The morning of our ride they claim it was booked on a different day (no I have an email showing the correct day confirmed) and then they claim they rejected the ride (no email or call saying that). DON'T BOOK HERE. Flight was delayed and caused us to get bumped to a later flight. Ultimate Town Car charged my card for the cost of the ride, plus 20 percent gratuity, and then asked for a $45 rescheduling fee for them to pick us up later in the afternoon. If I cancel the ride, the $165 (which included 20 percent gratuity would be forfeited. I gave more than an hour's notice that my flight schedule had been changed due to delays, and they weren't willing to work with me. Initially they tried to charge me $60 for the reschedule until I pleaded to get on the phone with management. I called and was told that another customer had booked the Cadillac even though it was on my invoice as the car they would use and we paid for. I was surprised by the poor reviews because we had smooth service. Decided to skip the Disney Magical Express on the way home and booked an Escalade for the family 10pm the night before we left- reserved everything online easily (including 2 car seats) and had confirmations in my inbox within an hour. Driver was 30 minutes early for us, put on Finding Nemo for the girls in the car and had an easy drive to the airport (thank you, Fabio!). It was only $30 more than an Uber and so worth it. Horrible experience. First a driver was over 30 minutes late picking up from the airport. Next I wanted to change the pick up time of another ride for 15 minutes earlier than it was scheduled for. I called 24 hours in advance, only to speak to a very rude, impatient man who claimed that it would cost $100 to change the pick up time to 15 minutes earlier. He asked me for the confirmation number, and when I didn't give it to him within 2 seconds he rudely asked for it again. There is no way I would ever use this car company again. Oh he also claimed he would look into the late airport pick up, but I'm not holding my breath for anything to come of that. There was not even an apology. read more

First the 3 stars is not about the driver. The 3 stars is about the company. The driver was 5 stars. He was at the airport early, new our flight. Clearly marked and very nice. He took our bags, drove quickly but safe and we had zero issues. His name was Jose. 3 stars for the company. Because we booked the VIP XTS and a dirty run down suburban was given to us instead. Also when you book you should receive 2 emails, 1 for notification and a 2nd to confirm your reservation. We never received the 2nd and therefore they never booked our ride. I called them the week prior and had to clear it up. Since we didnt have a "nice" car it was only a slight step up from getting an Uber black and the final cost was within a dollar or 2. This organization is a joke, and has HORRIBLE customer service. I booked two, one-way trips for a large group visiting the Orlando area (my usual company did not have availability.) Ultimate Town Car was referred to me, but I wish I had just booked an Uber for everyone. After completing the reservations online, charged my clients based on the amounts provided, and there is now a $155 discrepancy. One of the pick ups had guests arriving at two separate times, so I indicated the latest flight arrival, which was apparently not the "right" way to do it. Even when the driver called to say he was on his way I told him he was an hour and a half early, and then got charged for his waiting time. I called the company today to try and discuss/clarify, and got yelled at by the gentleman and was told that I should have called prior to booking online if I had any questions (which I didn't) and this wouldn't have happened. Horrible customer service, and would highly recommend anyone try a different transportation provider in Orlando area. I hear Mears Transportation does great work! I'll try them next time. Do not use!!! Choose another company. Search anyone else. Set up a suburban to pick up my wife and children from MCO to meet me at my convention. The driver was 40 minutes late, even though the confirmation says they monitor your flight. I call customer service, they tell me they will call the driver and immediately call me back. No call back 20 mins later I call again, new rep tells me well it's Friday and there is traffic, I said well don't they prepare for that? Surely you have picked up from the airport on other Friday's. He says well it's Friday and your family just has to wait. They call me back and say he is at airport, only for my wife to call and say that they will be there in 10 more mins. Here is the best part, they precharge you. After they drop my family off, they take it upon themselves to send me a receipt for a 20% gratuity that we did not add!!! WTF!!!! Seriously. No offering for being almost an hour late. And then the audacity to charge us gratuity, for what?!? The service. SMH. Unbelievable. The ride should have been discounted or something for service not rendered. But instead to charge an additional 20%. Ridiculous. Take Uber or a cab at this point May get better service!! After the driver arrived for pickup they changed the reservation duration from1 hour to 3 and increased the rate. Didn't notice until reviewing my card charges days later. After calling the office they stated that the minimum is 3 hours and that the original reservation (that they confirmed) was incorrect. Currently disputing the charges with my credit card. Pay attention to recent reviews - I'm not the first person they tried this on. Just a bad experience. Charged for a trip I never took even though i was verbally guaranteed a refund. Had to dispute the charge with CC and they sided with me. Staff is VERY attentive via email and text when they are pestering you for a positive review but ghost you when you have 3 flights cancelled and need to reschedule or cancel. read more

