DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but really want to warn others to stay away from this business. I booked Super Shuttle as part of our Universal package. I thought it would be cheaper and easier. We waited over an hour for our reserved shuttle to show up and then another hour picking up people at other terminals and dropping off people at other hotels. Instead of getting an early night with our young children we didn't get to our hotel until after 10pm. I immediately canceled our return shuttle and asked for a refund. It took 5 weeks to see a fraction of the money I paid for a service I didn't use. Super Shuttle is overpriced, not dependable and they did not refund my money for my return trip that I never took. Use LYFT to save money and get to your destination on time. read more

This Orlando SuperShuttle left my family and I stranded at the last minute. They canceled my shuttle at 12:40 AM hours before my 6 AM flight, while I was sleeping before my early morning flight. I never write bad reviews but that lack of professionalism makes me never trust supershuttle in The Orlando region again. Change your name from Super Shuttle to Shady Shuttle. Booked ahead of time to save time. Price looked right. Here we stand at MCO with no sign of a shuttle and the phone number for customer service is "currently locating a vehicle." 30 minutes have passed and still nothing. Radio silence. We are NOT booking this shuttle service for our return trip to the airport. We will NOT be booking this shuttle service again. I know some of the reviews are glowing, but when it's midnight, and you're stuck at the airport, with no ride in sight, and zero communication from this "logistics expert," you get a little irritated. Very disappointed in the lack of service and the lack of corporate aloofness. UPDATE: Corporate standard response to review. Zero F's given. No remorse for my review and no willingness to offer anything but coupons and discounts off future service. There will NOT be a next time, SuperShuttle. Shuttle services was booked in advanced to get a ride from Hotel to Orlando Airport. Pickup time was 4:00 am. Received call from supervisor at 3:00 am tht he is going to cancel my ride as he don't have any drives to pick me up. Cancellation at the last minute..... Not a good customer service. Supershuttle canceled on me less than an hour before pickup on Xmas Eve. I got an automated text message. However, they canceled both my reservations. At least they refunded me. Since I booked over a week in advance, you think they could have figured out if it was going to be an issue ahead of time. My return trip was on New Year's Eve. I was waiting at the curb using the app to check in at 8:08 p.m. Supershuttle arrived half an hour later. It took three calls to get through to dispatch to get an ETA on the driver. She said the Supershuttle would arrive in 10 minutes. But it didn't. It left the airport. At 8:52 p.m., I called to cancel and get a refund. read more

I have used Super Shuttle in the past on several occasions with little issue. But service in Orlando is the worst I have ever experienced. NEVER again!!! Use Uber or taxi. Well worth the extra cost unless you want to wait an hour+ for a ride. I had no bags to claim. Landed at 5pm. Checked in online using the link texted to me as soon as I departed the plane. Waited 15 minutes to be assigned a driver that was "4 minutes" away, but obviously parked in a lot somewhere. After waiting 15 minutes, I called dispatch and was told the driver was awaiting other passengers. Didn't get picked up until nearly 6pm! At 6:08 pm driver left but circled airport again looking for missing passengers (who probably were smart enough to bail and take an Uber.) Finally left the airport at 6:25 pm. I understand that I was signing up for a shared ride, but obviously Super Shuttle doesn't have sufficient volume of business to operate efficiently. No one should have to wait more than an hour for a shuttle ride. read more

