We waited over an hour for our reserved shuttle to show up and then another hour picking up people at other terminals and dropping off people at other hotels. Instead of getting an early night with our young children we didn't get to our hotel until after 10pm. I immediately canceled our return shuttle and asked for a refund. It took 5 weeks to see a fraction of the money I paid for a service I didn't use. Super Shuttle is overpriced, not dependable and they did not refund my money for my return trip that I never took. Use LYFT to save money and get to your destination on time.
