We weren't sure what a "sweet 16" looked like during covid. We had reservations out at Disney Springs and realized our car wasn't big enough to fit 9 of us back and forth. So we decided to rent a limo as part of the experience and it was the best decision ever!! Charlie, our Chauffeur, showed us an amazing time, from catering to our basic needs of putting sodas in the limo to photo ideas for our daughter and her friends with the limo. He was friendly, outgoing and served our every need. I highly recommend Orlando Chauffeured Services for your Limo needs and Charlie if you can secure him as your driver! read more

Great service!!! Extremely courteous driver. highly recommend. Driver talked to my 3 1/2yr old grandson about Disney world. He was so thrilled to hear him talk about it. Made our drive to our hotel awesome!! read more

Very efficient, no problems with communication as my drivers were in contact to let me know where they were and when they were arriving. I chose limo service from Orlando Airport to the Grand Floridian and the cars were in very good condition. I would have liked a TV, and my return driver did not open the door for us and left the divider down, so I have subtracted a star. Owner is a pleasure to deal with. Will call next time I need a ride. read more

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Justin arrived exactly on time to take our kids - 8 total, to their senior prom. The kids had a blast and Justin had them home right on time. Justin texted me each time they went somewhere and their ETA. I honestly couldn't recommend this company more. Professional, courteous, prompt, safe and friendly! Thank you to the company and Justin for helping make this a night to remember for the our seniors of 2023! read more

Our flight arrived on time, and we proceeded to luggage claim where we were met by Charlie, our driver, with the sign calling for us. It was such a joy to see his smiling face as he guided us through baggage claim and into our car. Charlie offered us drinks and made sure we were comfortable. The ride was smooth and quick. Charlie was delightful and we really enjoyed his conversation. We have used Orlando Chauffeured Services many times over the last few years, Why? Because everyone connected with the company, from the operator to the reservation specialist to the expert drivers who are wonderful and make one feel like a million bucks! read more

Thank you for making my day super special. The driver Ray came on time and picked us up with red carpet service. He even toured us around the city before our event because we were early. Because we forgot something in the hotel, he went back to the hotel and we were still on time for our event. Ray was friendly, outgoing and we enjoyed talking to him about the area. He even gave us private time so we can talk among ourselves and enjoy the limo ride. We felt like rockstars driving around the city. We will definitely book Ray again anytime we need car service. Thank you, Ray. You have a loyal customer. read more

Let's talk about our driver Danny...AMAZING! By the end of our 7 day trip he felt like family we were leaving at the airport! There was nothing Danny didn't do for us and it was the best feeling to give him a hug after we got engaged. I can't wait to go back to Orlando to see Danny again! He's truly the best! read more

great service! Driver was really nice. will for sure use them when ever I need a limo.

We were forced to cancel our trip due to our flight being cancelled and we called to see if there was anything that could be done. They said that we had to pay the full amount regardless- including a 20% tip for service that we were not going to receive. The flat rate is one thing, but having to tip someone for something that they aren't doing seems wrong. I would never use this service if there is any chance of bad weather. read more

Charlie and Carlo were so nice and welcoming. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Highly recommend them!

Once again outstanding service from OCS! Daniel made sure our schedule was updated with each change and Charlie got us to our WDW destination safely to start our week off and ended with Darrick dropping us off for our trip home. Always makes us feel like family friends and go above and beyond. If you need transportation to and from the Orlando Airport this is the go to service! read more

I used OCS for my wedding and the service was phenomenal!! Charlie was our driver both to the venue and home and I cannot express how amazing he was! He was so nice and hospitable and we couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you OCS! read more

I wasn't able to do business with Daniel yet but his responsiveness thru the app was fantastic. My rating is for good customer service before the sale. The sale will be in the future. He certainly made a great first impression. read more

GREAT SERVICE! Great price! I booked them last minute for an airport transfer from Orlando to port Canaveral (literally as I was boarding my flight to FL). They were great! Great communication, Charlie came to baggage claim and helped us with our bags and his car was parked right out front. So much better than Uber! Thank you Charlie and Daniel! read more

