

Marcus was AMAZING! What a pro. There was a traffic accident within the airport property which made pick up about 15 minutes later tan scheduled. Marcus let us know via text what was happening, verified our location and kept us up to date as to the status. It was very helpful. Marcus sent us a text when we let him know we were off the plane and about to head out to meet him. Marcus sent us a photo and gave very specific instructions as to where to meet him. Once we got picked up, Marcus was very friendly, making sure the climate was good for us in the vehicle, had water for us and made the travel really pleasant. I couldn't recommend Panda's service any more strongly. They are total pro's! read more

Didn't use them but we're very professional and decent priced. I would use them if you aren't "budgeting" and want quality service

This was the first time using a car service for transportation from the airport to WDW. I'm so glad I chose Panda. Millie was our driver, she was on time and the car was very clean. Millie hauled our various sized bags into the back of the Mercedes Metris and she made sure we were all comfortable. We had our 1 year old grandson and hiring Panda made the ride from the airport to Disney and back quick & safe. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future! Thank you Panda and Millie! Deb read more

Excellent. If you need a ride from the airport to your hotel or wherever you are going, they are your people. Very punctual and professional. We had Marcus as our driver and he was friendly, funny and informative. Highly recommend. read more

Marcus from Panda is such a wonderful man. I love this company! A friend of mine had an important meeting to get to and it looked like we would have to change airports and take a long drive to make the meeting (on account of the weather). Marcus spent time looking at different flight options, tracked the weather and was super communicative. Traveling can very stressful and it feels great knowing that Panda will have my back. I wish you guys were in every city. Coby read more

Spring 2020 and Covid -19 has changed the way we do things for many of us. Not for Panda! I was in a deep hole and Panda dug me out. When other companies didn't, couldn't or wouldn't perform, this car service did! My flights to Europe were rare, and when I NEEDED a reliable car service to the airport - Panda delivered me to the airport and delivered on their promises of reliability, professionalism and punctuality. Their response time to my enquiry was prompt and courteous and confirmed rapidly by email with an assurance that my needs would be met. This filled me with confidence and relieved me of a lot of stress when even the airlines were failing me with cancelled flights and connecting services for a complex chain of travel arrangements were unreliable. Panda was efficiently reliable, discharged their promises perfectly and with an agreeable charm from my driver Marcus. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Dependable, professional and punctual. Regards read more

The best car shuttle service! The customer service and communication were ! The staff are helpful and friendly. The cars all arrived right in time. There was communication about the cars with every step of the process. We were hesitant the book with a shuttle service but we're so happy we did. Easy seamless process read more

Clean, lots of options, well priced, easy to book and they had car seat options at no extra charge. Felt like a luxury car service honestly.

Fantastic experience. Everything from booking to our ride was a smooth and quick experience. Marcus made us feel so welcome and was great to converse with during the whole ride. I would recommend Panda Car Service to anybody especially if traveling with little ones! read more

Haven't actually used this car service yet due to plans changing. What I will say is that EVERY TIME I contact them they are professionals. They are fast to respond, fairly priced and overall great people to interact with. When we are in Orlando I immediately this of this company for my transportation. I haven't ever used any other transportation company in Orlando, nor would I based on Panda's customer service model. Cheers guys! I again look forward to My time in Orlando and you for my transportation needs. read more

The best transportation you will find to take you to your hotel . They pick you up from the airport and make everything so easy to find and best of all they do it with the kindness. Thank you so much read more

We booked Panda Car Service for a private van from Orlando Airport Hotels to Port Canaveral and then to Epcot. First of all the pricing was in line if not better than the competitors and the owner is a genuinely kind and reliable human. After calling to confirm the business received my quote request I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who confirmed all of my details. The driver on the day of both pickups was on time which made getting to and from port so easy! The van was spacious, clean and honestly so much better than trying to find a Lyft or Uber. The van fit 4 adults and 8 suite cases easily. I promise we will use them again anytime we travel in Orlando. You have customers for life! read more

When I called to get a quote I received fantastic customer service--friendly and helpful. They track your flights so if there's any changes you don't have to stress. They send notifications prior to your pick up. Also reasonably priced. read more

