My family really tries to support small business when we can. We researched shuttle service to Port Canaveral from Orlando and the reviews (across several platforms) were very overwhelming FOR Cortrans. Their name was also mentioned positively on the cruising boards. The cruising industry and as a result the related industries have all been hit hard due to the pandemic. I have to say that Cortrans was fantastic. Their communication before the day of the trip was very prompt and polite. Their driver was very helpful with our bags and went over the instructions of where to meet them if we used their on the return portion. We had plans with friends so we didn't use them. We will definitely use them for all of our Port Canaveral shuttle needs. read more

Fantastic service here, which is just so rare these days! Cortrans was easy to deal with, from booking to drop-off. We booked round-trip for our cruise, from the hotel to the port and then back from the port to the airpot upon return, however, we decided that we had much better things to do than sit at the airport all day, so we rented a one-way car from the Port to the airport and Cortrans had no issue canceling that portion of the reservation. Upon pick-up at our hotel, the driver was actually early and provided a safe and comfortable ride to our cruise ship, it was an incredibly stress-free way to start out our trip! Absolutely the best shuttle to and from Port Canaveral. They are a husband and wife owner operated business offering highly personalized service. The shuttle was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. Our luggage was loaded and unloaded for us. All we had to do was sit back and relax. I would give them 10 if I could. We used Cortrans from MCO to port Canaveral to board the Disney Dream. We arrived to port Canaveral about an hour early and the gate security wouldn't let us through our driver pulled over to an open lot next to the port and waited that hour instead of letting us off to fend for ourselves in the heat, with luggage and a infant. Excellent service. All the reviews you read about this company is spot on. Jaime is efficient, professional. I had a credit and he reminded me of it and refunded me back. We used this shuttle service to get from MCO to the Disney cruise line as well as the return ride back to the airport. We ended up getting off the ship earlier and Jaime was able to accommodate us and pick us up earlier. This was one less stress traveling with an infant. The shuttle had air conditioning, the car seats had a cover, looked tidy and clean. The driver installed the carseats for me while the husband helped load the shuttle. Cortran is excellent and we've used them as transportation to Port Canaveral many times. Our last trip on 8/8/2021, Jaime went above and beyond. Service and timeliness was always outstanding like before. However, this time, we had a checkin time for our cruise at 3:30pm, and we arrived at the port at 11:00am. Jaime dropped us off, let us check in our bags, and took us around the side of the terminal to show us the restaurants and shops that were near by so we could pass the time. He even offered to pick us up again later in the afternoon to drive us back to the terminal so we did it have to walk in the heat (it would have been a 5-10min walk). What a rare gem!! He is a true gentleman dedicated to servicing his customers. He has earned my business for life! read more

We can't speak highly enough of Jamie (the owner) and his staff! There is no other transportation service that we would use in Orlando... Thank you Cortrans! Excellent Orlando MCO Airport to Royal Caribbean Port Canaveral Pier transfer. Excellent prices and customer service. We've made a few changes during the booking and each time Cortran Reps promptly replied to our emails. On the last day of our cruise, we were able to get off the ship before 8:00am. I called Cortran to see if we can get on an earlier transfer, and about 30 minutes later "Jaime" from Cortran called me back and said that there are earlier transfers that we can get on. I can say nothing but good about this company. We contracted them to take us from the Orlando airport to our ship at Port Canaveral. Our flight was delayed by three hours. I called the company and they informed me that they were already watching our flight and that they would be there when it landed. Cortrans was calling my phone when I landed in Florida, before I even picked up my baggage, to let me know they were already there. The driver wasted no time getting our luggage loaded and getting us on our way. When we returned, our transportation back to the airport was there to pick us up at the expected time also. I definitely recommend Cortrans Shuttle Service. The price is perfect. Great customer service. My family and I used them from the Disney Cruise Line to MCO. I didn't anticipate that our disembarking would be so quick so by the time we were done with the process we were about 20 min away from our scheduled ride. Just returned from our long weekend cruise and wanted to provide feedback on Cortrans shuttle service. They provided exceptional service. At the airport exactly when they said they would be. Clean shuttle with a courteous driver. They got us to the cruise terminal in 45 minutes and had porters get all of our luggage. Upon return the porter asked who our shuttle service was. When we advised "Cortrans" he said, "Excellent choice". "I guarantee they will be outside waiting". Cortrans was waiting outside the terminal and got us back to the airport in plenty of time to catch our plane. Save yourself 40% over the cruise line transfer and use that money towards your vacation. FYI...I highly recommend using the terminal porters when departing. They have their own line at customs and we bypassed well over 200 people. read more

