So I've used Happy limo for years for transportation to and from Disney resorts. They were always very nice and helpful. We just used them in November 2024 and our return trip was terrible. The driver had the music extremely loud (claimed he was trying to stay awake) and he missed the exit for the airport. I called and expressed my concerns and terrible experience and they said sorry and they would talk to him. I'm not sure I'll use this company again. read more

I have used Happy Limousine previously and had no problem. I engaged Happy Limousine to pick us up from Orlando airport (MCO) coming from NJ. We found out when we got to the airport that the flight would be delayed. I texted the driver right away and told him the flight was delayed 2 hours. He picked us up at 12:45 pm. Although the driver was very nice, he talked, very loudly (mostly about himself) the entire car ride. We couldn't wait to get out! A few days later, my husband called and told me that Happy Limousine had charged an additional $15.75. I called the office and was told that extra fee was because the flight was delayed! What?! Ok, not only was the flight being delayed was completely out of my control but I notified the driver immediately that the flight was delayed. My husband called the office and the person he spoke with was very rude. It's not the $15.75, but the fact that I was not responsible for the flight delay and they had the nerve to charge me! I will NEVER use Happy Limousine again. This is a word of warning to other future customers. If you want to be charged for something that is not your fault, an obnoxious driver and rude customer service, then Happy Limousine is for you. read more

I have been using Happy Limo to and from MCO to Disney ever since Disney cancelled the Magical Express. I cannot express how great they have been. Our flight was cancelled, and not only was it easy to reschedule, the driver kept in contact with me as we made other arrangements and picked us up the next day. When we changed our return date , it was again simple to change with a phone call. We've never had anything but wonderful drivers. Never use this limo service. They promised a chauffeur would be waiting at the bottom at baggage claim who would accompany us and assist us with the baggage. They did not provide these services which were promised in their confirmation letter. They did not contact us ahead of time to relay that they could not fulfill the promised services. When I tried to contact the company about their breach of promised services, they yelled at me and blamed me for their breach and hung up on me. They refuse to assist or fix the issue. read more

He picked me and my family of 8 up at the airport he texted us prior to introduce himself and then he met us right at baggage claim with a sign and he helped us collect all our luggage and then got us to our resort right on time. Family member used this service and was highly recommended, Because of this, I booked for transportation from MCO to Port Orleans Resort at Walt Disney World. We were 4 senior adults and were assigned a driver by the name of "Del" but had horrible experience with him. Reasons are: 1) no signage with our name to identify he was our driver but instead he called saying he 'was there.' 2) scruffy appearance - he wore a white long sleeved dress shirt (untucked) with a tie thrown around his collar but not tied 3) offered no assistance with our baggage from the baggage claim area to his car. 4) drove like a speed demon to the resort with weaving around cars a lot! I rated 1 star because he was at least on time. I plan to use this same service again on our next trip but will request that Del NOT be our driver. read more

Since Disney stopped their Magical Express service, I have been using Happy Limousine to get to Walt Disney World from MCO. We go twice yearly, so I use Happy Limousine for those WDW vacations. Since the first time using Happy Limousine, they have always kept updated on my upcoming trips and put me in contact with my assigned driver. I also find their pricing to be fair and competitive with the other companies. Upon arrival, our driver meets us at Baggage Claim and helps us with our luggage, The vehicles have always been cleaned and well maintained. The drivers have always been very friendly and knowledgeable of the area, giving new and old visitors great insight into where they are driving you to. On several occasions, I have had to make a few changes to my itinerary whether it was due to flight changes or of my own accord, and each time, Happy Limousine has worked with me on making those changes and immediately sending me their updated itinerary. Working with Happy Limousine has always been a flawless experience for me and my family. I highly recommend using Happy Limousine, you will not be disappointed. read more

Used this for party rental and it's rented by the hour, our friends and I rented it for 10hrs and they only offered drop off and pickup yet charged by the hour when driver was not available the entire time. Very bumpy charter bus more less a shuttle service and played the radio the entire time that kept going in and out. Far from a limo service of luxury, if you're looking for luxury or a service that the driver is available to you the entire time to take you places I would not recommend this company. Paid for the entire 10hrs and driver said what time do I pick you up and at that was 20min late for pickup. read more

