We made two stops but it was still a quick trip overall. My driver (I forget his name!) was so friendly and was pointing things out and telling me lots of facts along the way. On the way back to the airport it was a full bus as we made 3 stops. I was most impressed with how timely they were. My pick up time was 12:25 and they closed the doors and took off right at 12:26, leaving whoever else was supposed to be at my stop but hadn't shown up yet. In the past I had taken a different transportation and we were stuck at one of the resorts waiting for this late person that overslept or something. I would definitely use Mears again!

The bus arrived shortly after, and the process was very organized. I recommend booking your round trip ticket online in advance it made everything quick and easy. The driver handled our luggage and stored it securely in the bus's luggage compartment, so we didn't have to worry about it. The bus was clean and had excellent air conditioning, which was especially nice after a long flight. The ride to our Disney resort was comfortable, and we arrived fairly quickly. Overall, Mears Connect was a convenient, affordable, and stress free way to get from the airport to Disney. I would definitely use them again!

On our last trip (arrive at MCO on 2/26/2026) our Delta flight was delayed 5x. The 4.45 pm scheduled arrival ended up being 2.30 in the morning. They tracked the delay the entire time, emailed me that they were tracking, and everything was flawless. We met the driver at the luggage carousel at 2.45 am, and he was pleasant and helpful. But if you like to ride on long trips sitting next to loud cursing, threats, and physical altercations this is the bus for you. Not to mention of the whole front end of the bus heard the loud couple arguing and mentioning how one of them was a pedophile. Children on the bus, yes. Oh and I almost forgot one of them was drunk. The gentleman kept getting up, fell several times, once on me, once halfway down the stairs. The driver was a dick! Just very rude and sarcastic. He would not let me on because he "couldn't open the door because he was in driver mode". She did "pitty" me and say I'm sorry sir, but we cant give you your money back as policy states that once the bus is in motion the buses cant be stopped and doors cant be open. I saw most companies charging at least $50 one way. Lyft and Uber were charging $60+ one way. I went on trip advisor and someone suggested this company. So I booked it. Booking process: I went online. Filled out the form as to arrival time, airline used, flight number, cruise ship name, etc. They emailed me back giving me all the details as to where to find them upon arrival into MCO, with clear pictures, and was instructed to reply to the email to complete the reservation. Which I did and then got a reply that the booking was complete. Airport arrival: We did exactly what the instructions stated and found a very friendly lady with a clipboard at the designated pick up spot. She checked us in. We paid $40 each in cash for the 2 of us and got a receipt. You can use a credit card too. We loaded our luggage into the vehicle and it was a 45 min ride to the port. The shuttle: Cloth, cozy seats, air conditioned, clean, ample aisle space, but not much leg room. It had about 25-30 seats. Arrival at the port: Communication was nil upon arrival. Everyone just got off the shuttle and went to get their luggage. But most of us were standing around unsure what to do next. It was our first cruise, we had no idea that there are guys that come and tag your luggage with your name and cabin number and then deliver it to your cabin. We also didn't know we had to go to that same area to look for Cortrans to go back to MCO when we get back from our cruise. I just wish the driver or the greeter said something. Regardless, we figured it out and went on our way. Leaving the port: We found a friendly gentleman with a Cortrans clipboard at the same area we initially got dropped off at. We checked in with him with our last name. Loaded up our luggage and went on our way to MCO. Before leaving, the driver introduced himself to everyone, I believe his name was Ahmed, and told us where exactly he'll be dropping us all off, where to go when we arrive into the airport, and what to do when we get there. He had us wait in the shuttle while he unloaded everyone's luggage. I appreciated that. THANK YOU Ahmed! Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience. I would definitely use their transportation services again the next time I need to go to Port Canaveral.

No torn up or broken down seats. All of the bus drivers that I have encountered have been very polite with this company. I have to say red coach does really care about its customers. There was one incident in which the air conditioning wasn't working on the bus. We had just left Tampa,Florida, and the air-conditioning went out ( Trust me. This is very unusual for this to happen on this bus line) , we stopped off in Ocala. The driver tried his best to fix the air conditioning on the bus, but to no avail. Now I knew we still needed to get to Gainesville and Tallahassee. Guess what red coach bus line did? Unfortunately, they would not be able to send a bus to Ocala to pick us up. But they ordered Ubers XL to take us all to our destinations! Trust me, greyhound would never do that!! I have been on a greyhound bus when the air condition wasn't working. Not only did they not order a new bus they just opened up the hatches at the top of the bus and let the air flow in from there. All the way to Tallahassee from Tampa!! Not the most comfortable ride. So I would recommend the Red Coach Bus Line to anyone traveling.
