I found them to be spot on. Beginning with our initial phone conversation Mike asked the right questions to determine what vehicle would meet our needs. He accepted our request for a future trip from Port Orange to the Port Canaveral cruise terminals. As the date approached, he touched base with us to ensure that we were on his calendar and to confirm final pickup details. He communicated with us via phone, text and email when we booked his service, and 1 day prior to our flight he reconfirmed everything with us. On the day of our trip Mike advised us of his arrival at the airport, exactly where he was located, as well as how to find him with a description of his vehicle and himself. Five star for sure! We send our parents to Florida for their anniversary on the train. We lined up transportation and received confirmation almost immediately from Mike himself. I found myself in an area that I'm not a all familiar and I needed to get to the nearest airport. I know I could have called an Uber but decided to check out shuttles to DAB. Personal Transportation showed up. I read the reviews and decided to give him a call. His his response was quick and his fare, while a scootch more than what an Uber would have been, he was still very reasonable. He arrived at the Marina 15 minutes earlier and called me just to reassure me that he had arrived. That was great! He was very familiar with the roadways and pleasant to drive with. Hi! I was in DeLand, FL coming in from Chicago and came through MCO. As you know it's about an hour ride. From the airport I took a taxi and then decided to ask the hotel for any referrals for private vehicles for my return. SPECTACULAR!! Let's start with that, I'm from Michigan and flew into Orlando with my young daughter. We arranged for Mike to pick us up at the airport. Now I've never flown alone with my kid before and I was nervous about the long ride after (approximately 90 minutes to our condo) Mike was EARLY to pick us up. His professionalism was amazing but so personable to where it was comfortable. He gave descriptions of his vehicle before we arrived, called the night before to confirm and again arrived early to pick up and drop us back off. My wife and I had the pleasure of being under Mike's good care. We had him as a driver in DeLand, FL over a weekend and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and service oriented. He was very professional in arranging for pick up times to arrive on time where ever we went. I happened to loose something and only realized it once I had made it on the plane home. I was scheduled for out patient surgery at a facility some 40 miles from my home. The surgery center requires a patient to have a driver, and the driver has to check in with the patient. I could not figure out a way to game this situation. I am divorced with no family members in Florida, and my next door neighbors are employed. My biking and beer drinking buddies are lots of fun but I know what I need to know and I am not about to be their passenger. My final option was the internet and that is where I met Mike. He picked me up at my home and he was right on time. He drove me to the surgery center, waited while I had minor surgery and drove me home. He is an excellent driver and safety conscious. He has an a very good vehicle for transportation purposes, and you can see a photo of the vehicle and Mike on his web site. His price was very reasonable. He has a CDL and many years of of commercial driving experience, fully licensed and insured. He is first aid and CPR certified. Mike came to the rescue yesterday. With very short notice he was able to help arrange a pickup at the Orlando airport. My mother-in-law's original flight to Daytona was cancelled but we were able to find her a flight into Orlando that evening. She was terribly anxious about the flight change and how she would get home from Orlando. Mike and company eased that anxiety. If wish there were 6 stars. My sister and I feel so fortunate that we found out about Personal Transportation to drive our Mom and Dad. Mike Cullen actually "gets it" when it comes to driving senior citizens. He knows that maybe their memory isn't what it used to be so he calls them and us before every ride. He gets out of the car to meet them at the door and to make sure they walk safely to the car (which is very nice and spotless). I test drove with him and he is one of the most careful and attentive drivers I have ever experienced. If appropriate, Mike waits for my folks while they are running their errand or eating. He even goes into a store to make sure they are OK. I could write more, but suffice it to say that I trust Mike like a brother with my parents. He is as concerned for their welfare as I am and I can totally relax when I know that they are with him. While you may think the service is pricey, I always feel like I got more than I paid for. Mike is fair with his billing and if anything he understates the amount of time he spent. You might spend a few bucks less with a cab or Uber, but there is no way you will get the level of service that Mike and Personal Transportation provide. read more

I was worried about the whole process, as it was my first time traveling alone to Florida and the location I needed to go was an hour away from the airport. However, Mike made my travel experience smooth and worry-free.
