Personalized service, conscientious and safety-minded. I needed a driver for an elderly woman who needed transport from Orlando Airport to Port Orange, and then a couple weeks later the reverse. I could not have asked for a better experience for the passenger. The driver, Mike, was helpful, attentive, and responsible. Also notable that he explained he uses commercial vehicle insurance, which gives me peace-of-mind. read more

Mike showed up on time and safely transported me to the Mayo Clinic and back after outpatient surgery. We even made a quick stop to pick a late lunch after the procedure. The ride was comfortable and it was obvious Mike knew how to drink safely on surface and interstate roads. I'll use Mike again when I need transportation services! read more

I decided to call Mike based on my fellow Yelpers' reviews. So glad I took the time to review them. There have been plenty of positive comments regarding Mike's professionalism... I found them to be spot on. Beginning with our initial phone conversation Mike asked the right questions to determine what vehicle would meet our needs. He accepted our request for a future trip from Port Orange to the Port Canaveral cruise terminals. As the date approached, he touched base with us to ensure that we were on his calendar and to confirm final pickup details. On the ride south we found Mike to be super friendly and enjoyed his company as well as his safe driving skills. He enabled us to relax and start our vacation a bit earlier knowing we were "just along for the ride." We will definitely reach out to Mike at Personal Transporation the next time the need arises. read more

PRICE: A+ COMMUNICATION: A+ PROMPTNESS: A+ EXPLANATION OF SERVICES: A+ RELIABILITY: A+++ This was the first time we used Mike's service for transport home from Sanford Orlando Airport and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. After much research we wanted to use a small business that took pride in their work, and that is exactly what we found with Mike. He communicated with us via phone, text and email when we booked his service, and 1 day prior to our flight he reconfirmed everything with us. On the day of our trip Mike advised us of his arrival at the airport, exactly where he was located, as well as how to find him with a description of his vehicle and himself. He kept track of our flight and knew we had landed early and was there waiting. I can't say how refreshing it was to deal with him in this day and age. He honestly cares about his business, his customers and his reputation. We feel very fortunate to have been able to work with him and will certainly look to book his services for future transportation needs. We couldn't be happier with Mike and his EXCEPTIONAL transportation services. read more

Mike was personable and very nice. He was prompt and really enjoyed the ride. This was my second time using his service, will do again.

Mike (Personal Transportation) was amazing in transporting our college freshman from Stetson to the airport. His communication with both us (parents) and our daughter, was fantastic. He even texted us when he dropped her off at the airport, as well as when he returned her to the dorm. When we had to change her departure airport from Orlando to Daytona several hours before pick-up, Mike immediately responded with flexibility and professionalism. You can't go wrong using Mike for your transportation services. read more

When the day in questioned arrived Mom n Dad didn't get off at the correct stop. I received a call from Mike before my Parents. He immediately offered to travel the extra milage to pick them up and get them to their rental. Great service, super friendly and we knew Mom n Dad were in good hands. I found myself in an area that I'm not a all familiar and I needed to get to the nearest airport. I know I could have called an Uber but decided to check out shuttles to DAB. Personal Transportation showed up. I read the reviews and decided to give him a call. His his response was quick and his fare, while a scootch more than what an Uber would have been, he was still very reasonable. He arrived at the Marina 15 minutes earlier and called me just to reassure me that he had arrived. That was great! He was very familiar with the roadways and pleasant to drive with. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for transportation! Thanks Mike! Catch you next time our boat breaks down! Lisa B read more

Hi! I was in DeLand, FL coming in from Chicago and came through MCO. As you know it's about an hour ride. From the airport I took a taxi and then decided to ask the hotel for any referrals for private vehicles for my return. Mike from Personal Transportation was quick to respond, provided his availability, came early and provided a smooth ride to the airport. If I return to the area I will make sure to call Mike before I take any taxi or Uber. He was very knowledgeable about the area which was a bonus! read more

Super good service after a very stressful month. Mike was totally awesome with my sister, who was returning home after an extensive time away to care for her husband's sudden illness, and passing. SPECTACULAR!! Let's start with that, I'm from Michigan and flew into Orlando with my young daughter. We arranged for Mike to pick us up at the airport. Now I've never flown alone with my kid before and I was nervous about the long ride after (approximately 90 minutes to our condo) Mike was EARLY to pick us up. His professionalism was amazing but so personable to where it was comfortable. He gave descriptions of his vehicle before we arrived, called the night before to confirm and again arrived early to pick up and drop us back off. He was pleasant, accommodating and very knowledgeable of the area. I will be using his services again and so should you!! 5/5! read more

