I don't even know where to begin because this experience was EVERYTHING and more! We booked with Xclusive LUX VIP for my daughter's 4th birthday celebration, and choosing them was hands down one of the BEST decisions I made for this trip. We landed at 10PM--with TODDLERS--so you already know I was preparing for chaos, exhaustion, and a long night. But from the moment we stepped off that plane, everything was smooth, organized, and stress-free. The transition from the airport, to baggage claim, to getting us loaded up was completely seamless. No waiting, no confusion, no hassles! just pure luxury and professionalism. Ben was absolutely AMAZING from the very beginning. He handled the booking process, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was set up perfectly even with less than 24 hours notice for a large party. That alone deserves recognition because not everyone can pull that off so effortlessly. And Fabian; our driver was just as incredible! He was professional, patient, and made sure we were all comfortable the entire ride. You could tell he takes pride in what he does. Everything was smooth, safe, and on point from start to finish. Now let's talk about the ride because WOW. We were picked up in an all-black Mercedes Sprinter van with leather seats, and it was CLEAN, spacious, and gave luxury all the way. After a long travel day, being able to sit back, relax, and ride in comfort with the kids was everything we needed. And yes, we were able to connect our Bluetooth and play our own music, which just set the vibe for the entire ride! And if that wasn't enough, I even forgot my daughter's iPad in the vehicle (mom brain is real especially after traveling ), and they made sure it was returned to me safely. That level of honesty and care meant so much to me and just confirmed I made the right choice. Booking last minute with a big group, traveling late with toddlers, and still having everything go THIS smoothly is rare but they made it happen with no stress at all. If you're looking for reliable, luxury, top-tier service with people who actually care BOOK WITH THEM. Period. Ben and Fabian made my daughter's birthday experience even more special, and I'm beyond grateful. 10/10 experience. I will definitely be booking again read more

This is the first time we used Xclusive Lux VIP and they were exceptional!! Our flight was a hour late arriving at MCO and the situation was handled seamlessly. Both of our drivers were GREAT!! They met us in the baggage claim area and took care of everything. Also, the communication was extraordinary. We will be using this service every time we fly into Orlando. read more

Let's start by saying I don't live in Florida but needed transportation from the airport in Florida. So finding a non referral source across country was challenging. But from the moment I contacted this company it was hands down amazing service. They were responsive, professional and so accommodating. I was asking for some extra birthday swag for my mom's 70th and they didn't hesitate to roll out the red carpet. I will not only use them again in the future but will be highly recommending to anyone who travels to Florida. read more

What an amazing experience! We were in a pinch for a ride and Xclusive Lux VIP pulled through!!! On time for all our pick ups and waited for us when we were running a little late leaving an event. Outstanding service and person. Not only was the Escalade clean, new and had one of the coolest moon/star roofs I've ever seen. This limo service had one of the best speaker systems I have ever heard !! lol Im not kidding if you want to turn it up on the way to your event, dinner etc, look no further, this truck was the pre-concert to our concert 2 nights in a row and on the way home. I highly recommend this service and will be coming back for more awesome rides every time I'm in Orlando! =] Look no further read more

I would recommend them over the buses without hesitation. We rode in clean and new black SUV's and the chauffeurs who met us at the baggage claim with a sign, and they helped with luggage which was essential at 11pm because we had 7 people in two different areas of the resort. I tipped extra for that assistance. One of us caught Covid in Disney World and we had to extend the trip until it was safe and they were able to squeeze us in on a trip back to the airport. The owner I spoke to is Belenskey. I'd characterize him as very professional and reliable. I relayed the flight info to him and his staff and they were there on time. IMO everyone he employs or contracts with has excellent communication skills. read more

Belensky picked my family up from MCO and took us to Walt Disney World. It honestly felt like the first "ride" of the trip. Belensky is ALL luxury and the service truly felt VIP. For our particular ride, we had a tricked out Escalade with a special starlit ceiling interior. Knowing we had a little princess with us, Belensky had Disney music on queue and ready to go. I highly, highly recommend Belensky and Xclusive Lux VIP to anyone traveling through Orlando. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Belensky! read more

Belenskey's company "Xclusive Lux Vip" was nothing short of stellar! From the pick-up at MCO to the drop off back there the following week, his professionalism was fabulous! If I could give him 10 stars I would!! On the pick-up, we had Belenskey himself. My granddaughters lovvvvvvvvvved his car - it had the whole inside ceiling decked out in twinkle lights - what a great feast for their eyes as they started their Disney World adventure. He was punctual, car was impeccably clean, such a nice man and great driver. On the way back, we were picked up by Marlon. We were "stranded" at Disney Springs trying to desperately get back to the Dolphin Hotel for our 4:15 pickup. All week we had waited no more than 10 minutes for the bus but whatever reason this day, after 35 minutes, the bus still hadn't arrived. But no worries, Marlon to the rescue! He swooped by the bus pick up, got us, and took us back to the hotel to retrieve our luggage before heading back to the airport for our return flight. Marlon was just as professional, friendly & great driver too! The whole trip was worth every penny! I loved that his cost includes all taxes, fees & gratuity. Very straight forward billing. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable, fabulous car service in the Orlando area. I know I will definitely reach back out to him if I ever make it back there! read more

Belenskey is awesome! Punctual, professional, courteous. Car was impeccable and made our trip effortless on our way to Disney. We've been coming for years and decided to try a new way of getting to resorts from airport. I don't know why we didn't do this sooner! Would definitely recommend and will be using Belenskey and Xclusive Lux VIP again in the future. read more

OUTSTANDING car service in the Orlando area!! I first received a quote through Yelp & they were very responsive, answering several questions before I finally booked. After I booked, they sent me an email confirmation stating that I needed to pay by the day before. After I paid, I received an email confirmation. On arrival day, our driver texted me to let me know he was waiting & greeted us in baggage claim with a sign. He helped us with our luggage & was very friendly. We had a nice, roomy SUV that was also clean & smelled nice. The driver did not blast any music & drove very safely. He conversed with us but also let us have side conversations. When it was time for us to depart, the driver was on time & the experience was the same. Highly recommend Xclusive Lux VIP!!! read more

Great service. Promptly picked us up at the airport. The SUV was in excellent condition. Would use again.

5+Stars! We utilized Xclusive Lux VIP for transportation from/to MCO over Labor Day weekend - Everything was exceptional! Belenskey is the company owner and was also our driver for both trips - He is easily one of the nicest, most genuine people you will ever meet! He greeted us with a smile and was pleasant/engaging during the drives. Logistically, he provided superb communication (via text, phone, e-mail) throughout the reservation and travel process. Not a detail was missed and Belenskey's professionalism/thoroughness provided a welcome level of confidence and an effortless, worry-free transportation experience. I had to make slight change to our travel details after the travel reservation had been confirmed - Belenskey easily accommodated the change request and updated our reservation so that everything was seamless on the day of travel. The Escalade was spotless (inside and out) - Loved the star roof and sound system! Thank you Belenskey and Xclusive Lux VIP for your excellent customer service/experience - We will assuredly be calling you for our transportation needs whenever we are in Orlando! read more

What a wonderful experience! Very responsive and does a top notch job. Everything was very professional the entire time. The vehicle was beautiful and very clean. Would recommend 100% and will definitely be using them again. Thank you!! read more
