My family really tries to support small business when we can. We researched shuttle service to Port Canaveral from Orlando and the reviews (across several platforms) were very overwhelming FOR Cortrans. Their name was also mentioned positively on the cruising boards. The cruising industry and as a result the related industries have all been hit hard due to the pandemic. I have to say that Cortrans was fantastic. Their communication before the day of the trip was very prompt and polite. Their driver was very helpful with our bags and went over the instructions of where to meet them if we used their on the return portion. We had plans with friends so we didn't use them. We will definitely use them for all of our Port Canaveral shuttle needs. read more

Cortrans Shuttle Service - Super friendly and right on time. - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Longwood, Florida

Cortrans was a great choice to get from Port Canaveral to the Orlando Airport. We got off the ship a bit early, but they were early as well. It was a smooth pickup and an easy ride to the airport at a great price. Glad I went with this small local business instead of a corporate outfit. Thank you! read more

Fantastic service here, which is just so rare these days! Cortrans was easy to deal with, from booking to drop-off. We booked round-trip for our cruise, from the hotel to the port and then back from the port to the airpot upon return, however, we decided that we had much better things to do than sit at the airport all day, so we rented a one-way car from the Port to the airport and Cortrans had no issue canceling that portion of the reservation. Upon pick-up at our hotel, the driver was actually early and provided a safe and comfortable ride to our cruise ship, it was an incredibly stress-free way to start out our trip! I wish more companies were like Cortrans. read more

There is a reason why reviews are consistently excellent. I had the pleasure of using them before and after our cruise and was extremely pleased from the time I contacted them to book and subsequent pick up and drop off. I believe Jaime is the one who dropped us off at thr port but it was Edgar and Yvonne who dropped us back to Orlando, what a lovely couple. All of the staff were amazing and it's a family run business. I would highly recommend them. read more

Edgar and his wife were amazing hosts while transporting us to our cruise ship at Port Canaveral. They shared their many years of personal cruise ship traveling tips with us and even gave us food recommendations for each port along the way. Thank you for kicking off our much needed vacation in such a positive and friendly way. PS. Thank you for allowing us to break the rules to eat our food. We were struggling!!! read more

Absolutely the best shuttle to and from Port Canaveral. They are a husband and wife owner operated business offering highly personalized service. The shuttle was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. Our luggage was loaded and unloaded for us. All we had to do was sit back and relax. We were picked up at our hotel on schedule and made it to the Port on schedule. We were then met at the Port on our return and taken back to our hotel on schedule. Cortrans is a 5 star operation. ***** read more

I would give them 10 if I could. We used Cortrans from MCO to port Canaveral to board the Disney Dream. We arrived to port Canaveral about an hour early and the gate security wouldn't let us through our driver pulled over to an open lot next to the port and waited that hour instead of letting us off to fend for ourselves in the heat, with luggage and a infant. KUDDOS TO CORTRANS. I highly recommend them and they gained a customer for life! read more

Excellent service. All the reviews you read about this company is spot on. Jaime is efficient, professional. I had a credit and he reminded me of it and refunded me back. We used this shuttle service to get from MCO to the Disney cruise line as well as the return ride back to the airport. We ended up getting off the ship earlier and Jaime was able to accommodate us and pick us up earlier. This was one less stress traveling with an infant. The shuttle had air conditioning, the car seats had a cover, looked tidy and clean. The driver installed the carseats for me while the husband helped load the shuttle. I hope this company and owner stick around for when we return for our next cruise! read more

I did a lot of research before we selected our transportation from MCO to Port Canaveral. I wanted a reliable company for a good price. If you care about those things, this is your company. They were excellent and I'm so pleased to support a small family business who works really hard! Definitely give them a shot you won't be disappointed. read more

Excellent service from Orlando area hotel to the Port Canaveral. Very professional, friendly, safe driver, comfortable van.

