Take advantage of the optional grocery trip to cut down on food, water and snack costs in the theme parks. Worried about a late or missed flight, don't be! These folks are awesome. Want to make your vacation to Orlando, Walt Disney World, or Disney Cruise even more special? Skip the bus or taxi and hire these guys! They will pick you up at the airport or hotel, stop along the way at a grocery store (and a real grocery store, not a 7-11 expensive place). The driver waited for us while the airlines took forever for our luggage to arrive. The cars were extremely clean, not even a hint of cigarette smell, and they are very informative with helpful tips on how to make the most of your vacation. So let me get this straight; this company advertises 5 to 7 minute waits continuously throughout the day, but they didn't have a shuttle coming for us at 10:00 AM? We booked RT transportation with Tiffany Towncar (I guess aka Transportation Orlando) from MCO to WDW and couldn't have been happier! Our flight arriving at MCO was late, but our driver was patiently waiting and guided us to baggage claim. We had requested a booster seat and a car seat, and both were installed and ready to go prior to getting to the car. We booked a Suburban for our trip and it was spotless. We took advantage of the grocery stop on our way to our hotel - our driver brought us to Publix, as requested. This was such a great amenity! This trip was a surprise for our 6 year old, and I guess she was so excited, she left her backpack with her tablet and her stuffed bunny in the back of the Suburban. We realized this just as the driver was pulling away from the hotel. I called the main number, and the sweet woman who answered put me on hold while she called our driver. Not 2 minutes passed before he was pulling back in and we collected all of her things from the 3rd row seat. Excellent service from start to finish! We will absolutely use them again when we are in Orlando. read more

We were willing to pay but wanted to avoid the usual three hour minimum. More than ten local companies flat out denied my request-- did I mention this was for elementary kids in their own backyard?! After speaking with the incredible manager and owner at Tiffany's Towncar, they blew me away by offering to donate their services. Can't believe I forgot to review! I booked Tiffany roundtrip for a family trip last April. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us plus all of our luggage. I was VERY skeptical due to how difficult it was to contact customer service prior to our trip but all fears were relieved. A Tiffany driver was at the baggage claim waiting when we arrived at the airport. He was courteous and professional. The fare included a 30 minute stop at a local grocery store which was very nice. An added bonus was paying for the roundtrip cost in advance so that on the pick up we could just tip. They confirmed the return time and date when they dropped us off and the driver was right on time to get us back to the airport. My family is still very pleased with the services and so am I! I will use Tiffany any time we need group travel in Orlando! read more

I depended on Yelp to make my final decision when we booked Tiffany Town Car (now Transportation Orlando) last November, so wanted to provide my input in case it'll help others. We thought they were absolutely fantastic! They were helpful even before we got to Orlando. I didn't realize that Delta had moved up our flight and also changed our flight number (they never sent me an email!) The person who handled my reservation at Tiffany Town Car was the one who looked it all up and alerted me! She definitely went above & beyond her duties in my opinion. I had called some other transfer places and one other company had the nerve to charge a "fuel surcharge" to offset the cost of "higher gas prices" (in their words). In November, gas prices weren't as low as they are now, but for sure, they were not high. A lot of other places also had a mandatory tip. I'm not averse to giving the driver a tip for good service, but I don't think 20% should be charged up front as part of the fare (before the driver even picks us up!) The "fuel surcharge" and mandatory tip seem to be back-handed ways to increase the fare for these other companies. Tiffany Town Car didn't have any of these things (we gave the driver a cash tip), so we felt more comfortable with their business practices. Both the driver at the airport and the one picking us up from the hotel to go back to the airport were friendly and early. Definitely a 5-star company and we would definitely use them if we go back to Orlando. read more

The instructions were so poor that we could not find them on the way to the port. I finally found the drivers number and he said he got tired of waiting and left! So we asked him to come back. Very recently my husband and I went to Florida. We used Tiffany Towncar to get us from the airport to Disney. I've used Tiffany in the past 3 other time and I've always been more than satisfied. This time was a little different however. In New England a car service charges both to and from your destination. IE, if they charge $90.00 to some place, they charge another $90.00 from the place. I'm mentioning this because my husband automatically assumed he'd pay their $109.00 each way. Our driver picked us up. At the hotel my husband paid the $109.00 rate plus tip. When we returned to the airport my husband paid the $109.00 plus tip again not knowing how their rates work. A couple minutes pass and I feel an arm across my shoulders. It was our driver. He realized something got lost in translation and came back because he did not want to take the money. He could of just drove away. My husband had everything worked out. We would of never realized what happened if it wasn't for the driver. Also, I love TiffanyTowncar. Their cars are so comfy. I also know I will never hire a different car service. To end all this I'd love to tell you my drivers name however I don't feel comfortable just putting us name in this. I had previously given them 5 stars 2 different times. We went to book with them again and they have gotten rid of there free stop at the store if you have multiply legs. They were going to get $400 from us and could not make a 20 minute stop like they used to? I was told they would only do it on round trips to and from the port. That's fine. We booked with another company that would make the stop and will advise our clients and the other 4000 agents in our agency to do the same. read more