HAPPY LIMO is NOT recommended! NOT SAFE! Both side doors of the van were open, the stool down, and we were instructed to board the vehicle. One person went inside, a second person was halfway in, with one foot on the step stool and the other in the van when the DRIVER DROVE FORWARD 3 FEET!! The driver said "they" told him he had to move forward. WHAT!?? I'm grateful nobody was hurt, as I was fortunately paying attention, yelled and grabbed the child! There could have been a serious injury. One of us older folks would have gone down for sure. I've kindly called the company to speak with the manager SIX TIMES within a week of the incident to resolve/acknowledge the situation and recommend this particular driver receive more training, but have only been put off with one excuse after another. Worse than 1 star-Not good. I have used Happy Limo for many, many years and was thrilled with having a guaranteed pickup/dropoff at MCO. During my last trip, 08/22, on our last day, I received a text from our driver to say "I just arrived at baggage claim7#". The major problem with this is, we were waiting for pickup at our hotel at the time to take us to the airport. After contacting the driver, and then the company, we were stuck. Happy Limo was pointing a finger at the driver and the driver was pointing a finger at Happy Limo. I was unable to get the company to focus on the issue...I still had to get to the airport from our hotel and Happy Limo was not focused on assisting us even though it was their error. Luckily, UBER is readily available in this day and age, so we were able to get to the airport in time for our flight. Additional communications with Happy Limo were less than helpful. While they did refund the cost, they never apologized for the error and I never heard back from them. I expect more from a company that I must rely on for transportation services. read more

If I could give worse than terrible I would. My family and I took our first family Disney trip over Thanksgiving of 2022. The Disney travel agent we used recommended Happy Limo for private transfers. Our ride to the airport was late but we arrived safely to our Disney resort. On Thanksgiving Day we took another Happy Limo transport to Universal for the second half of our trip. Once we were dropped off at our resort at Portofino Bay we unloaded all of our bags with the help of Portofino Bay staff. The Happy Limo driver got back into the passenger van and proceeded to REVERSE the van into the Portofino Bay workers, knock over and run over our luggage, and due to the fact that she didn't stop right away, one of the large suitcases fell onto my 7 year old son, he was sobbing. We were all SO shaken up, the driver got out shaken up as well and apologized and then got back in the van and left. My son had a red mark on his arm, he is fine but it could have been very serious. The staff at Portofino Bay wanted to take pictures of his arm etc... we aren't trying to start a major issue but when I called Happy Limo that day to report it the man I spoke with was rude and dismissive. After I explained what happened he said, "And who are you?" and then told me they didn't have a manager I could speak with and to call back. I did call back 3 times, emailed 2 times and nothing, not one phone call or response. I WOULD NEVER use this company again. Not only was our safety put at risk but a simple apology for the situation would have been the LEAST they could have done. The agent who recommended them told her boss and they have been removed from their referral list. Happy Limo was the only NOT magical part of our Disney trip. read more

We also used them to take us to and from Universal Studios on one of our days. Their service was truly outstanding, on time, efficient, comfortable and with very courteous, helpful drivers. Perhaps not the most eager to help with luggage, but whatevs. The dude taking us from hotel back to the airport didn't call and confirm. That kind of made my mom freak out. I reserved transportation for my party of 8 from MCO to Disney and return trip. I requested and paid for a car seat for my 22 month old grandchild. The driver was present at baggage claim when we arrived but did not assist us with luggage as I had expected. He pulled 1 of our 10 suitcases. Upon loading up in the van at the airport, the driver stated he forgot to bring the car seat. The air conditioning on the van did not work properly. There were vents for the seats in the back of the van but no air came out of those. I called the next day to report the issues and was refunded for the car seat. I confirmed that there would be a car seat and air conditioning on the return trip. We had the same driver on the return trip. He arrived to pick us up at the resort 20 minutes late and again without the car seat. He drove 20mph under the speed limit to the airport and weaved all over the road. I was worried he might be impaired. He had to keep picking up and looking at his phone for directions to the airport. What should have been a relaxing, carefree trip back to the airport turned out to be a stressful experience. Not only were we worried we might not arrive safely, we were also afraid we would miss our flight. When I called to report the issues with the return trip, the representative I spoke to did not seem to be concerned about the unsafe driving. I will not use them in the future. read more

