This was my first time using Mears for transportation from the airport to my Disney resort. My ride from the airport was a van since there were just two of us when we arrived first thing in the morning. We made two stops but it was still a quick trip overall. My driver (I forget his name!) was so friendly and was pointing things out and telling me lots of facts along the way. On the way back to the airport it was a full bus as we made 3 stops. I was most impressed with how timely they were. My pick up time was 12:25 and they closed the doors and took off right at 12:26, leaving whoever else was supposed to be at my stop but hadn't shown up yet. In the past I had taken a different transportation and we were stuck at one of the resorts waiting for this late person that overslept or something. I would definitely use Mears again! read more

We had a great experience using Mears Connect from the airport to our Disney resort. After arriving at the airport, we found the Mears booth, let the staff know we had arrived and already had a reservation, and they directed us to the waiting area. The bus arrived shortly after, and the process was very organized. I recommend booking your round trip ticket online in advance it made everything quick and easy. The driver handled our luggage and stored it securely in the bus's luggage compartment, so we didn't have to worry about it. The bus was clean and had excellent air conditioning, which was especially nice after a long flight. The ride to our Disney resort was comfortable, and we arrived fairly quickly. Overall, Mears Connect was a convenient, affordable, and stress free way to get from the airport to Disney. I would definitely use them again! read more

Purchased a round trip from the Orlando Airport. First off it was a very long walk to get to the Mears Connect boarding place. I checked and was directed to stand in one of the many roped off lines based on my hotel/resort destination. I arrived at 5:55pm and the first person in my line. At 6:07pm a staff member announced that there were several busses dropping of people on the other side of the airport and it would be about 20 minutes. One of these buses was for our line of people waiting. There was one large tour type bus outside and the line adjacent to me was the line for that bus. I noticed while I stood there for 30 minutes that bus was there for 30 of those 30 minutes before it took off. By 6:30pm no buses had arrived and there were only 4 people behind me and after watching the last bus sit and wait for people to arrive and fill up. I decided I was done waiting and I left. Used Mears to save money but in my opinion it was not worth it. I had been travelling all day and just wanted to get to my hotel so I ordered ride-share who picked me up in 5 minutes (once I found the ride-share area at the airport) and was at my hotel in about 20 minutes. read more

This is a GREAT option from the airport to your hotel/resort. The price is hard to beat; it was less than $20 for me and my two year old. They don't start charging individual fares until age 3, so next time we visit I'll need to pay for her ticket as well, but still a good deal. Unless you get here just at the right time, you will probably have to wait a little bit, but it's not bad. I think we waited about 20 minutes to get on a bus that took us to our hotel at Disney Springs. The bus was comfortable. This will definitely be our choice again next time we visit Orlando. read more

I really wanted to like Mears Connect because the price is attractive, especially compared to rideshare options, but after using it for a recent work trip, I'm not sure the savings were worth the time and frustration. Getting from the airport to my Disney resort was straightforward enough, although I waited about 30 minutes for the bus before making several hotel stops along the way. That's part of the shared shuttle experience, so I expected it. The return trip was where things fell apart. I followed the instructions in the pickup email and arrived 15 to 20 minutes early, only to wait about 45 minutes past my scheduled pickup time with no communication. When I finally called, I was told there had been some confusion and that the bus had gone to a different resort. By the time I was picked up, I had been standing outside in the Florida heat for about an hour, and the trip to the airport included multiple additional hotel stops. The staff I spoke with were courteous, and I understand shared transportation comes with tradeoffs, but reliability is just as important as affordability. For longer vacations, the savings may be worthwhile, but for shorter trips or business travel where time matters, I'd gladly pay a little more for a rideshare and avoid the uncertainty. read more