The limo driver Ali, was courteous and prompt. His vehicle was clean and he demonstrated excellent driving skills. I booked this company upon searching for reliable transportation to and from Port Canaveral for our family cruise. These guys were FANTASTIC!!! I can't say enough good things about them. They called us as soon as our flight landed and were waiting for us in baggage claim at the bottom of the escalators upon arrival into the Orlando airport. We had a very early flight back home and were concerned with getting off the ship and back to the airport in time. OCS was waiting for us and we arrived at the airport worry and stress free! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Fast, friendly, reliable, and professional. Book your transportation with OCS if you want a hassle free, worry free experience. I will definitely use their services next time I'm in town. Thanks OCS! read more

If you need a ride from airport to the resort this is the way to go! Derrick was waiting for us when we arrived even though we had a delay in our flight & Surprised us with a beautiful car. Excellent company! We booked for a party of 12 to go to the Disney cruise port in Port Canaveral from Orlando and back to the airport after. We were picked up at the time designated and the staff was very professional. Limos were very clean and stocked with water bottles for us. Great experience for the kids and much better than riding the Disney bus. The driver even stopped at a grocery store and liquor store for us in route. read more

Waiting on the phone 25 minutes so far simply to confirm our pickup time. The only think the person who picked up the phone said was "please hold." I didn't say a word yet. Update: Now they've hung up without ever taking my call. Unfortunately I prepaid a round trip. Don't make that mistake! For the inbound trip, our driver Paul was very professional and prompt. Unfortunately he was actually early. At booking, I asked to have the driver arrive a bit after the flight to allow us time to pick up our checked back. However, he arrived before the flight was due. When we asked him to wait for us to get medicine for our son out of our bag, we were advised there would be an additional charge. read more

These guys are great! Picked us up from the airport and had water and balloons ready for us. It was VERY EASY to keep in contact with Daniel who was very accommodating. They are also very competitive price wise. I had other companies quote me double what they charged. If you are looking for a good value and nice staff, this is the right place! read more

Absolutely the best service and best value for the money. We were 7 on an Royal Caribbean cruise. Limo was there before we arrived at the airport. Communication was excellent. At the end of the cruise, the same thing again. Stretch limo fit all seven of us easily. Easy and convenient, relaxing drive. No worries. Just the way is should be! So much better than the cattle busses that the cruise line uses. We cruise frequently, and we will absolutely use them again! read more

My family has used this company many times. We have used them to bring us to and from the airport and to bring us to dinner. Each driver is kind, respectful, and courteous. They respond promptly and we have yet to have any issues. Would definitely recommend! read more

We had a great experience with booking and using Orlando Chauffeured Services last month. We had planned to use them for an entire day to travel to/from a concert, however, plans changed and we could not make the concert. Instead, Daniel was very accommodating in letting us modify our plans. Our driver showed up 30 minutes early and was very friendly. The 8 Passenger Lincoln MKT Limousine was in perfect- new condition, clean, and just as advertised in the pictures that were sent. Highly recommend using OCS for your next event/evening out, we will be reaching back out again! read more

Danny is as stand up of a guy as they come and he takes great pride in his vehicles. That is rare anymore in the limousine business. Most owners are out of mind, out of sight. read more

Excellent professional service! I was a little bit afraid to pay for transportation service for a quick cruise getaway for my bday but I had missed the opportunity to get the cruise transfers and taxi was estimated to be about $120 on taxifare.com. I did so much research on the different transport services to the port canaveral area. The cheap ones seemed amazing deals but skeptical and were backed by there reviews. So I opted for OCS and I'm thankful for the efficient and wonderful service they provided me on my quick bday getaway cruise. They seem to want to be on time when picking you up so they make sure to call you on your arrival and departure day (each driver). They follow your flight schedule and meet you at baggage. Our first driver to the port was I believe named Otis. Very friendly and had lots of information about the orlando area. The second driver who picked us up I can't remember but he was also friendly and professional as well. They are licensed professionals and have the necessary tags on their vehicles if your considering about legality and safety which I didn't think of when looking and considering those cheaper transportation companies. They're also BBB certified. Vehicles were roomy and clean but I had only opted for the town car which is roomy. Next time I have my cruise or will be in the Orlando area I'm definitely scheduling with them again. read more

Great service, driver waited 2 hours for us when our ship was late reaching back to the port.

We checked numerous shuttle services in the area and found Orlando Chauffeured Services would fit our needs. Our driver was prompt, courteous and helpful. We arrived in plenty of time to board our Disney Cruise and when we returned our driver appeared within 10 minutes of us disembarking. We couldn't be more happier with our choice of OCS; it sure beat being on the Disney Shuttle bus. Thanks again for your service, it was well worth the price for the convenience and the luxury.