We were caught off-guard considering service was pretty good until our return trip with Happy Limo. I was actually surprised to read any negative reviews for Happy Limousine as my experience with them left absolutely no room for complaints. Our large group of 65, traveling from California on two flights, needed a motor coach to take us to Port Canaveral. Our driver, Leo, showed up on time and with an attitude of cheerfulness and a level of professionalism that was exceptional. 65 people carry quite a bit of luggage, but Leo was quick and efficient in loading it into the luggage bay and we were rolling in no time at all. I'm a truck driver by trade, and I pay attention to safety on the road. Leo was a competent and safe, courteous driver. The bus we were riding in was clean and comfortable, and Leo pointed out the USB and 110V outlets available for charging our electronics. We arrived at our destination and Leo again displayed his professionalism by quickly offloading our luggage, then inspecting the coach for any items that may have been left behind. The logistics of moving a large group of people across the country and onto a cruise requires a bit of research and a lot of faith, there's a lot of parts that can go horribly wrong: delayed flights, glitches in hotel reservations, ground transportation and issues with travel documents. Happy Limousine not only went above and beyond our expectations in their part of our trip, they added to our many memories by providing exceptional, timely and professional service. We booked months in advance to get a limo pick up at the airport and surprise my son (who is obsessed), I figured it was worth the extra cost so that we could have a comfortable ride since we were arriving pretty late at night. The driver was late, we did not get the vehicle we wanted, in fact we ended up with a "party van" that had obviously been used and not cleaned and there was no apology from the company- they pretended like they "upgraded" us to this party van we did not want. I called them during our vacation multiple times and a manager never called me back to resolve my dissatisfaction. And then they attempted to cancel our return with no notice, and continued to charge me a higher rate to rebook. Unbelievable. read more

After reading about this company on mousesavers.com, it was a "no brainer" to book them to provide transportation to and from the airport during our Disney Cruise. The reservation process was extremely easy, payment was taken in installments, allowing the costs to be spread out and e-mail confirmation was promptly sent - that's the good news. The driver texted me earlier on the day of travel to introduce himself (very professional). I indicated via text that we would be arriving @ 10:30EDT. He mention he would be at baggage claim waiting for us. Upon arriving in baggage claim and expecting to see either someone holding a sign with our name on it, or at least someone in a Happy Limousine uniform - we saw no one fitting that description. Travelling with 3 children under 5 years old who were all tired and hungry from the long trip, I proceeded to collect the luggage (8 pieces in all + 2 car seats). All the while I noticed a man off in the distance looking at me struggle to get each piece of luggage off the conveyor belt. Finally, my wife approached the man and asked if he was our driver - to our surprise, he said YES. He had been there the whole time and never announced himself as our driver. He proceeded to shake my hand and said, "Sorry, I am just really tired and have had a long day." Exactly the words one would like to hear before getting ready to drive over an hour to the hotel - not! As I am talking to the driver, a porter approaches and seeing all the bags we have, asks if any assistance is needed. The driver quickly responds, "No, we got it!" I looked at the driver and thought "oh WE got it?!?" The driver begins taking the luggage and without a word starts walking away with them. Not sure of what was going on, I grab a couple of pieces and begin to follow. We finally make it to the van and as the driver is placing the luggage in the van, I tell him that I will begin installing the car seats. While I am struggling to get the car seats installed, I notice the driver standing there just watching me - not saying a word. I indicate to him that he should probably gather the rest of the bags and without any response, he is still standing there looking at me. We finally get all the luggage loaded and everyone in the van. I confirm with the driver which hotel we are going to and he says, "Raddisson or Renaissance...one of those, we'll get there!" I respond, "well, you should know where we are going" and all he says is, "we'll get there" While driving, we noticed that some of the A/C vents in the van were missing. We asked the driver to turn down the A/C as the missing vents were blowing directly on one of the babies. The driver, without saying a word, turned the A/C down. Cold air was still coming out so we asked the driver for something we could stick in the vents to block the air and he offered nothing. We finally had to use some blankets to stick in the vents. After arriving to our hotel, the driver began taking out our luggage. Again he simply watched as my wife tried putting the car seats into their travel bag without even offering assistance. Finally my wife had to ask that he assist her while I was checking in to the hotel. I called the company to complain and ensure that this driver was not the one that picked us up on the return and the company stated that they were surprised to hear the feedback because "he is our best driver!" The company wanted to get his side of the story which tells me the customer isn't as valued as they claim. The company called me back and all they would offer is that it was a miscommunication between me and the driver - to which i replied - there was NO communication. Conversely, our return trip was exactly how one would expect. The driver was courteous, extremely helpful and professional. The bottom line here is, there are a ton of services out there - this one didnt provide anything to differentiate themselves from the competition - there are things more important than price. read more