I booked online for round trip aiport transport to a hotel 20 mins away. I checked in at the airport, and waited 40 mins. Then called super shuttle, and was told "we don't have a driver for you, bit we are trying to find someone". I cancelled my ride and requested to keep the return shuttle 2 days later. They refunded the 1-way fare for the cancelled leg. So I was ready for my return trip. The "shuttle locator" service was not working for my confirmation number. After waiting the entire pick-up window plus 10 mins before and after, no shuttle to be seen. I called the number again and was told the driver is "on his way". I asked for a refund, as I was worried I would be late arriving for my flight. No refund offered, and no ride provided. I took a taxi from the airport, then an Uber back to the airport. After arriving from Dallas at 7:30 and having scheduled my shuttle at 8:00, I immediately called Supershuttle dispatch to make them aware we may be a minute or two late after grabbing our bag. They informed me all would be fine. I arrive at the spot I was to be picked up at 7:55 and they had already left without us! We waited whole hour afterward until we were finally picked up at 9pm. My driver failed to pick me up at my scheduled time (I arrived 15 minutes early) but checked me off as his passenger. I was told (after waiting on hold for 15 minutes) that my only options were to wait an hour for the next shuttle or cancel and find another mode of transportation. Arriving drivers totally confused. Leaving with few on board. People are yelling.... Final update: after waiting 1.5 hrs total , our shuttle arrives with no explanation why they are late. Super shuttle was super! What a hectic weekend. I was in Orlando airport during the "camera" battery incident...7 hour+ delays, canceled flights, and 20-30,0000 people packed in what was essentially a gymnasium. I quickly changed my flight to the next afternoon, and b-lined for the door. More preface: my phone was broken so I had to convince a stranger to drop me off at the only room we could find: a shady motel 20 miles from the airport. Hunkered down in my drug-deal motel, without a phone, I hopped on my laptop to find a "cheap" reliable option to get me to the airport and this pit called Orlando. Supershuttle has a very simple booking system, and no check-in process. While the driver will try to contact you via phone, I was amazed at what happened: The customer service department saw that I put my motel down as the pickup location, gave the front desk my name and routed through to the motel room's crusty phone. Like a pleasant wake-up call, I received a 30-minute pre-pickup confirmation from a cust service rep, who called the driver and let him know I'd be waiting downstairs in the lobby. Right on time, the driver grabbed me and my bags, followed by 2 additional passengers and off we went to the airport. It was $18+ tip for 20 miles+ and a direct terminal drop. Uber/Lyft/Taxi's can't beat that, and the driver was very polite. I only wish i tipped more when I booked online! To be fair, I probably would not have booked this service if I wasn't planning on getting to the airport several hours early. If you don't have a 1-2 hour cushion, with several passengers in your route you could possibly have a delay. I will use the shuttle again when traveling on personal expense! read more

This was a terrible experience that I do not recommend to other travelers going to Orlando, despite it's low cost. I really dislike poor customer service in general and this was what I felt I experienced with the SuperShuttle organization. We arrived after a flight delay around 3:45 in the morning and as instructed waited until we had all our luggage picked up. I called and informed them we were ready for pickup and told a shuttle would come soon. I proceeded to wait a half hour and then called back and was assured that the driver was less than 10 minutes away, after 15-20 more minutes I called and was told the driver should be there any minute. I called again after another 15-20 minutes to just cancel because I was tired and was just going to grab a cab and was assured the driver would be there any second. I waited about 10 minutes more and the drive finally showed up. The ride was nice and the driver was personable and assisted with the luggage and I have little negative about this part of the experience. When I arrived at the hotel the shuttle service sent me a survey to fill out about my experience. I filled it out and indicated I was unhappy with the wait, primarily because I was continually told that the driver would be there very shortly. Several days later I got a reply to my survey indicating that my experience was incorrect and that it is not considered a significant wait until it exceeds over 2 and a half hours. Since I was not asking for a refund or a credit, I felt this was unnecessary to reply to my survey to tell me I was wrong for scoring them low on the pickup speed, and communication of their dispatch unit. I would go with a different organization if you have an option when traveling, mainly because the customer service is awful, if the wait is going to be long, just be honest and tell me, and when I fill out the survey where you ask about my experience, don't e-mail me back to tell me that I am wrong. read more

Called as soon as I got to curb pickup.... waited 45 minutes for shuttle, then rode shuttle for 90 minutes when the dispatcher ordered the driver to take other riders the wrong direction from my hotel. Not only that, the driver took back roads to the other hotel and took an hour to drop them off when he could have taken me to my hotel via freeway and still dropped them in 30 minutes. Found super shuttle from yelp along with a 10% coupon. What a huge, huge, huge mistake. After booking on its website I received the confirmation, which states "no further actions are required. But if need help call this number" Review on yelp mentioned to leave exact departure time. I did this but our flight was delayed for an hour. After my flight landed I checked in with the link I was given, just like the email it indicates that no further action is required. 30 mins @ pickup: I call the number given to get status of shuttle. Operator was nice, asked me for all my information after that she tells me that I called the wrong number and the email & text numbers are wrong and I need to call the location number.. I asked her if it is possible to transfer me she says no and I have to recall the number. 40 mins @ pickup: I told my girlfriend to wait at the location and text me when if it comes. As I am calling the new number I look for the check in desk (2nd option vs mobile check in) I asked her if I called the correct number to get the status of my shuttle she says YES and asked me for my information I repeat the whole process. After she asked me what day would I like to get picked up..... I asked her what!? I answer I have been waiting for 50 mins now it's 1145pm I am at the pickup location indicated on my text and email which says the shuttle is on its way. She laughed. SHE LAUGHED, then asked me to repeat all the information again for the 3rd time. at this point I am running through the airport looking for the check in desk nowhere to be found. I tell her all my info, she asked me to wait. 1 hour @ pickup: I am thinking to myself what a great way to start my vacation. Stuck at the airport dealing with this wonderful rep who thinks customers stuck at a closed airport is the funniest thing. 1 hour 15 @ pickup: still on hold 1 hour 20mins @ pickup she asked me if I was still there. She apologies she said because it's after 12am that most of the shuttles have stopped and the next available driver will take 30 to an hour to arrive... I asked her is this a joke. Told her forget it cancel both my reservations she asked me if am I sure. When I tell her yes she says "ohh okay" she sounds surprised that I am fed up. Tldr: waited for a shuttle for about 2 hours. don't book with super shuttle, not worth a few bucks to waste a few hours. Reps are not 100% in the head. In Phoenix I used Super Shuttle and had a great experience. Therefore when going to Orlando, this was my first choice of shuttle. The price was good, and I like the online correspondence. However, both times, the drivers had a hard time finding me. I spoke with the dispatcher both times, and that was NOT where the driver was located at my time of pick up AND departure. The drivers also spent the entire trip from the airport to the hotel and vice versa complaining about their coworkers and dispatcher. Funny, but very unprofessional. read more