We have used Tiffany a number of times over the years, whenever we visit Orlando. We have had positive experiences with Tiffany. The vehicles were clean, on time, and the drivers were professional and courtesy. On our recent trip, we requested a van because there were four adults. When we arrived in Orlando, the driver was on time and was professional and courtesy. He did stop for us to pick up some items at the store. The only complaint was that the van was extremely dirty. The seats were dirty and the overall condition of the interior of the van was dirty. Although not pleased, we did not complain. Then on the return trip, a different driver, in a different van picked us up at our Disney Hotel. Once again, the van was dirty. My wife sat in crumbs and something wet, and the overall condition of the van was very dirty. The last straw was the driver. Two things that a "professional driver" should not bring up are their views on religion and politics. Our driver decided to give us his view on the upcoming presidential election. His views and comments were not in line with ours and it offended us that we had to listen to his, especially when we were paying customers. We had to restrain ourselves from not responding to his comments and getting into a heated debate with him (our wives wanted to get to the airport safely and on time). When I emailed my complaint to the company, they didn't even have the consideration to respond, let alone apologize. read more

I decided to book a round trip Town Car with Tiffany Towncar (now known as Transportation Orlando (http://transportationorlando.com/about.html)) for $110 as they were recommended by my guide and my parents did not want me to rent a car as it is hard to rent a car under 25 (save for Sixt). In addition, they also threw in a free 30 minute stop at Publix, which would have been the only reason for me to rent a car. The price of a rental car was more expensive too. With those factors in mind, I booked Tiffany Towncar (now Transportation Orlando) for my recent trip to Walt Disney World. After arriving at the Main Terminal of Orlando International Airport, I took the escalator to the Terminal B Baggage Claim. As I made my way to Baggage Claim #28, I found my driver from Tiffany, whose name was Mauro (I'm not sure of the spelling), holding a sign with my last name on it. We introduced ourselves and then we went over to the belt, where we waited for my checked bag, which came out ten minutes later. Once that was all said and done, we headed downstairs to the first floor, where Mauro parked his silver Lincoln Towncar outside the exit. I believe he is a regular at MCO, as the person in charge outside had no issue with him parking his car over there. Oh well, it was more convenient for me . Mauro loaded my bags and down vest and long sleeved shirt (the temperatures were in the 60s with sunshine) into the trunk and we were on our way to Publix and the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, departing at about 11:00AM. Mauro turned out of the Orlando International Airport, hooking up with the Beachline Expressway westbound (FL-528). After a smooth ride down the Beachline Expressway westbound (FL-528) and Interstate 4, we arrived about 30 minutes later at the Regency Village Publix. After about 20 minutes in Publix, Mauro then drove me to the Hilton. Unfortunately, we encountered gridlock on FL-535 as there was a motorcycle race that left Downtown Disney that afternoon. After a fifteen minute delay, we arrived at the Hilton-Orlando Lake Buena Vista. I had a very favorable first impression of Tiffany Towncar as Mauro proved to be an excellent driver, the car was in excellent condition, and the value for the price was great! I called Tiffany Towncar to confirm my ride to MCO at 12:30PM on 1/18/2014 the night before I left. Unfortunately, they did not answer when I first called as I got an answering machine. Thankfully, they called me back less than five minutes later confirming that my ride was set and that my driver would be Mauro, the same excellent driver I had for the first leg of my trip. Mauro, my driver from Tiffany called before I was supposed to leave. He wanted to ask me if I minded being picked up 25 minutes before my 12:30PM pickup time, as he was dropping off a customer at the Holiday Inn next door. Since I was ready, I gladly accepted his offer. At 12:05PM, Mauro arrived in his beige Lincoln Towncar and I bid the wonderful staff of the Hilton farewell after an excellent stay! He loaded my bags into the trunk and we were on our way. Before we pulled out of the Walt Disney World Resort, my dad called me to wish me a safe flight. After that, Mauro turned right off of Hotel Plaza Blvd onto FL-535, then getting onto I-4 east towards Orlando. While we were driving, we talked about my trip in it's many facets and he was very impressed. The time flew and before we knew it, we were nearing Exit 72 for The Beachline Expressway (FL-528). Thirty minutes later, I arrived at the Orlando International Airport. Once again, Mauro from Tiffany gave me an excellent ride and if I needed a car service in Orlando, Tiffany would be my first choice due to their excellent service, clean and well maintained cars, and the free grocery stop! read more