A must if you're traveling in the Orlando metro area. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Panda Car Service. From the time Marcus answered the phone to discuss my travel needs until we arrived at our destination with Mr. Roop we were in good hands. Our travel plans changed a bit from a simple hotel to Port Canaveral transfer, Marcus and team were very accommodating. Traveling with a group meant that our plans were fluid and Panda Car Service could handle all of our requests... from "hey, can we stop at the store on the way to the Port?" to "on second thought, we want to go to a hotel at the end of our trip instead of the airport". They were even able to assist with finding a company to store our luggage at the airport before our late flight. read more

Marcus is literally the nicest person! He communicated with me continually and was tracking my flight to know right when we landed. He even wished me a Happy Mother's Day when I landed. He was so friendly and happy when he met us and started our trip off with so much excitement. He was so sweet to my kids and they LOVED his super nice and awesome van. We booked him for our return to the airport and once again he communicated and made it so easy for us. He called me the morning of and wanted to make sure I was okay with a different person picking us up as he wasn't able to get to us in time, which we were. The other driver (I think his name was Alex - I have a terrible memory!) was so awesome as well. Just really kind and so fun to talk to. I 1000% recommend using this service!! read more

My new college student daughter was taking an early morning flight and I was extremely concerned that Uber wouldn't show or she would try to book them too late and miss her flight. Never being to Orlando airport she had no clue the size and amount of time it takes to maneuver through this airport. I looked on Yelp and found Panda had all 5 star reviews so I gave them a call. Within an hour Marcus himself called me back. We arranged for him to pick her up at 5am and as an added Plus he was extremely familiar with the UCF campus as he graduated from there himself. Not only did he pick her up on time and get her to the airport safely but he texted me that she was on her way. Marcus is A+++ when it comes to service. I was able to pay on line for her trip making it extremely easy. Highly recommend read more

Can I just say that Marcus was a Godsend for my family of 4 while visiting Orlando!! As we grabbed our luggage from the baggage claim and headed to the curb to catch a taxi or Uber, we were warmly greeted by Marcus and his amazing smile (sorry people, I'm a hygienist). He told us he was with Panda Car Service and his client didn't show up. He asked where we were headed and he told us his rate is comparable to the Uber or taxi rate. We decided to take Marcus up on his offer and we are so happy we did because he was so friendly, informative, personable, and just seemed to be a great person! Marcus dropped us off at our hotel and helped us with our luggage. He thanked us and said to give him a call if we needed him again during our visit. I'm sure he didn't expect a call 2 minutes after he dropped us off. Come to find out, there are two hotels by the same name a mile apart and we were at the wrong one. Marcus didn't hesitate to turn around and take us to our correct hotel. We thanked him again and apologized that he picked up the Griswold's, lol! Thank you Marcus for making what could have been a stressful situation into a laughable one! We highly recommend your service and hope to be back soon!! Sorry for the late review Marcus, our trip was in May, but I promised I'd give you the 5 Stars you deserve! read more

Best communication and easiest transfer we've ever experienced, even with covid. Marcus was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I would also recommend his small business for the complete, personal service over big business every time. read more

I called this car service and 5 other and none had available a car for the airport. I started my my search on Sunday for a car to pick me up on Tuesday morning. Nothing to be found. If you want to start a career you should get yourself a car there's money to be made. read more

Great service! Fast, reliable, I would absolutely use again.

I highly recommend Panda Car Service! We were so happy to find them as they allowed us to arrange a reservation with one stop in between. Marcus is so personable and he went above and beyond to help us. Very reasonably priced and we liked that we were able to support a local business. read more

Great experience traveling from Daytona Beach to Orlando with Mark. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, followed up with a phone call and was on time even though it was very early in the morning! I liked that he provided an invoice prior to the trip with mileage and costs. Would definitely recommend and will use the service again next visit! read more

