The vehicle used was a very comfortable newer suburban and was in the type of shape expected with a luxury ride service. Again, I must mention the quality of service Brian supplied. I do spend a decent sum on my travels and living conditions because I work hard and believe if I am always as comfortable and happy as possible I do better at everything I attempt, so I am quite accustomed to a bit of pampering on my voyages. Brian made sure every time I disembarked from the vehicle was met with concern for my comfort. As for his timing and preparation, couldn't be any better. Appreciate a great ride and will definitely use their services again with any of my meetings in central Florida. Thanks.

As soon as my flight landed the driver was communicated with me. The driver even told me that my luggage carousel had changed before the airline did. On the way back from our cruise, same interaction just another professional well mannered driver. Both vehicles that I rode in were extremely clean. Now this does cost more than a Uber or Lyft, but factoring in time and not having to search for your driver, the extra cost can be justified. I will be using them again the next time I am in Florida.

We thought this was a great deal so we didn't have to drive. Aside from launching riders into the air as speed bumps were met as a personal challenge at excessive speeds, in a limo that probably should have been retired years ago. "Steve" seemed pretty upset when we declined to ride with him the next night asking why. My wife kindly stated "because you drive like you're qualifying". All week the proceedure after race was stand in the pickup line, first come, first served. After the 500, "Steve" was now manning the pickup line with a clipboard in hand. After 30 minutes, another person in line asked if we had put our name on the "list". Come to find out, today we were making a list to load the shuttles. We didn't have a problem with any other driver during the week, only "Steve". If I could give zero stars, I would.

I didn't want to ride with an amateur, a part timer in a gig job, driving his own car which I had no expecttation that it would be in good working order and clean. And when I saw who showed up in my driveway yesterday, I knew I made the right choice. My chauffeur, Scott Harbin, arrived 15 minutes early (I like that) and informed me via text message that he was here and there was no need for me to rush. I went outside to meet him and he was attired in a well pressed black suit and tie, very professional. He took my luggage to the beautiful Black Volvo 90, a plush luxury sedan. A few minutes later I came out ready to travel. As I got into the back seat, I noted that the interior was as impressive as the exterior of this handsome car. In a short while, I was very pleased by how careful and comfortable his driving was. No zipping in and out of traffic. I booked the pickup time to allow more than enough time to get to the airport without stress. Scott proved to be an exceptional professional driver, keeping my comfort and safety foremost in the way he maneuvered through the unpredictable and challenging traffic. THAT is what I wanted. Not the cheapest price. Not some amateur who was only interested in getting the ride over in the fastest way, regardless of how the passenger was impacted. I travelled in style and comfort.
