Greg was great! He arrived on time, helped us 50+ women in the van and handled all of our many bags of luggage that we had overpacked for the cruise. He was very professional and personable. He communicated in advance his expected time of arrival for pick up and location. Jones Limousine is HIGHLY recommended. Definitely plan to use Jones Limousine in the future when taking another cruise from Port Canaveral.

My 7 friends were from all over the country and I wanted to ensure we ALL could enjoy the evening without being worried about having to drive or "be responsible" when having a couple of adult beverages. This was the best thing I could have done. It allowed us to enjoy the scheduled events. Greg was great! He arrived on time, helped us 50+ women in the van and got us all situated. He supplied ice and water and we came with out "extra" beverages. With the van's Bluetooth capabilities, we were able to JAM all the way to Orlando and back. His level of professionalism was/is unmeasurable. He dropped us off at the door of our various stops and picked us up without a problem right where he left us. After 7+ hours, we were returned to my home "safe and sound." I note that a couple of the ladies inadvertently left items on the van, i.e., cellphone and glasses, and when I called Greg, he searched for the missing items and then swung back to the house with t heir things. Jones Limousine is HIGHLY recommended. Definitely plan to use Jones Limousine in the future!

As soon as I departed the plane I turned on my phone and the voice message indicator beeped. It was our driver, (Pabvlo? He was Greek so I am sure that is not how you spell his name. My apologies.), and he told me that he was aware of the early flight as he was tracking us and he was waiting for us at the baggage claim entrance. He was very pleasant and a good driver. He had my two year old's car seat ready and six year old's booster seat in the very clean black Lincoln Navigator (SUV). He took us to the grocery store for a quick pick-up before we went to our hotel. As we entered our hotel driveway he arranged a price quote, for a round trip, from one of the hotel's SUV drivers for an outing that we had planned the next evening. He confirmed that the price sounded fair. We appreciated that extra help. Our second driver, (Ash) arrived a little earlier than scheduled as per my request without any question. He too showed up in a very clean black Cadillac Escalade (SUV) with car seats at the ready. He got us to the airport safely and on time. Pricing for both of these trips was terrific. Approximately $78 including tip pre-paid. We tipped a little extra on top of the pre-paid amount to each driver for their exceptional service. But you won't have to and they don't expect it or pressure you to do so. We definitely recommend this company and it's drivers if you are in the Orlando area.