My wife and I had the pleasure of being under Mike's good care. We had him as a driver in DeLand, FL over a weekend and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and service oriented. He was very professional in arranging for pick up times to arrive on time where ever we went. I happened to loose something and only realized it once I had made it on the plane home. After I figured out where I had lost it, Mike took it upon himself to get a hold of it and personally shipped it to me. His great service extended beyond the "from point A to point B" mentality of some professional drivers. He will be the first person I call if I'm back in DeLand again. Highly recommended. read more

I was scheduled for out patient surgery at a facility some 40 miles from my home. The surgery center requires a patient to have a driver, and the driver has to check in with the patient. I could not figure out a way to game this situation. I am divorced with no family members in Florida, and my next door neighbors are employed. My biking and beer drinking buddies are lots of fun but I know what I need to know and I am not about to be their passenger. My final option was the internet and that is where I met Mike. He picked me up at my home and he was right on time. He drove me to the surgery center, waited while I had minor surgery and drove me home. He is an excellent driver and safety conscious. He has an a very good vehicle for transportation purposes, and you can see a photo of the vehicle and Mike on his web site. His price was very reasonable. He has a CDL and many years of of commercial driving experience, fully licensed and insured. He is first aid and CPR certified. Mike also delivers personal autos for vacationers, etc who don't want to drive back home. read more

Mike is great -- on time, courteous and a safe driver.

Mike came to the rescue yesterday. With very short notice he was able to help arrange a pickup at the Orlando airport. My mother-in-law's original flight to Daytona was cancelled but we were able to find her a flight into Orlando that evening. She was terribly anxious about the flight change and how she would get home from Orlando. Mike and company eased that anxiety. When she called to say she had made it home safely she couldn't stop commenting on how professional and courteous her driver was. Top notch service and communication! Thank you! read more

If wish there were 6 stars. My sister and I feel so fortunate that we found out about Personal Transportation to drive our Mom and Dad. Mike Cullen actually "gets it" when it comes to driving senior citizens. He knows that maybe their memory isn't what it used to be so he calls them and us before every ride. He gets out of the car to meet them at the door and to make sure they walk safely to the car (which is very nice and spotless). I test drove with him and he is one of the most careful and attentive drivers I have ever experienced. If appropriate, Mike waits for my folks while they are running their errand or eating. He even goes into a store to make sure they are OK. I could write more, but suffice it to say that I trust Mike like a brother with my parents. He is as concerned for their welfare as I am and I can totally relax when I know that they are with him. While you may think the service is pricey, I always feel like I got more than I paid for. Mike is fair with his billing and if anything he understates the amount of time he spent. You might spend a few bucks less with a cab or Uber, but there is no way you will get the level of service that Mike and Personal Transportation provide. read more

Personal Transportation service was recommended to me by a couple of individuals at my father's retirement facility. I was not disappointed in Mike's service. Mike was prompt, professional, pleasant to chat with and called me to discuss my departure needs. I've utilized Mike's driving service several times and have been very pleased. I highly recommend this company. read more

I love this transportation company. I've gotten rides to doctors, mostly. I've also gotten airport to and from rides. So convenient. You go on your schedule, not the transporter's. Mike, the driver is courteous and knowledgeable of the Florida area, not to mention a safe driver. Just call him up and tell him where and when you need to go and he'll put you down for that day and time. Now I know I'll never be stranded without a ride! read more

Mike is an excellent driver! He is very professional and responds right away, from sending a quote to responding to calls/text about any adjustments or questions. I was worried about the whole process, as it was my first time traveling alone to Florida and the location I needed to go was an hour away from the airport. However, Mike made my travel experience smooth and worry-free. I am so glad I chose Mike over Uber because he made sure that he was at the airport earlier than my arrival time and messaged to assure me that he was already there when I landed. He then waited patiently and helped me with my luggage. The drive was also comfortable with his very clean car. What I appreciated the most was that he asked if I needed to go anywhere else, such as getting groceries, and when I found out last minute that I needed to go to a different location, he was willing to with no hesitation! I can confidently say that Mike goes above and beyond to make your travel experience easier and better! I definitely recommend Personal Transportation! read more
