Elite Transportation runs a very efficient business! From beginning to end our experience was seamless. I looked for several chauffeured vehicles for this special prom night for my daughter and her friends!! I had 2 hours left to find someone. I'm thankful that Joe had availability....seamlessly took our info, sent an invoice and was there before time....ready to transport our princesses to Swan Reserve . Thank you Joe! read more

Incredible service. Cars are always clean. Friendly drivers. We love to use this company.

They were on time, friendly pointing out what new construction was going on. The driver made the ride smooth. I have severe anxiety and always manage to get a driver who speeds, takes corners too fast and I have to act like I'm going to be sick so they slow down. Not with this company. The driver took the back way (528) to the airport and I was able to be calm. Thank you for that! I would recommend using this transportation service. read more

They were wonderful! My daughter was so happy with the driver, the service and the follow through.

Used them twice in the last 24 hours Best company in this field i have ever dealt with Punctual - Courteous - Professional ZACK the driver was extremely well-mannered - proficient read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They do not show up. The phone number they provide and email when they send you your confirmation are worthless as they don't answer your call nor email. They will send you a text that your transportation is coming an hour before and then never show up. read more

Everything was great with their service. Arrived on time, courteous and friendly. Will definitely use again!

On time and great customer service. George, the owner, is right on top of what needs to be accomplished

I recently booked a round trip limo service to and from Disney Property from the airport. The limo was very clean and the driver was very professional. He arrived early on both days to ensure pick-up was on time. Elite stays in constant communication letting us know our limo had arrived as well. I would highly recommend their services. Joanna and her team are fabulous! read more

What can I say about A1 Elite!? Nothing but the best. Joanna is the true meaning of A1 customer service. With me being from out of town and not knowing it was prom season everyone and every place was booked up including A1 Elite. Joanna who I love so much worked me in so that my boyfriend can throw his best friend his bachelor party. I must have called her 1000x with all my questions and she was prompt, kind and helpful each and every time. I would recommend this company to anyone in or visiting Orlando. Thank you Joanna for all of your help and kindness! read more

BEWARE - SCAM!! I called this company, went to voicemail but I didn't leave a message. A few minutes later my phone rings with NO CALLER ID. I answer & it's Joanna. She seems very nice and because I read reviews here on Yelp that mentioned her name it all seemed like a normal transaction. I made the reservation, gave my credit card info etc. I asked when the card would be charged and she said this week. She provided a confirmation number and said she would send confirmation email. WELL a few hours later my credit card company contacted me with potential FRAUD!! Someone called them 4 times trying to access the account. This happened within minutes of the call I had with Joanna. I thought this might be coincidental. If this company was legitimate I would receive confirmation email & they would contact me when they attempt to charge my card and it's declined. This hasn't happened so I am convinced this company is responsible for the attempted FRAUD!! read more

Service was as per other reviews. Both drivers arrived on time each way. They loaded all of our many luggage and very courteous. Joanna was also great. She stayed in contact prior to and upon return pick up. Will definitely use again. We are already in process of booking our next cruise and will contact Joanna for transportation services. read more

My family and I used Joanna and her team to transport us from Disney Resorts to Port Canaveral and then back to Orlando International Airport. It was far and away THE most efficient and smooth process we've ever experienced. Joanna called both mornings of our pick ups to confirm our location and that of our wonderful driver, Brooklyn Joe. For a few dollars more than the Disney shuttles, my children had the experience of a lifetime! Leaving Wilderness Lodge was a sad day for all of us but Joe made it so special. He held up a sign with their names on it (we surprised them) and they climbed aboard the cleanest limo in Orlando; fully stocked with ice-cold bottled waters. Joe took care of our bags and off we went. We brought the Frozen DVD with us as recommended by Joanna and it seemed we were at our destination in no time. And I'm not going to lie, pulling up to port in a limo feels as awesome as it looks. The return trip from port to airport was just as smooth. We were tired and antsy after the long lines at customs but seeing Joe's smiling face again and his high-fives for the kids brought us right back to our happy selves. Not having the baggage hassle and not being on a bus full of tired and antsy people was priceless! If you've ever taken Disney transportation, you understand how uncivilized it can be. If you haven't, let me spare you the agony. First you have to wait until the ENTIRE bus is full - I mean FULL. Which ultimately means, there's a very strong possibility that your family will be separated. Then there's the crying. Unhappy crying or excited screaming makes no difference to me when it's someone else's child. Not to mention the germs that inevitably breed in public environments in Florida's heat and humility. GROSS. Trust me, this is THE ONLY WAY to travel. Let Joanna and Brooklyn Joe make your trip as memorable as they've made ours. read more

