I have been trying to get this resolved for almost 20 days, but customer support has been completely unhelpful. No one has taken responsibility or provided a real solution. This was clearly an error on Uber's system, but I am the one paying the price. It is unacceptable to keep a customer's money because of your own mistake. I expected much better service and accountability from a company like Uber.

However, instead of using a standard meter or charging a reasonable wait rate, he charged a completely arbitrary, forced flat rate of $64 total ($54 for a short 9-mile airport ride plus $10 for waiting). He didn't even provide any receipt. While the wait was our fault, charging illegal, unmetered rates to passengers is not the way to handle it. Use an official city cab or standard rideshare instead to ensure transparent pricing.

While staying at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort, I called the hotel front desk to ask about transportation to Orlando International Airport because I wanted to book Mears Connect. I was transferred to Yellow Cab, believing I was speaking with Mears Connect. When I was quoted $75 for a cab, I clearly declined the service. The representative then asked if I wanted to be transferred to Mears Connect instead, and I said yes. I completed my reservation directly with Mears Connect for about $16. I never confirmed or authorized a Yellow Cab reservation, nor did I receive any confirmation that a cab had been booked. On the day of my departure, I received two messages--one from Mears Connect and another saying a cab was on its way. When the cab arrived, the driver called my name. I specifically asked if he was with Mears Connect, and he said yes. Since English is not my first language and I had difficulty understanding his accent, I believed he was my Mears Connect driver and got into the vehicle. I found it weird and I told him I thought it was going to be a bus instead, he said "no no they sent a cab" Only after I showed him my Mears Connect QR code did he tell me I was in the wrong vehicle. The company then claimed I had failed to cancel a cab reservation that I never knowingly made in the first place. The driver insisted I pay because he had already driven to my hotel, even though this confusion resulted from the company's booking process--not anything I had done. To avoid missing my actual Mears Connect bus, I paid the fare that had accumulated just so I could get out of the cab. What happened next was completely unacceptable. After I boarded the Mears Connect bus, the Yellow Cab driver actually came onto the bus, approached me in front of other passengers, and told me he should have kept my luggage until I paid. I found this intimidating and unprofessional. This entire situation was caused by a reservation I never authorized. I have asked the company to review the recording of my original phone call, which should clearly show that I declined the $75 cab and only agreed to be transferred to Mears Connect. This experience added unnecessary stress to my trip and is not how customers should be treated. I hope the company reviews its booking procedures so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

First trip to Orlando for a cruise. Made all arrangements ahead which makes me nervous since they charge you right away and add the tip. When I would text a question they answered me right away so I started to calm down. The day before the cruise they sent me a notice they were looking forward to seeing us and the details. They called a half hour ahead to let me know they were on their way. Sasha was very friendly and informative. He had agreed to stop so we could buy wine but we stayed at the Embassy Suites Airport and there was a Walgreen just down the block (Kids tell me there a nice restaurants near there too). Car seats and booster seats provided as requested. We were on a large ship and 9 people so hard to decide time we would depart but Sasha talked me through it. He was a " few" minutes late picking us up after the cruise but with the back up with so many vehicles it was amazing he was able to be there almost perfectly plus he was on the phone with us the whole time. Van was nice, clean. I'll use this service again when I cruise in Orlando. Price for so many people was less than taking the bus and much more personal. We lucked out! read more

My family needed private transportation to/from the Riviera Resort at Disney World, flying in from Orlando International Airport. Sasha helped to coordinate the booking and served as our personal driver. He was highly communicative throughout the entire reservation process, to ensure the pickup timing and overall experience worked out perfectly. In total, the service, the attention to some specific requests, the help with our luggage, and the luxury SUV transportation itself fulfilled all of our expectations. I hired Orlando on Wheels to shuttle my group of 22 from a hotel in Orlando to the cruise port in Port Canaveral and then back to the Orlando airport a week later. They were fantastic! The drivers were very courteous and professional. The bus was clean and comfortable. They were punctual (in fact a little early) . We had a snafu with customs at the port when we returned and a few of us were about 20 minutes late. Bill was very understanding and nice about it. The communication before and during was great. Prices were fairly comparable but what made Luna Negra Transportation stand out was their responsiveness and detailed communication. I wanted a 15 passenger van. Not only did they have the vehicle we were looking for, I appreciated the fact I was dealing with a family owned business. Add in I was communicating directly with the owner and she would be driving us to the port made the decision to hirer Luna Negra an easy one. Initially I requested we get picked up at 2 different hotels. Then I decided to rent a car. I emailed to ask if it was possible to add a third pick up location, the rental car drop off. location. After I sent the email I thought I was probably making things more complicated than necessary. Luna Negra contacted me to go over the details. She told me she could add the additional stop but because of the extra time and distance she would have to increase the quote. The increase was very modest and more than fair. The bottom line, Luna Negra made everything really ease! Her communication the day of pickup was excellent. The 15 passenger van was spacious and comfortable. Plus it held all of our luggage!
