Since Animal Kingdom Lodge is often one of the last stops on the shuttle route, we wanted to avoid turning the airport transfer into a 1.5-hour trip. My husband and I decided it would be worth it to book a direct ride to our resort instead. We were genuinely impressed. The SUV was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Fabian was an excellent driver -- professional, smooth, and incredibly accommodating. He even provided beverages for us during the ride. I almost never fall asleep during car rides, but the drive was so relaxing that I actually drifted off. Another huge plus was that the kids' booster seats and the baby's car seat were all included in the price, which made traveling so much easier for our family. We will absolutely be using this car service again for future Disney trips!

The gentleman who delivered us back to the airport was just as professional as the first driver. On time and willing to help us with our luggage. Renting a car, paying the parking fees at the hotel and at the parks doesn't make sense unless you're staying at a hotel that's off property. The shuttle service that both Disney and the "good neighbor" hotels are wonderful (generally on time, drops you off at the park(s) and are free). Using Happy Limousine made what is usually an expensive trip, a little more affordable or truthfully allowed me to buy another sweatshirt or four. You will be happy with their service! Prices were fairly comparable but what made Luna Negra Transportation stand out was their responsiveness and detailed communication. I wanted a 15 passenger van. Not only did they have the vehicle we were looking for, I appreciated the fact I was dealing with a family owned business. Add in I was communicating directly with the owner and she would be driving us to the port made the decision to hirer Luna Negra an easy one. Initially I requested we get picked up at 2 different hotels. Then I decided to rent a car. I emailed to ask if it was possible to add a third pick up location, the rental car drop off. location. After I sent the email I thought I was probably making things more complicated than necessary. Luna Negra contacted me to go over the details. He was prompt, friendly, respectful and patient with all the parent-paparazzi taking photos. He even rolled out the red carpet. When he dropped off the girls, they commented how nice he was. He even met them inside the lobby of the hotel rather than at the curb. Would definitely use Crown again and request Henry!

Doug the owner worked around all of our needs (always providing car and booster seats) and us changing times and dates a couple of times.