This is the company for transportation in the Orlando area!! They were professional and make customer service their #1 priority. We arrived in Orlando for my twins 10th birthday and they had a sign with the kids names on them and a bottle of Sparkling Grape Juice as promised. The driver was very nice and even took a picture with our kids and didn't rush us. He was sweet and cordial and made our first experience of Orlando memorable. Our return trip to the airport was the same experience. From start to finish, this company was amazing. Joanna was great in answering any questions we had and setting the whole things up was easy. Thank you so much!!! You made the beginning and end of our trip GREAT! read more

I don't live in Florida so I didn't have a local recommendation for a limo service. I instead had to call about 8 different transportation companies in the Orlando area for my sister's bachelorette party. After all my research, JoAnna and A1 Elite were by FAR the way to go! JoAnna was extremely polite and helpful over the phone to set everything up; I even had to make a change to our reservation and there were no issues. Diego, the driver, was excellent as well. On time, professional, courteous, clean & new vehicle, good rates, kept my little sister & friends safe while partying for her bachelorette festivities! Go with these guys!!! read more

Cant say enough good things about this company. Joanna and our driver Cesar were very accomodating and professional at all times. Best bachelorette limo service in Orlando, this luxury is worth every penny. Clean cars, very punctual and friendly. Thanks so much! Definitely reccomended and will use again. read more

I booked a vehicle for several trips and Joanna made everything so easy for me. This company treats their customers wonderfully and their drivers and cars are top notch. :) I highly recommend A1 Elite, and after using services all over the US.. They are the very best of the best. (See how I made that rhyme? I wasn't even trying!) read more

This is an above average car company in regards to customer service. I contacted Joanna around 2am(this is after hours- was on a night rotation) a few days prior to our pick up and she pleasantly fulfilled our requests for a post cruise pick up from Port Canaveral to the MCO area. We requested a Lincoln Stretch. This particular vehicle is showing its age both inside and out. It was the kid's first limo ride so it was good enough for that purpose. I'd book again based solely on the responsive and friendly customer service I recieved, although next time, we will request a newer vehicle. Most car companies are about the same- but again, the customer service here is second to none. Phone number is saved in my phone book. Will book again! read more

Excellent service. They accommodated us at the last minute when I was separated from my wife and infant and had to catch a later flight. I called A1 while they were in the air and A1 had a driver waiting for them on their arrival. A1 then called to tell me my family had arrived safely and were on their way to our hotel. I really appreciate the good service. read more

Once again, Joanna & her team were amazing! Joanna is friendly, always just a phone call away, knowledgeable & simply put, the reason A1 Elite is the only car service I would ever use. Her drivers are always professional and on time. I've already talked to Joanna about my next trip. Book with confidence. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy the ride. Many thanks again to Joanna for being so wonderful! read more

Just have to say what an amazing company A1 is! Joanna and her team are top notch! This is the second family vacation we have used them for and they have been so accommodating. I couldn't praise them enough!! read more