Cortran is excellent and we've used them as transportation to Port Canaveral many times. Our last trip on 8/8/2021, Jaime went above and beyond. Service and timeliness was always outstanding like before. However, this time, we had a checkin time for our cruise at 3:30pm, and we arrived at the port at 11:00am. Jaime dropped us off, let us check in our bags, and took us around the side of the terminal to show us the restaurants and shops that were near by so we could pass the time. He even offered to pick us up again later in the afternoon to drive us back to the terminal so we did it have to walk in the heat (it would have been a 5-10min walk). What a rare gem!! He is a true gentleman dedicated to servicing his customers. He has earned my business for life! read more

Update... 1.5.17.... Today we had the pleasure of riding with Ansar from MCO to Port Canaveral. The ride was smooth and Ansar was very welcoming! We can't speak highly enough of Jamie (the owner) and his staff! There is no other transportation service that we would use in Orlando... Thank you Cortrans! We used Cortrans Shuttle in January 2017 to go from the Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral. The staff picked us very promptly and were very kind. After our cruise they returned us back to the airport. Great price, great service, couldn't ask for anything better, that's why we just booked them again for our August transportation... cant wait! read more

Excellent Orlando MCO Airport to Royal Caribbean Port Canaveral Pier transfer. Excellent prices and customer service. We've made a few changes during the booking and each time Cortran Reps promptly replied to our emails. On the last day of our cruise, we were able to get off the ship before 8:00am. I called Cortran to see if we can get on an earlier transfer, and about 30 minutes later "Jaime" from Cortran called me back and said that there are earlier transfers that we can get on. Thank you for your excellent customer service! We'll definitely use Cortran again next time we're in Florida. read more

I can say nothing but good about this company. We contracted them to take us from the Orlando airport to our ship at Port Canaveral. Our flight was delayed by three hours. I called the company and they informed me that they were already watching our flight and that they would be there when it landed. Cortrans was calling my phone when I landed in Florida, before I even picked up my baggage, to let me know they were already there. The driver wasted no time getting our luggage loaded and getting us on our way. When we returned, our transportation back to the airport was there to pick us up at the expected time also. Very reliable! It took some of the stress out of a very stressful situation when our plane was delayed. read more

Just returned from our long weekend cruise and wanted to provide feedback on Cortrans shuttle service. They provided exceptional service. At the airport exactly when they said they would be. Clean shuttle with a courteous driver. They got us to the cruise terminal in 45 minutes and had porters get all of our luggage. Upon return the porter asked who our shuttle service was. When we advised "Cortrans" he said, "Excellent choice". "I guarantee they will be outside waiting". Cortrans was waiting outside the terminal and got us back to the airport in plenty of time to catch our plane. Save yourself 40% over the cruise line transfer and use that money towards your vacation. FYI...I highly recommend using the terminal porters when departing. They have their own line at customs and we bypassed well over 200 people. read more

After leaving our cruise ship on a Sunday morning our party of three needed transportation from Port Canaveral to Orlando International Airport. Based on Yelp reviews we selected Cortrans and made a reservation for a 9:45 AM departure. Someone (Juanita) was there to greet us and the shuttle arrived on time. We made only one other stop at a second cruise terminal to pick up other passengers as there were only five riders from our ship but this only added maybe 15 minutes to the total time. At $20 per person it was the best deal we could find. Nice people, clean comfortable vehicle; I would use this service again and recommend to others. Note to Yelp: there are also reviews written for this business under the heading "Cortrans International". read more

I needed transportation from the airport to my cruise terminal and I did my research on just about every shuttle service there is in Orlando and I decided on two, one being Cortrans Shuttle Service. After having to make a decision at almost the last minute, I chose Cortrans, and I am sooooooooooo happy that I did. Not only are their communications skills A+++, their service is EXCEPTIONAL. I only review companies that are exceptionally good or exceptionally bad and Cortrans was EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD! I will definitely be calling on them next year for transportation to my next cruise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I definitely recommend Cortrans Shuttle Service. The price is perfect. Great customer service. My family and I used them from the Disney Cruise Line to MCO. I didn't anticipate that our disembarking would be so quick so by the time we were done with the process we were about 20 min away from our scheduled ride. I was bummed because that meant we would wait in the cold and rain. Once the porter got us to the pick-up area, I immediately saw the Cortrans bus pull-up and we were able to load up and get ready to go! I will definitely use them again on my next cruise or whenever we go to Walt Disney World! read more

