Our flight arrived 45 minutes early, and true to their word, the driver was tracking our flight and was waiting for us at baggage claim. Jorge was incredibly kind and even asked if we needed to make any stops before heading to the resort. For our return trip, we needed to be at the airport at 5:00 AM, and the driver was right on time waiting in the hotel lobby. Very professional service from start to finish. I found this shuttle googling and booked in advance and got Joe as my driver. He called me the night before (though I missed the call) and well in advance of my landing to confirm that I had arrived and when he would pick me up. I could not have had a better driver for the ordeal we went through. There was a major accident on the highway with delays of two hours. Though it took us almost three hours to get to Ocala, it was not within his control, but he tried his best to take an alternate route which likely got us there in more time than we would have if we had gone on the highway. Joe was friendly and knew a lot about the area. I felt badly I was so tired, but he took it all in stride and got me directly to my destination. Though I was nervous at first booking a shuttle I didn't know anything about, and wasn't sure if it would be reliable, I was left pleasantly surprised. Would recommend.