On my most recent trip to Orlando, I neglected to look up airport shuttle options in advance. When the hotel was only offering rides that cost a flat rate of $45, I took to the Internet. All I initially found were upwards of $60-75 for a ride. Thankfully after some digging, I found SuperShuttle. They offered shuttle service in the wee hours of the morning on the 4th of July, which was exactly what I needed. And with a price tag of just $18, gratuity included, it was a steal! I reserved my ride immediately. The driver, Carlos, was kind and chipper, despite it being a holiday and 4:40 in the morning. He picked me up 5 minutes before my designated pick-up time window--but that was okay for me. He picked up from two other hotels before dropping me at my gate--he was friendly and patient when some of the other passengers getting on the van were a bit late. He drove safely, yet quickly and got me to the airport with plenty (PLENTY) of time to get through security and catch my flight. Since I hadn't paid $60 for a ride, I felt guilt free when I treated myself to a bagel and coffee at the terminal. :) All around, great service--and a great price! read more

We booked Super Shuttle over the recommended van service universal studios recommended because the reviews for the others were really bad. Super shuttle was very accurate and on time. As soon as I landed, I received a text message welcoming me and giving me instructions to check in on mobile or call to let them know I arrived. I called and they directed me where to meet them. When I went to the location, they were already there waiting. We boarded and went to different gates to pick up other passengers. The driver was professional and asked everyone to buckle up to ensure safety. I loved how they are using technology with notification to make our travel easier as I am an anxious traveler. Our return trip from hotel to airport was just as easy breezy. Please remember, tip is not included. Some people didn't tip and the driver looked really sad and disappointed. You spent this much on your theme park trip, a few dollars isn't going to break your piggy bank. read more

I've always had great experience with Super Shuttle except this time. The wait was almost an hour. Whilst I've checked in a vehicle wasn't assigned to me for ages. Then it took the shuttle THREE hours to get me to my hotel. There were a couple of passengers who waited over 2 hours for the shuttle to pick them up.. The wait was ridiculously long.. The shuttle was comfortable enough. The driver was OK.. except all these road works he wasn't aware of so the detour took even longer. I'm apprehensive about my trip back to the airport.. Hopefully they will plan the passengers better this time.. I would hate to lose my flight because of their incompetent planning skills.. Probably the worst decision made in choosing transportation from airport to hotel. First time customer and I know it will be my last. Waiting for 1.5 hours now, still not here and no driver has even been assigned. Call the number they give you and expect to wait for 18 or so minutes before anyone even answers; then you're told it'll be at least another 30 minutes. I could have walked to the hotel by now at this rate. Too bad I prepaid for a round trip because I'm sure my return to the airport will be just as bad and I'll miss my flight; wonder if they'll pay for my new airline ticket. read more

NO NO NO. I am moving cross-country and my wife suffers from severe anxiety disorder, so when traveling I prefer to make things as painless as possible and I decided to give this company a shot. I reserved a personal transport via their limo service for about $80 for an hour trip to the airport with my Wife and two cats prepared for a move to the west coast. They took my payment for my reservation and ensured me a vehicle would be there within the 15 minute window 3 hours before my departure. After they didn't show at their scheduled window, I attempted to call. The automated call system placed me in cue for 15 minutes when a call came in on the other line. Assuming it was their driver I switched over. It was their call center. The rep informed me that they were "unable to locate a vehicle" to pick us up and were trying to call a cab for me and that they would call back as soon as one was on the way. they didn't call for another 20 minutes to inform me a cab was on the way, but it would be another 45 minutes until they would arrive. I wound up calling a local limo service who rushed us to the airport at the last second on my own (pricey last minute) dime. We barely made our flight after going through security with two cats. I called Super Shuttle a week later (after my cool down period) and they issued a refund, but no apologies or even a sentiment of concern. It seems to me that they deal with these complaints on a constant basis and as long as people still need to make it in to the airport they could care less. My recap? This company left me stranded in a time of need with NO backup plan and failed to preemptively schedule alternate transportation. When I complained (justfully) they couldn't have been less sincere in their actions. Even the smallest apology would have been nice. The gamble is totally not worth it. As soon as the plane landed in Orlando I took my phone off of airplane mode and had a text from Super Shuttle advising me to contact them once I received my luggage. Less than five minutes later they contacted me regarding my status. Although I didn't get my bags until 30mins later they arrived within ten minutes. The driver was friendly and the van was spacious and clean...On my return trip to the airport I received an automated call that the driver was less than five minutes away and sure enough he was. The van was packed but still was able to fit me and my son comfortably. This particular driver was friendly as well. I would most definitely use them again! read more

