Our flight arrived 45 minutes early, and true to their word, the driver was tracking our flight and was waiting for us at baggage claim. Jorge was incredibly kind and even asked if we needed to make any stops before heading to the resort. For our return trip, we needed to be at the airport at 5:00 AM, and the driver was right on time waiting in the hotel lobby. Very professional service from start to finish. He called me the night before (though I missed the call) and well in advance of my landing to confirm that I had arrived and when he would pick me up. I could not have had a better driver for the ordeal we went through. There was a major accident on the highway with delays of two hours. Though it took us almost three hours to get to Ocala, it was not within his control, but he tried his best to take an alternate route which likely got us there in more time than we would have if we had gone on the highway. Joe was friendly and knew a lot about the area. I felt badly I was so tired, but he took it all in stride and got me directly to my destination. The communication with Pegasus was great leading up to the event. We connected a number of times to make sure we all knew what the plan was and our company's goals. Everyone was clear that the goal of the bus was to take a bunch of people back and forth. The bus waited no more than 2 minutes outside of each location for people until the very end of the night when it waited for 5 minutes. 2 minutes. If anyone that needed a ride was lucky enough to even see the bus, they would barely have time to grab their coat and get on before it was gone. The bus spent the entire time driving back and forth empty without checking to see if that is what we wanted / needed. No instructions were given regarding where to find the bus since it couldn't pull in front of the restaurant. Pegasus failed to refund any money or provide any reasonable customer service following this failure.