Awesome service from a great company. They met us at the airport, they had a car seat for the baby, they stopped off at the grocery store (for free!) to pick up food and drinks, and got us to the Dolphin Hotel in style. If you're staying at WDW and NOT doing Disney's Magical Express, this is the way to go. As good as it gets! Have used Happy Limousine both times my family has visited Orlando. By far one of the best tips from my research on all of the Disney boards (especially Mousesavers.com) We were met at the airport by our driver who waited patiently for us to deplane after a lengthy delay caused by that afternoon's thunder and lightening show. He was patient, professional and personable. Had arranged for a quick stop at the Publix (grocery store) and he was able to accommodate us even with the flight's delay. The gentleman who delivered us back to the airport was just as professional as the first driver. On time and willing to help us with our luggage. Renting a car, paying the parking fees at the hotel and at the parks doesn't make sense unless you're staying at a hotel that's off property. The shuttle service that both Disney and the "good neighbor" hotels are wonderful (generally on time, drops you off at the park(s) and are free). Using Happy Limousine made what is usually an expensive trip, a little more affordable or truthfully allowed me to buy another sweatshirt or four. You will be happy with their service! Will use them again whenever we return to Orlando! read more

Very professional. The website has an online chat option where you can chat with an operator if you have any questions. All the limo drivers texted me before my arrival to let me know their name and where they would be meeting me and just to confirm everything. I am a former happy customer of Happy Limo but my latest experience has caused me to not only not use them again, but pass the warning on to others. I received a quote via email for round trip transportation and was told to reference the quote when I made the booking. They sent confirmations for each leg of my trip that confirmed the correct times and made no mention that they were planning on charging me the quoted amount each way even though it stated round trip. I was given a quote for round trip, then charged that amount for each direction. When I reached out to them they said the quote was a mistake and they would not refund the difference. I have disputed the charge with my credit card and will be happy to provide copies of the quotes and subsequent confirmations if anyone would like to review them before booking. Quoting one amount and charging another is unacceptable. read more

If you need to get to Disney World from the Orlando International Airport and you are not using the Magical Express, I would highly recommend Happy Limo. My family has used this service more than once. While we usually opt for the "free" Disney bus service, it hasn't always worked. Awful. I paid in full and in advance for a Town Car to be taken from Universal Studios to the Disney Dream. It was a once in a lifetime trip with my children. They showed up with a 12 passenger van, claiming the car was unavailable and that the van was an 'upgrade'. Setting aside the fact that it wasn't even in the same category as what I had paid for, the van reeked of body odor. We were nauseous by the end of the drive. I complained via my travel agent. who has used them before, and Happy Limo gave me a 20% refund. I was told that someone from Happy Limo would call and speak with me - I never got a call. Happy Limo is amazing! Our travel agent recommended the company and arranged for our driver to meet us at the airport. Cal, our driver, is amazing and we wanted to invite him and his family over for barbecue & swimming! Our party of 12 with 10 pieces of luggage easily fit in a larger van and Cal stopped at a local Publix so we could stock up before getting to our rental house. Absolutely terrible experience. We booked and paid for a stretch limo. We got picked up by a dirty van. When I reported that wasnt the car I had paid for I was told the nasty van was an upgrade. It was filthy with dirty used glasses of liquid from the previous group transported. There was no fresh water. Barely any cold AC blowing on a 95 degree day. The hand rail to get it was missing causing issues for the members of our group that have mobility issues. The driver cut someone off on the interstate and we were inches away from getting smashed by the other car who was barely able to stop in time. I've made 4 attempts to reach management to get my issues addressed and reach a resolution. Each time they take my info and claim I will get a call back the same day. Still haven't heard from anyone. Avoid this company and Alsace yourself the trouble. It's awful experience and even worse customer service. read more

He is very professional and courteous and new exactly what to do, where to pickup luggage, and how to get to the resort. We also used them to get from WDW to Univerals Island of Adventure. Pick up and drop offs were smooth and on time. Will for sure use them again.