Sorry for the late response but I must say how professional they are . I am always worried about getting to the airport on time and I booked my cab the night before and they confirmed with a text to my phone which I absolutely appreciated. In the morning I was picked up exactly on time and the car was extremely clean and the owner Marcus is very pleasant. I highly recommend using their services. What an awesome experience! I have been using Uber for the past 4 months to commute between my home and the Orlando International Airport. Last Friday after landing I requested an Uber. Being that it was 12:49 am I attempted to call the assigned driver. About this time Marcus, with Panda Car Service passed me and offered a greeting. Marcus asked me if I needed ground transportion. I told him, no because I already have an Uber coming. The Uber driver did not answer and Iv called six more times as well as sent a text with no response. I had been waiting about 1/2 an hour when Marcus from Panda car passed again and asked if I was OK. I explained that the Uber App appeared to be locked up and I wasn't able to contact the driver or even cancel the request. Marsus asked where I was going, showed me his ID and offered ride service to me at a fee comparable to Uber. Marcus provided exemplary service in an immaculate, well equipped luxury vehicle. He was cheerful and friendly. I decided to try Panda Car Service for transportation to the airport today. They offer a service to schedule your ride on-line but I procrastinated. So I called Marcus around 10:00 pm on Sunday. Marcus scheduled my ride and sent a confirmation text within a few minutes. The next morning, (day of travel), I received a reminder text about an hour prior to my scheduled ride. Then about 1/2 hour before pickup I got a text i forming me that my driver was on the way. Marcus arrived about 5 minutes ahead of schedule. He greeted me cheerfully and helped with my baggage. He offered up pleasant, friendly conversation on the trip. Marcus explained how to book my transportation from the airport to my home and explained that he monitors the flights to make adjustments for any flight changes or delays. Ultimately, I can book with Panda Car Service and enjoy worry-free luxury car service. Big smile from me. Thank you Marcus for rescuing me; I look forward to a great relationship with Panda Car Service. read more

Did not have driver for prescheduled ride and then asked us to walk 30 to 45 minutes with two kids including toddler for pick up at some other location. They still charged for their lack of service. Totally unacceptable. read more

I just happened to be in the right place, at the right time to link with the Panda Car Service squad. I was waiting for baggage with all others from my flight at MCO (Orlando Intl Airport), and I was looking around for signs of where to go to catch a shuttle or a cab to my hotel. Just by chance, a gentleman was standing with another passenger and he had on a "Ground Transportation" badge. I asked him about options to get to my hotel. He immediately calls on his device to advise he had another passenger that needed a pick up. I am simply thinking this is a regular taxi he's "reserved" for me (lol). I followed him and the lady with who he was originally waiting and he advised me Marcus would meet me at this spot (private car service pick up door) in a few minutes. Marcus called, advised his status, and he arrived within a few minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not just a "reserved" taxi, but a nice vehicle and someone with great professionalism and excellent customer service! I needed to stop along the path to the hotel to a store and Marcus advised me of options. The level of service from pick up through drop off was outstanding! Marcus and his team really have developed a great model, where the service level speaks volumes. Due to the quality of service, I asked to be scheduled for a pick up at the end of my visit in Orlando. Their team was in touch leading up to my date of departure to ensure I knew who would be my driver for that day and what car he would be driving. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Roop on my drive back to the airport. Again, another professional gentleman, who I enjoyed speaking with about the area. Mr. Roop called me to see what time I would prefer, and that was great because I was open to being picked up earlier than my scheduled time. He arrived on time and he sealed the deal for me for future referrals and my personal use of Panda Car Service every time I am in Orlando. It is so rare these days to have professionalism, prompt and courteous service, therefore, I had to take a moment to share my experience. Thank you Team Panda! read more

I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others. Thanks Panda! read more

Marcus is the BEST! I highly recommend him for your car service needs in the Orlando area/surrounding area. He safely drove my husband at 5AM to MCO. He was so friendly and kept us up to date with texts before pickup. He even picked up an aluminum can (garbage) that was left on the floor at the hotel and disposed of it in the trash. I was watching the valet people just ignore it and when Marcus drove up he picked it up and threw it out! I would highly recommend him over any ride share service. He is on time and reliable. Vehicle was immaculate and my husband enjoyed riding in luxury! See you again Marcus soon! read more

March 2019 review of Panda car service was excellent! Flying Cleveland to Orlando, our flight was delayed and Marcus was quick to respond to my new flight arrival. Communication was excellent keeping us updated on driver and pick up information. 10/10 stars! I set up our ride service from the plane from Orlando airport to Shades of Green and 'arch's waited for us after a landing delay on the tarmac and a luggage carousel break down. We were so pleased and comfortable, we booked right away for our return flight. We just gave him our flight number and he was there and loaded our luggage and everything. We got to Orlando airport woth enough time to get breakfast. Exceptional service! Great person and conversation! Will be using when we come back to visit! Better than Lyft, Uber, or a taxi! Marcus even laughed at our daughters jokes which made her day read more

Marcus was great! Reliable, professional and easy to work with. He picked us up from Orlando airport to our resort and then we made an appointment with him for our returning flight.