The gentleman who picked my party up at the Orlando Airport was extremely rude, from the start of the encounter until the end. When we were waiting for our luggage, he appeared extremely annoyed, as our luggage was not among the first to appear on the belt. His demeanor made me very uncomfortable, and at this time I nearly cancelled the service. When we got the the car, I had to ask him numerous times to provide the booster seat for my young daughter, despite this being clearly indicated on the reservation, as well as confirmed on the phone reservation. Once we were in the vehicle, I attempted to confirm that a grocery stop had been requested. He proceeded to argue this with me, insinuating that I had not requested this on my reservation (which I had). While driving, he started shuffling papers around, in an attempt to prove me wrong, it seemed. He begrudgingly agreed that I had, in fact, requested the grocery stop. Upon arrival at the hotel, he unloaded our bags, and I asked him if I was all set, if I needed to sign anything, etc. He said, "I am to collect the gratuity from you." I was so taken aback by this, I nearly refused to give him the gratuity. I had his gratuity in hand (which was less than I had originally planned on giving him, due to his poor service and continued rudeness) and handed it over without a word. If he hadn't demanded the gratuity, I probably would have given the service at least 2 stars, as he got us to the hotel safely... but never again will I use this company!! read more

Dear Eduardo or Manager/Owner, I am posting this because I have called twice and sent an email with no response.: We chose Ultimate Limo for our trip to Orlando Airport on August 25 and have used your service several times over the past few years.  We chose your service so we could enjoy a relaxed, stress free ride to the airport as we have had many times with your drivers.  Unfortunately there was NOTHING relaxing and stress free with this trip.  Although our driver was professional and polite, his driving skills were anything but relaxing.  We found the car to be "jerking" left to right and running off the road to a point that my husband asked our driver if he was ok.  My husband was ready to take over the driving. He assured us he was ok and for a short time the car was not jerking, but started again. We were not sure if he was falling asleep at the wheel or if there was a problem with the vehicle.  To add insult to injury, I called your office when we arrived at the airport because we were both so upset by the experience and spoke with a customer service representative and asked to speak with you.  I was told you were not in and we could expect a call.  We are now back, it is the 31st of August and have heard nothing.  I surely hope you take the safety of your clients seriously, we were shocked.  This was the most stressful, non relaxing trip we have ever made with your company. read more

When I make a reservation for 8AM, I expect my party to be picked up at 8AM. If the driver is running late, the disptacher or driver should call the party's cell phone to advise them of the fact. The customer should not have to call the company to find out where the car is and then be told that the car is running 20 minutes late. FAIL. read more

We had received confirmations and then the day before the wedding we received a phone call saying some of their limos were broken down and they have no other vehicle to offer for tomorrow. Additionally, the driver didn't have a front facing car seat for the pickup despite my requesting one twice, and we waited 15-20 mins for him to pick one up and return to the airport. read more

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Reserved a car 3 weeks before our trip, called two weeks before to cancel and no one would answer at the office. Left multiple messages (as they ask you to do) indicating I needed to cancel the trip. No one ever called back acknowledging they received. Get an my email confirmation from them 24 hours before pickup time that says you have to cancel via phone 48 hours in advance. Call to inquire and they say you have to talk to someone directly or email to cancel, voicemail is not sufficient. How can I email you 48 hours prior when I get the confirmation 24 hours in advance? No where does it say I have to directly speak with someone, voicemail with confirmation number should be sufficient. Or how about this? Return the voicemail to your customer two weeks before. Argue with manager for 10 minutes, tells me to bad so sad for you we will be charging you. I said don't send a driver my credit card company will deal with you and your shady business practices. Great customer experience... not. Yes this is my first review. The experience was so miserable I actually made an account to save others from people taking advantage of travelers in this manner. read more

I found Ultimate through a google search after the other car company I booked 4 months prior to our trip called me 10 hours before my flight saying they don't provide car seats & shouldn't have promised me that. Traveling with 2 small children is enough of a struggle, I wasn't about to lug 2 car seats along with everything else. I called Ultimate & was able to book at the last minute & get car seats. Our flight arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule & they were already there waiting for us! Both drivers were great & it was such a relief to find them. read more

Our experience may differ with some of the others posted. I think it largely depends on the luck of the draw concerning the driver. Carlos was pleasant, stopped at a Publix and drove very conservatively. The only hitch was no rear facing car seat, which had been requested, for the one year old. She ended up in a regular car seat which had been requested for a four year old. I was not pleased. I think this service is run out of someone's home (there were kids screaming in the background) using independent drivers which begs the question of screening cars and drivers. read more