I thought I reviewed Mears yesterday, but I must have been mistaken or it didn't post. We experienced Mears when we were in Orlando going to Disney World. I did a lot of research on transportation before our trip and I learned there used to be a free shuttle from the Airport to Disney World. That was discontinued a few years back, I'm not sure how many years ago. I am surprised that they took it away for the price we paid for the hotel it should include the shuttle. When we were waiting in baggage claim, which had some machinery malfunction so it was taking longer then normal, he check out UBER and the price was sky high at this time at night. We arrived at the airport around 6pm on a Saturday. I told him about Mears and the mixed reviews I've seen about them. He went to there website, saw the price and he was sold. So after getting our luggage we went in search of them. We went out to the street and asked at the Taxi Cab station how much a taxi would cost then we asked where Mears was and they pointed us that way. We walked down the side walk and came upon the Mears busses and we were guided inside. Once inside we saw a welcome booth and kiosks. We asked at the welcome booth the procedure and they pointed to the Kiosks. We followed the prompts and signed up. Once signed up the Welcome booth people pointed to the lines. The line was pretty short when we arrived. We would share a bus with the Animal Kingdom Lodge and All Stars. As time when on the line got longer and longer and the wait time increased. I think we waited around 45 minutes for our line to be called. Once we were called we headed to the bus. They asked us where we were staying and put our luggage in the correct hull. It was well organized. As we arrived at the Lodging they were able to just open a single hull and pull everyone's luggage out. Ours was the last stop. It would have been nice to be the first stop, but for the price you really can't complain. The bus was very plush. The seats were fabric and plush with headrests. There was even a bathroom in the back that no one used. Everyone was excited to be here and exhausted from traveling all day. read more

Mears left me and my family standing outside at the Art of Animation resort at 3am and couldn't get us a shuttle in time to make our flight. They don't call. They have a stupid policy you must be there 15 min early or they leave you and charge you. I asked for a refund and the guy on the phone said he couldn't do it and I'd have to fill out a form online. Don't trust your family travel with this scam company even Uber calls you before they leave we were walking up as our driver left. read more

My husband and I went to Disney World for the first time July '26. Our travel package was through Costco and Mears Transportation was who we utilized to transfer between airport and resort. I want to point out their exceptional service with this little story: At 11pm prior to our departure date, we were notified that our flight would be delayed and inevitably we had to switch flights. With this said, we contacted Mears right away and they promptly accomodated our transportation pick-up time so as to ensure we would be able to get to the airport on time for our new flight. My kids and I used Mears Connect round trip while in Orlando. We started and ended at different hotels. The change in location was easy to communicate without issue. The fare was reasonable and absolutely of value, when broken down into a per person fee. The staff were kind and welcoming. I absolutely recommend this service, without hesitation. My pick-up time in my 24 hours notice felt too early. I called and received immediate service, with a solution and an updated confirmation, before I was even off the phone call. Some folks riding with us today indicated a long wait and that they were considering cancelling their return trip to the airport. We have used their private service and always enjoyed that - today we decided to try their express bus public service. We waited about 15 mins and got right on - the advantage of the express service is that we are taken directly to our resort (first drop off) and picked up last at our resort for the trip back to the airport. So far - so good! And the Mears friendly customer service and nice clean transport vehicles are the same - regardless of if we are in a private or public transport reservation. Service was so so slow leaving the airport to our resort (I know they have an express option, but honestly wait time aside, I would have been so disappointed had I paid for the express). Their website inaccurately says shuttles come frequently but this was not our experience whatsoever (took about 2 hours to get to our hotel from the airport - we were staying at Port Orleans for reference). The bus was dirty, smelled like vomit, and the driver was very rude. When we arrived to the resort (our first time ever at DisneyWorld so we were definitely not sure where to go), the driver didn't know where to go and was annoyed we didn't know either. On our return, driver was supposed to be arriving at 0600, and when we arrived at our pick up point at 0602, the valet attend at hotel said he had left 5 minutes ago. We were late because there was no direction on where to meet and the hotel drop off area was huge. They claim they sent an email saying to be in lobby the night before at 0545, but I NEVER received it. And it didn't really make sense because all other confirmations for the bookings came through my text messages. The morning of, when the driver showed up we got a text he had arrived and it said he would wait 15 minutes for us. We had no way to ask driver where he was. We were charged for a ride we never received and they refused a refund because they said they looked into the incident, the driver lied/said he waited until 0605. The very kind valet attendant at hotel said driver was rude and yelling at him, asking where we were and drove off in a rage, before 0600. We almost missed our flight and had to get an Lyft instead because they only offered to pick us back up 2 hours later. Thought it would be more professional/safer than a Lyft, but everyone we encountered was rude. I would have rather taken multiple Lyft services than used them. Lyft was cheaper and much nicer experience. AVOID MEARS CONNECT AT ALL COSTS. read more

