Very efficient, no problems with communication as my drivers were in contact to let me know where they were and when they were arriving. I chose limo service from Orlando Airport to the Grand Floridian and the cars were in very good condition. I would have liked a TV, and my return driver did not open the door for us and left the divider down, so I have subtracted a star. Owner is a pleasure to deal with. We were forced to cancel our trip due to our flight being cancelled and we called to see if there was anything that could be done. They said that we had to pay the full amount regardless- including a 20% tip for service that we were not going to receive. The flat rate is one thing, but having to tip someone for something that they aren't doing seems wrong. I would never use this service if there is any chance of bad weather. read more

Excellent company! We booked for a party of 12 to go to the Disney cruise port in Port Canaveral from Orlando and back to the airport after. We were picked up at the time designated and the staff was very professional. Limos were very clean and stocked with water bottles for us. Excellent professional service! I was a little bit afraid to pay for transportation service for a quick cruise getaway for my bday but I had missed the opportunity to get the cruise transfers and taxi was estimated to be about $120 on taxifare.com. I did so much research on the different transport services to the port canaveral area. The cheap ones seemed amazing deals but skeptical and were backed by there reviews. So I opted for OCS and I'm thankful for the efficient and wonderful service they provided me on my quick bday getaway cruise. They seem to want to be on time when picking you up so they make sure to call you on your arrival and departure day (each driver). They follow your flight schedule and meet you at baggage. Our first driver to the port was I believe named Otis. Very friendly and had lots of information about the orlando area. The second driver who picked us up I can't remember but he was also friendly and professional as well. They are licensed professionals and have the necessary tags on their vehicles if your considering about legality and safety which I didn't think of when looking and considering those cheaper transportation companies. They're also BBB certified. Vehicles were roomy and clean but I had only opted for the town car which is roomy.