Just returned from a Carnival cruise. I have used Cortrans numerous times before so I knew my transportation would go well. This company is family owned and operated and it shows. The service is outstanding ,the employees are great and the price is good. The owner Jamie is very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with their service. I would recommend Cortrans to anyone and I wouldn't use any other company for my trips. Thanks Ken & Pat Keeler read more

This was by far the best company I called. Stuck on Cape Canaveral and not being on a cruise ship I needed a one way ride to the Orlando airport. Other shuttles and Uber were at least $100 and I got a shared shuttle one way for $20. They even picked me up from a close hotel. Great service and I would recommend. read more

I used this service to get me from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral on August 17, 2019. My plane leaving New York was delayed by four hours on the morning of the cruise departure. Originally scheduled to arrive in Orlando at 8:10 am, we arrived at 12:25 am but Cortrans Shuttle Service was there waiting for us. They got us to the port with time to spare. Excellent service, couldn't be any better. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Return trip from the port to the airport was also provided by Cortrans. Dropped us off right at the door for our airline, very convenient. Company is very well run with great customer service. Don't even think about using any other shuttle service. read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE. We used them on our family cruise to Port Canaveral for our cruise on the Oasis of the Seas. They picked us up at the hotel at the time they said they would. Driver was friendly and very courteous. I was a bit concerned about our return to MCO since our daughter had an early flight. Jaime assured me that he would have a shuttle for us at 6:30am. I was not sure if the would happen. But, lo and behold when we walked out of the Oasis of the Seas the shuttle was there waiting for us. Thank you Jaime. Best shuttle service!!! read more

I spent a lot of time reading about shuttle transfers to port canaveral and Cortrans was highly recommended by both trip advisor and Yelp. It is easy to see why. Jaime and his team are all very nice, helpful and care a lot about customer satisfaction. The prices were very reasonable and the process was headache free because Jaime is so responsive by phone and email. I will definitely be recommending Cortrans to my friends and use the service again for future cruises. read more

There's a reason this company has 5 stars: excellent customer service. Everything went perfectly smoothly on our ride from Orlando to Port Canaveral, and the driver was extremely friendly. Our cruise was disrupted by Irma and our plans changed such that we ended up driving a rental car from Port Canaveral rather than using our prepaid Cortrans reservation back to MCO. The driver called me and when I informed him that we wouldn't be using the second leg, he cheerfully informed me that it was no problem and they would refund me for the second prepaid leg (which they did, promptly). I was very impressed and would always use them in a similar circumstance. read more

The owner Jaime and his wife saved our trip! Our plane out of Cleveland, Ohio got changed 5 times and we were surely on our way to missing our cruise boat. My fiance called Cortran and they said not to worry as they would meet us when we got the airport. They did an above and beyond job getting us to the airport with just minutes to spare!! If you're ever looking for a company to use they are a EXCELLENT and we highly recommend them! read more

My family has used Cortrans twice going from Port Canaveral back to Orlando airport hotels, and we've had incredible service both times. They are the best and most cost effective choice for transportation to and from MCO to Port Canaveral. The drivers and the reps at the cruise terminals are professional, helpful and super friendly. We will definitely use them again for any future transportation needs. read more

What a great experience! I had a large group of 19 family members and we needed to get to the cruise port in Port Canaveral from Orlando. I wanted everyone together and one vehicle. First place I found wanted 1000 bucks! Yep, $1000! Found Cortran's and what a great service. I reserved our single van that hheld all 19 of us with the owner himself on the phone. They provided exact pick up times at our location, a local hotel, and added our baby car seat needs for free. Then they were at the cruise port waiting when we got off the ship a week later. Multiple drop off points as well. I will only use Cortran Shurtle in the future! The service was exceptional and the price very reasonable, (way less the a cool "G" the first place quoted!) Thanks Cortran's! read more

