We booked all of our ground transportation with Orlando Transportation Specialists prior to our arrival. We paid in advance with our credit cards, so it made the travel very easy and stress free. When we arrived in Orlando our driver was waiting for us with our name on an iPad in the baggage claim area. He helped us with our luggage and took us out to the very clean, spacious town car waiting for us outside. We had the same driver on all three legs and he was very friendly, prompt and helpful. He drove us safely to all of our locations and made sure we knew where to go to meet him when we got back from our cruise. He always kept the car at a comfortable tempurature and was even aware of when we were having a conversation and kept the music turned low and when we mentioned loving a song, turned it up for us. He was both professional and fun at the same time. I would not hesitate to use them again, it was a very positive experience all the way around. He continued to ask for cash and said "the owner will call you". I showed him that the transaction has already gone through. "I'm not going to pay you twice and get no receipt that I paid in cash". BUYER BEWARE!!!! Their phone number immediately hangs up on you. Their social media is spotty at best. I attempted to give them the opportunity to respond before writing this. I received no response. He also had the nerve to ask for a "gift" after attempting to shake me down for cash and credit card payment. Maybe this is a single driver issue? Maybe the driver was the owner? Pay the extra money to schedule an Uber/Lyft ahead of time when needing a ride at a low volume time. ***Update**** Owner called me to apologize about the situation explaining he is attempting to have drivers take payments directly to cut out a middle man (card processors), but the online functionality has not been disabled to allow for clear communication between clients and drivers.
