The limo was prefect, it was stocked with water, mixers and ice as well as stemware. It was even decorated inside for her birthday. My sister was absolutely surprised by the limo and couldn't stop talking about it! It was the highlight of the night! We traveled an hour to our destination in comfort and after our dinner show Sydney and our awesome ride were waiting for us right where he said they'd be. It was such a treat to be able to ride in comfort without worry. From start to finish a great company to rely on. We were very please with their service and product and would book again!

At $25 (one-way), this was the cheapest option I found for a ride from the port to the airport, and…read moreit was a GREAT deal. It's just a small bus that fits about 14 people. It picks up where all the airport shuttles pick up at Port Canaveral, and drops off at whichever terminal you need. It's a smaller operation so there aren't a ton of scheduled times available; I booked mine about a week before I needed it and had to settle for their latest time. The driver was timely and professional. I would not hesitate to use this airport/cruise port shuttle service again in the future.

Date of service: February 26, 2025…read more When my "go to" transportation service from Orlando to Port Canaveral was a no go (they don't operate on Wednesdays and directed me to Uber, which boggled my mind), I struggled to find another option until my fellow Yelpers came through with the high ratings for Cruise Control Transportation. While they didn't pick up from my hotel unfortunately, we took a quick Lyft over to the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport and Mark was there right on time to pick us up, even calling as he pulled up to let us know he was arriving. The van was clean and comfortable and everyone in our van was on the same cruise, which meant we had only a couple stops to make before heading right to the port. The price per person (about $25 plus tax) was cheaper than a Lyft and I know that next time we are going to Port Canaveral I need to stay at one of the hotels they come to and save a little extra $$.

After experiencing Grayson and their outstanding service we will never do it any other way. Pick up at the airport was flawless. The driver was pleasant, personable and helpful. We decided to take a trip to Florida and time was tight so instead of an Uber we decided to order a…read morecar through Grayson. Two people, no luggage, flight information given ahead of time, and our flight was on-time. The driver texted once to say to let us know when we were in the tram at MCO. We texted him as the tram pulled up. We arrived at the baggage area (no bags but that's where we were instructed to meet) and our driver was nowhere to be found. We texted multiple times, waited and still nothing. Other car service drivers were waiting for their riders at the bottom of the escalator. I finally had to call him and ask where he was. I told him we were waiting at the bottom of the escalator near baggage claim 12. He said he'd be pulling up in a just a moment so we went outside to wait under the 12. We waited outside and 5 more minutes passed without contact. I called him again and he came outside from behind us. He then made excuses about the weather, "being diverted to the red lot" and not knowing if our flight would be delayed due to weather...he had our flight information. He took us back inside and down an elevator to an underground area for where he parked (close to the elevator) and we found that we were riding in a black cargo van. Yes, a Mercedes cargo van, but not a town car as ordered. The driver was perfectly polite, got us there safely, and tried to make small talk about the weather and the area. The issue is that we paid 2-3 times as much (plus. 25% tip) as compared to an Uber to have the driver waiting for us with our name on a placard. Instead, we had to do the lifting on communication and finding him. He had one job outside of driving point A to B for us and that was to be there at the bottom of the escalator waiving a sign with our name on it. The 2 Stars are for the safety and the ride. The lack of the other 3 is for zero communication, being late, and for making us have to search the area to find him. I would not book with Grayson again. Uber Black is the way to go for a better price.
