I had a very concerning experience this morning around 7:50 a.m. on SR-528 West involving one of…read moreyour company vans. There was a serious accident on the right shoulder, and as required by Florida's Move Over Law, traffic was moving into the left lane to provide emergency responders with proper clearance. I activated my turn signal well in advance and had sufficient space to safely merge into the left lane, just as other vehicles were doing. Instead of allowing me to merge, the driver of your company van continued accelerating toward my vehicle and nearly rear ended me. He repeatedly blew his horn even though my turn signal had been on and I was legally moving over. I even had to roll down my window to signal that I was complying with the law and safely changing lanes. After passing the accident scene, I moved back into the right lane. Your driver then accelerated aggressively, passing me while traveling at what appeared to be an excessive speed. Throughout the remainder of the drive toward Cape Canaveral, the driver continued following other vehicles too closely and driving at a speed that appeared unsafe. This isn't simply about being frustrated. The driver's actions created a dangerous situation that could have resulted in a rear end collision while motorists were attempting to comply with Florida law and protect emergency personnel at the scene of an accident. I respectfully ask that you investigate this incident and speak with the driver about safe driving practices, including Florida's Move Over Law, proper following distance, and allowing other motorists to merge safely. If necessary, I believe the driver would benefit from remedial driver safety training. Safety should always take priority over arriving at a destination a few minutes sooner.

Both drivers we used were courteous, timely, and professional. The vehicles were spacious and clean. One of the drivers even played a Disney playlist for my 5 and 1 year olds. I sent my family on a cross-country trip without me and…read morethe first thing they would need to do is get in a car for an over 30 minute car ride with a complete stranger. I had no idea who to trust and the first impression they get would be critical to a good trip (not even factoring the essential safety and security concerns). Based of the Yelp reviews, I decided to call Asem. Reassuring, fair and compassionate, I went with my gut and went with Fleet Transportation. Great decision. The fam's flight got there early - and Asem and his team were there. However, the flight sat waiting for a gate 30 minutes - no problem. Without going on forever, Asem worked with my wife and kids to make the experience a memorable one. It's all I could ever ask for as a husband and a father. Asem sent me a text with a picture showing my family safe and sound and having fun...that's how much attention to detail he paid. Bottom line, I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Asem and Fleet Transporation.

He had water in the vehicle, which was a big help for us because we had been traveling all day and we hadn't had enough water. On top of that, the MCO airport train was down, so we literally walked all of our carry-on luggage across an outside bridge all the way to the main terminal. He was very helpful at for our return back to the MCO Terminal. He had given us a bunch of snacks for our train trip on the Brightline and dropped us off without any issues for our train. So far, we will be using their services again because it was just so easy, and Sam was very professional and nice. The quality of the SUV was great, and his driving never made us feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

They provided an absolutely flawless experience for us, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the moment our driver greeted us, we knew we were in good hands. He was early (a huge plus!), extremely well-presented, and immediately helpful with our bags. The vehicle was stunning--spotless interior, smelled fresh, and the ride was incredibly smooth and quiet. While they didn't pick up from my hotel unfortunately, we took a quick Lyft over to the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport and Mark was there right on time to pick us up, even calling as he pulled up to let us know he was arriving. The van was clean and comfortable and everyone in our van was on the same cruise, which meant we had only a couple stops to make before heading right to the port. The price per person (about $25 plus tax) was cheaper than a Lyft and I know that next time we are going to Port Canaveral I need to stay at one of the hotels they come to and save a little extra $$.
