Our flight arrived 45 minutes early, and true to their word, the driver was tracking our flight and was waiting for us at baggage claim. Jorge was incredibly kind and even asked if we needed to make any stops before heading to the resort. I highly recommend this company. My family and I just returned from a trip to Disney and OST picked us up at the Sanford Airport right on time and delivered us to the resort. The following Friday they picked us up at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge right on time to take us back to the airport. These drivers were professional, friendly, safe and knowledgable. We used them on 6/8/2021 and 6/13/2021. They are GREAT! They are affordable, great with communication, on time, and super friendly. They were early to pick us up from the airport already at baggage claim with a sign to pick us up. Our departing flight boarded at 5:15am, he picked us up from our hotel at 3:30am, which were are super thankful as I know that is super early. Went to Orlando, FL to take a Carnival Cruise and we used Orlando Sun Transportation while we were there. Their transportation was great and their customer service was FANTASTIC! I accidentally left something from my vacation in one of their vehicles and with one phone call to their office, they shipped that item to me (Ohio) promptly and without any charge! I can't say enough about the wonderful service we received from this company!! We had a group of 10 who flew into Sanford Airport and we needed transportation to Port Canaveral to our hotel and then return transportation 10 days later back to the airport. Not only were they the best price, I don't think ANYONE can touch their service. Our flight was delayed by almost 2 hours and yet when we arrived at the airport our driver Lester was there waiting for us by our luggage with a lit up sign with our name on it! Great way to get from Orlando International to Port Canaveral and back. Driver was waiting at baggage claim for our plane when we arrived. Very friendly driver. On the return trip driver was waiting for us as we exited customs. Driver was very friendly and in both trips the vans were very nice and clean. The price for 8 passengers was less than uber and I would highly recommend OST. read more

We just got back from a friends and family cruise vacation, 21 people in all, and used Orlando Sun Transportation two times. Elena and her husband are very friendly and courteous, and really exceeded our expectations. They arrived on time at our hotels, picked us up for our cruise, and then on the way back, we dropped off our luggage at different hotels and went to Epcot for the day. Then they picked us up and took us back to our respective hotels. They were very reasonably priced, and I would hugely recommend their service to anyone coming to the Orlando area.