I just used their service to go from the orlando MCO airport to a cruise. The shuttle was reliable and we got picked up and dropped off in time. Upon getting to the cruise port, my bag got left in the cortrans trailer and the driver drove off with it and we were unaware that he had my bag. When we returned from our cruise and contacted Cortrans, the manager Jaime was extremely aggresive and called my wife a liar multiple times over the phone. He was not helpful at all and we had to call him multiple times to finally get our drivers cell phone number so that we could talk to him about my bag. I would give everyone but Jaime a 5 star rating. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. read more

Used this service to take us to Disney Cruise Port. Shuttle bus was on time within the timeframe they said. They will pick you up from hotel location. Clean with A/C. Driver had excellent customer service. What I liked the most is that you pay at initial pick up for RT and have the choice to pay cash or card. Price is EXCELLENT!!! Would & will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!! Thank you for the great service. 5stars A+++ read more

I cannot say enough good things about Cortrans. I found them on Trip Advisor as an option for transporting us to our Disney cruise. Their vehicles are mini buses and appear brand new. We have a 2 & 3 year old and they provided complimentary car seats. Eric was so sweet and our girls loved him! Where they really shined was the fact that they picked us up two days early and transported us to a hotel when hurricane Irma cut our cruise short. They responded to my email within a few hours when I was onboard the cruise and rearranged all of our pickup details. A wonderful small business to support who provides 5 star service at half the price! read more

I read a couple of reviews here and decided to use their services for a transportation from Sleep Inn hotel in Orlando to Port Canaveral for our Disney Cruise. I called Jaime and made my initial reservation and told him exactly where we will get picked-up and how many in my party. There were 4 of us and given a rate of $20.00 each person. On the day of our travel, I was impressed that his driver Eric was about 30 minutes early on the time that we agreed to get picked up. After talking to him a couple of minutes, I mentioned that I serve in the Military and he offered a discount since he said that the owner also served in the military before (wow, thank you). he was respectful, courteous and entertained us the entire time on the way to Port Canaveral. This is way better than renting a car as you'll get dropped off in front of the cruise line and not even worrying about returning a car. I highly recommend this company. To Jaime, thank you! My wife and I needed transportation from Port Canaveral to Orlando Airport after enjoying a relaxing cruise vacation. I wanted to be careful about choosing a reliable and clean shuttle service and after reading so many positive reviews about Cortrans Shuttle Service, I made on-line reservations. They promptly sent an email confirming our reservation and provided very clear instructions about where to find the shuttle upon exiting the cruise terminal. They were on time, courteous and their shuttle was clean and comfortable. This family owned and operated service has set the bar high for their competitors - very high. read more

Cortrans was better than anticipated. When shopping around for ground transportation to Port Canaveral I was a little skeptical when I saw the price but decided to give them a shot after reading their reviews and by not finding a better price. Im so glad I did go with Cortrans...everyone I encountered from the drivers to the owner were extremely nice. I was picked up at the exact time I was told (actually a lil earlier ) I will recommend them to all friends and family that are in need of a ground transportation. read more

This is our second time to use Cortrans. They are great! On time, clean shuttle, and great sevice! It doesn't get much better than that!

Cotrans is a great alternative to the big buses to Port Canaveral. They were very accommodating and took us from MCO to our hotel in Cocoa Beach. Jamie is the owner and so nice. Quick email confirmations. They really put the customer first. Eric was a great driver and we found out he used to live in our town! They were great on the return trip from Port to MCO. It couldn't have been easier and so reasonably priced! Will definitely use Cotrans again. read more

Highly recommend this shuttle company. Hostess waiting right outside airport terminal door. The Cortrans 15 passenger shuttle from Orlando airport to Cape Canaveral for RCL cruise arrived promptly. Driver was pleasant, drove safely and vehicle was comfortable and clean. Return trip after cruise was by big bus so waited about 20 mins (in air-conditioned bus) for bus to fill up but once again vehicle was clean and comfortable. Driver gave detailed instructions on airlines for each terminal and everything went smoothly. Great price for round trip especially if you have a large group and tips are optional. I met owner Jaime who answers texts promptly and is very passionate about giving customers great service and a pleasant trip. Jaime, you have another loyal customer. Truly 5 star service! read more
