After a tough trans-Atlantic trip home, no sight could have been better than seeing our driver Ryad waiting for us at baggage claim. Not only are they punctual, constantly communicative and willing to adjust as your needs do, they are genuinely nice people to deal with. And you give them your stops and drops and they will put a schedule together for your review and adjustment. Tremendous service. We were a party of 11 and they moved us to two different locations over a two week period and dropped us back at the airport - seamlessly. I honestly think they are the best value for money to move around Orlando that you can get and I looked around a lot when planning the vacation. They will be my first call anytime I'm in the area.

FFF Unreliable! I would give them zero stars if Yelp allowed it!…read more I called for a taxi, that never showed up even after multiple attempts to contact the dispatcher and the driver. 4:01 pm - Requested a taxi and told the dispatcher I needed to pick up my car at the shop. Gave him the address for the taxi to pick me up. I called right back because I forgot to leave my phone number. The dispatcher said he already has it on their caller id (this is important later). 4:10pm - Driver calls and asks me to text him my pickup address. He says he is doing a drop off, and that I am his next fare. Although I already gave the address to the dispatcher, I texted it to the driver as he requested. 4:16 pm - Driver texts me asking for the drop off location. Although I had given this information to the dispatcher also, I went ahead and texted that information to the driver as well. 5:55 pm - Driver still has not arrived, so I send him another text reminding him that the auto shop is closing in 1-hour. I never did get a response from the driver. 6:30 pm - (This is why the caller id was important) Attempted to call the taxi dispatcher to let them know the driver never arrived. However, when I called the phone rang three times and went to voicemail. 6:37 pm - Attempted to call dispatcher again, and this time the phone range once before I was sent to voicemail. Good thing this was not a life threatening need for a taxi! They are not reliable, and will never attempt to do business with them again!

To make matters worse, when they processed the refund, they sent it to a card that does not belong to me. I have been trying to get this resolved for almost 20 days, but customer support has been completely unhelpful. No one has taken responsibility or provided a real solution. This was clearly an error on Uber's system, but I am the one paying the price. It is unacceptable to keep a customer's money because of your own mistake. I expected much better service and accountability from a company like Uber.

This was on March 5 & I have yet to hear back & it is now March 9. Do you have any idea how many skeeters there are out here & how hungry the gators are? Needless to stay, you folks have not lived up to your 5 star rating! I finally made my way back to the east coast of Florida like Christopher Columbus did WITHOUT your help! You offer a fine reflection of good business practices from the community of Clermont. Luckily I am not the vengeful type to hold this against the good folks of Clermont. However I will NOT be patronizing your establishment on any of my return trips to the scenic city of Clermont. Future customers beware! Businesses need to learn that bad news travels faster than good.

We did have the driver waiting for almost 30 minutes before departure, so a waiting fee was absolutely fair and expected. However, instead of using a standard meter or charging a reasonable wait rate, he charged a completely arbitrary, forced flat rate of $64 total ($54 for a short 9-mile airport ride plus $10 for waiting). He didn't even provide any receipt. While the wait was our fault, charging illegal, unmetered rates to passengers is not the way to handle it. Use an official city cab or standard rideshare instead to ensure transparent pricing.
