Date of service: February 26, 2025 When my "go to" transportation service from Orlando to Port Canaveral was a no go (they don't operate on Wednesdays and directed me to Uber, which boggled my mind), I struggled to find another option until my fellow Yelpers came through with the high ratings for Cruise Control Transportation. While they didn't pick up from my hotel unfortunately, we took a quick Lyft over to the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport and Mark was there right on time to pick us up, even calling as he pulled up to let us know he was arriving. The van was clean and comfortable and everyone in our van was on the same cruise, which meant we had only a couple stops to make before heading right to the port. The price per person (about $25 plus tax) was cheaper than a Lyft and I know that next time we are going to Port Canaveral I need to stay at one of the hotels they come to and save a little extra $$. read more

February 2026. it was 45 degrees when we got of our cruise in port canaveral, they called to say they were a few minutes early because the weather was so cold. it was the nicest thing we could have heard. we were a group of 10 with 4 children under 6 years old and standing outside was our only option. they are wonderful. thank you again read more

After researching different shuttle transportation, we chose Cruise Control for a pick up from Carnival cruise terminal in Port Canaveral, Florida to Orlando International Airport. I received an email reminder a few days before the pick up and a text message on the pick up date with perfect instructions. The driver, Stephanie, called when she arrived to find out where we were. Amazing!! We booked Cruise Control round trip from MCO to Port Canaveral for our Carnival Cruise Vacation. Driver was on time for both trips, very professional, helpful, and great communication. My party of 3 were picked up on time in a Chevy Suburban. The ride to the port was smooth. My husband and I recently went on the Wonder of the Seas out of Port Canaveral. We needed a pick up from the Orlando airport to our hotel in Merritt Island the night before the cruise. I made a lot of phone calls and read lots of reviews. I decided to use Cruise Control Transportation, and I'm very happy I did! When we arrived in Orlando, I expected a 1-1/2 hour wait for the driver. However, we collected our luggage and went to the area where we were told to wait. The driver, Dan, called me and told me that he was waiting outside for us. He said he tracked our flight and saw that we had arrived early. We were so glad as it had been a long travel day. Corey was fabulous in communicating with us, both on this pick up and also the pick up after the cruise. I highly recommend this company if you ever need a ride from the Orlando airport to the Cape Canaveral area. read more

Excellent customer service and communication. I needed transportation for a recent cruise and this company had great reviews from others in the cruise groups. I called a week prior to my cruise and scheduled transportation (airport to hotel and port back to airport), the process was so easy and only took a few minutes to schedule. I received detailed instructions and a receipt in my email soon after I completed the call. The directions are very clear and even included pictures for the airport pick up location. Our driver did not send a text or contact us prior to arrival to the airport, but I won't hold that against the company (they are VERY BUSY). We were at the designated spot when the van arrived, so all was well. The ride took about 40mins to arrive to our hotel in Port Canaveral, seatbelts and COOL AIR were all in working condition for this long trip to our home for the evening. When we arrived from our cruise, Chris, our driver, arrived on time and in the designated spot sent in the text. He was so nice and engaging! He got us to the airport safe and sound, once again, a smooth ride, water was offered, and good ol' cold A/C blowing. I will definitely use this company again for transportation needs. Set up transportation from Orlando Airport to our Cape Canaveral hotel about a week prior to travel and we're very happy with how it all worked out. I got a text while at my home airport even before departing, from the driver with a picture of him and the vehicle. I appreciate that as it is very chaotic curbside in Orlando. He then gave us a call 10 minutes prior to our pickup time. We were walking through the airport and he guided us to the pickup spot. Clean van and very friendly driver who even recommended to us a lunch spot in Cape Canaveral! Great experience and we booked a return trip back to Orlando Airport in a few days. read more

We used Cruise Control in October 2022. SWA lost our luggage and I had to deal with that upon our arrival. The driver wanted to leave us at the airport. Given that he didn't leave us, and our subsequent trip from a Disney resort to the Port was excellent, we opted to use them again last week (February 2023). For this latest trip, the transportation from MCO to the resort was fine. When it came time to get us to the Port, we received a call that morning, and it appeared that everything was in order. This driver did NOT help with luggage. Did NOT have the needed car seat for our grandson. Then proceeded to take us to some strip mall parking lot to find a car seat from a trailer in the lot. Eventually we found something, although it was filthy. 40 minutes later, we get started for the port. Twice during the ride, I thought I was going to have to take the wheel as the driver was swerving. He sat in the fast lane, at the speed limit, when there was no traffic in the slow lane. Exposing my family to angry Florida drivers as they went by. When we arrived at the Port, he again did not help with the luggage. When I contacted Cruise Control, I was told that our original driver was in an accident and this guy was someone that wasn't even from Cruise Control. Corey at Cruise Control put my family at risk. We will NOT use them again. They obviously have no depth to be able to handle emergencies. The owner (Corey) was on a cruise at the time. While I appreciate the effort to not abandon us, it wasn't worth putting our family at risk. It also became obvious that there's no one to run the company locally when he's not there. An apology was received, but Corey did nothing to recognize that he put our family at risk and we were still charged full price. We would have been better off with Uber Black. read more

I just used Cruise Control to get from my hotel in Orlando to the Port Canaveral cruise port and back from the cruise port to the MCO airport. I had read great reviews and loved the price. I HAVE NEVER HAD BETTER SERVICE!!! NO LINES ON TIME EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION Best of all Corey was the most helpful and personable driver I have ever had. Do not hesitate to use this service! Signed up for the shuttle for our trip from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral. Our driver was right on time, shuttle was clean and air conditioned on a hot day, driver gave us a bottle of water. Very good. But that's expected. What sets these guys apart is the service we received on the way back. The ship was late getting into port, we missed our shuttle, I called Corey at the home office and explained to him what happened and he bent over backwards to make sure there was another shuttle available to get to us the airport. That, my friends, is going over and above. I don't how often I will be going to Orlando on cruises, but every time I do, this is the service I will use. Guaranteed. read more

We used Cruise Control Transporation to travel from Orlando to Port Canaveral for our cruise. We decided to get to there a day early so getting to the port was not stressful. Instead of using Uber or Lyft, we booked Cruise Control Transportation, so we knew we would get there in time. The driver, Stephanie called me 10 minutes before arriving to tell me how far out she was. She was prompt in picking us up from the hotel. She was very helpful, friendly and the van was nice and cool. She knew exactly where to drop us off and we didn't have to wait in a line of cars. We also used Cruise Control Transportation to pick us up from the port to the airport. Once again, Stephanie was our driver. We were very happy to see her again. We booked with Cruise Control Transportation in March for transportation in July from Orlando Airport to Cocoa Beach hotel. The booking process was accurate and without issue received all documentation from staff member Cory. This is where things breakdown. Our pick up time at airport was 2:00 PM. Upon arrival at approximately 1:15 PM. there were heavy thunder storms shutting down airport operations, thus luggage was delayed. . Cory called asked if we were on the way to the meeting point and I advised him we had to wait for luggage. At. approximately 2:30 PM Cory called, told us he had to leave because other passengers were in the vehicle and all other shuttles were filled for the rest of the day. Cruise Control Transportation left us stranded at the airport they were insensitive to the situation and failed to provided any alternative means of transportation. They did offer 50% refund after providing no service. We spend a few $$$$ to go on vacation so we used Uber and continued our trip. If Cruise Control Transportation needs the money that bad I hope they enjoy it.