My wife and I come to Orlando at least 3 times a year and we always use Tiffany towncar. We used to use standard taxi's or Mears and both were always a disaster. Took my family of 4 to Disney. Used Tiffany Towncar for RT. Got rate quotation by email, and booked by email. Called credit card information in. Very smooth. Upon arrival, driver holding sign was at different escalator than the one we went down. After a quick phone call to the office they let me know which escalator the driver was at. Was my fault, did not check which baggage carousel my flight was assigned, since we carried all of our bags. Few minutes delay, no big deal. On departure, car was booked for a 5:15 am departure. Tiffany Towncars was an convenient and excellent choice for us! We stayed at shades of green at WDW which does not offer airport transportation. I searched the Internet and found tiffany Towncars recommended by other SOG guests. We were traveling with two small children and the option of renting car seats from them was another very convenient option as well. Our driver (wish I could remember his name, Jose I think) was very nice and professional. He was right there waiting for us in baggage claim when we came off the plane and helped us with our bags. We did the 30 minute grocery stop which was very nice. When we arrived at the resort Oktoberfest was going on so the lobby area was closed. Our driver drove around the resort to find out where he could drop us off to ensure we had the bellhop service which was very very nice of him! For our departure our driver was 15 minutes early! Our family didn't opt for a grocery stop since our arrival time was so late, but the driver was waiting for us as promised when we arrived in Orlando and the car was equipped with the booster seat that we needed. The driver was friendly and interacted with my four-year-old son a bunch which made him feel really special. The driver for our return trip (same guy) arrived earlier than scheduled, so we were able to get back to the airport in plenty of time for flight home. When we finally reached the office several days later the lady said it was my fault for not getting a price from her??? She told me the price was $90. They must be under new management. We felt like celebrates; we were totally blown away!! My family and I were traveling to Orlando for a long over due family vacation/7-day cruise. I wanted our vacation to be awesome so I thought about having a car service take us to the port instead of using a taxi/shuttle/bus. I had heard/read some of the horror stories with certain car services and it left me with mixed emotions. After countless hours on the Internet, I finally opted to go with Tiffany Towncar Service. I was nervous when I arrived at the airport; I kept praying for a great experience. And to my surprise, as soon as I landed, I received a call from our driver (Marco) letting me know he was waiting for us at the Baggage. When we arrived at the baggage area, Marco was professionally dressed holding a sign with my name on it. He immediately introduced himself and started to gather our luggage. My teenage boys smiled and thought it was cool to have a driver and someone else to carry their luggage. I was still anxious about the car though. When we saw the SUV, we all gasped...."WOW!!" The SUV was nice, clean and smelt good. My husband and children could not stop smiling/laughing - they were impressed. I was no longer nervous; it was a great ride to Port Canaveral all alone with my family (we didn't have to share the ride) and a wonderful way to start our vacation. Marco was a safe driver, dependable, and had excellent customer services skills. He proactively communicated to me during my arrival and departure. Excuse me? Not sure what YOU'RE referring to (then again it is your co. and you SHOULD know - I would think). These are past reservations (I have copy of all documents via email). The 1st reserv. was made back in 2007 (check your records, you're 10 years off) and the 2nd in 2012. 2007 we needed to call a cab for our return trip to the airport and in 2012 we needed to call a cab to get back to our resort from Universal. We used you a 2nd time because we like to stop at the supermarket, since we don't rent a car and disney has no sepermarket, per se'. For our upcoming and future trips we've decided to rent a car - well worth the $$ knowing we do not have to rely on UNRELIABLE transportation (which, BTW was confirmed by the service that helped us out in a pinch). I would try to be a little bit more responsible and courteous when replying, and stop placing blame where it soesn't belong. It's your reputation on the line, not mine. This "yelp" is a result of an email (constant contact) that YOU recently emailed to me . . . when asked why I wanted to "unsubscribe". We used Tiffany Towcar for our last trip to Disney World Feb 2012. The driver was a lovely woman who met us as we got off the plane with a sign with our name clearly displayed. She then led us to our bags, grabbing so many my husband had to ask her to let him help. We were in the lovely black towncar, parked at a side door in just minutes! The car seat I had requested was included at no charge and in the car waiting for my son to climb in to. She pointed out fun sights on the way, teased us about remembering not to jump in for a swim unless we wanted to see Alligators up close. We did stop for the free stop for groceries, but opted for a nice new Walgreen instead of a large grocery store, though she gave us many choices of stops. She arrived early on our day of departure and again assisted with our baggage right to the check in at the airport. I tell everyone I know going to Orlando to use Tiffany, at $105 round trip online with coupon, it was an amazing deal and a wonderful trip! read more
