We were a party of 11 and they moved us to two different locations over a two week period and dropped us back at the airport - seamlessly. I honestly think they are the best value for money to move around Orlando that you can get and I looked around a lot when planning the vacation. They will be my first call anytime I'm in the area.

I had a very concerning experience this morning around 7:50 a.m. on SR-528 West involving one of…read moreyour company vans. There was a serious accident on the right shoulder, and as required by Florida's Move Over Law, traffic was moving into the left lane to provide emergency responders with proper clearance. I activated my turn signal well in advance and had sufficient space to safely merge into the left lane, just as other vehicles were doing. Instead of allowing me to merge, the driver of your company van continued accelerating toward my vehicle and nearly rear ended me. He repeatedly blew his horn even though my turn signal had been on and I was legally moving over. I even had to roll down my window to signal that I was complying with the law and safely changing lanes. After passing the accident scene, I moved back into the right lane. Your driver then accelerated aggressively, passing me while traveling at what appeared to be an excessive speed. Throughout the remainder of the drive toward Cape Canaveral, the driver continued following other vehicles too closely and driving at a speed that appeared unsafe. This isn't simply about being frustrated. The driver's actions created a dangerous situation that could have resulted in a rear end collision while motorists were attempting to comply with Florida law and protect emergency personnel at the scene of an accident. I respectfully ask that you investigate this incident and speak with the driver about safe driving practices, including Florida's Move Over Law, proper following distance, and allowing other motorists to merge safely. If necessary, I believe the driver would benefit from remedial driver safety training. Safety should always take priority over arriving at a destination a few minutes sooner.

This caused us to have to walk 2 miles each way from drop off to Boathouse with no strollers or WC's. VERY HOT outside & sooo many people wandering around. With a limo you expect door to door service !!!! It was your job responsibility to mention this when I first told you about dining at the Boathouse at Disney Springs!! The Only Transportation We'll Use in Orlando - True Luxury and Top-Notch Professionalism!…read moreIf you're tired of unreliable rides or mediocre service in the Orlando area, you absolutely have to try Ace Luxury Transportation Orlando. They provided an absolutely flawless experience for us, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the moment our driver greeted us, we knew we were in good hands. He was early (a huge plus!), extremely well-presented, and immediately helpful with our bags. The vehicle was stunning--spotless interior, smelled fresh, and the ride was incredibly smooth and quiet. It truly felt like a luxury experience, not just a car service. The booking process was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear email and text updates leading up to the trip. Knowing that reliable transport was secured took away all the typical travel stress. They are efficient, responsive, and clearly prioritize the client experience. Worth Every Penny (Great Value!): While this is a premium service, I firmly believe you get excellent value for your investment here. The guaranteed punctuality, safety, comfort, and sheer professionalism make this service stand far above standard car services. For a stress-free start or end to your trip, Ace is the way to go. Highly, highly recommend. Five stars all the way!

We've done this for years. This specific trip, we'd already done Epcot and to our hotel (Waldorf-2.8 miles away) five times. Never over $13 with a taxi. We usually just go with the first taxi that approaches us and confirm that they are metered and a taxi, versus a chauffeur or something else. NEVER in years have had an issue. We get into the Blue Horizon car: not advertised anywhere: just says "Taxi." And I asked if he was a metered taxi driver, he said yes. We started noticing the meter was over $37 when we turned onto the main road our hotel is on. I asked wtf was going on and who he worked for. He made up some excuse about fees and high meters on Friday. I said this is a huge scam and he acted as if this was my first time and told me "he'd get me if I couldn't afford it." We paid him $37 in cash and told him to quit scamming people and lying. I also reported him to our hotel and made a written complaint to Disney to, hopefully, ban this company from entering the property. I really hope this helps someone. We're pretty seasoned world travelers and big Disney goers and I've never been scammed like this after asking if someone is a metered taxi driver and they gave a sign stating so.

Orlando Executive Transportation was everything I was looking for. The online booking process was easy. I spoke to a live person who was super friendly and helpful. When we arrived in Orlando the chauffeur was waiting in baggage claim with a sign with my name on it. He was attentive, and professional. My daughter accidentally left some non-critical items in his vehicle. I reached out to him and he was responsive and patient. Orlando Executive Transportation ensured that we got the items back on our return trip to the airport. Not only did they have the vehicle we were looking for, I appreciated the fact I was dealing with a family owned business. Add in I was communicating directly with the owner and she would be driving us to the port made the decision to hirer Luna Negra an easy one. She told me she could add the additional stop but because of the extra time and distance she would have to increase the quote. The increase was very modest and more than fair. The bottom line, Luna Negra made everything really ease! Her communication the day of pickup was excellent. The 15 passenger van was spacious and comfortable. Plus it held all of our luggage! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN!! I booked back in July for our trip last…read moreweek and made it very clear that I needed two car seats. One for a one year old and one for a 3.5 year old. Both trips they only gave car seats that were front facing. The first trip I let it go even though it was terrifying to have my husband hold his arm up against our barely 19 lb one year old to protect him but the second trip I realized this company truly doesn't care to keep kids safe. I had to sit back with my son to keep my arm against my son to make sure if there was an accident that he would hopefully be protected but it was so stressful. Speaking to their management they tried to pin it on me that I didn't ask for specific car seats. They had me give the age of my kids when I booked. I even double checked before my trip that they'd have a car seat specifically for a one year old and one for a 3.5 year old. Those ages are specified multiple times on my confirmation emails and my invoice. In what world do you put a one year old in a front facing car seat that's at least not convertible to put them in facing the back?! They offered a refund for the car seats cost but at this point I don't care if I get it or not. I care that no one ever books with this company that has small children because they will not take the time to make sure your kids are safe. There were other issues too with having the driver not be at baggage like they said they would and having to push for help with our bags but that's low on the totem pole. This company is garbage and should be ashamed of themselves.