This was by far the best company I called. Stuck on Cape Canaveral and not being on a cruise ship I needed a one way ride to the Orlando airport. After leaving our cruise ship on a Sunday morning our party of three needed transportation from Port Canaveral to Orlando International Airport. Based on Yelp reviews we selected Cortrans and made a reservation for a 9:45 AM departure. Someone (Juanita) was there to greet us and the shuttle arrived on time. We made only one other stop at a second cruise terminal to pick up other passengers as there were only five riders from our ship but this only added maybe 15 minutes to the total time. At $20 per person it was the best deal we could find. Nice people, clean comfortable vehicle; I would use this service again and recommend to others. I used this service to get me from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral on August 17, 2019. My plane leaving New York was delayed by four hours on the morning of the cruise departure. Originally scheduled to arrive in Orlando at 8:10 am, we arrived at 12:25 am but Cortrans Shuttle Service was there waiting for us. They got us to the port with time to spare. Excellent service, couldn't be any better. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Return trip from the port to the airport was also provided by Cortrans. Our cruise was disrupted by Irma and our plans changed such that we ended up driving a rental car from Port Canaveral rather than using our prepaid Cortrans reservation back to MCO. The driver called me and when I informed him that we wouldn't be using the second leg, he cheerfully informed me that it was no problem and they would refund me for the second prepaid leg (which they did, promptly). What a great experience! I had a large group of 19 family members and we needed to get to the cruise port in Port Canaveral from Orlando. I wanted everyone together and one vehicle. First place I found wanted 1000 bucks! Yep, $1000! Found Cortran's and what a great service. I reserved our single van that hheld all 19 of us with the owner himself on the phone. They provided exact pick up times at our location, a local hotel, and added our baby car seat needs for free. Then they were at the cruise port waiting when we got off the ship a week later. I just used their service to go from the orlando MCO airport to a cruise. The shuttle was reliable and we got picked up and dropped off in time. Upon getting to the cruise port, my bag got left in the cortrans trailer and the driver drove off with it and we were unaware that he had my bag. When we returned from our cruise and contacted Cortrans, the manager Jaime was extremely aggresive and called my wife a liar multiple times over the phone. He was not helpful at all and we had to call him multiple times to finally get our drivers cell phone number so that we could talk to him about my bag. I would give everyone but Jaime a 5 star rating. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Cortrans. I found them on Trip Advisor as an option for transporting us to our Disney cruise. Their vehicles are mini buses and appear brand new. We have a 2 & 3 year old and they provided complimentary car seats. Eric was so sweet and our girls loved him! Where they really shined was the fact that they picked us up two days early and transported us to a hotel when hurricane Irma cut our cruise short. I read a couple of reviews here and decided to use their services for a transportation from Sleep Inn hotel in Orlando to Port Canaveral for our Disney Cruise. I called Jaime and made my initial reservation and told him exactly where we will get picked-up and how many in my party. There were 4 of us and given a rate of $20.00 each person. On the day of our travel, I was impressed that his driver Eric was about 30 minutes early on the time that we agreed to get picked up. After talking to him a couple of minutes, I mentioned that I serve in the Military and he offered a discount since he said that the owner also served in the military before (wow, thank you). he was respectful, courteous and entertained us the entire time on the way to Port Canaveral. Highly recommend this shuttle company. Hostess waiting right outside airport terminal door. The Cortrans 15 passenger shuttle from Orlando airport to Cape Canaveral for RCL cruise arrived promptly. Driver was pleasant, drove safely and vehicle was comfortable and clean. Return trip after cruise was by big bus so waited about 20 mins (in air-conditioned bus) for bus to fill up but once again vehicle was clean and comfortable. Driver gave detailed instructions on airlines for each terminal and everything went smoothly. Great price for round trip especially if you have a large group and tips are optional. I used Cortrans Shuttle Service for round trip travel for my family of 4 from Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral for our cruise aboard the Carnival Breeze. Everyone we had contact with at this company was a pleasure to deal with. The driver to the port couldn't be more friendly and took pleasure in pointing out dolphins in the Banana River on the way to the port. After the cruise, a Cortrans representative was at their designated pickup area to organize the shuttles. As one shuttle was leaving, two others arrived.