I booked a town car for my son's prom. Joanna was FABULOUS! Any and all questions and concerns that I had, she answered in a very calm and reassuring tone. I have to say that I as much as I travel and eat out, I have never felt so compelled to write a review for a company as much as I do now. From the minute I made my initial reservation to the very end, they made our rides so enjoyable and easy. Our driver Joe was excellent, and went out of his way to even get us to the store before we left on our cruise ship. And I have to especially remark on Joanna in the office who went above and beyond for our family. She was so pleasurable to talk to, and even has gone as far as getting me a replacement for something we lost during our trip back home. Again, the cost was better than any other I had found, and I would definitely recommend A! to anyone needing transportation in the Orlando area!!! read more

I'm so glad I read the other reviews. Don't worry that the website isn't perfect, just call. You are going to get 1st class treatment. I hired this company for a 4 hour charter for my wife's birthday. Joanna was so easy to work with and graciously accommodating when we almost had to change our plans at the last minute. Fortunately it worked out! Our driver, Nidal, had an umbrella for us and walked us to the car in the rain. He was always ready to go whenever we came out of a building- we never had to call him to come get us. The stretch Lincoln limo was beautiful -worn in a few places, but was perfectly clean and in working order. We had champagne glasses neatly laid out in the bar, and plenty of ice and bottled water ready for us when we got in the car. We also brought our own champagne at no extra charge. Thank you A1, Joanna and Nidal for the perfect birthday experience! read more

From the first time I spoke with Joanna until my group was taken to the airport, everything was perfect. Joanna helped me determine what vehicle was best and the drivers arrived on time each way. This was my first time requesting airport transportation and I would not hesitate to do it again. Thanks, Joanna, and A1 Elite Transportation! Keep up the good service! read more

We (three of us) used A1 for limo service from Port Canaveral to MCO. We scheduled the service via phone call with them about three days in advance. We gave them our CC info, arrival time, number of passengers, etc. On our return they called as we were getting off the ship and asked we call once we clear customs. We cleared customs shortly after - called them - and the driver was there in less that two minutes. The driver was very nice and the ride to MCO smooth. We dealt with Joanna - she was professional and responsive. We recommend A1 very highly. Rob S & Bill E read more

Talk about a great way to start our vacation! Even before we got to Florida, Joanna made the reservation process easy and fun. Every time I called to make any changes she knew who I was right away and was a pleasure to talk to. She even called me from the store to make sure she pruchased the correct drinks for our car. The driver was fantastic, especially towards our kids because I had mentioned that we reserved the limo to surprise them. He treated them like adults and they got a kick out of it. They were not the cheapest company I found but I feel like they were the best value for the money. Whenever I am in Florida, I am going to call them again for sure! read more

I used this service back in April. I went to the wrong location in the airport. When I called for help they walked me step by step to where I needed to be, giving land marks all along the way! All rides were on time. Both drivers were extremely professional. Kid Friendly service with booster seat ready to go. Cars are clean, and even smell good. I would recommend and use again. read more

My husband and I recent used A1 Elite Transportation while visiting Orlando to take us between our Disney resort and Universal for a day. I used A1 this past weekend they are excellent.. Drivers get there early and are friendly and even stopped us at the grocery store on our way to Port Canaveral. On our way from the cruise ship we departed earlier then planned and we were to get picked up at 8:15am and I called Joanna and she sent a ride early to get us. First off.. Joanna is a great person and from the start she made me feel comfortable and she's very friendly and kind and she took care of myself and my family from the time I called her right up to the end of our trip. If you need transportation in Orlando don't waste your time with other companies.. Call A1 Elite and you're thank me later! read more

A1 Elite is so AMAZING and Joanna is an absolute rock star! I am planning a trip to Disney World and decided to use their service instead of renting a car and I am so grateful to Joanna and her team. I used A1 this past weekend for a family trip from SFB to Universal. Joanna coordinated via text, email, and voicemail and we were able to coordinate a round trip service that I was very happy with. The driver from the a/p was on time and very friendly. The driver from Universal was only 5 minutes late. The from a/p transportation was a suburban; going back was a Cadillac sedan (a little tight for our family of 4 + driver). I would use these guys again. read more