Arriving in Orlando was chaotic and really frustrated. Going home was easy, therefore I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. (I've used SuperShuttle in Anaheim before, but maybe since Orlando is way busier, I had a worse experience here.) After retrieving my luggage in baggage claim, I called to check in with them. They instructed me where to stand, and found a large group waiting as well. I was worried that it would take long, considering the people outside waiting already. Oh boy was I right! It took over an hour for our van to pick up a group of us. What's worse was that my hotel was last in line (I was staying in the Lake Buena Vista area...so beware, if you're staying around there..be prepared to be the last ones to get dropped off). Maybe I had bad luck on who was all in my van (since they was a lot of stops for different hotels). Basically I called to check-in with them at 8pm for pick-up, and I didn't get to my hotel until 10:45pm. I didn't anticipate how long it was, that I felt light-headed by the time I got to my hotel. I was pretty grumpy, tired and hungry by the time I got to my hotel. Thank goodness my hotel's lounge stayed was open for us. However, I must admit the pick up was really easy. There was just one other party with us in the van going back to the airport. I'll take a cab next time (if I'm not planning to get a car rentals). read more

Terrible service! While the pick ups (going to Orlando airport) are indeed on time, the return from the airport back home are terrible! I waited for 1 hour and 25 minutes before my ride appeared after 4 calls to the SupperShuttle dispatcher asking what the hell is going on. The incompetent dispatcher kept saying he 'can't find a van' for me. My conclusion: SupperShuttle is fine for going TO the airport since they don't want you to miss your flight, but don't bother with them on your return from the airport home, unless you have a lot of time to burn. read more

I spent a lot of time booking a round trip fair to and from the airport - the price was 58.00, I assumed that was round trip! It never stated that was a one way price, which is double the cost of a cab! I have canceled the shuttle and guess I will just take a cab, what an utter disappointment! read more

We were very disappointed in their service landed in Orlando from an overnight flight, checked in and pickup shuttle was not at its location. We waited about 30 then called dispatch who put us on hold for about 20 minutes and was then told to walk across the airport to wait at another location for another 20 mins. At that point, we ended up canceling our reservation and caught an Uber which can within minutes for 1/2 the price. I would not recommend every using them again unless you dont mind waiting. read more

Extremely dissatisfied, should never use this service again. We checked in online and the car tracking link provided in the email became broken. We called the customer service and they told us to wait for another vehicle. There was a car but the driver said that our name and reservation was not on his list. He left without providing any help. We ended up calling the customer service again, canceled the service, and asked a full refund. Very bad experience, this destroys the mood of our vacation for the first day. A follow-up, we still did not receive the refund. We called the customer service and the agent insisted that we did not cancel within a 2-hour rule. This is totally unacceptable and frustrating. The Supershuttle car NEVER picked us up at the airport. Finally, we received the refund after a very serious complaint. The entire experience is very frustrating and unpleasant. If you need to get to the airport in Orlando they are great. If you need them to pick you up at the airport forget about it. I have tried them 3 times for a pick up from Orlando International. The first two times they never showed up. I called their dispatch and they tell me they don't have any drivers available. I ended up having to use Uber. The third time they show up three hours late. I lost my phone departing from Contemporary Resort (Disney); I paid cash without any receipt, so i did not know the name of the driver or vehicle #. Super Shuttle phone lines took me hours at pay phone at Orlando Airport, total about 6 hours not getting anywhere, basically no human voice i can talk to, so frustrated. Overswamped dispatcher told me flat-out that it is impossible to trace. I almost gave up many times, but persisted and finally voila! Dispatcher supervisor Christina, she was a god-send to trace and get my phone back to me with her empathy and care. Eventually, Alexandra Vodopyanova at Super Shuttle Orlando office took it over, and she helped with equally eager assistance to expedite the shipping back of my smart phone. This is unbelievable turnaround for me. I'm forever indebted and grateful to these 2 professionals at Super Shuttle. You guys rock! With muchas gracias! Alex read more
