We just completed our Disney/Universal trip and booked four rides with Good Ride Express. Short answer is I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone looking for clear communication or a reliable ride. We booked them because we were a party of 10 with four kids in car seats and they offer a 12 or 14 passenger van. I confirmed our dates and times multiple times with "Riland" from a Gmail email account (felt sketchy but we went with it). They showed up at the airport on our arrival with one car seat acting surprised we needed four. Ultimately, they found an additional booster seat in the back and we went with it. They also took us to and from Universal from our Disney resort one day - no issues there. Finally, we walk outside our hotel to leave at the requested time and they were not there. We called Riland and he raised his voice, yelling that our pick up time was 7pm (it was 730am for a 1020am flight, which I promptly sent him screenshots of our conversation that confirmed this). He said he was on his way and hung up. Not that it matters but I am a female and had to ask him to lower his voice several times during the call. My husband called him back for an ETA and his dimenanor had completely changed and he was very apologetic to him. Ultimately, we were able to find other transportation to the airport (incidentally, for a better price) but only with one car seat which is what we had planned so far in advance to avoid. Riland refunded us this last ride upon our request. Overall, using this company added a lot of unnecessary stress and ended our vacation on a sour note. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for transportation. read more

Our driver, Reuben, was on time at the airport. He was terrific! He made a quick stop at the Publix for us. He waited for us while we checked in at the resort and took us to our room. He drove carefully and was friendly and helpful as we are in our 80's with mobility challenges. read more

Used Good Ride for 2 vacations and found them to be completely reliable, with nice vehicles, good communication and reasonable rates. Riland has been our driver both times and he is friendly and dependable. Would have no hesitation in recommending them. read more

Riland provided round trip ride for our group of five. He was early for both trips. He drove safely and knew the way to our Disney resort. The vehicles were nice and one even had child car seats. We paid 180$ round trip and felt that was a good value for five people and non stop trip to our resort. He even offered to stop at a store but we didn't need one. Thanks Riland! We would use Good Ride Express again. read more