Signs are clear and organized. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. You can even walk on and arrange your ride at the kiosk. The drivers are friendly, courteous and service is prompt. I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the extremely poor customer service I received at the airport on June 3rd at 3:45 pm I encountered significant difficulties attempting to purchase a ticket to my hotel and back. When I approached the front desk agent, Renae, to inquire about purchasing a ticket, her response was dismissive and unhelpful. She shrugged her shoulders and gestured vaguely towards a nearby machine on that machine a couple times, she said you're on the wrong machine not telling me what Machine to use offering no guidance or assistance. Even while assisting other customers who had already paid, her demeanor remained unfriendly and impatient. I approached the machine and, despite my best efforts, struggled to navigate the round-trip ticket purchase. When I sought further assistance from Renae, she responded with a further display of unprofessional behavior, including eye-rolling and dismissive gestures. She incorrectly directed me to the wrong screen and then walked away before I could clarify my issue. After successfully purchasing the ticket (and obtaining a confirmation code, but not a QR code via email), I returned to Renae for assistance. Her reaction was again unprofessional and dismissive, reinforcing my belief that she exhibited a complete lack of customer service skills and a disregard for her responsibilities. She appeared more interested in using her phone than assisting paying customers. I believe Renae's conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your organization. I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address the issues I have raised. I expect a response outlining the steps you will take to ensure this does not happen again. She can clearly care less. even when I told her she had the worst customer service I've ever seen. She shoved her shoulders and older, her eyes and said oh could care less. I am here on Confrence. We planned to go to Disney World and were told to use Mears as it was a cheaper alternative than rideshare apps. For adults it's $16 per person per trip so $32 round trip is a great deal that takes you directly to/from your Disney resort. We stayed at Coronado Springs and it took about 30 minutes one way. You can make a reservation online ahead of time and input your arriving flight time so they can provide you a specific reservation time to board the bus. If you don't do it beforehand you can also make a reservation when you arrive to the airport. The location is on the ground floor of Terminal B and there's a sign. The buses were comfortable and the drivers helped us take and give our bags. This is a great alternative and we had a very smooth experience. read more

Overall we had a really great experience with Mears during our Disney World trip. Booking was quick and easy, and made the experience as smooth as possible. We even had a bus blow out a tire on the way from the airport to the hotel (complete accident, zero fault of the driver!) and within a few minutes a new bus was there to pick us up for the rest of our trip. Only two complaints (or at least "I wish I had known better") on the whole experience: 1. The bus stops at several resorts, and you don't know which ones or where you are in the order until you're on the bus. This was okay when we were going to the hotel since we weren't on a timetable - but this was really stressful for me when we were going to the airport as I like to get there earlier than the pickup time would allow. It ended up being fine - but it was one of the less transparent parts of the process. 2. The buses leaving the airport are hard to find (there are a lot of "Mears Transportation" areas, but only one goes to the resorts) and while they're more flexible since they're coming from a central location, we sat on a bus for probably 30-45 minutes waiting for more people before we left. It's nice that we had a movie to watch, but just another thing I wish I had known ahead of time to plan mentally. (And, let's be real, snack and dinner-wise.) All in all, I'd absolutely use Mears again - especially now that I know those little gaps. Great experience overall, and FAR more logistically sound than rideshare or car rentals with kiddos and bags and parking and all. read more

Mears left us stranded with no way to the airport after us and the hotel calling several times to confirm pickup location. When I contacted customer service, they refused to reply. We had to pay a $100 uber to get to the airport on time. Let's not forget we had an infant AND a medically fragile child waiting to get back home (and a third!) If Meaars finally responds and refunds my account, I will adjust this. It has been an ongoing issue since October. read more

The Mears Connect Disney transportation from the airport to the port. Orleans resort is advertised to have a Disney theme entertainment during the ride.. as you can see from the photos, there was no such theme, no entertainment, and it smelled of urine. In addition, the bus driver turned around because a customer forgot their reading glasses did not ask the rest of the customers if we would mind the additional time. This was not what we signed/paid for and will not be doing it again. The old Disney shuttle was magical. read more

Such a rip off. MCO airport to nearby hotel. Rates on the window display are not accurate. Start off by getting in the taxi with the driver saying it's $4 off the bat cause it's pick up at an airport, end of trip it was now $8. A trip that would have been $30 via Uber was $74 with mears. My husband tried to explain to the guy that the rates and the math aren't adding up and driver number 121 was loud and rude, not listening to what he's saying. Never again. 0 stars read more

