I did not know how she was going to manage her bags, or how she was going to get home, because her flight was delayed and she was now going to miss the final transport back to her hometown. She is an anxious traveler to begin with, but this was more than she could handle. If I hadn't found the wonderful people at Imperial Transportation, my mom would have had to sleep in the airport until the next shuttle in the morning. When I called Imperial to see if they might be able to help us, I spoke to Kamel. He was amazing and reassuring. I told him that my mom would not be able to manage her baggage by herself. He assured me that the driver would meet her at baggage claim to help her. I told him that her plane had already been delayed twice, and I asked, "If it got delayed again, would she be at risk for being stranded at the airport?" He said, "Absolutely not! Once a driver is booked and assigned, we track the flight and meet the client, whenever they land, guaranteed." Well, everything went as planned. My mom was greeted with a sign at baggage claim (she thought this was very fancy!), and she told me that the driver was simply wonderful; so kind and attentive, and that the car was very big, clean and impressive. So, I just want to give Imperial Transportation and their wonderful staff the biggest hug, for helping us manage what was a VERY Stressful day! If I couldn't be there to help my mom myself, I'm so grateful that Imperial Transportation was there! We highly recommend them.

He is personable, intelligent, and made sure that everything was done to make our transportation to and from the port effortless. Jeb has a beautiful Lincoln Town Car with big, soft, cushiony seats in the back. He took our luggage and placed it in the trunk for us and just made sure that my wife and I were totally comfortable in our trip up to the port. I can't tell you how convenient it is and frankly how much money we saved by not paying for parking at the port. And the fact that we didn't have to wait in line, get our car, and pay the large fees associated with parking at the port made Jeb's service even more valuable to us. There he was waiting for us when we got off the ship and I was back at work 40 minutes after getting off the ship. Jeb provides a service that is geared to the customer. The car was immaculate and the level of service was superb. I certainly can highly recommend Jeb Ashley for your transportation needs. Sincerely yours, Lee N. Sheldon, D.M.D.

I had no idea who to trust and the first impression they get would be critical to a good trip (not even factoring the essential safety and security concerns). Based of the Yelp reviews, I decided to call Asem. Reassuring, fair and compassionate, I went with my gut and went with Fleet Transportation. Great decision. The fam's flight got there early - and Asem and his team were there. However, the flight sat waiting for a gate 30 minutes - no problem. Without going on forever, Asem worked with my wife and kids to make the experience a memorable one. It's all I could ever ask for as a husband and a father. Asem sent me a text with a picture showing my family safe and sound and having fun...that's how much attention to detail he paid. Bottom line, I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Asem and Fleet Transporation.