I was very pleased with my transportation services. Picked me up straight from the airport and dropped me to my hotel. Coronado Springs Hotel was the last stop on my bus route but I didn't mind. It's not that long of a wait. I got to see what the art and swan hotels looked like as well :) The drivers both on pick up and drop off are super friendly, pleasant and funny. They looked happy to be working there. I will definitely use Mears next Florida Disneyworld trip. I almost got a rental but it's just so much nicer to not have to drive. Also rentals are more expensive and thinking about having to drive to all the pales makes me nauseous lol. Just note that they make sure to drop you off to the airport so you have at least 2 hours before your flight leaves. I also was not upset by this because TSA can be long depending on the time of your flight. As of now I have 1 hour left to relax before my plane boards. This was after the TSA check, bathroom and water bottle refill. Plenty of time to grab a snack and eat before a long flight back. I'm happy with all of this scheduling as my phone needs to be charged a little before my flight and I wanted to write some reviews before going back home. Thank you MEARS. Also they send you email and phone text reminders. I'm very happy to have those. The barcode was used to scan the round trip pass and easy to locate. We booked Mears Connect in July and when we arrived at the airport we were given a van, not a bus. We booked for a family of 4 (kids ages 1 & 6) We didn't travel with car seats since we were expecting a bus. The workers for the van were rude, they scrambled to find 2 car seats which were unsafe. I asked if we could take the bus which was parked next to the van and the lady shrugged her shoulders and didn't say a word. We managed to get to the resort safely. I called for our return drive to confirm we'd have a bus and or car seats if we were given a van again. They told me they couldn't confirm that so we cancelled our return drive. Be aware! If you book with kids you may not have car seats and if they do, they may be unsafe. Highly disappointed especially after a long travel day. read more

Reservation for Mears pick up at Orlando International airport on 10/15/2025. Waited only a few minutes before we boarded the bus. We did have a few stops in other Disney resorts as usual but it was not a long ride. Always arrive early in Orlando. Never have issues or wait too long. Driver always professional. Return trip (10/22) from Disney resort to Airport. Picked up on-time. We actually did not get there too early this trip and we were the first to be dropped off at JetBlue terminal. Mears was so easy to use at the airport, the driver was so considerate, he actually waited to make sure we were ok before driving off. We stayed at the Swan hotel and notice that many of their shuttles were provided by Mears Transportation, traveling with motorized scooters was no problem. Depending on where you're staying there really is no need to rent a car, especially if you're traveling with Mears! read more

I took a cab from Orlando airport to the hotel that normally would cost me about 40 according to the hotel.but the cabdriver for Mears transportation wouldn't guarantee that. Uber was showing at the same time 25 dollar. On the way can driver from Mears also said that it will be 10 dollar extra charge for toll. Funny thing is that both Google and Apple were showing only a difference of 3 minutes with and without toll. Been going forward and backwards in Orlando last three years I thought I wanted to try their service. Boy o boy what a scam this was. First he told me that it would take a couple of more hours without the toll, so toll was very important. In addition I had to pay the toll in addition to percentage of the trip for using credit card. The meter showed 55 dollar. With his add on it became 71 dollar. This was apparently a bad experience, so I would not be going back and neither will I recommend this service. The best (and cheapest) way to travel to any Disney hotel from MCO, especially when traveling alone. I looked up Ubers when I landed and they were nearly $60. Instead I found the Mears counter and bought a round trip ticket for $33. I got directly on the bus and was the first one dropped off at my hotel. The kiosk where you book selects the time for pick up based on your return flight. Our return bus was right on time (a few minutes early), and our driver was so kind. Honestly faster than having to book an Uber!! I will be using Mears again in the future. read more

Everything could improve. This business is a cesspool and Disney could partner with much better. Probably the worst part about WDW. Called for a ride at 6:30pm on a Monday evening and was told 30 minutes. Waited 40 minutes before calling again and was told 15 more minutes. 20 minutes later I called again and politely explained the situation and that we had waited long enough. The operator put me on hold for 10+ minutes and I hung up. Absolutely horrific experience. Would rate 0/5 if Yelp let me. read more
